Beam simple money service is fooling and making distributors, merchants & franchises across country
they are aiming innocent peoples accross country .
Somebody who have the knowledge of payment gateway can assure you well as the first misleading thing is that they do not have REFUND command or syntax in there system this is becayse they hav'nt got full permission to use the system by RBI.

Simple example you have the learning driving licence or like you have taken stay on some case from high court but still working and one day you will be GONN... remember SATYAM

ASK THEM THE DETAILS ABOUT THE CLAUSE ISSUED BY RBI AND NOT THE ACT PASSED IN 2007
Beam is fraud they can't able to reacharge my reliance cell phone i called there customer care on[protected] phone no. stated on there website they told me that i have to be a Beam Subscribers i then registered my number then they told me to buy shopping card for Rs 100 i did the same but it did'nt work at all i again called them the answer i got is that they have reliance life insurance service in there panel but i can't recharge my reliance cell phone as reliance tele comm is still have to come till then i have to keep that card with me as it won't work and sorry for the inconvience caused SO NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
I challange BEAM http://www.beam.co.in to show me the authorization letter issued by beam and details about the clauses issued by RBI India, i will take my complain back from RBI which is launched on 01/03/10 but none of the employee can come up in confidence as they themself don't know "BEAM IS FRAUD"

Streamlining money transfers for unbanked consumers

This paper describes Suvidha’s strategy to market the Beam Card, a mobile phone transaction service that allows consumers to send and receive cash, and make payments using text messaging.

A Suvidha study revealed that Indian consumers desired to transfer money to friends and relatives but relied on inefficient, costly and unsecured modes of money transfer. Given the low penetration of banking coupled with high mobile phone usage, a product like Beam could fill this need gap.

Although Beam shared some characteristics with other payment service, Suvidha had to educate customers about its unique features. Its strategy to launch Beam included the following steps:

Defining target audience, namely, the emerging middle class that aspired western-style convenience;
Examining competition such as existing modes of payment and services provided by banks and telecom companies;
Developing a distribution strategy with a wide network of retailers and franchisees;
Fortifying main distribution channels through strategic partnerships with banks, MFIs and post offices;
Deciding Beam's pricing and examining revenue sources;
Generating brand awareness by detailing Beam’s unique features;
Understanding media promotion options.

Q Are entities operating a payment system or intending to operate a payment system required to get a license, approval or authorization for the purpose?

Ans. In terms of Section 4 of the PSS Act, 2007 no person other than the Reserve Bank can operate or commence a payment system unless authorized by the Reserve Bank. Any person desirous of commencing or operating a payment system needs to apply for authorization under the PSS Act, 2007(Section 5).

The application for authorization has to be made as per Form A under Regulation 3(2) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations, 2008. The application is required to be duly filled up and submitted with the stipulated documents to the Reserve Bank.

All entities operating payment systems or desirous of setting up such systems are required to apply for authorization under the Act. Any unauthorized operation of a payment system would be an offence under the PSS Act, 2007 and accordingly liable for penal action under that Act.


Q. What are the factors which the Reserve Bank will consider while deciding on an application submitted for authorization?

Ans. The Reserve Bank will consider factors like the need for the proposed payment system, the technical standards and design of proposed system, the security procedures and terms and conditions of operation of the proposed system, the procedure for netting of payment instructions, risk management processes, financial status of the applicant, experience of management and integrity of applicant, consumer interests, monetary and credit policies and other relevant factors while deciding on an application for authorization for commencing or operating a payment system (Section 7 of PSS Act, 2007).

The Reserve Bank will endeavour to dispose of all applications received for authorization within six months from the date of their receipt.


Q. Can the Reserve Bank revoke authorization granted under the PSS Act 2007?

Yes, the Reserve Bank is empowered to revoke the authorization granted by it, if the system provider contravenes any provisions of the Act or Regulations, fails to comply with its orders/ directions or violates the terms and conditions under which the authorization was granted to it (Section 8 of PSS Act 2007).

