Dear Sir/Mam, I ordered zen firefox mobile two and a half months ago. Order id:[protected] Complaint no.:[protected] In my first order, I got the message "your product is not successfully ordered" but my money was deducted. So, I ordered it again. But, later on I got the order twice and my money was also deducted twice. I have asked for return about 50 - 75 times. Every time I hear the sentence "we will call you in 48 hours"....
