Refund of Defective Product

Hi Team, I am Ashish Taneja who has ordered a product from Naaptol on 30th April 2014. The product was sent across in 5-6 days and was shipped as a defective product. On speaking to Naaptol team, they asked to return the defective product back to the team and they will refund the amount back on the credit card. Bad service