Friends, I had paid a visit to your company, I met 3 brand ambassadors of the company: Mr. Ajay (who thinks he is the RBI governor, I pitty on his ability to be a manager and have not seen any insane and arrogant Hari Sadu kind of character), two the security guard at the reception (asked me 3 times to vacate the conference room I was sitting) and the HR lady named swagatika (she never would pick your call, when you are called by her to arrange for a meeting with the promoter-who are bit shady) and hear this: Toilets are separate for management and staff with a big plate on the toilet, mobile phones are deposited on the ground floor with the security guys drawer, what would you expect from this company friends...you cant risk your money, dont buy any product through them, they are not trustworthy

As per the company guidelines we can do following services both from sms & web site

But I can’t able to do nothing just one service some telecom Operators Recharges that too top irregular basis on & off time services, or we loose our balances but customer never get balance, or double recharge done on one single traction, this type of hundreds of complaints which we have already registered with distributers, regional staff, customer care, president business head & we never got any Response till today, company president (Mr Ajay ) visited my premises & some franchises in the month of may 20011 & promise to solve the said all complaints & to open local zonal office in a month. by today over two months already over & 8 months of my franchise period gone by doing nothing

i too agree all above complains abt beam fraud private limited company . they are like treated the employee as a pawn brokers . they wont provide the proper salary too . instead of begging they steal our salary, for this kind of leaving they can go for begging . poor management people . their products doesn't work properly . no proper response from the management . i ever seen these like fraud company in my career past 12yrs . particularly yash, binit, swagatika, they are oust people ever seen

I also agreed all above complaints about Beam Money Pvt Ltd (Formerly, Fraud Private Ltd) Company. I tell you the real story. Anand Srivastav is a hitler type character, His wife Padamshri Srivastav is behind this all.Padamshri has three chamche Mr K.N Shastri, Anil Gupta ( a charcterless person), Harpal Singh is a unprofessional lawyer.
Swagatika Panda ( Second Love of Anil Gupta). Kn Shastri, Anil Gupta, Harpal Singh are directors in their other fraud Companies. Company name are Intercorp Industries ltd ( legal case has been running against it), Hyperworld Ltd ( legal case against it also), shruti woolens ltd ( Landlord of Beam Money Pvt Ltd), Gencorp (an another fraud company).

Anand Shrivastav is highly experience in making fraud company. These people totally dependent on foreign investers. If Investers invest money then they run the business otherwise they are not capable to earn profit. There is a three month notice to resign from service. nobody can serve three month notice so beam is a jail. you can confirm these points from the employees of Beam also. Yash Srivastav son of Anand has no sense to talk with employee.

      Hello everyone

      I have unlimited plan Bmax-850 (1mbps)...........It was going fine till april 14 2010 , and from next day the internet speed gone slow, and when I check it shows 580kbps or sometimes less. And till april 19 I thought might be some problem and kept quite. And the same problem persists and I call customer care (the worst thing is that they call is not free, everyone has customer support toll free), and the person pick up the call and when I was trying to talk , he is telling hello , hello , hello. I can here his voice, but he is trying to avoid me (I understood it) . So call ended. And again I called and the person picked up , I told my plan Bmax-850 (1mbps) and username. I told my connection speed is slow from some days. He told yes check your "usage" and told that from his side a technician will come and check the problem. And he was talking some what hard .

      I'm surprised that my plan is UNLIMITED and he is telling me to check the USAGE.

      What is this with the beamtelecom broadband , they are not good towards their customers and they try to avoid them as much as possible.

      And the CUSTOMER support ([protected]) is also not good at their service.

      So please reply me , what is the meaning o[censored]NLIMITED.

      Then why is my speed gone slow. Then why he told to check my USAGE.

      They must be good at their service and should improve their customer support.

      EVERYONE THINGS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TRY TO HELP THEM ALWAYS.

