Hi,
I had purchased skoda laura on 2007 from Marikar motors cochin reg no:KL-41-A-8111 & on waarnty time clutch & fly wheel assy got damaged and there was heavy sound.I went to the service centre & they told they will replace the damaged products.They did some repair & told everything is ok.The next day the same thing started & i went there.They told me for laura there is clutch sound.I asked them to show sound for new vehicle.For the three months they didnt do anything & after warranty they told me to change clutch disc & release bearing etc.Now they charged me nearly Rs14000 & at present it is in the service centre.What should i do?Kindly reply.

    The Service provider to Skoda Laura in Surat is subject to changing original spare part when the car is given for servicing. Genuine parts changed at the company are not serviced and prompt change od such part is insisted. They are unaware of hoe to repair the AC of the Company. Overall the filthiest service engineers I have ever met.

    Sri Vinayaka Cars Pvt. Ltd., Old Madras Road, KR Puram, Bangalore will also cheat the people. We will give the vehicle for one problem and they will give the with some other major problem. They are looting money from car owners. they say we are telling lies. See the problem what I have faced.

    To go further and resolve the concern completely we require to open the gear box as per the guidance of the technical team of Skoda,
    suspecting the concern in the torque converter of the gear box.
    Since your vehicle is out of warranty and has non genuine fitment of electronic equipments like Hi fi music system, DVD player, speakers, amplifiers, woofers and LCD
    which restrict us from claiming under goodwill also.
    These equipments may cause jerking of the gear box since the gear box is electrically controlled by the valve body solenoids.
    To go further for the stepwise rectification of your concern we want your approval and advance payment to order for the part.
    This is for your kind information.

    Please note that I have given my vehicle for service under running condition (showing EMMISSION WORKSHOP"on 1st March, 2010, and your service people after verification of 15 days they said there is a problem of wire damged by rats, to be replaced. And told that it is to be imported. The vehicle was given to me on 8th of April, 2010 evening @8.05 pm. on payment of Rs.54, 000/- And Morning I was trying to run the vehicle it was Jerking and I called your service people immediately. (Keeping my vehicle one month 8 days with you)They said to give back the vehicle. I have given the Vehicle on 9th April, 2010. After a week they said we have to change the Oil filter and oil, and I paid for that also Rs.9225/-. Keeping the vehicle for 15 days and given the vehicle on 24th Aprl, 2010, without any rectification of Jerking and the first complaint of "EMMISION WORK SHOP" and saying it will go on running of the Vehicle. But we have given back the vehicle. On 25.04.2010 I have sent an SMS to your General Manager, Manager and Mr. Vishwanath if my vehicle is not rectified I will take legal action. Instead of your mistake you are writing to me for payment of advance. you people are looting me. It seems there is no other way left for me going consumer forum and to the Court of Law.

    Please make a note of this that I have paid you a lot. beleiving you are all good service people. You people are just cheating us. Please give my vehicle without Jerking. On 1st March, 2010 I have given vehicle for only"EMMISSION WORKSHOP".

    Kindly let me know the action what I action have to take.

    opening the gear box by paying an advance of 50% of the torque converter amount i.e. approximately Rs. 20000/-.

    These people are looting money from the customers, they don't have any concern about the customer satisfaction. Even under warranty they are charging more. No service provided under warranty, they charge heavily. Their 24 X 7 help line is . We all should insist the Government to ban this product from India

      We are sorry to inform you that A/c of our car no.HR 26 AJ 2424 wide engine nos.BJB202205 and chasis no.TMBBSA1Z17A15014 year of mfg. 2007 purchased from silvertone motors delhi.in feb 2007.we have send our car to torque automotive pvt. ltd. Ahmedabad .for the above mentioned complaint. they have checked the same and reported ac compresor and condensor needed to be changed. their invoice no.ahmd003486 dt.6th oct.2009 jobcard no.012699 d. 5th oct.2009 . They have charged us Rs. 3254/- for nitrogen gas leakage check and ac gas recharging but, still the ac is found not working they have recommended us ac condenser and ac compressor is to be changed. and they also inform us this problem is in all skoda laura and the ac made as per german standard so due to our weather condition it cannot work as per other same segment cars ac.Purchasing such an expensive car and with the brand image of SKODA. if the ac condensor and ac compresor is need to be changed in two or three years than it has of no use.We request you to replace this in our above mentioned car free of cost and also request if this problem is in all the vehicles than you should replace the same in all to safegaurd your brand image.

      I also have the same Ac poor cooling problem . Have u lodged your complaint on their web sight. Do it .write registered letter to their Directer marketing.

