I have received my product on 28.12.2012 and the product has not up to mark I have booked the complaint immediately .they told me we have don't have courier service there so u have to send...

Today i reecived a sms mentioning that validity is ending on 29th Jan and monthly pack is 450...

I want to understand who has upgraded my pack to 450. i have not requested anything.
Moreover this is the trend that TATA SKY is following...