      Hope their service will be better and also the customer support. And will be providing the best of their service to their users.

        even i have made a payment to Rs 2000/- for 6 months, but still couldnt see a internet cable in house till date... customer care everttime they are working onit but. the person who took the money doesnt picks up my call.
        Don't go for beam internet under any circumstances. Their service is pathetic. They don't have proper work force, you will suffer like any thing.
        Dear Beamtele, I suffered without internet access last 3days, and I complained, now and then got the access but the sites are not opening properly. really i felt that I'm not satisfy with this service.

          i recently i applied for an internet connection from beam tele in miyapur, hyderabad.
          i paid them the money on[protected].But, i havent heard from them till now.
          this is my problem. that executive in my area is not at all responding to me.my account number is 84036.
          even i have made a payment to Rs 2000/- for 6 months, but still couldnt see a internet cable in house till date... customer care everttime they are working onit but. the person who took the money doesnt picks up my call.

                Inspite of daily couple of times complaints, my problem of frequent net disconnection problem was not resolved, rather not been resolved, better to say they are ineffient to do it. Seemingly Beam telecom is managed by unprofessional people. Becoz of this problem, I'm incurring loss or making less profits in Stock Market, Every 15 mins or 30 mins there is problem with the Internet Connectivity. Everyone speaks to me and assures me for the better service. No one could find the permanant solution for my problem. I also requested for the cancellation of the Service and refund my money, no one could respond to it.

                Every day it goes down for a few hours. Comes back on its on.
                No IP address. Sometimes no link.

                i took 5 days back the connection, and login link displayed in site nor the network is identified in my system. it says unidentified network . when getting the connection also i nearly made 50 calls to get the connection, the auto answer machine keeps me for 4 min, then disconnects. Don't know how may calls i have to make to get the connection fixed now.

                Pathetic customer service, Customer Service Supervisors get rude on the call when you demand for the service. You never know when you get the appropriate speed, low speed and get disconnect. They just address the problem and raise a complaint and provide the complain number and ask to wait for 24 hours.
                How many "24 hours" can customer wait on a regular basis? There is no point in doing business with such low service level people.
                Hope someone will act upon this!
                same problem, even after paying such high rates they just dont care abt the customers. my connection disconnects and reconnects after every 7-8 mins. i've already made lot of complaints but no solution because they don't have the technicians who can solve such problems. my advice to others is NEVER EVER GO FOR BEAM net connection, it just waste of time and money...

                  Hi,

                  I J.Sravanthi w/o J.J.Prasad an account holder of your “Beamtelecom” broadband services since 3yrs holding account id : jj.[protected]@gmail.com. I placed a request on 25/01/2010 for shifting the connection to my new address. I have been informed that within 24hrs your agent will contact me and do the needful. But no one turned up and after 2 days the concerned people called me for knowing the address details and my timings as I am a working lady.

                  They call me in the mornings and say will call you again when we come to the place, but no one turns up again. I kept calling your call center people for the details but no proper response I got. Once they kept me almost 10mins on line as I asked for a manager on the floor to speak to me regarding my problem. No one came on line and couldn’t know if the call was disconnected or they kept me on hold. Still I kept calling them for knowing the status.

                  Then on 31/01/2010 your agents came to my new place to check the feasibility and said they will put the line from upstairs from my terrass. But they left the place without informing me about when they will put it. I called up to the call center once again yesterday i.e., 01/02/2010 for knowing the status. The agent who answered my call told me the problem will be resolved within 24hrs. But then after my insistence he transferred the call to the floor manager there. I didn’t know his name but he said there is no feasibility to put the connection in the new place and so it takes 7days more for it. He spoke very recklessly that he didn’t care for my concern when I said I would like to prefer another ISP if you don’t provide me good service. He was ready to leave a customer like me.

                  Firstly I never expected this from “Beam Telecom” and then secondly I am surprised how an ISP managers can behave so carelessly with an old customer like me is having a comcern? The complaint numbers for my request are 508864,504888, 503112, 510573,506923.

                  Please take some action on this and see that my problem is resolved. I am staying in a place which is in the center of the city "Gandhinagar" not in a remote place that people are saying no feasibility. If that was the case they would have told me long back not after troubling me so much. Changing words in the same call by the manager is absurd and not a good sign of business with ‘Beam Telecom”.