      Display on the rear glass DO NOT BUY THIS CAR POOR COOLING. the we will get some solution.

      Let me know the engine wiring, coolant hose pipe are still ok in your car. Be ready . Hose pipe will get damaged by touching the engine fan. Wiring will get damaged by rubbing with the hose pipe.

      Else this is a good car
      i also faced the same problem with ac cooling after the purchase of skoda octavia elegance.i purchased the vehicle on oct 2008.till date the same problem pursue.i asked to the company to rectify it but they r not in condition to rectify it.skoda dealer is not in kota so i had to take my car to 400 km away to jodhpur for servicing. i take my car to the company twice but they say that ac is working properly.but its not working in my view.u can saw the sweat on 18 degree temp on my forhead.purchasing so much costly car & getting zero out of it.i m planning to go for consumer forum for the problem against skoda company & dealer.

      PLS REFRAIN FROM BUYING THESE CARS IN INDIA ..

        Respected Sir,
        I Mr. Pirzada Sadruddin Khan has buyed a new Skoda Laura car from JMD Skoda from Vashi, Sanpada. I had sended my car for my first service and on the service time i had compaints that the wiper is not working properly the speakers and the interior light they had assured me that the problem will be cured at the time of service but they had failed to do so.

          I never expected poor customer care from skoda but it is very disappointing for me ,they are least bothered for manufacturing / design problems.
          My new skoda laura has following problems
          1) Air conditioner Poor cooling in summer season sunny day. Skoda needs to do some serious actions.
          If you believe me you need a condenser fan to be installed. But no one cares at skoda.
          2) front wind screen gets mist in the evening if AC is ON . It is not that I do not know positions of knobs or using AC but it is the duct flow on the glass. Visibility is affected too much.
          3) Due to wheel alignment problem there is heavy tyre noise but they say it is not under warranty.
          4)I need a service manual of the Laura car I own. But skoda is not providing me the same. I feel this is my right and why skoda is not providing , I am ready to make payment also.
          5) Horns You ask any body. Horns is a a regular problem . But at skoda who cares ???

          Otherwise it is a very good car.

          It will be really good if skoda acts and actually solves all the problems of my car.

          Note if they does not act then I am going to install a fan in front of the radiator and will also recommend all of you to do it . This will eliminate your AC low cooling problem.

          Ask skoda to wakeup and sort out our problems

            I purchase Skoda Laura Ambiant from your Dealar Sai Auto New Delhi
            May 2008, the day one have aligment problem company can`t rectify problem till date you can also check from Sai Auto, Since we purchase there is so many problem
            1- Aligment Problem
            2- Head Light Problem
            3- Seat Belt Problem
            4- AC Problem (wind screen visibility problem)
            5- Horn ( Till Date change 5-6 Horn)
            6- AC Blower Fan

            I suppose they give some defected car.

            I am also an unfortunate owner of Laura car and am facing all common problems like AC compressor, Horn, Head Lights, Last week, my ac stopped working and the dealer wants me to pay Rs. 49, 000 to change the compressor. I think we need to take them to task.

              i own a 12 months old skoda laura and suffering with some serious problems in the air con system. it takes more than half hour to get cool in sunny days and iam wondering hws this can happen in such kind of expensive cars. i was told by a former skoda engineer that there is some inherent manufacturing defect with the compressor and the dealers are also not at all responsive despite several complaints.

              suspension also seems to be very problematic and feels like much worser than ambassodor suspensions. they are bit hard and just zero in passengers comfort.

              after service by the dealers seems to the greatest nightmare of all and the dealers also lacks well trained engineers.

              altogether.....iam suffering a lot being a owner of this car....now i have adviced many of my friends not to go for skoda laura.

              lets all skoda owners get together and adress this issue stongly to skoda india ltd......

                Sub: complain regarding quality of new superb car and dealer.

                I would like to bring to your notice, on 28th September, I had gone with intention of buying the new superb, and had gone with my father just to show him my new price possession. But when we went to Autobahn dealer in prabadevi, Mumbai office since I was advice to go to main showroom, to see the car and color by their Andheri branch.

                I was shocked at the non professional approach by the dealer, no one to attend even after waiting for 20 minutes, in the meantime we asked for car brochure we were told by one of the salesguys first we do not have them, and after asking for specification chart, they told us rudely we do have one but it is expensive brochure costing Rs 4000 and is not for everyone! when we told him we had come for finalizing the color, and was going to book the car on Tuesday, they removed one small brochure and gave us.

                and then some driver comes and explains the features, who was also not able to attend to query's which we had, and the reply was " aap sahab ko bat karo" . is this the way Skoda, treats its potential buyers?

