Recharge refund

I've recharged my Tata Sky account on 11/5/2016 for amount of Rs 1065. On 26/5/2016 Tata sky disconnected my Account stating the reason that you've not recharged your account. After several enquiries they told me that the recharge done on 11/5/16 has been reversed twice and it'll come in your bank account. Still I haven't received those amounts in my bank account. I've already send them my passbook images to clear the air but they are not...

We are not getting some channels

Since friday 10th june, we are not getting some channel like star pravaha, animal planet, discovery etc.
We registered a complaint on 11th june, 2016. But till date our complaint is unattended. One technician visited on 11th june, but he was unable to sort out the problem. We are fed up of doing continuous follow up with tata sky.
Since i have subscribed annually, i cannot change our service...

Tata sky boxes not functioning.

I am (Iyyappan from tiruppur. Velan hotels ltd no: [protected]) i trying to contact tata sky dth service mr rengaraj (Contact number [protected]) for some technical problem in the set top box from last month. No signal from past 15 days

Dear sir,

from the past 15 days i have got a problem with respect to my tata sky dtm...and till date no action has been taken yet by the concerned competent authority...i have raised 3 complaints till date and their representatives jst call to know the status but they do not send any technician to resolve the issue...i have made a recharge for 6 months at a time and now i am not able to view the channels because of poor signal...

Deducted money in spite of paying

My Tata sky consumer id is - [protected]

I had requested for relocation of Tata sky to a new address. I was told to pay the technician in cash after the service. The technician completed the relocation. I had paid him Rs 800(500- Shifting of Tata sky + 300 cable wire cost). However after one day- Tata sky deducted Rs 500 from my Tata sky balance and deactivated the service.

I have contacted them raised a complaint....

No signal on few channels since 3 days

Hi,

On so many channels for which i'm subscribed it shows no signal since 2-3 days. When i called customer care they say that they will send technician for which it will be ₹200. If they want ₹200 to repair instead of compensating for no service for these days then i'm more interested in disconnecting it and getting airtel dth.

What a waste of time for trying to add a channel. I have been trying to add sony six for last three days and unable to do so. Contacted their dealers in belgaum and they are unable to help. The only option is to call the toll free no. And what answer you get after 20 mnts hold is that the server is down and they cannot help. Missed call service does not work. So that's it. Have to shift to the local cable agent. Wish tata woud look into peoples...

Add channel without my consent

I am a subscriber (Subscriber id-[protected]) of tata sky since 2014, i used to get calls from tata sky to subscribe new channels but always i told them to not to call me. After receiving this information from me they starting calling me each and every day but i do not attend them and disconnect the call. On[protected] i have got a massage that there is a service activated which called dance classes and my recharge due that has been reduced....

1. I am a tata sky user for some years. Lately I was out of station for more than a year.
2. On January 13/14th 2016 I received a call from some of your call centre that as I am an old subscriber there is a special scheme of annual recharge.

Tata sky second tv not working

I have multiple TV HD connection. Tata Sky frequently disconnects all channels in the 2nd TV. It is not working even now. Please help immediately for the connection no [protected].

Termination of hd channel services

We hav subscribed for "Grand Sports Pack" yearly with "HD Channels" yearly pack from 16th Sepember 2015.
Even after paying the full amount, they started to cut 175 Rs + 40 Rs from the main account from March 2016 and now they have stopped showing HD channels on account of no balance in account.
The service spokes person does not bother to listen or act on the complaint given on 9th June 2016. Complaint no. PF96DG2.

Unusual rates without notifying.. Long waiting helpline number
