Delay in broadband connection

I had applied for a new Broadband connection through an application and Rs. 1300 cash submitted to Sh.Shiv Bhushan from BSNL ON 13TH Sept 2013. I had received the lead: HRSON[protected] through an SMS on 13/09/13.
Repeated reminders to Sh. Rajkumar Yadav, Sh.Dependra Verma, Sh. Srivastava and Sh. Y.K Tyagi have failed to invoke any substantial action and BSNL office has not bothered to respond back giving the status of the connection...

Excess Billing Complaints

recharge validity is not extended for cell one prepaid mobile

I tried to recharge my cell one no [protected] to extend its validity but unsucessful everytime. Cellone service is pathetic. I got top up for my recharges but validity is not extended even they claim that it wil be extended for 15 days/55 rs recharge, 6 months/70 rs recharge etc. I did all these recharges but validity remains the same...

Land-line number not Working and there is no response from Local Exchange on complaint

My land-line number [protected] is not working from last 17 days and i have complaint so many time in local exchange KANINA, but there is no response and no action from BSNL side.

I am totally upset with BSNL services. I want to know where to complaint for this.

The frequency of this problem is on higher end. As we are facing such problem again in again. After resolving the problem the phone works for 5-10 days...

Extremely Bad Internet service, probably the worst in the country

So I am currently using BSNL 750UL Internet connection and I dont have words to describe how BAD the Internet service from BSNL is. In my worst and stomach burning experience, I would like to advice you all that never go with BSNL prepaid products in chennai circle even you can trust with pakistan tele service. They may be provide a good service to our indian people. At least they ll listen our words.

They ll never say "server problem...server problem...server problem...and disconnect(once connected)" like UN-educated and UN-cultured.
