Last month ie. , January 2017, I have not received the bill to my mail. I am trying to get the duplicate bill through the tata docomo website but could not get it.
The web page of Tata Docomo is having no information and we do not get the duplicate bills in this... months of service (Tata photon) and constantly sent me reminder mails to make the payment.
Initially i had request for demo due to my area not covered under tata services and i return the device on second day. As tata photon executive told me there is no any pending and your request is closed... had an issue with my Tata photon device. A service person visited my site and declared that my device wouldn't work anymore and I needed a new one. I was told to speak with your call center for further resolution. I have tata photon max wifi and walky connection in last few months we getting very higher bill thats why i stopped your payment and call your customer care to stop my services after that we recieve call from your revenue department they told me our telephonic conversation you have to pay 4208/- inr after that i will give you noc to stop your services then i pay your amount but now i check my phone is again working that means your revenue department tell me lie about this and this is very bad i want to stop all my services right now i will never pay a single penny in this scenario i will never again use any tata produce in my life as well

My only Request from the company is to compensate me for 1500 Rs which i had spent in taking this conenction but was not able to use the same... My mother had Tata Photon Wifi max Number- [protected], but the wifi device started malfunctioning and service became worse as time progressed. I went to tata docomo franchise dealer located at Gurudwara, Naka Hindola, Lucknow, from where she bought it and complained about it. I also told him to talk to company related executive that we want to stop services... (Prepaid, postpaid, TATA Photon etc etc), if this MNP request does not go successfully I am going to get a new SIM with new number from any other service provider and close this number without even paying my last bill from these #### bunch of IDIOTS... Seriously very very poor service and network... I was Using Tata Photon dataCard since April 2015, Since I was transferred to Abroad, and was not able to recharge the current no. That . On Reaching to India, I spoke to Customer Care on([protected]), They Told me to Visit the Near Tata Photon Out Let, and the existing number is dead, you have to pay 250 rs to start the services again... They have permanently de-activated the service on 21 sep 2016
Citing non-payment of bill. However the bill due date was 25 sep 2016.
This was a mistake from their side. I have immediately made the payment
And have been following up with them continuously over the customer support
