Arif Motiwala I have Skoda Octivia Ambient I bought this car from you on 12/9/2008 three to foru time my car went to your service center for first service, monsoon check up but my complains were not fullfill. One sound which is comming from bigning it is not cleared, every time different excuse, complian for slip of door lock two times now they are asking 12000/- to change the lock, complain for rear glass fog switch two time now they are asking to replace and cahrge me they are asking free replacement only in warranty period then what about i maid complain in warranty period...

Rishi even i am thinking why i baught Skoda this is India and not Europe these branded companys are not in safe hands, Even my car is in workshop since yesterday to change desigle pipe now howmany days i dont know and even i dont know wheather i will get reply of this complaint or not if the Bosses have shame they will reply otherwise...

The Skoda Service is definately the worst. I am using a Laura L & K Automatic. 2006 Model. Everytime it goes for repair, they charge me a bomb. Its like servicing a BMW 7 Series after 4 Years. My average bill is 20K. The AC in Laura is really Sad. Spare parts are really really steep. I would never advise anyone to go for any Skoda car again...

I have been using a Skoda Laura for the last therr years. I like the vehicle so much but now I am trying to sell it because of the utter lack of service from their dealer in Trivandrum, M/s Marikkar Motors. I thought that it was a problem with our local dealer.