                Moreover when we went for test drive, the vehicle Stopped after driving for 4-5 minutes, The car would not just move in the middle of the road we were stuck, even after Autobahn driver who was driving the car tried to change gear, and accelerated, the car didn't move, thankfully we were not at high speed and not in the middle of the road, other wise some one would have banged into us from behind. We were scared to know what if this occurs gain, on the highway, What about safety of my kids, are my kids going to be safe in Superb.

                Immediately on getting to dealer's showroom in other car, we tried to inquire about problem in gear box, but again, he were asked to wait and nobody to reply. we wanted answers regarding this problem, but simply nobody to reply, on razing this issue with receptionist Miss ketki, she replied this happens some time don't worry!

                Dear sir, at this casual approach of the dealer specially when the car had a problem, makes me ponder does Skoda India does not care for new customers, for superb.
                just would also like to mention when we inquired about blue tooth paring of mobile, we were told the car software was defective in new superb from day one and will not be able to say by when this problem by company would rectified.



                This incidence and my experience of buying the new superb was spoiled and make me think are Skoda Car safe, and do they need customers?

                Thank god all this has happened and you still have your money in your hands to go for some other brand.

                I have new Laura AC is hopeless In summers. Poor response from company.

                Otherwise car is good. Just I had detected that some electrical wiring is getting damaged near water hose.I have taken care of it.

                Keep away.
                i do own skoda laura and was intent to buy new superb though despite of repeted lodging request of salea representative and test bdrive turned futile. Also the cars AC is very much below desired expectation.

                Skoda Automatic — Gear Box

                I Left a car at Krishna Autosales Chandigarh for changing Gear oil but when I Picked up the car in the evening it drove for 6 Kms and after that it stopped moving and nobody in the Agency or Company at Aurangabad has taken any action so far as the matter is now four days old
                I own a Laura. I had the experience of the steering being locked up when I was doing about 100kmph, on the highway. The various sensors and control modules in my car were flicked from my vehicle by the company authorised dealer. The boffins at Skoda do not either understand English or they act as if they don't. It's another case of the bigger dacoit(Skoda) employing the smaller dacoits(Dealers) to do their looting for them. And customer care is a laughable joke at Skoda. I personally think Skoda better fire the people in Customer care and then with the amount spent on the salaries of these jokers, all defective parts can be changed with no cost to the customers.

                  Dear Sir

                  With reference to the above subject I Ankita Rastogi owner of vehicle, registration no. UP 15 AJ 1112 model ‘Laura’, chasis no. TMBBSJ1Z8A155620, Engine no. BJB 272238 would like to bring to your notice that my car was serviced by Continental Auto Services, New Delhi under job no. 5112 & invoice no. 5041 (copy attached) under which we had reported problem of faulty display/audo meter/onboard compouter which Continental Auto services has failed to replace/repair till date though the same is covered under warranty period since the time we have bought the vehicle on 21/2/09 (copy of invoice attached)

                  We had reported the problem 20 days ago but Continental Auto Services has failed to provide remedy till date. Moreover we are also not satisfied with the kind of response they have been giving since then. TThis kind o[censored]nprofessional aftresales service is not expected from a global automake& their counterparts/authorised dealer.

                  It is my request to kindly get the display/audo meter of my vehicle replaced/repaired at the earliest possible.

                    I am terribly dissatisfied by the poor quality of the car Skoda superb. From the day of the purchase I was facing the problem in the AC ( trail Mail follows) . The problem was not fully resolved but i had reconciled myself that I had made a wrong decision of buying a superb.

                    But my car has run not more than 7500 KMS and not even had its first service, as per the service policy norms. On 11th Sep, while going to the Airport the car developed some problem and I was stuck at 11PM at night and missed my flight. I had to call the Crain and paid Rs.3000 to get the car to the service centre and no one from the helpline was available for help. The car was running normally , suddenly near Ashram Chowk the gear got free(gear box was non functional) , car was on but was not moving at all, I was stuck.


                    Earlier Complaint


                    Today when I called the service centre of Sai Automobiles (Authorized Dealership) they had no answer, nor could they provide any timelines to me. I am surprised and terribly dissatisfied with the Product quality of Skoda Superb, Service Support and the attitude/Approach towards the customer.

                    had purchased a Skoda Superb new model , in the month of March 2009 . From the day of purchase the AC of the car was not cooling . I had sent it to the service station where they recycled the gas . But still the problem persist.

                    Today I personally went to the Showroom and showed them the problem . Even if the AC is switched on for 20 mins still the person still in the car sweats and there is hardly any difference between the cabin and the outside temperature .

