I have paid an amount of Rs 1150/- to the company's executive on 09-09-09, but did not recieve the connection till now. On calling the customer care, the executive gives a new reason every day. I was promised a connection within 48 hours. An today on 18th sep 2009, the customer care executive say they need 7 days to give me a connection. Having paid the amount i am not able to go for another connection. Internet is very important to me as i am working from home.

    Hi,

    I have internet connection from Beam tele recently when i connect their cable to my laptop it got burned.
    And my laptop got damaged, i informed them but they are not replying as per that situation and also saying its not their problem. Please look into my problem.

    i paid them the money on[protected].But, i havent heard from them till now.
    this is my problem. that executive in my area is not at all responding to me.

      Beam cable is one internet provider u'll take to cry ur days for. They have the most illiterate of reps. on customer care. The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir, we’ll forward the complaint and get back to you ASAP”, and the day never comes. They’ll keep sending you sms’s on ur mobile stating” i[censored]r complaint is not resolved in 24 hours, fwd this message to 9xxxxxx”. You do whatever you want to do, the bottom line is THEY’LL RESOLVE UR PROBLEM WHEN THEY WANT TO and you can go ahead and explain ur head out to them again and again, they just wont agree.

      I took beam cable in Sep’08, but have to confess this has been a complete sorry story. Let’s go one by one:
      1. They charge me 1500 for installation although there is a connection right next door to me. I agreed to this, who gives a if it’s really worth.
      2. In-spite of my repeated requests, the given the responsibility to take payments always comes at 8:00 AM on a WEEKEND. Can you imagine??
      3. It goes on, and then one day I have to move to another place 2 blocks away. The beam cable executives with all the talent they have got to harass and irritate people with something like – not responding at all (i.e going mum completely) as if they are with me on this, and u ask them the second moment – they have the aforesaid reply ready to be smashed on my face again.
      They took 20 flat days to finally move my connection after me wasting a good sum on the calls to them and on top of that the harassment they left me with COZ THEY COMPLETELY DON’T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.
      4. Today was the final nail in the coffin, their executive for some reason couldn’t call/come to my place/ come to my office for a month to take the payment and voila—my connection has been disconnected. I gave a call day before and with the sweet asses they have sitting over there in their call center, got to know that it’ll get re-connected in a day. Well 2 days are already over and still nothing. The final call from me to them minutes back enlightened me that I didn’t pick a call twice today (on the mobile I am carrying – WELL THAT”S NEWS for me) and well here the [censored] he goes again “ I have forwarded ur prob, should be sorted in 24 hrs”. Then what did the guy I called day before did, took the complaint home and on it??

      I really don’t know when this complaint would be tackled but really would want to smack the face of each guy sitting in their call center. Oh, almost forgot the icing on the cake, these guys never have a MANAGER in office. I have even got responses like “he’s in the loo” and “he’s gone for a smoke” from these guys. Such is the unprofessional attitude.

      Let’s see what happens. Any guy knows the right way to tackle them, send me a reply…

      i can not add friends in orkut, when i add a request yo friends it seens 'Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled'
      If you have some more time can you file a case in the consumer court against them.

      I WANT INTERNET CONNECTION PLASE SEND PACKEGE DETAILS
      I had a great issue today with Beam Cable. My internet was not working since last night and I raised a complaint, got a call from Beam Cable saying due to the Virus in my system my port is getting blocked. I was wondering how weak must the firewall for their server must be that a stand alone system is causing them problems. If the port is getting blocked how come I get their swiths IP address 192.168.1.222 and also how was I able to ping that IP. If anyone from Beam Cable is reading this please tell me ' are these few lame excuses you give your customers and please atleast not to me who is a technician in same feild for 3 years now.
      As Gaurav said, They have the most illiterate of reps. on customer care. The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence .It's really true. I faced the same problem. I made a call to call-center to take new connection, 10 days over. Not yet received any call from Technicians.
      i need to change my plan from 400 to Rs 600.
      so, plz chnge it as early as possible

      Oh God, what a pathetic condition is urs. Thanks for revieling the attitude of this Beam Buggers or i might have stepped in that pit. Even i do have experiences with such people, but not with the beam. I can imagine how they might harrase you. Thank you very much for giving this information. U can send this even through SMS to all of the people who are with Beam and take revange on them.

