Sir my brother has joined in your institution in adayar.he has attented only 5 classes and now ge has got admisson in a college.when i take admisson in adayar they said that they will refund the amount if he got admisdon in college.now they are not refunding the amount and they said that they will not give the amount.sir kindly pls take necessary action and this amount have to be used for further studies so pls take necessary action as soon as possible

Respected sir, I am Sayedali nizam from kerala.I joined in Aakash institute in Adayar for jee main and advance course of 1 year and attended just five classes.As i got admission in a government college in my native place kerala i am more likely to take admission in that college and requested to refund the fees of Rs40000+admission fee 11500 Initially they said that they will refund the money and when i went to chennai for my fees they told me that they had not even said a word about that..i had charged so many money for travelling itself...now they are not responding..Am from a middle class family and i suffered a lot...kindly take necessary action against this...

This is a complaint regarding the english teacher mr. Padhi of aakash institute bhubaneswar. He is not able to motivate students as have least knowledge about subject content and just whales away his time. Students not interested in his class. Take action. Mr. Singh (Md aakash bhubaneswar) has appointed him for his personal benefit as his daughter is in class 9th of weekend foundation class. As parents, we need good dynamic teachers, an old sluggy person.

Sir when i tried to pay my fees for ACST it was an unsuccessful transaction and after transaction i did'nt get any reply of registration no. or anything, even no confirmation message at my email or mobile no.but however money is deducted from my paytm wallet, and when i requested for refunding my money at there centre south-ex they refuse to give my money even i have all details of transaction and even they accepted that money is transferred to there account than also they are not willing to give my money please help me

why dont we get atleast 1 month off in summer as schools ? arent we kids human ? we also feel tired and lazy and you guys keep calling us to classes, we need holidays man . you can give us some studying homework but rant us a holiday where we can enjoy without the tension of the institutes . we get ourselves admitted here to get loads of tension and without few holidays ?

Hello

i have make a registration for the "Class room crash course" for "Pitampura" center, which is gonna start from 1st of April and will end on 29th of April.

Now i wanted to know the timing for the batch, so i called "PitamPura" center they said that "they are not gonna start any batch on 1st of April".

During registration process you didn't show any notice or anything for that.

Check the attachment for the information you are showing for the new batch from 1st of April.

they are saying to take admission in any another center.
i am not ok with this, and they are not giving my money back.

I am a AIATS(for aipmt 2016) candidate & test center is ALOK SIR CLASSES, BHILAI, Chattisgarh
We face a lot of disturbance during the test due to the classes conducted at the center during the test duration
Also the candidates of that centre and their classes in loud voice and their gossips creates highly disturbing environment during test
It is almost impossible to concentrate
Also we get no time for filling OMR sheet instead it is 5minutes late

This grievance is against the branch of Aakash Institute in Bhagalpur, Bihar. My name is Purva Verma and i took admission in the month of july of this year 2015 for preparation of engineering competitive exams in the target batch for AIEEE in Aakash Institute at Bhagalpur. At the time of admission i paid Rs 22800 through check. Within 3 days i applied for cancellation of my admission in the institute for some reason. They said according to the Aakash's norms they will refund around Rs6000 within 15 days but they did not do that. When my mother went to the institute regarding this complain they said that my cancellation is in process and i will get my money soon. Now its 4 and a half months passed away after i applied for my cancellation still i didn't get my refund amount back. Few days back i called to the institute and asked about it they said that "i am sorry Purva, you will not get any refund amount as your admission was done late." Respected Sir/Ma'am, i just want to ask one question to you that if this was the reason then why you didn't tell me at the time when i was applying for the cancellation or after one or two months when i repeatedly complained for not getting my money back. May be i would have changed my mind and continued studying in that institute. Why after 4 months you are coming up with this excuse. I dont want my money. Keep it with you. Just give me a logical clarification that why you gave me this lame excuse after 4 months why not you said this at the time of cancellation. You guys show your best part at the time of admission. Behaves so well that you are the only one who is concern about our carrier and money and when somebody wants to leave the institute at that time while giving just Rs6000 you behave in this way. Though you are already keeping 70% of our complete paid amount. I called to the institute to ask for reason how come my admission was late when i paid fee on time that too on the very first day and i have the paining date written on the receiving i got as well as the date written on the check i gave to the institute. They didn't even talk but ignored by simply saying that network is not clear i'll call you back, but they never did. So this is a humble request to the institute that stop making fool to your costumers and please at least give me a proper justification of this kind of ill behavior. Apology is not at all expected from your institute anymore.