                  Hello everyone

                  I have unlimited plan Bmax-850 (1mbps)...It was going fine till april 14 2010, and from next day the internet speed gone slow, and when I check it shows 580kbps or sometimes less. And till april 19 I thought might be some problem and kept quite. And the same problem persists and I call customer care (the worst thing is that they call is not free, everyone has customer support toll free), and the person pick up the call and when I was trying to talk, he is telling hello, hello, hello. I can here his voice, but he is trying to avoid me (I understood it) . So call ended. And again I called and the person picked up, I told my plan Bmax-850 (1mbps) and username. I told my connection speed is slow from some days. He told yes check your "usage" and told that from his side a technician will come and check the problem. And he was talking some what hard .

                  I'm surprised that my plan is UNLIMITED and he is telling me to check the USAGE.

                  What is this with the beamtelecom broadband, they are not good towards their customers and they try to avoid them as much as possible.

                  And the CUSTOMER support ([protected]) is also not good at their service.

                  So please reply me, what is the meaning o[censored]NLIMITED.

                  Then why is my speed gone slow. Then why he told to check my USAGE.

                  They must be good at their service and should improve their customer support.

                  EVERYONE THINGS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TRY TO HELP THEM ALWAYS.

                  Hope their service will be better and also the customer support. And will be providing the best of their service to their users.

                  I HAVE BEEN HAVING SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY CONNECTION SUCH AS LOW SPEED BUT NO ONE HAS COME AND ANSWERED TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS DESPITE OF LEAVING SEVERAL COMPLAINT MESSAGES . IT MUST BE CALLED " money care " . PLEASE ANSWER ME
                  I am facing the same problem. I also went for 6 moths subscription the marketing person Mr. Alikhan [[protected]] told that it will be done in 3 days. On third day I call him up and ask about it he tells me person will come to your home at 5PM no one visits same story is repeated next day. Then I file up complain with customer care [2582408] and the tell me we will get back to you in 24hrs. 24hrs pass by and no one calls back. I again try Mr. Alikhan and he promises me to call back in 30min but no one ever calls back. Many a times their phone rings but no one picks up and at times it is switched off to avoid customers.
                  This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.
                  i had beam cable connection i had internet problems for 4 days i had complained them several times but one came to correct my problem i think beam cable management is hopeless they don't have any urge to provide good service ..they will come on the first week of every month to collect bills

                    Sir, I have taken Net Connection one month back from Beem Telecom . It is a limited plan that is I can use upto 4 GB , if I use more than that then I have to pay more . I have given 2 months advance money to them which is around 1750rs. I was complaining them that I am not able to acces the Net . Nobody comes to me for the correction of the internet . I complaint it for whole month for the correction of the internet . They charged me for more usage of net connection. Sir I am a student, I need your help. plz help me.

                      This is Arunima Togaru, registration no. (117395).

                      This is to inform you that i have been provided the internet connection in the month of Aug'10.

                      And just after the connection was given, i was unable to access the internet for 3 weeks. After several complaints, and calling up Beam Telecom Customer Care, they have sent the technicians to home, and they took just a minute to replace the jack. "It was such a simple problem but Beam Telecom has took 3 weeks time for me to give the access".

                      And then the same has repeated again in Nov'10. For 2 weeks again i had to call customer care several times to resolve the problem. But even after calling so many times, they could still resolve the same problem in 2 weeks again.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that i had to pass a lot of agony due the inconveniences by Beam Telecome, not only that i had to spend nearly Rs. 350/- everytime i had problem in the connection, just to make calls to the customer care.

                      Kindly consider and wave off the amount of Rs. 494/- completely.

                        as per your guideline I had sent a message ACT 45 from my prepaid mobile 0n 17/11/2009 at about 0930hrs for activation of 49 paise per min plan. The confirmatory message from your end said that the same would be activated in 24 hours. I am sorry to say that the desired service has not been activated as yet i.e after six days in spite of my talking to your helpline at least on two occasions. could you please look into the issue.