      I am feeling bad now why I havent read this blog 10 days before. I cancelled Airtel connection and applied for Beam cable connection 10days back. Till now there is no response and no connection. It is better to loose my money rather than taking connection with Beam cable and face problems.
      Haha. This is India. i finished up all my bad words b'cos of such stupid dumb asses viz the typical indians. everywhere i face such problems at the college, in hospitals etc anywhere u want to meet some indian. by the way i use sify and they respond quickly but downtime problems encounters too regularly which is worse than not having connection.
      Visit the head office which is near to care hospital banjara hills, near to sakshi office, , you might get a person incharge he will assist U. Even I did the same thing, i got it rectified. While moving from that place make sure you get a higher person's contact # so that you may again esclate it to them.. All the best..

      I requseted them to reistall the connection before three months back but no one is responded properly and moreover one guy came at lost and he asked me to pay 400 for connection I said ok but he is very interested for getting money but i asked him to come morning with u r teachnical guy here some problem is there once u connect and just show me after connecting to the net successfully and get u r money

      Internet is not working from last 20 days …Every day I am calling to call center & logging call …without resolving the issue I am getting message to my mobile issue is resolved .Without resolving issue closing the tickets… I am not getting proper response from call center team and technical team ..worse support by this teams… this not a good way to approach the customers … I never seen this type of worse support …

      I am literal frustrated with Beam tele internet ..i don’t know whom I need to escalate and whom I need to speak .. to resolve the my issue what is the escalation matrix..

      The worst broadband service provider in the world is "Beam".

      Just guys and gals never recommend this no-bother service providers to any of the new watchers or lookers.

      Thinking of Beam i have cancelled the Tikona Service which was far better than Beam.

      Good Know's what will happen to my beam connection and i thought i lost my 2300 rs, 6 mons adavance rental thinking that it would be best.

      Reliance Broadband — Net connection doesn't work, when it works the speed is 81 kbps in 600 Kbps plan

      I've Reliance Broadband and from last 2 months i'am facing the internet problem. I've record and complaint numbers since last month so I must say from last month I'am facing PROBLEMS.

      My Internet plan is 600Kbps during 8am to 10pm and 1024Kbps ( 1MBPS ) during 10pm to 8am.
      The Problem is that the net doesn't work at all. When it work it will be equivalent to non working because the speed i get is as high as 81Kbps in a 600Kbps plan during any time any hour.

      Whenever the executive come home for the resolution of problem then, he leaves saying that the problem is from the server and will be resolved from there. Next time when the complaint is registered the same reason i get that the problem is from the server and the executive takes a leave.

      The complaint numbers for this month both for net not working and for landline not working are given below

      I totally agree with these comments. Also, I like to add that I had similar kind of experiences within a period of just 3 months and worse, most of the time the net doesn't get connected during the evening/night timings and right from the floor manager or in-charge to the rep., they are really ruthless and speak rudely as if they own Beam Cable. Having paid the money, they take advantage of the customers and play with them as they wish because they think that no one here in Hyderabad or elsewhere (their corporate office) cannot take any action against these people. There are these few people with whom I had spoken with Mr. Preds, Mr. Sriram, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Raghu, and believe me everyone are the same and they think that they can get away with anything and everything. I guess that there should be a way to stop these guys from misbehaving with customers and stop harassing the customers at the same time in this fashion.       Beam cable is the worst broadband service one ever have. With such a dumb customer service alongwith no connectivity on most of the day, ruin all the excitement I used to surf the net. You keep on calling and logging the complaints and there wont be any resolution till you terminate the connection and get another connection such as Airtel. To my personal experience I would suggest all my fellow readers, don't ever go for BeamCable/BeamTele. I know the plan are very cheaper than others, but the amount of money spent on phone calls to log the call and follow up. Also the agony and truma one will go through will be much more than using other reliable broadband service such as Airtel, BSNL, Reliance. So act early, as prevention is better than cure...
      I had a worst experience with Beam Cable.I am not at all satisfied with this connection.It plays a hide & sick with me.
      When technician comes & change the Jack It starts working As soon as he leaves It is again disconnected.It has a very Pathetic Customer Care, It's keep on ringing but no one takes the Call.Because of this connection I had lost lot of important work.Now I'm getting rid of it .In Past 1 month, I've almost gone to its high-techcity office .Still There is no permanent solution has been made.What is the Procedure for getting refund???????