I came back from the branch now and waiting for your response, Now i had got a call before some days to collect the refunded amount. i went on branch and they told me that only your First instalment of tution fee will be refunded as per the rules. So here by i am requestiing you that please look into my situation and refund my total amount, because the boy has attended only one day and i belongs to a lower middle clas family and can not afford such type of damage. so please do needful as soon as possibe i am looking positive towards you. I am a student of Aakash, kerala, calicut I think this institute is the worst institute i've ever seen in my life. i'm a student of class 12. i've not recieved any books of 11th standard which is included in my package the receptionists here are just so rude to the students and parents if they come to complain, they just continue to argue with us Due to some health problems I was not able to attend classes in february and March and I informed in the institute about this Now they are telling that since I didn't attend the class I will not get the books of plus one which was distributed to others . Me or my parents were not informed about this I paid the complete fees also. please take necessary action towards this so that this may not happen to any student in future. It is the responsibility of the institution to make sure that all enrolled students get all the books if they have paid the fees

I undersigned the student of one year medial(or-01) of
kalyan branch is writing you a letter for facing a severe
inconvenience by studying in aakash for maths.I had joined maths class
in july in kalyan branch in a great hope of scoring a appreciable
marks, but all was in vain.As per their claim they said they will
organise maths lecture twice a week but rather the claim was false and
organised once a week maths for class 12 cbse.In the month of august 2014
they did not even set up a single lecture inspite of repeated
complains of organising a lecture and moreover in the month of
september they combined cbse with hsc board lectures for which I
faced a great inconvenience and failed in my unit test exam of school
because out of three chapter comming in the exam they merely completed
one chapter, even they had taken a 2 week gap in between.They are even
not organising a test after completion.I and my parent then proceeded
for complaining about the same they said they will organise the
lecture twice a week but unfortunately a false claim again, then we
proceeded for assistant director and they said they cannot do anything
I will have to manage the same or go for full refund we decided to
wait for a week but realised that 12th maths cannot be completed in a
proper way if conducted once a week and applied for refund and gave 2
written application when my parent asked for the status of the
application they called my parents in the branch and
said no refund will be provided, we argued for this but this shows us
the spoken word has no value in aakash because he said about refund
and now he is telling you will get noo refund after a severe arguement
they finally accepted and now it is about a 6 months to go no information
nothing about the status of refund letter.So please do not ever even join for maths this inconvinience is also faced
by some of my colleagues...

I am student of Dropper's Medical Batch RM-07 at Surya Nagar Branch Jaipur For the last 3 weeks the number zoology is around 1 class a week There is no correlation between displayed Time-table and actual schedule Academic Head Mr. Atul is constantly harassing us so that we merge into another batch.

On dated 4 December, 2014 I applied online for Distance Learning Program(DLP) for IIT-JEE (both Mains & Advanced) for my son Vaibhav Singh N. Rawat who is currently studying in class 11 th and paid an amount of Rs.19719 via Payu taxation #[protected] for the said amount was deducted from my account but the Aakash website showed "Transaction Failed" but the amount was neither refunded nor did we receive any information. I paid an amount of Rs.19719 online on 04.12.2014 for DLP for my son for Two Years Comprehensive Joint Package Plus (CJP +) for JEE (Main & Advanced) - 2016. The amount was deducted from my account vide taxation No.[protected] but the Aakas.h site showed a failed transaction. Till date I did not hear anything from them nor my above mentioned amount was refunded Either my amount may be refunded or some information may be provided whether the course material will be sent to me or not.
