Dear Sir/Madam I purchased new XOLO Q 1000 mobile phone from Cellunet outlet at Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Immediately after 1 month when we tried for using front camera we came to know that it is not working. We reported to Cellunet shop they said it has to be send to service centre for software update of Kit kat.
