I am a subscriber of tata sky using multiple tv connection, my subscriber id is [protected].

I got an sms from the company to recharge my account and i did a recharge of rs.4, 500/- and a couple of days later i got a call from tata sky that i need to recharge another 900 rs to have 6 months renewal.

I have, tried a few times to do an online recharge of rs. 1000/- but there seems to be a problem with the website,...

Although the subscription has been paid on 5th june 2016, next due date being 20th june 2016, the tv screen displays the poster obstructing the view and causing mental harassment & torture. Needless to say that the same attracts the provisions of deficiency in service to consumer, and mental disturbance. Rectify immediately to avoid legal action, both civil as well as criminal.

On 4th of june, 2016 i have requested for new remote, after 3 days on 7th when i spoke to cc officer, i understand that there is no request raised for the same, so i requested for the same again, the informed me that with in 2 hours our technician will call for appointment. But still today (11th june) i haven't received any call from technician, mean while 5 to 6 times i have spoke to cc officer and 4 times with senior supervisors also, and...

Please change the registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected] as soon as possible...

I've been trying to call your helpline number since six months from a non registered number coz the previous one has been got lost... But zero response... Plss change the rmn as soon as possible so can we can continue a healthy transactions with your company...

We have renewed our tatasky annual package online on29th nov 2015 vide transaction details tata sky transaction id: tc[protected]
Bank transaction id: ig0bbnbmy7 of rs.7500 for annual mega hd pack. After a month we have understood that tatasky is deducting money out of this amount on monthly basis without our authorization; when we asked to customer care it has been told to us that we suppose to make call after recharge to renew...

See the process of start & stop. Start request completion in few minutes. Second tv stop request takes 24 hrs, that too back end team confirms digicard & box no at any time in 24 hrs, expect customer to carry in pocket. Hahahaha... See the way of increasing revenue & looting customer. If fails to pick up call & confirm, request is closed as not confirmed by customer. Then again lodge a request. Keep on repeating the same till your account...

My subscriber I'd is [protected], and my hd recording set top box is damaged and I want it to be repaired and your service engineer come and enforce me to use a repaired set top box although I want my set. Top box to be repaired instead of another repaired box and I have make complaint for this issue several times but no action has been taken.My complaint no.is :PEKU3RN

A tata boy (?) called to from a spam number. by mistake i received call, he was telling me about on scheme of HD channel free for one month. I told him i dont need such a free schemes. but during this call he (so called and hacker boy) debited my account.
I have shocked after reading messages.
My question is such a call boys/girls are taught to hack the money of customers while training ?
are they live such a hacking...

I am customer of tata sky dth since last 4-5 years my customer id is [protected]. I have recently opted for annual pack by paying amount to the tune rs. 7990. I lodged complaint / service request on 7.6.16 at about 18.00 hrs. My request work order number is pe01s27. I was told by sms that technician will come to my home next day at about 1800 hrs. However now more than 3 days passed but no technician has come....

Please note that last 10 days my tata sky running dead, distributor's boy coming on my home. He was demanded on 300 rupees with out any put new part on tata sky & he was abusing words on my family members. Please stringent action against should be him. I request u that pls sand distributor boy do right on tata sky.

I have recharged my tata sky with the amount of 2970 on 2 june 2016 for the period of 1 year i have also called customer care officers many time also confirmed with him about the plan and validity they also told that the pack is valid for a year but after two days i have recieved a feedback call from tatasky and he told me that the validity of my tata sky is only for 6 month also he has accepted and told me that my subscription will be updated...

From the last two days i am trying to send a request for fixing my misplaced tatasky disk which was temporary fixed with tie bands at the time of installation but when i try to send request in "mytatasky.com " the website again starts from the reg. number verification screen. please fix these problems as well as my problem; please fix my dish permanently as soon as possible because we are not able to view any channels....

It is regretted to note that m/s tatasky dth services have system of information given to subscribers is very bad. When a person have opted for a package including add on channels, multi tv and hd access, they should intimate the subscriber, amount for monthly/half yearly/yearly so that subscriber can pay the amount. Tatasky tele callers always made it tideous by telling the subscriber different items and its very difficult...

My house owner recommended me to use Tata Sky and she informed me to reuse her Tata Sky connection which she wasn't use for more than a year. So
I called local Service Provider people, they came and reconnect the Tata Sky connection to my TV. But the signal was not coming and they took rs. 420/-
from us informing that this was for the recharge your pack and for some extra cable wire which was required. After an hour later,...

We have placed an order for additional set top box order no. Pefzogu
We had an internal cable connection done by others. Your technician visited and was telling that the internal cable will not work and we have to lay a new cable from the transmitter parallely from the roof top.
We requested him to connect from the incoming cable from the 1st set top box that...

Very disappointed with tata sky. I have raised a compliant to change my dish antenna from central to individual as with central antenna keeps given problem and tata sky support charges money for rectifying issue which are created by there own team and i dont have control on what is done on antenna by tata sky support staff.

Ideally they should not charge me anything for this as i paid 100% amount while taking this connection....

I was lonch tele complaint on 04.06.2016 as some channels missing. After setting activity the customer care promise to send service engineer to solve the problem. After waiting, again call on 06.06.2016 for the same problem. Is there any problem to procide service.

Hence you are requested to see the complaint again.

My tata sky account id [protected], I tried calling 5 times today all 5 Executives put me on hold and never turned back.

What a pathetic customer service is tatasky has a right people in customer service and i have been receving messages with different amount value to recharge from last one week. when questioned this no one is replying. Who is responsible for this....
