As i said i want the 2 year extension of Amc as I lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement, in time, every time Eureka Forbes support team takes very long time to address the issue, after we do n number of followup and raising complain consumer forum we get response

I purchased dr aquaguard - genius on 09/03/2016 and its not working now.. I tried all means to get a mechanic or whatever from eureka forbes and still trying with no hope that someone will come to assist. 6 month free service is a bull crap of aquaguard. I am requesting everyone not to waste your hard earned money on aquaguard..

Our aquaguard is breaking down frequently. We followed up 10+ times since yesterday personally with the person who was supposed to visit as well as with the customer care, still the issue remains unresolved. There is no water at our home. I am regretting having an aquaguard. The service is simply pathetic, exhaustive, draining and irresponsible and painful for the customer. I have an aquagaurd elegant ro purifier. Whenever i have had some defect in the product, the customer service provided has been highly unsatisfactory and delayed. My latest complaint has been left open ended since last month. The service centre doesnt want to attend to my complaint, the technician doesnt want to take calls. On 28th june 2016, i have ordered aquasure cartridge at eureka forbes website. The next day i have received an acknowledgement email about the booking with a reference number [protected]. Its almost a month and the product is not shipped yet.

We purchased two aqua guard crystal plus UV water purifiers last month. After arrival of product, the technician took 15 days to come for installation. In one of the purifier, due to improper installation water is continuously leaking from the external filter. Amc has done on 17.01.2016 and first services got 31.07.2016. Now next service will be on after 6 months i. E again in jan 2017. So i got only one service. No of service was not been told while doing amc.

I ordered Aquasure aquaflow dx from Eureka Forbes online sales on 6.6.16 vide customer id [protected] the same was delivered to me by the company on 13th of june on 17th june the installation engineer informed me that its solenoide valve was not working product was defected hence I wrote email for replacement on 18th june. I raised the coMplaint for Aqua guard total ro, a month back. There were 3 service tickets raised automatically and close automatically in last 3 weeks, but no one visited my home till date..issue still remains for my water filter. Poor response by call center and worst service by Eureka Forbes. After AMC purchase service become worst. Field team is responding only if we pay cash....

I have a ST-2000 water filter, the repairs for which I have since[protected] been continuously following up. No person till date has attended to my complaint and I am finding it very difficult to function without the water filter.

Despite calling up several times, all I have got is the name of the technician, one Mr.Ganesh Mhaske who was supposed to attend. I regret to inform you that Mr.Mhaske has not attended to my complaint...

I am very disappointed with eureka forbes service, i had bought a brand new aquasure xpert machine which one of your most premium water purifiers and have been facing trouble from day one.