                    The showroom guys had no answer but , suggest to re send the car to the service station to re check .


                    I am surprised and throughly disappointed . I thought Skoda make a good car but my impression has Completely changed with the most expensive product available in the country .

                    Within a few month my car is in service centre 2 times for the same issue.This seems a manufacturing defect as no one is able to rectify the problem . I even overheard a customer like me with the same problem in the Ac in the service centre .

                    I request you to kindly rectify/ change the car immediately other wise I will be forced to make this issue public in media and take Skoda to consumer court .

                    Even at the time of sale I was told about few features which are not there in the car. Eg connecting the phone to the car etc. , but today I hear that my car is not loaded with it although it is mentioned in the manual and the feature has a provison in the car.

                      A second owner car purchased from authorised Service Dealer of SKoda, JMD Nerul ( SKODA Rider Car No: MH04 CM 6976) has encounted an engine failuer at a meager 55,000 KM. The car is serviced regularly at the Authorised service station and follows the prescribed maintenance structure. The car comes to a grinding halt one fine day and the sevice passes on a bill of 3 Lakhs, On writing back to the company they have also not provided appropriate response.

                      This is a clear case of either poor product of quality or a wrong sale from J.D.

                      skoda/rider — poor after sales service

                      RESPECTED SIR,

                      THIS IS TO INFORM U ,THAT YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY POOR IN INDIA.SPECIALLY AT REAY ROAD BRANCH,THR IS A PICK UP SERVICE WHICH YOUR COMPANY PROVIDES.BUT IS JUST FOR NAME SAKE.SOMETIMES THERE ARE NO DRIVERS.SOMETIMES THERE ARE REPLYS THAT U DONT PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES..

                      HOPE THERE WILL BE A FEEDBACK...AND MY COMPLAINTS WONT FALL ON DEAF HEARS......

                      Skoda Car — Poor Mileage

                      The company confirms the car gives a mileage of atleast 12-13 kmpl but to our surprise the car provides us amileage of only 7-8 kmpl. On complaining the company about it, the company says that they are getting 12-13 kmpl on testing performed by them and they take no responsibility for such low mileage.It is really difficult to maintain the car with such a low mileage. We thought of approching the consumer forum to help us sought out this issue.

                      I have visited your authorised service centre M/s Krishna Automobiles Ludhiana for replacement of Minor part of car window, as I have deposited the amount in advance for the said part and they assure that the part will came with in a week period and after 1 month again i approched the part was available in the workshop and now they said the part Serial No is wrong it cannot match the car now again they will place the order for the same part as in the job car they have mentioned the wrong serial no which was incorrect and this cannot use for this car. I am suffring from lst one month no one reply and no body ready to listen even, I think they spoiling the reputation of the company and will loose the customer in future.

                      I am also suffering from poor and pathetic service of SKODA Service Center at Agra M/S Shiel Auto Agra. I purchased a Fabia on Dec 23, 2011. After few days I noticed that the back breaklight fitted with back door had broken clips. This was informed to M/S Shiel Auto Agra in March 2011 and they informed that the part was not available and they will put a demand note from Company. My consistent queries Even after one year is over they have not changed it. Now they are demanding money to change it. My CAR No is UP-85-AA-4221. They also said that why did I not check the broken clips of back light at the time of taking deliver of new car. This is some thing like checking all new parts of car through hired service engineer before you take the new car deliver from skoda. How bad, they could not arrange a small part having price tag around Rs. 500 to 700 in local market. Most often parts are not availae at SKODA Service center

                      A customer is expected to atleast visually inspect the car at the time of delivery for any scratches dents breakages etc, however, in your case you reported a breakage to a tail light after about 2 months of taking the delivery of the car, even on your last visit to the workshop you claimed that you had a written communication for free of cost replacement of the said part, which you were unable to produce, the lamp is available with us, but can only be replaced on a charegeable basis, we value our relationship and are committed to serving you to the best of our abilities, howevr, we will not be able to provide a component which prima facie appears to have been broken due to poor handling at your end.

                      which i tried my level best to get rid off
                      please advice me accordingly.

                        SKODA OCTAVIA THOUGH BOUGHT IN DEC 2006 ALMOST THREE YEARS BACK AND HAS RUN ONLY 23000 KMS, PROMPTLY ATTENDED THREE FREE SERVICES ON DUE MILEAGE HAD ITS ENGINE BLOCK BROKEN.
                        THE CAR OF THE YEAR 2007 IN UK IS HAVING SUBSTANDARD PARTS OF THE ENGINE.

