I purchased the laptop in april 2015 and since then i have been facing issues regarding the laptop being slow and other performance issues. During warranty, hp support provided invalid support which did not prove to be of any help. Now after warranty is over, they say its out of warranty and they cant help in any way. I asked for a replacement of the product in the warranty period itself but they didnt help me....

My problem has been goinf for over 2 months. I have been continuously giving this laptop to the hp service centre for service. Its hardly one and a half years old. And guess what due to this problem which is completely unresolved, i have not been working on my laptop for almost 4 months. Everytime i give it to service i get a call saying it is fixed..