      Sir I want to take a new connection and I was leaving in Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
      Your dealer was saying that my home is too far that means approximately 100 feets so he cant give me a connection he is saying that minimum 3 persons should take the connection then he will put the box and give the connection. So my brother was taken a connection of TATA speed of 512 kbps @ 1320/- per month if you give a good service so my brother will also take the connection of BEAM for home purpose me having a system and my brother having a laptop so we use the system only at night time and i want 786 kbps which is 600/- per month, but there is a scheme for 3600/- for 5 months with the installation so please sir do something. Bcoz i want the connection urgently with in 4 days. Otherwise i go for other connection no problem what they will charge but they are not saying these all stories...

      No proper IN TIME response...

      Even we pay the bill regularly... just for one month they forces us to pay immediately at drop boxes.. thing is no collection boy comes to home.

      i called them four times in 10 days to internet connection. Alas! no one ever approached me. Is this how they run out of their customers. Thanks God! it happened to me before taking me the connection, what would have happened after connections would have been taken.

      I'm prashanth from adilabad, I want to franchise in adilabad of beam cable broadband connection any possibility is there plz let me know...
      I had gone for 256 kbps plan with beam broad band.The speed is so worst.This is the worst broad band I had seen ever.I am calling to customer care daily from last 15 days. When I raise a complaint with customer care, I get the rouge answer "It will be rectified within 24 hrs, our technical person will come to ur place".I am spending daily on my phone calls to log a complaint, but my complaint had not been resolved yet.
      I suggest any one not to take Beam broad band.Go for any reliable broad band like airtel, bsnl, reliance if they provide service in ur area.
      I too have faced the same situation. Whenever we call them the coputer generated voice say your call is important to us pl be on the line we will direct it to the customer care representative and the music starts and no one get connected. In intervals the same sentence, your call is important to us...repeats and the music starts again. This is how they give the importance to their customers.

      i completely agree with you Gaurav..even am sick of their customer service..first time i took 6months subscription and after that period non turned up to renew my account again.though i called them a number of times.and you wont believe, almost after a month and half i could renew my account for another 6months..and this period should end on oct 14th, but it was deactivated almost 10 days before.as i was outstation i couldnt notice that, except my family members complaining me about that..and now when im trying to contact the customer care to renew my account again, trying to be patient, but non responded. i tried to call our areas beam cable guy, he came and collected the amount(but i gave only one months subscription this time), and said it will be activated in 5min and left. i called up after an hour, as it isnt activated again.he gave a technicians number, and asked to guide him my address.i think i called him more than 10 time, then he turned up, evening. he came as a formality and bluntly left saying that it isnt his are and that i need to contact customer care and file a complaint, so that they will send our area technician..after all this, still i thought of giving a last try and tried to contact this worst beam cable customer care, , ., the voice record prompts to press 1 if we are existing customer, so did i.. hah, its the same thing --"your call is important to us, please wait", , this is the only thing which you'll listen to, whatever time you wait..
      again when i contacted our area guy, he advised me to log in as a new customer, so that my call will be attended.. mane, just see how worst and low commonsense is this beam cable management.. customer service should be good and in time, for any business to flourish and last long.. they should give, in time attendance to the existing customers..
      Finally am sick with all this nuisance, unnecessary head aches by taking this beam cable connection, that too when their is no problem from the customer side..so guys, my sincere advise to those who want to take internet connection, better dont take this beam cable connection..600 isnt a big amount, so even i decided today and taking new connection tomorrow.. my account was "[protected]@yahoo.co.in", this is for the shame of beam cable management.if they happen to read this..

      Thank u for all ur information.i am presently using MANA ISP.the server problems are too regular but these people have a quick response and good service.i was just thinking to change from this isp to beam just because of server problems.after reading these reviews, i decided not to enter into the zone of problems.the isp on which i am presently working is far better than beam.the response is too quick and they will respond to u as soon as u call them.and they charged only 500/- for installation and the internet connection was ready before i paid them.no waiting for login id.they gave me id immediately after installation and it worked as soon as they gave me.
      BUT I AM VERY DISSATISFIED ABOUT SERVER DOWN PROBLEMS IN MANA ISP.
      I feel I am very Lucky !!!

      Last day I called to the customer care for the new connection and I asked for Installation charges It comes to me suprise when the agent told that It depends on Feasibilty and the Sales executive and Max charge can go uo to 2000 and there is no minim installation charges, , , , means the have given the liberty to Sales person to loot the money from the customers.

      Belive me sales person started with 1400/- for installation and after bargaining he come down to 300/-

      Even thought I am not ready to take the connection after going throuh all Info provided here.

