Fraudulent company

DOCOMO fooling customers on internet usage!

I was using the 499 Internet plan for last 2 months. By 7th May my data balance went down to 4MB(got to know later). But Still I was browsing the Internet, within few minutes my main balance of Rs.160 got detected. While I enquired with the customer care, they were saying as I'm consuming huge data, instead of detecting from the data balance they detected from main balance. They are suppose to inform me as I reached the data balance limit...

Deduction of balance for data usage despite activating 3G plan

I had 50.4 mb of data left in my account. I connected to Internet and I used a total of 44 mb of data during my browsing. (Confirmed by Tata Customer Care). But still I was charged Rs. 126 for an "extra" usage of 12.2 mbs from my account balance. And now my remaining DATA balance is 18 mbs. It should be 6 mbs after my usage.

The Customer Care told me that I cannot use multiple apps or multiple tabs for browsing....

Unethical ways to impose legal action.

I opted 499/ plan which offer 2GB data free with call pan India, I was in Delhi just for 2 days, and TATA charged Rs.1400/- for GPRS (2G) data for 2 days even my total usage is less than 1GB, on enquiry they told that TATA do not have their network in Delhi and offered Idea network,

Regarding unfair balance deduction
