Connectivity and Excess Billing on my Postpaid Connection

Amount is not credited after recharge

Charging unnecessary bills

Hello, I have requested for Migration of my Tata Docomo Numbers [protected]/444/777/888 for prepaid migration. I have submitted the request on 22nd Feb but still it is not been processed and they are unneccesarily charging me the bill.
