I had purchased a ac from whirpool. My policy number is og[protected]-00026615 and my claim number is[protected]. I made a complaint on 6 april 2016. They have not resolved my problem yet, i make call every time company customer care but they didn't respond properly and put me on hold for 25 minutes every time, there are lot of problem has been causing to me and my family because of ac. I have not got a single reply from their side. br...

I recently renewed my Car Insurance of Bajaj Allianz online. After online payment and successful generation of policy, now they are asking for more money.
Bajaj Allianz sent me a mail in which they said that I will have to pay more money otherwise they will cancel my policy.
This is completely illegal. After renewing the policy online, you cannot blackmail the consumer.
IRDA should look into this and cancel the license...

She was with standard chartered bank at the time of selling this policy. I have continuously paid 3 instalment of 10, 000/- per year without any fail. So total amount paid is rs. 30000/-.

Cancellation of above policy not yet done, despite a request to this effect being delivered to bajaj allianz genera by speed post on 13/01/16. They are unnecessarily raising observations. I as a customer i am entitled to cancel the policy without giving any reason to the company....

Hi am karan vaza, in 2007 my dad invested in bajaj allianz new family gain... policy term is 15 years, regular premium is 11000, they said to pay 11000 for 3 yrs, my dad has already paid 3 premium by 2009,

I have been given a policy by one of agent Nacharam branch, in the year 2013 saying i would get 15 % returns on the policy as an investment, I have been paying 50000 per anum towards this Premium, when i inquired with one of the branch in secunderabad, i was told the agent cheated us, and i would not get any returns as it was promised
