Deficiency in Service

I have purchased 2 IPOD's from 100nests.com by paying online on 29th May'11 covering shipping charges. Total amount paid Rs 998/-

Since then I've been trying to contact them at below no's/email id's/messages but no response

Fraud, cheating, wrong way of earning money

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

Company asked me to pay Rs.4000/- apart from that also ask to service charges Rs. 400/- and company will give lead of 50 people who requires Life insurance. Neither Company sent me all 50 leads. they sent just 22 to 25 leads nor they they are suppose to take policy. Contact no. they have given it was like there own network.


How could it be possible

Is there any security from this kind of fraud businessbr...