                          Hello,
                          Beam cable has been providing me connection since 8-9 months. Since then only 1 or 2 months was good. After this from 7-8 months its giving me problems of Frequent Disconnection. Their Customer support is really worst. And Hardly 2-3 times the problem is solved temporarily. And when asked to solved the problem when gone to nearby office they tell every time that,they will solve this time. I think its the worst service.

                              i have taken a new conection but after one day i have format my system from that time onwards i am using internet without user id & password pls solve this problem as soon as posible.ok
                              I paid the entire amount on 25th Jan'10 & I was told I will be able to go online in 10 days. A box was set up outside my house & that was all. I called them many number of times but in vain. Someone came on 14th Feb'10 and did rest of the setup. However, I did not receive the User ID & Password to my mobile yet. I am not sure what kind of horrable services I have to undergo from them.
                              BEAM SUCKS...!!

                                  I have paid an amount of Rs 1150/- to the company's executive on 09-09-09, but did not recieve the connection till now. On calling the customer care, the executive gives a new reason every day. I was promised a connection within 48 hours. An today on 18th sep 2009, the customer care executive say they need 7 days to give me a connection. Having paid the amount i am not able to go for another connection. Internet is very important to me as i am working from home.

                                      Beam cable is one internet provider u'll take to cry ur days for. They have the most illiterate of reps. on customer care. The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir, we’ll forward the complaint and get back to you ASAP”, and the day never comes. They’ll keep sending you sms’s on ur mobile stating” i[censored]r complaint is not resolved in 24 hours, fwd this message to 9xxxxxx”. You do whatever you want to do, the bottom line is THEY’LL RESOLVE UR PROBLEM WHEN THEY WANT TO and you can go ahead and explain ur head out to them again and again, they just wont agree.

                                      I took beam cable in Sep’08, but have to confess this has been a complete sorry story. Let’s go one by one:
                                      1. They charge me 1500 for installation although there is a connection right next door to me. I agreed to this, who gives a if it’s really worth.
                                      2. In-spite of my repeated requests, the given the responsibility to take payments always comes at 8:00 AM on a WEEKEND. Can you imagine??
                                      3. It goes on, and then one day I have to move to another place 2 blocks away. The beam cable executives with all the talent they have got to harass and irritate people with something like – not responding at all (i.e going mum completely) as if they are with me on this, and u ask them the second moment – they have the aforesaid reply ready to be smashed on my face again.
                                      They took 20 flat days to finally move my connection after me wasting a good sum on the calls to them and on top of that the harassment they left me with COZ THEY COMPLETELY DON’T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.
                                      4. Today was the final nail in the coffin, their executive for some reason couldn’t call/come to my place/ come to my office for a month to take the payment and voila—my connection has been disconnected. I gave a call day before and with the sweet asses they have sitting over there in their call center, got to know that it’ll get re-connected in a day. Well 2 days are already over and still nothing. The final call from me to them minutes back enlightened me that I didn’t pick a call twice today (on the mobile I am carrying – WELL THAT”S NEWS for me) and well here the [censored] he goes again “ I have forwarded ur prob, should be sorted in 24 hrs”. Then what did the guy I called day before did, took the complaint home and on it??

                                      I really don’t know when this complaint would be tackled but really would want to smack the face of each guy sitting in their call center. Oh, almost forgot the icing on the cake, these guys never have a MANAGER in office. I have even got responses like “he’s in the loo” and “he’s gone for a smoke” from these guys. Such is the unprofessional attitude.

                                      Let’s see what happens. Any guy knows the right way to tackle them, send me a reply…

                                      I had a great issue today with Beam Cable. My internet was not working since last night and I raised a complaint, got a call from Beam Cable saying due to the Virus in my system my port is getting blocked. I was wondering how weak must the firewall for their server must be that a stand alone system is causing them problems. If the port is getting blocked how come I get their swiths IP address 192.168.1.222 and also how was I able to ping that IP. If anyone from Beam Cable is reading this please tell me ' are these few lame excuses you give your customers and please atleast not to me who is a technician in same feild for 3 years now.