      Two guys came and installed a box after 17 days.. and went.. when i asked them why they are not giving the connection... Ans: "We are done... wiring is the other team work". OK, when will they come. Ans: "we dont know about them, that is a separate section"

      The right way to tackle them is to shift the connection to any other provider :-) You are right, the only one thing, the customer care people know is that... "We are sorry, we are working on your issue and it will take another 24 hours to resolve it". They have really mugged up the word "Sorry " and go on saying again and again even u scold them...! Waste of spending our calls by calling them... ! Worst customer care...and worst service.
      I have broadband internet connection in my home with landline phone (Rs 499 per month plan). My consumer no is[protected]. I have got installtion in month of March-2011.

      From May1st, I am not able to connect the internet at all so seems there is some network issue. For the same I registered complaint of which service no is CNM[protected].

      After that despite several calls on call center 30333333 or toll free no. nobody picking the calls to resolve the problem. In previous call, somebody from call cneter told me your problem will be solved within next 24 hours. But now 18 days spent nobody taking care the problem nor answering anything.

      Remember if this continues I will disconnect the reliance broadband. I have not seen so lazy and careless call center like reliance. They only think of new connections not worries about customer service.

      Can you please look into the matter urgently within next 10 hours

      All of these complaints are 100% correct, the internet at my place stopped working on saturday only... in the evening I got a message that some maintenance is going on... it was never finished!!!

      From last 3 days I am raising the compalints.. these SOB's close the ticket every day!!! And when I call them back that why it was closed they tell me that I was not avaialble on call... what a [censored] comment in this. Today my 3rd request is also been closed... the reason being that again they have some maitenance... how can they think they can fool people like this... I have never seen this much bad service in any other area... this is my humble request to every new person who is opting for a good and constant connection to not to get lured by their offers, becuase after sales srevice is worst in the world... and you will get nothing but frustration after taking the connction.
      I have shifted my house so requested them to shift the connection to my new address, but for the last 2 and half months I am trying to get conncetion but they always says there is no feasability and your amount will not refund. I paid 6 months subcription at a time.

      Hi Friends.Beam people will send the login details to the mobile very lately.. Its better to check your mail for the login credentials. Of course without having internet it may be difficult to check your mail but try with friends or intenet centers or from mobiles ..
      I faced a worst customer service. It took almost one month time to shift my connection to the next house. They are the one's who are available with immediate answers for everything other than service. Though you talk with nodal officer also, nothing will happen. There is no inter communication between customer care and back end team. Some time's your connection will be disconnected, since some other did not pay their bill. Whenever you called them, they enjoy our problems by playing jokes on our conversations. You might be wondering how do i know that...for me once they forget to keep their phone on mute!!!..

      As a caution i am telling you...you can face at max one problem with beam...thats it...thats the last one...for that problem to resolve..dont know how many days/months they will take...
      Gaurav, I think this is their general practice, if I have to write here, I will just have to copy paste your lines. We are facing the same situation . worst management in the call centers. No Managers are there. And Shifting a connection takes 7-10 days ???I wonder where are they serving their customers- hitech city Hyderabad or an AP village with no electricity?

      i am not sugesting beam connection at all. Beam cable service is worst serivce. i wasted lot of time to made calls to beam cable persons. i made 45 calls for 5 days. finally they arrived to rectify. but soon my cable is disconnected again they took 4 more days to rectification.

      what happned with beam persons they cut my cable wihout intimation and the same cable assiged to another new user eventhogh i made renewal payment for 6 months . it happend to on first month.

      i really frustrated with beam cable connction. finally i canclused that don't go to take beam connection at all.

      poor response poor service..

      what a funny thing they took 5 days to rectify even samll issues also.

      they are simply cash collectors and not look for customer end.
      I am undergoing a similar experience with this Beam Cable. Who the hell takes money even before any installation ? Horrible service. The guy tells me to connect the wire he threw into the window to the router myself. but why should i ? shouldn't they install and verify if the connection is working fine ? How dare they tell me to connect it myself ?... Now the guy doesn't take my calls and the HO doesnt bother to consider my complaint...
      It is worst service don't go for beam, services is very bad last 35 days my connection was unplugged, daily i am calling to them but no response from them.

      They have blocked www.weebly.com too which is a simple hosting site where many sites are hosted and published . This is ridiculous, Many people are making there carees and hosting sites in weebly and its now blocked by Beam Telecom .