                        THE BROKEN ENGINE TELL IT IS THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF PARTS BY THE COMPANY. AND NO FAULT OF THE OWNER

                        THE QUATATION GIVEN FOR THE REPAIR IS AROUND THREE LAKHS AND FIFTY THOUSAND RUPEES BY M/S GURUDEV MOTORS , DINDICAL ROAD , MADURAI, THE SERVICE PROVIDER

                        Faced same issue in Soda Octavia 1.9Tdi. Ran only for 2.5 yrs & some 20000KM. Engine suddenly broke down. They say the engine block has broken and will cost 3Lakh ruppes to replace it. This is absurd.

                        Skoda is definitely using substandard parts & this is a matter of grave concern for people who think that these high end cars are reliable. Skoda should help such customers!

                          Blower stops giving air and on 19.04.09 i get serivce done from Continental & i mention about the problem they said its solved but problem was there again on 07-07-09 at the time of service i complant about blower problem they said they 'll do it but after service blower stopped working and this occur many times and i visited continental for 3 times after service but problem is still there as last week i visited Arshia last week for same but problem is still not solved

                            I have a scoda loura, mechine is good, but A? is all ways companint as it is in built . whenever we send the vehicle they say its compalint and no stock of compressor. Their sevice is very bad . We ar finding people to go to consumer court for all this againes scoda if you can join write to me
                            You should be thankful that you car came back in perfect condition. Because at Mahavir, when you give a car for service a lot of parts are replaced from your car with older ones or faulty ones. The ESP sensor and Steering Rack got ripped off from my car when I gave it for servicing at their Vijayawada service center. Af far as Mr. Farooq is concerned, he is a number one escape artist, so is everyone over there. They just keep dragging your complaint on and on till you end up getting vexed up and cough up for the parts.

                              This is to complain against skoda india for providing me with a faulty car-skoda fabia-1.4 petrol-elegance.the car hardly has any pickup, and average hardly touching 10 kmpl, the car after sometimes stops to brake which could have lead me once in a serious accident.the car since it has come is suffering with some constant problems, the dealer from which it was taken-SAI AUTOMOBILES, NEW DELHI keeps the car for 2-4 days claiming to have solved the problem but after a little while the car suffers with the problems again.

                                Dear All,
                                I bought a brand new Skoda Superb at a cost of over Rs19.0 lacs from Gurudev Motors, Chennai in March 2009.The vehicle is being used by me as my personal car .I take care of the car as my priced possession by keeping it covered at home and decorating with expensive accessories.On 30th June the car met with a minor accident wherein the right side bumper of the car was damaged including the tyres by a small hit with a motorcycle.The shocking fact was as soon as the car was hit by a motorcycle at low speed, the front right tyre got completely flat and the car went out of control.This happened in a few seconds.I was told, at the time of selling the car that if there is puncture to the tyre, the car will run safely for atleast 2Km without tyre change.When I asked for an explanation to the same sales guy after the accident, he had no reply.
                                The car was immedietely sent to their workshop in Chennai, and the accident relief vehicle was prompt in informing me that I will have to pay towing charges the distance was hardly (25Km).Since I was on a pilgrimage to Tirupathi Balaji temple, I did not argue.
                                I visited the workshop after formalities of estimates & approval was all over, after 20 days and was shocked to see my car lying in the open, untouched and not cared for, full of dust and crow on it.This is the way they treat a brand new car of a customer.When I asked why they have not started work, the manager said they were waiting for parts from Aurangabad, as though it takes weeks or months to get something within India.They are utterly careless and they dont know the meaning of" Customer Care".The fact was that the parts were not available in India itself.
                                After much cajoling and pushing the car was sent back to me after demanding full charges of over Rs 1.50 Lacs.This is attrocious.Who will pay for the 40 days without my car?Why should I pay for the tyre @Rs 9750 when I was told that the tyre will run for 2Km even after puncture.The whole accident may have been avoided if the car did not move uncontrolably after the trye was punctured.I have no explanations either from Skoda or from Gurudev Motors.In fact no one has been sent to probe into the case, atleast for the purpose of research and improvement.There has not even been a single phone call to say "SORRY".I think we should go back to our old Padminis and Ambassadors as we can be sure that we will not be stranded withot our vehicles by these European MNCs.
                                Please keep posting more complints and one day we can be a force.