I faced the same problem. I made a call to call-center to take new connection, 10 days over. Not yet received any call from Technicians.

Even i do have experiences with such people, but not with the beam. I can imagine how they might harrase you. Thank you very much for giving this information.                                       I am feeling bad now why I havent read this blog 10 days before. I cancelled Airtel connection and applied for Beam cable connection 10days back. Till now there is no response and no connection. It is better to loose my money rather than taking connection with Beam cable and face problems.
                                      Haha. This is India. i finished up all my bad words b'cos of such stupid dumb asses viz the typical indians. everywhere i face such problems at the college, in hospitals etc anywhere u want to meet some indian. by the way i use sify and they respond quickly but downtime problems encounters too regularly which is worse than not having connection.
                                      Visit the head office which is near to care hospital banjara hills, near to sakshi office, , you might get a person incharge he will assist U. Even I did the same thing, i got it rectified. While moving from that place make sure you get a higher person's contact # so that you may again esclate it to them.. All the best..

                                      Reliance Broadband — Net connection doesn't work, when it works the speed is 81 kbps in 600 Kbps plan

                                      I've Reliance Broadband and from last 2 months i'am facing the internet problem. I've record and complaint numbers since last month so I must say from last month I'am facing PROBLEMS.

                                      My Internet plan is 600Kbps during 8am to 10pm and 1024Kbps ( 1MBPS ) during 10pm to 8am.
                                      The Problem is that the net doesn't work at all. When it work it will be equivalent to non working because the speed i get is as high as 81Kbps in a 600Kbps plan during any time any hour.

                                      Whenever the executive come home for the resolution of problem then, he leaves saying that the problem is from the server and will be resolved from there. Next time when the complaint is registered the same reason i get that the problem is from the server and the executive takes a leave.

                                      I RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO USE RELIANCE BROADBAND, THERE WILL BE PROBLEM ALWAYS. I'am the experience holder.
                                      I totally agree with these comments. Also, I like to add that I had similar kind of experiences within a period of just 3 months and worse, most of the time the net doesn't get connected during the evening/night timings and right from the floor manager or in-charge to the rep., they are really ruthless and speak rudely as if they own Beam Cable. Having paid the money, they take advantage of the customers and play with them as they wish because they think that no one here in Hyderabad or elsewhere (their corporate office) cannot take any action against these people. There are these few people with whom I had spoken with Mr. Preds, Mr. Sriram, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Raghu, and believe me everyone are the same and they think that they can get away with anything and everything. I guess that there should be a way to stop these guys from misbehaving with customers and stop harassing the customers at the same time in this fashion.                                       Beam cable is the worst broadband service one ever have. With such a dumb customer service alongwith no connectivity on most of the day, ruin all the excitement I used to surf the net. You keep on calling and logging the complaints and there wont be any resolution till you terminate the connection and get another connection such as Airtel. To my personal experience I would suggest all my fellow readers, don't ever go for BeamCable/BeamTele. I know the plan are very cheaper than others, but the amount of money spent on phone calls to log the call and follow up. Also the agony and truma one will go through will be much more than using other reliable broadband service such as Airtel, BSNL, Reliance. So act early, as prevention is better than cure...
                                      I had a worst experience with Beam Cable.I am not at all satisfied with this connection.It plays a hide & sick with me.

So my brother was taken a connection of TATA speed of 512 kbps @ 1320/- per month if you give a good service so my brother will also take the connection of BEAM for home purpose me having a system and my brother having a laptop so we use the system only at night time and i want 786 kbps which is 600/- per month, but there is a scheme for 3600/- for 5 months with the installation so please sir do something. Bcoz i want the connection urgently with in 4 days. Otherwise i go for other connection no problem what they will charge but they are not saying these all stories...

                                      i called them four times in 10 days to internet connection. Alas! no one ever approached me. Is this how they run out of their customers. Thanks God! it happened to me before taking me the connection, what would have happened after connections would have been taken.

