I bought an HP laptop which had Accidental Damage Protection included with it. Now my screen has broken. I want to claim my ADP coverage. But the only problem is I didn't register for ADP when I bought the laptop. Nowhere was it mentioned that I had to register for it when I bought the laptop. Have been trying to schedule a technician visit, I must say HP customer service is a big disappointment. Every time one calls the toll free number, you are given number of the nearest service center to call. Have been trying for days, no one picks up the phone. With due respect to I say that I have purchased hp laptop 15r119tu in 21/05/2015 along with an antivirus k7 total security. from that on word I am suffering from data counterfeiting. I mean, data in my laptop is not secure. my all private files and folder are not secure. I placed a Windows 8.1 recovery kit for my hp laptop as HP service center installed a duplicate windows when i had given my laptop for hard disk exchange. When i asked them to provide me a genuine windows they told me to buy a recovery kit as they do not provide it for free.
