Logging complaint again and again on customer care of aquaguard pissed me off. The technician came and said PCB is not working while there was a problem with the cable still I didn't get any resolution. I keep trying calling Mr. Nitin Sood ([protected]) for resolution but he sometimes not pick the call or says that I need to complain again about the part.

I have purchased rent-a-machine in the year 2015 from eureka forbes. All pd cheques have been debited in my bank account. Suddenly phone calls keep coming that some cheque was dishonored. I rechecked and send my bank statement to all officials in delhi team.

The sales person took complete payment from me, but the installation is not being done even after 3 days. I called her and asked many times, but each time she says it will be done. When i called their helpline, i was told that i am supposed to register an installation request. I told them i did not know that as the salesperson did not inform me about the need to do so....

I purchased euroclean ace vacuum cleaner 10 years back and it is just lying unused after my initial use for 1 year waiting for dust bags. I have made several complaints and calls to customer care but no response.

It has been three months since i raised a request to update our amc and change filters. There has been no correspondence ever since. No one has come from the company to do the service. The customer care is not responding all they do is take service request. Service technicians try and fraud customers by giving private services. Company should shut down if they are not able to manage their services....