                                      I'm prashanth from adilabad, I want to franchise in adilabad of beam cable broadband connection any possibility is there plz let me know...
                                      I had gone for 256 kbps plan with beam broad band.The speed is so worst.This is the worst broad band I had seen ever.I am calling to customer care daily from last 15 days. When I raise a complaint with customer care, I get the rouge answer "It will be rectified within 24 hrs, our technical person will come to ur place".I am spending daily on my phone calls to log a complaint, but my complaint had not been resolved yet.
                                      I suggest any one not to take Beam broad band.Go for any reliable broad band like airtel, bsnl, reliance if they provide service in ur area.
                                      I too have faced the same situation. Whenever we call them the coputer generated voice say your call is important to us pl be on the line we will direct it to the customer care representative and the music starts and no one get connected. In intervals the same sentence, your call is important to us...repeats and the music starts again. This is how they give the importance to their customers.

                                      i completely agree with you Gaurav..even am sick of their customer service..first time i took 6months subscription and after that period non turned up to renew my account again.though i called them a number of times.and you wont believe, almost after a month and half i could renew my account for another 6months..and this period should end on oct 14th, but it was deactivated almost 10 days before.as i was outstation i couldnt notice that, except my family members complaining me about that..and now when im trying to contact the customer care to renew my account again, trying to be patient, but non responded. i tried to call our areas beam cable guy, he came and collected the amount(but i gave only one months subscription this time), and said it will be activated in 5min and left. i called up after an hour, as it isnt activated again.he gave a technicians number, and asked to guide him my address.i think i called him more than 10 time, then he turned up, evening. he came as a formality and bluntly left saying that it isnt his are and that i need to contact customer care and file a complaint, so that they will send our area technician..after all this, still i thought of giving a last try and tried to contact this worst beam cable customer care, , ., the voice record prompts to press 1 if we are existing customer, so did i.. hah, its the same thing --"your call is important to us, please wait", , this is the only thing which you'll listen to, whatever time you wait..
                                      again when i contacted our area guy, he advised me to log in as a new customer, so that my call will be attended.. mane, just see how worst and low commonsense is this beam cable management.. customer service should be good and in time, for any business to flourish and last long.. they should give, in time attendance to the existing customers..
                                      Finally am sick with all this nuisance, unnecessary head aches by taking this beam cable connection, that too when their is no problem from the customer side..so guys, my sincere advise to those who want to take internet connection, better dont take this beam cable connection..600 isnt a big amount, so even i decided today and taking new connection tomorrow.. my account was "[protected]@yahoo.co.in", this is for the shame of beam cable management.if they happen to read this..

                                      Thank u for all ur information.i am presently using MANA ISP.the server problems are too regular but these people have a quick response and good service.i was just thinking to change from this isp to beam just because of server problems.after reading these reviews, i decided not to enter into the zone of problems.the isp on which i am presently working is far better than beam.the response is too quick and they will respond to u as soon as u call them.and they charged only 500/- for installation and the internet connection was ready before i paid them.no waiting for login id.they gave me id immediately after installation and it worked as soon as they gave me.
                                      BUT I AM VERY DISSATISFIED ABOUT SERVER DOWN PROBLEMS IN MANA ISP.
                                      I feel I am very Lucky !!!

                                      Last day I called to the customer care for the new connection and I asked for Installation charges It comes to me suprise when the agent told that It depends on Feasibilty and the Sales executive and Max charge can go uo to 2000 and there is no minim installation charges, , , , means the have given the liberty to Sales person to loot the money from the customers.

                                      Belive me sales person started with 1400/- for installation and after bargaining he come down to 300/-

                                      Even thought I am not ready to take the connection after going throuh all Info provided here.

                                      1. Beam Cable is really worst service. I am also beam customer My account no 164378. Am Paid 1200/- for 3 months, After 45 days they are disconnected service without intimation . The Customer care executive said resolve your problem with in 24 hours, but the problem is not rectified from one week.

                                      The right way to tackle them is to shift the connection to any other provider :-) You are right, the only one thing, the customer care people know is that... "We are sorry, we are working on your issue and it will take another 24 hours to resolve it". They have really mugged up the word "Sorry " and go on saying again and again even u scold them...! Waste of spending our calls by calling them... ! Worst customer care...and worst service.
                                      I have broadband internet connection in my home with landline phone (Rs 499 per month plan). My consumer no is[protected]. I have got installtion in month of March-2011.

