Sir i am studying in pitampura medical wing as medical regular 1 year programme as firstly i take admission in your coaching your reception tell me that your coaching will open 7:30 in morning for students as students can come aNd do self study but from some days coaching will open at only 9:00 am not earlier than this as we can comesome time earlier because our bus timing is this and coaching is not opened so our time wastes and we have to wait for half an hour outside the coaching

Dear Sir,
My son is studying at Indira Nagar Branch, Today(22/10/16) I was called for PTM at the institute in old building that is above the Apollo clinic.I have parked my scooter in front of the Institute as there is no designated Parking slot for Aakash.
Incidentally, my scooter was picked by the Traffic police. Sir, I approached the Aakash desk in-charge, she directed me to branch head in other building. When i approached branch head, he very rudely told me parking is not my responsibility, my responsibility is within the wall of institute.

May i know, whose responsibility is it to take care of parking concerns of the parents visiting aakash.

I, shreya chakladar, had submitted my application at aakash barrackpore centre on 20.09.2016 for dlp (Cjp+) and from barrackpore centre the same was sent to aakash delhi centre through courier on 22.09.2016, as informed by them. My provisional receipt number is 138706.
Today morning i had contacted aakash delhi centre to know the status of my application and got information that they are yet to receive my application.
Already 15 days are over and by this time i should have received my study materials. If this is the type of services of aakash institute, then i have to say that aakash management is at all not sincere to their responsibilities.

I have directed by priyanka madam to sent copy of marksheet in th n/o my son Subhadeep Khawas for geting scholarship 30 % as he has secured 100% in mathematics of class 10 exam. . I have sent the copy of marksheet on 23.9.2016 and several times contacted to akash institute through phone no-[protected] but no any response received till now.my mob no-[protected], [protected].waiting for your reply. my gmail adress is [protected]@gmail.com

I took my admission in Aakash Kanpur Phoolbagh in RM02 with fees of 85000 without the knowledge that scholarship test is also conducted we were not told about it while other students in my batch gave this test & were given considerable discount my complaint is when I am eligible why l wasn't told about this test Please conduct my test for discount.

I'm a student of Aakash Institute of Maninagar branch. I was caught using mobile phone by a faculty and he took my phone from me. As I requested to the Branch Manager he told me to give me back my phone at Monday, now today's monday and the faculty that took my phone from me is refusing to give me my phone untill next week. That's my phone and he can't have my phone, If I don't get my phone in 12 hours, I'll file a theft complaint against that Faculty.

I have approached the Branch Manager of Janak puri aakash centre for Refund of Money as My son Samik Koul hasbecome psychiatric patient due to the burden of studying in Aakash. I have to visit child psychologist and pay her 2000 per visit as discussed with you. I have paid about 31000 to Aakash just for 2 months and his permonce never improved and has become patient. I need proper written confirmation why are you not refunding money back and not verbally and what is mentioned in prospects. This is very critical and if you won't reply I will take this case with consumer court and sew you there. Your Branch Manger there is just dodging students and parents and cheating them. I need that senior Management should look into it as my child is not speaking at all. I need proper justice and strong action to be taken against branch Manager Sheeba so that students and parent will not suffer at all.

Sir my brother has joined in your institution in adayar.he has attented only 5 classes and now ge has got admisson in a college.when i take admisson in adayar they said that they will refund the amount if he got admisdon in college.now they are not refunding the amount and they said that they will not give the amount.sir kindly pls take necessary action and this amount have to be used for further studies so pls take necessary action as soon as possible

Respected sir, I am Sayedali nizam from kerala.I joined in Aakash institute in Adayar for jee main and advance course of 1 year and attended just five classes.As i got admission in a government college in my native place kerala i am more likely to take admission in that college and requested to refund the fees of Rs40000+admission fee 11500 Initially they said that they will refund the money and when i went to chennai for my fees they told me that they had not even said a word about that..i had charged so many money for travelling itself...now they are not responding..Am from a middle class family and i suffered a lot...kindly take necessary action against this...

This is a complaint regarding the english teacher mr. Padhi of aakash institute bhubaneswar. He is not able to motivate students as have least knowledge about subject content and just whales away his time. Students not interested in his class. Take action. Mr. Singh (Md aakash bhubaneswar) has appointed him for his personal benefit as his daughter is in class 9th of weekend foundation class. As parents, we need good dynamic teachers, an old sluggy person.