                                  I had purchased skoda octavia car from jai cars ltd, jodhpur in oct 2008.From that date to yet I am facing air conditioner problem regularly.AC does not work properly.Even at 18 degree temprature we feel hot.even back seat passengers feel uncomfortable.I had go through many cars like ford fiesta, maruti swift even alto too.but such type of AC problem is not in these cars.there is no proper cooling at all.even in the month of february when i am traveling from bharatpur to kota we are discomfort on back seat.I had communicate the AC problem to the dealer regularly basis.but they try to convince me.they are not able to rectify my problem.so I request you to rectify my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I am in receipt of the communication from the dealership at Tvpm.
                                  At the outset, I am really annoyed with the way the matter was handled so far.
                                  The common saying about the after sales “the extent the marketing guy goes till an order gets closed with those promises about after sales that will get vanished” became a reality in your case too, which is quite a pity. With lot of hue & cry about world class service as claimed by you, I am of the opinion that the dictionary will have to amended with the change in the meaning of “world class service”.
                                  With respect to my request, if the incidence is taken on an earnest & positive manner, such a response would not have arisen, especially for a genuine customer like me, as your records will vouch. I am still at a loss of words in describing the way the entire episode is handled by the personnel concerned at the dealership and the attitude, not to mention the lethargy.
                                  It is reminded once again that each step of mine was taken as per specific guidance from the service crew of your dealership starting with confirming the defective A/c system which is due to an erroneous design, followed up be coming up with a request that the expense will have to be borne by me to a small extent and finally concluding that the malfunctioning is a problem of mine and hence have to bear the total expense. You can note the irony in handling of the subject.
                                  Now what I seek is the stance taken by you as the manufacturer of a world class brand to a genuine customer like me. It may also be noted that I have lost the complete trust on your dealership and hence being taken directly.

                                    I had bought a Skoda Octavia from Sai Automobiles, Delhi. Since I bought this bad car, it has a problem of Left pulling and steering starts wobbling just at 80 km/hr. I have sent the car to service station twice and had to avail two services whereas the total running of the car is 16000kms only. I have put my concern with the company on its India website but that is also of no use.

                                      We are sorry to inform you that we are unsatisfied with the services and support provided by your Skoda dealer in India.

                                      We purchased Skoda Laura 1.9 TDI 77KW Diesel, with Chassis No. TMBBSB1Z17A150683 and Engine No. BJB202528 on March 23rd, 2007 from Krishna Auto Sales, G.T. Road, Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana, India.

                                      The company’s reputation and power in Czech and also our inclination to perfect perfection derived us to purchase this car.

                                      After the purchase, we have faced numerous problems with the car and also with the unresponsive dealer from whom we purchased the car.

                                      Few days after the car was delivered, the horn broke down. Since driving without horn in India is extremely dangerous. We went to Krishna Autos, Ludhiana, to replace the horn. But the dealer was out of stock and asked us to wait for a week. When we asked them about any other alternative replacement they simply denied and said, the owner has to bear for a week without horn. Then the horn was replaced after 15 days at no cost, since the car was under the warranty.

                                      Then after a month or so, the battery of the car broke down, without any notification of its low power or weakness. I called the dealer, and asked them what I should do now, since I am far away from my home city and I couldn't find any service centre nearby. The dealer advised me to push the car from behind and get the engine started. Being a business man it doesn't make any sense to me. Then after making the car to start at my own, I went straight to Krishna Autos, Ludhiana again, to get the batteries replaced. The battery was out of stock, they asked us to drop the car at their service station as it will take a week for the battery to reach them. I have never seen any agency which is always out of stock. Krishna Auto's is located at 100 Km’s (150 miles) away from my home, I agreed to drop my car but the company has no way to drop me back home, they asked me to hire a cab or bus. Then we have to wait for the car and the battery for another 10 days. It’s a lot of mental stress when you have no vehicle to go to your business and back home. Somehow I managed for another 10 days. But couldn’t retain my financial loses.

                                      Few months later, All the five tires have developed bulge and needs to be replaced. While we were going to New Delhi, one of the tires busted. The car was under the warranty and also it was at about 15, 000 Km’s. The same time we replaced the tire and call the Skoda agency, they said they have launched the complaint and the tire will be replaced in warranty. Then later after few days when we went to the Skoda Agency, Ludhiana, they said it’s late and the warranty of tire is only up to 20, 000Kms. When we said the complaint was launched at 15, 000 miles. They denied and said they don't entertain telephonic complaints.

                                      Then we have to replace all the five tires at our own cost (Rs. 20, 000). And up to that time the horns have been replaced about 10 times.

                                      Then during first summer season, we faced some cooling problem with the AC. We took the car to Krishna Autos Ludhiana; they said there is little dust in the air filter. They tried to ignore our complaint by saying the AC is working fine, we managed that summer without AC, but during Second Summer season, we faced the same problem. We went to the dealer, they said the compressor needs to be changed, but they are out of stock. It took more than a month for the compressor to reach the dealer. Again we and our patience managed 45 degree Celsius for more than a month. Another month we have to deal without car.

