I have purchased dr. Aquagard magna hd ro + uv through eureka forbes website. 15 days lapsed. Installation request registered on the same day of delivery. Called many times to customer care and getting a same answer each day that installation will be done by today only. I have never seen such a unprofessional company, worst experience ever. I suggest everybody not to buy any product of eureka forbes.

Pathetic after sales service....

My water purifier is not working from past 4weeks and the service provided was worthless and it din work from the next day it was repaired again. I calling these but I am not getting proper response. Everytime I call these customer support they take a complain but no resolution provided. Technician only know to change the filter they don't know anything about the machine. Please do the needful....

I have purchased the model aquaguard classic water filter a year back. I had to call / mail them several times to get it serviced where one of the free service was due in 6 months... Now even after a year, no body has turned up for second free service.

I have booked a complaint on 5th august, 16 and it is 11th august, 16 today. Today also i called their service helpline # 3988 3333... Spoke to their representative kritika...

I requested for replacement of filters of my aquaguard ro water purifier and after the replacement of the filters the water taste is changed so bad.

I raised a request with customer care, but the technician told they have to call an expert to resolve it. They told they will do it in next day, but still it is not resolved and we are buying water from outside....

I m from kanpur.. This the worst company i have ever seen.. Have complained for more than 10 days but it's still not attended.. I don't know what is the mentality of service staff once you take the amc.. It's bull.. I will also complain in consumer forum.. I also request people never buy their products.. They are the worst co who never keep their promises...

We have taken a enhance model aqua but its going to complete one week but still it's not installed we called to the customer care for 5 times but the same delay is repeating . according to your people commitment it should be installed in 2 working days but its completing a week now it's very worst service by you people continuously we have to follow up but there is no result no where we saw this much of negligence I never promot aquaguard...

On 3rd aug 2016, i visited the orion and received basic information. On 4th aug 2016, pankaj roman came to my house to see my requirement. I handed him ch. No.030429 drawn on icici bank for rs. 8990. I was assured that technician would come on 6th aug 2016 at 11 am to do the installation. I even called my electrician so that electrical cabling could be done at the same time. By 11.30 am no one had come, so i called pankaj roman to check....

It was very shocking and unexpected experience from an esteemed organization like m/s. Eurekha forbes when there is high competition in this field. I have reported the complaint on 13/07/2016 just a month after receiving the item but till date no one has attended against my repeated contact over phone. Now i am not expected...

Have been requesting for repair of faulty machine installed and every time service team will take months to visit after 100 calls and reminders/followups. Even after the visit no service engineer has ever understood the problem and even not communicating what exactly they have done. No explanation on the repair done and only assurance that earlier engineer has not done properly but it is ok now. But every time the machine breaks down in 3-4...

My water purifier showd service indicator 15/07/2016. Immediately i sent request to the company for the same. After continuous follow up the service person came after 10-12 days at 8.00 pm. I observed that he was unable to change the filters. He had opened the whole machine and was not able to assemble it. Thereafter he called his senior and both of them did something and asked me for rs. 3800/- which i paid and got the receipt for the same....

This is with regard to amc contract made with you on 31/07/2015, contract receipt no. 25322619 of rs. 7870/- via bank of maharashtra chq. No. 012560 dated 31/07/2015.
My amc includes free replacement of consumables including membrane two times in two years. The same replacement was due on 31/07/2016, still no person from you had appeared for maintenance, i. E change the free membrane.
On 08/08/2016, a maintenance boy has appeared...

I made the biggest mistake buying from eureka forbes.

I bought this ro in ahmedebad.
When we bought this, the sales person ashok.
Stopped taking calls after payment.
For 10 days, he did not respond.
After 15 days, it got installed.

I had purchased the magna hd ro in from eureka forbes sales person deepan raj (Emp. No: 9056433) on 31/11/2015 but my online payment failed at the site. So the sales person took a advance of rs.1000/- under invoice no:[protected] and he supplied me with a new machine the next day and promised of returning the amount after getting the new machine which will be delivered.
He came and collected the unit but till date he hasn't returned...

Continuously water leakage from water inlet in our recently installed nano ro since last few days. I tried to stop the leakage but it was not possible for me to resolve the issue. The floor becomes wet due to water leakage. Mainly water leakage is from the candle whose one end is connected with supply tap and other end to the nano ro by means of water tubes....