Sir when i tried to pay my fees for ACST it was an unsuccessful transaction and after transaction i did'nt get any reply of registration no. or anything, even no confirmation message at my email or mobile no.but however money is deducted from my paytm wallet, and when i requested for refunding my money at there centre south-ex they refuse to give my money even i have all details of transaction and even they accepted that money is transferred to there account than also they are not willing to give my money please help me

Hello

i have make a registration for the "Class room crash course" for "Pitampura" center, which is gonna start from 1st of April and will end on 29th of April.

Now i wanted to know the timing for the batch, so i called "PitamPura" center they said that "they are not gonna start any batch on 1st of April".

During registration process you didn't show any notice or anything for that.

Check the attachment for the information you are showing for the new batch from 1st of April.

they are saying to take admission in any another center.
i am not ok with this, and they are not giving my money back.

I am a AIATS(for aipmt 2016) candidate & test center is ALOK SIR CLASSES, BHILAI, Chattisgarh
We face a lot of disturbance during the test due to the classes conducted at the center during the test duration
Also the candidates of that centre and their classes in loud voice and their gossips creates highly disturbing environment during test
It is almost impossible to concentrate
Also we get no time for filling OMR sheet instead it is 5minutes late

This grievance is against the branch of Aakash Institute in Bhagalpur, Bihar. My name is Purva Verma and i took admission in the month of july of this year 2015 for preparation of engineering competitive exams in the target batch for AIEEE in Aakash Institute at Bhagalpur. At the time of admission i paid Rs 22800 through check. Within 3 days i applied for cancellation of my admission in the institute for some reason. They said according to the Aakash's norms they will refund around Rs6000 within 15 days but they did not do that. When my mother went to the institute regarding this complain they said that my cancellation is in process and i will get my money soon. Now its 4 and a half months passed away after i applied for my cancellation still i didn't get my refund amount back. Few days back i called to the institute and asked about it they said that "i am sorry Purva, you will not get any refund amount as your admission was done late." Respected Sir/Ma'am, i just want to ask one question to you that if this was the reason then why you didn't tell me at the time when i was applying for the cancellation or after one or two months when i repeatedly complained for not getting my money back. May be i would have changed my mind and continued studying in that institute. Why after 4 months you are coming up with this excuse. I dont want my money. Keep it with you. Just give me a logical clarification that why you gave me this lame excuse after 4 months why not you said this at the time of cancellation. You guys show your best part at the time of admission. Behaves so well that you are the only one who is concern about our carrier and money and when somebody wants to leave the institute at that time while giving just Rs6000 you behave in this way. Though you are already keeping 70% of our complete paid amount. I called to the institute to ask for reason how come my admission was late when i paid fee on time that too on the very first day and i have the paining date written on the receiving i got as well as the date written on the check i gave to the institute. They didn't even talk but ignored by simply saying that network is not clear i'll call you back, but they never did. So this is a humble request to the institute that stop making fool to your costumers and please at least give me a proper justification of this kind of ill behavior. Apology is not at all expected from your institute anymore.

Respected sir, I am Ragav Vikraman.T from Coimbatore.I joined Aakash lately and attended just two classes.Due to my school studies and other problems I wished to change my course to i-tutor and requested to refund the balance.Initially they said that they will refund the remaining but now I did not get any response from them.Recently when I called them, they said that I didn't even mention the word refund and said(lied) that I didn't even return the form which was given by them.Now I don't want any course modifications, please make them to refund our money since I am from middle class family I SUFFERED A LOT.Please accept my plea and take neccessary action as soon as possible

My name is R.Arun. I have joined in Aakash adayar(engineering course). But I went only for 1 month and stopped due to the portion difference with my school. But I paid 43, 000. I did not get any refund. Please as soon as possible try to refund the money which I paid.

Dear sir, My son Anurag kumar jha has joined in IIT-JEE Main and advanced cource for the year[protected] in 2015, but but personal problems he has attended only one class and decided to quit, so i talked to the branch manager of maninagar ( ahmedabad, gujrat) branch and discucced about the situation, he told me that your admission fee as well as the first instalment of tution fee will be refundeand your regestrition fee will be not refunded, i agreed and than he filled a form for refund. I came back from the branch now and waiting for your response, Now i had got a call before some days to collect the refunded amount. i went on branch and they told me that only your First instalment of tution fee will be refunded as per the rules. So here by i am requestiing you that please look into my situation and refund my total amount, because the boy has attended only one day and i belongs to a lower middle clas family and can not afford such type of damage. so please do needful as soon as possibe i am looking positive towards you.