                                      From May1st, I am not able to connect the internet at all so seems there is some network issue. For the same I registered complaint of which service no is CNM[protected].

                                      I have already written below mail to following email IDs:

                                      After that despite several calls on call center 30333333 or toll free no. nobody picking the calls to resolve the problem. In previous call, somebody from call cneter told me your problem will be solved within next 24 hours. But now 18 days spent nobody taking care the problem nor answering anything.

                                      Remember if this continues I will disconnect the reliance broadband. I have not seen so lazy and careless call center like reliance. They only think of new connections not worries about customer service.

                                      Can you please look into the matter urgently within next 10 hours

                                      All of these complaints are 100% correct, the internet at my place stopped working on saturday only... in the evening I got a message that some maintenance is going on... it was never finished!!!

                                      From last 3 days I am raising the compalints.. these SOB's close the ticket every day!!! And when I call them back that why it was closed they tell me that I was not avaialble on call... what a [censored] comment in this. Today my 3rd request is also been closed... the reason being that again they have some maitenance... how can they think they can fool people like this... I have never seen this much bad service in any other area... this is my humble request to every new person who is opting for a good and constant connection to not to get lured by their offers, becuase after sales srevice is worst in the world... and you will get nothing but frustration after taking the connction.
                                      I have shifted my house so requested them to shift the connection to my new address, but for the last 2 and half months I am trying to get conncetion but they always says there is no feasability and your amount will not refund. I paid 6 months subcription at a time.

                                      So finally they are cheaters, and they provide only equipment not service, so please don't go for Beam.
                                      Hi Friends.Beam people will send the login details to the mobile very lately.. Its better to check your mail for the login credentials. Of course without having internet it may be difficult to check your mail but try with friends or intenet centers or from mobiles ..
                                      I faced a worst customer service. It took almost one month time to shift my connection to the next house. They are the one's who are available with immediate answers for everything other than service. Though you talk with nodal officer also, nothing will happen. There is no inter communication between customer care and back end team. Some time's your connection will be disconnected, since some other did not pay their bill. Whenever you called them, they enjoy our problems by playing jokes on our conversations. You might be wondering how do i know that...for me once they forget to keep their phone on mute!!!..

                                      As a caution i am telling you...you can face at max one problem with beam...thats it...thats the last one...for that problem to resolve..dont know how many days/months they will take...

We are facing the same situation . worst management in the call centers. No Managers are there. And Shifting a connection takes 7-10 days ???I wonder where are they serving their customers- hitech city Hyderabad or an AP village with no electricity?

                                      i am not sugesting beam connection at all. Beam cable service is worst serivce. i wasted lot of time to made calls to beam cable persons. i made 45 calls for 5 days. finally they arrived to rectify. but soon my cable is disconnected again they took 4 more days to rectification.

                                      what happned with beam persons they cut my cable wihout intimation and the same cable assiged to another new user eventhogh i made renewal payment for 6 months . it happend to on first month.

                                      i really frustrated with beam cable connction. finally i canclused that don't go to take beam connection at all.

                                      what a funny thing they took 5 days to rectify even samll issues also.

                                      they are simply cash collectors and not look for customer end.
                                      I am undergoing a similar experience with this Beam Cable. Who the hell takes money even before any installation ? Horrible service. The guy tells me to connect the wire he threw into the window to the router myself. but why should i ? shouldn't they install and verify if the connection is working fine ? How dare they tell me to connect it myself ?... Now the guy doesn't take my calls and the HO doesnt bother to consider my complaint...
                                      It is worst service don't go for beam, services is very bad last 35 days my connection was unplugged, daily i am calling to them but no response from them.

                                      They have blocked www.weebly.com too which is a simple hosting site where many sites are hosted and published . This is ridiculous, Many people are making there carees and hosting sites in weebly and its now blocked by Beam Telecom .