                                      Then two days later the car was delivered there was problem with the ignition, our dealer said its Electric Module needs to be changed. And it will take another 15 days for the module to reach Dealer, on being asked they said the parts come from Czech Republic and it takes 15 days for the delivery. Okay, another 15 days without car. After the car was delivered the next day there was huge smoke from the silencer. I called the agency and asked them what I should do, since the car doesn't take the accelerator, and there was no Engine oil in the car. All this because the car was with the dealer for past 15 days and we have no idea what they did with the engine.

                                      On my phone call talks with the Service Manager Mr. Pardeep Sharma, he asked us to bring the car to them, I asked them how, since its gives huge smoke and there is no Engine oil also, they said, just drive slowly and keep refueling the engine oil after every 1 Km and drive for 100 Km’s where the Agency is located. I was like what?? It can cease the Engine.

                                      I hired a tow truck to drop the car at the agency. Now they said the Turbo of the car is no working and it has to be replaced. The warranty period expired a month ago, and the car was with the dealer for past 3 months and during that period these problems came, and now they say it’s out of warranty and we have to pay 1, 50, 000 for the turbo.

                                      When they want to sell their car then they themselves will travel 100 Km’s and show us the features of the car, But after you sell the car then what.

                                      Companies maintain long term relationships, with the existing customers. In order to make them buy their next higher model. But with your company I find there is no proper check on maintaining customer relationships and after sales service.

                                      I am writing you this email because o[censored]nresponsive behavior of our Dealer in India and also Skoda India customer care department.

                                      I want my car should be replaced by a higher model, since it’s full of problems. Also compensatory amount of Rs. 50, 000, 00 which is for the loses I have beard in my business during the period of past two years, days during which the car is with the dealer. And there has been no support by your Dealer in Ludhiana, because of which we have faced a lot of business loss, mental torture and also it has been affecting our reputation.

                                      I feel my dealer has enjoyed keeping my car for more period than me, .

                                      I hope the company will understand the problems I have faced from the date of purchase of the car. And I believe the company will act accordingly to maintain strong customer relationships in future.

We went to the dealer, they said the compressor needs to be changed, but they are out of stock. It took more than a month for the compressor to reach the dealer. Again we and our patience managed 45 degree Celsius for more than a month. Another month we have to deal without car.

And it will take another 15 days for the module to reach Dealer, on being asked they said the parts come from Czech Republic and it takes 15 days for the delivery. Okay, another 15 days without car. I called the agency and asked them what I should do, since the car doesn't take the accelerator, and there was no Engine oil in the car. All this because the car was with the dealer for past 15 days and we have no idea what they did with the engine.

                                      On my phone call talks with the Service Manager Mr. Pardeep Sharma, he asked us to bring the car to them, I asked them how, since its gives huge smoke and there is no Engine oil also, they said, just drive slowly and keep refueling the engine oil after every 1 Km and drive for 100 Km’s where the Agency is located. I was like what?? It can cease the Engine.

                                      After the purchase, we have faced numerous problems with the car and also with the unresponsive dealer from whom we purchased the car.

                                      Few days after the car was delivered, the horn broke down. Since driving without horn in India is extremely dangerous. We went to Krishna Autos, Ludhiana, to replace the horn. But the dealer was out of stock and asked us to wait for a week. When we asked them about any other alternative replacement they simply denied and said, the owner has to bear for a week without horn. Then the horn was replaced after 15 days at no cost, since the car was under the warranty.

I called the dealer, and asked them what I should do now, since I am far away from my home city and I couldn't find any service centre nearby. The dealer advised me to push the car from behind and get the engine started. Being a business man it doesn't make any sense to me. Then after making the car to start at my own, I went straight to Krishna Autos, Ludhiana again, to get the batteries replaced. The battery was out of stock, they asked us to drop the car at their service station as it will take a week for the battery to reach them. I have never seen any agency which is always out of stock. Krishna Auto's is located at 100 Km’s (150 miles) away from my home, I agreed to drop my car but the company has no way to drop me back home, they asked me to hire a cab or bus. Then we have to wait for the car and the battery for another 10 days. It’s a lot of mental stress when you have no vehicle to go to your business and back home. Somehow I managed for another 10 days. But couldn’t retain my financial loses.

                                      krishna stocks Ahemdabad:

                                      This advisory company is a fraud company and it is not relaible.

                                      They are providing services of stocks and charged me 12000 Rs to gaurenteed 50, 000 Rs commited profit, which they were failed to provide and made -60, 000 Rs Loss.

                                      My account was handlled by Kuldeep Surti. Now in this case they are not refunding the money back which they had made commited while joinee the service.

                                      Now they are not picking up the phone and no response.

                                      My personal advice please take away your self from such kind of advisory and only trust the trustable company. Till the time you are gettting profit it is okay once you start getting losses no one will follow up.

                                      The same condition is with me as well. This is the major problem, which occurs in krishna auto sales only, whether it is in chandigarh or in ludhiana. I also get stuck while travelling lots of time just due to dis hole car of skoda. The dealer is not at all ready to listen its customers. this problem of dealers is not only here in punjab, but i think it is all over in india as i noticed and talked to my friends and relatives having skoda cars all over india. So its better not to choose skoda cars in ur life. better to stay without car instead of purchasing a huge mentel tention i.e. skoda.

                                        Stay Away From SKODA.

                                        I Purchased Skoda Laura in 2006. In 2007 My car's air conditioner was not working properly for which i lodged the complaint during the routine service.

                                        I purposely mentioned to them to check each and every part of A/C before handing the car.

                                        I dont know what they did, they told that there is a problem with the gas and they have topped the gas. but after wards my ac statrted tripping now and then and i have complaint to them numerous times but nothing was done when my car was under warrenty and they told me that since the temperatures are very high outside so this will happen.

                                        But in August 2008 A/C went completely dead for which i complaint to them and they told me that you have to pay 65000 rs to get the compressor changed, Which i strongly protested and told them taht since this problem was coming since 2007 they should get the part replaced as the life of A/C Compressor in 18 Lakhs Car cannot be just 2 and a half years.

                                        They told me that they will see what can be done.

                                        Days passed, months passed but nothing happened from dealers side then finally some where in April or May i decided to call there Aurangabad office. I Spoke to Miss Nupur and Mr. Sudhir regarding this problem and the harassment that has been caused by there SILVERTONE dealer they told me to send the car to the dealer.

                                        But when i send the car the dealer refused that such kind of request has come and told me to get in touch with them after a week.

                                        And finally after much argument and desperation finally i got a call from Aurangabad that they have considered my problem and told us to send the car.

                                        I did what was told and dealer informed me that it will take 2-3 days for to check the car completely.
                                        14 days have passed but we got no reply from the dealer.
                                        I called Aurangabad office again and they said that technical query is pending with the dealer so they cannot do anything.

                                        After pressurizing the dealer through Mr. Santosh Kulkarni. The dealer finally send the technical query to Aurangabad after 20 days.

                                        The thing that was to be done in 3 days was finall done in 20 days.

                                        Just to get the reply that only 50% of the part value is approved.

                                        How can they approve only 50 % of the part value when there is a genuine problem with A/C Compressor.

                                        10 months after my A/C Compressor got completly fault i am still waiting Justice and compensation of the harresment that Skoda has caused me.

                                        I am pretty much sure there are other people who has been harresed by Skoda.

                                        I am sorry for that you are also on same boat as we are, But our porblem is more "Life Threatening" and it's happenning to us again and again. The Dangerous thing is While driving the Driver seat is completly pulling towards back away from the dash board, where I am loosing the controll of steering and from the breaks .I can't even put the break and the seat is going Completely "Slanting position "Where it almost pushing the back side passenger (Passenger is My Child 8 years old kid).I have complained the servicing center, they have resolved the problem send the car back & told it's resolved .After 19 days again it's reoccoring .The time I am in the Passenger seat .They are telling me to get the car for servicing and they will fix it.But I am asking is there any guarentee it doesn't happen after they repair?, What will happen if I am on 80 above speed and the seat completly moves back ?..How can I surivive ?...Can they give Guarentee of our lives?????, They don't have answers . I am fighting for justice.. Don't know who can resolve the problem ?...And I never expected such kind of problems with SKODA...It's really not worth of buying SKODA LAURA ...

                                        DONT EVER BUY THIS CAR AND IF YOU DO OWN IT, SELL IT BEFORE YOU GO BROKE KEEPING IT ALIVE.
                                        I brought skoda laura 2008. after 1 year my car ac was not cooling properly so i went to skoda service station they told that ac compressor is gone so u have to change it with cost nearly Rs 82000. when i told them that my car is in warranty period but they told u have done service late so warranty has gone. i have spent lots of money to repair ac but every time ac work 3 to 4 month then same problem in ac. i am fed up of this skoda Laura car. please friend don't perches this company car and also skoda spare part are to costly. my so many relative and friend having same car they are also suffering same ac problem.