          Hi,

          i enrolled for a new broadband connection from Beam cable with six months package and paid the chargeable amount of Rs 2300 in advance to the sales executive(Prakash). he said connection would be provided in 48 hours and no connection is provided yet. i was promptly calling the concerned persons asking reason for delay but din't get proper response. finally after 3 weeks i walked in to nearest office and told the matter, they said connection is rejected and amount will be refunded in 10 days. this was limit of tolerance that they are so irresponsible that din't acknowledge their customers about reason and above it they want me to wait for 15 more days to get by amount back. i must say this is highly unprofessional and irresponsible service.
          now kindly return my amount ASAP else i will not hesitate to take any further steps.

            I am a Railway officer working in Hyderabad. I have taken broad band internet connection from the firm beamcablsystem.in, who is a service provider at my residence. The connection was taken in August 2008 with a special offer of free Norton Antivisus CD (Valid for one year), one Spike Buster and free gift vouchers which can be exchanged for discounts.

            Non of these things reached me even today. I got the gift vouchers after 6 months repeated calls. Now the firm says they will give some other anti virus CD which is not as good as Norton. There is no proper response from them. I even get a rough reply from the call centre some times. Secondly the connection is very slow. The band width is less than what is promised. No technician comes for clarification or test or rectification. The company service is very poor. I have paid full one year subscription of Rs.4500/- and valid till August 2009. I request you to kindly see that the firm corrects the connection, gives me Norton anti virus CD and the spike buster as promised. I have brochure given by the firm offering these FREE gifts to bag market, receipt of bill paid to them.

              I have taken Annual connection in August 2008. I had got the connection and the hardware after two month of applying and the anti-virus software was sent after a couple of months. Discount coupons were sent in December after continuously insisting over the customer support.

              Alas! Internet is also no good. Three weeks ago the Beam guy changes a switch in the box and I am getting static IP. I complained regarding the same. There is no response instead customer phone support explains the definitions of IP. I have taken Annual connection. Mahesh, what he poses himself as Area Manager clearly stated that the connection will carry a Dynamic address and there will not be a delay more than 24 hours for service. He never stood on his words and has been a disgraceful problem throughout the year.

              Instead of resolving the problem, they now created a new problem. They sent a mail saying ticket is closed. The status should be resolved or not resolved. Still there is no internet and now the customer support doesnot even answer the phone.

              People cannot survive without internet and it is essentiel that Beam respond immediately to the problem.

              The last resolution I suggest is to refund the five months balance of the Annual connection and pay for the damages caused for the delay in service and support they are due.

              Thanks for the Forum, I am terribly bugged and fed up of the service they are providing, My connection has been disconnected saying that they need to migrate their systema and its been over a week that they have not fixed it, My reqular calls(twice a day) to the customer care and marketing person has gone in vain.
              I have paid for a half yearly subscription and they have taken me for a ride saying that my system needs to be formatted etc., . .There is no escalation channel nor are they willing to help.They wont even cancel my connection and the marketing guy now does not even answer my calls.

                I have paid annual subscription effective july 2008 through july 2009. From august 2008 internet connection absent due to unannounced reasons. Several mails sent and also complaints made to phone[protected]/4. Isp maintains stoic silence. I am very inconvenienced for no fault of mine. I deserve refund of my annual subscription and also payment of damages for absence of internet connectivity.

                I am afraid to day that service of beam cable is not bad, it is very very bad in Hyderabad. I have paid the amount for 1 year and for the last 20 days they still have not provided the connection. INow that i have paid the money, can any one suggest how to get back the mony from them.

                  I have a cable broadband connection from Atria Convergence Technologies who actually take the payment before the usage (like prepaid mobile service). However, in the last month event hough I had made the ful payment upfront I was not able to use the internet as they were changing the cables and later the vendor. After lodging umpteem complaints the service engineer finally did visit my house still nothing happened. Nobody I guess cares as I have already paid for the month. My suggestion if you are in Karnataka (Iam in Bangalore) never use Atria internet as it sucks. Not only did the internet not work during this period but almost everyday there is some problem or the other.

                  If any one is looking forward to take this service i would advice not to. Look out for some thing else.

                    Yep i agree with you. I had similar problem. I had the connection for 2 months. First month i suffered from regular disconnections. 5-8 times a day. It would say "network cable unplugged". I had an unlimited connection. It was useless due to regular disconnections. I paid half the subscription amount. I warned them if they do not provide me good service then i would not paay the coming month.

                    They resolved my disconnection problem aand gave me another problem. Slow speed. My yahoo messenger and gtalk would take 1-2 minutes to connect. Download speed was 5-8 kbps.

                    Their engineer came to my place aand said first it was my ethernet card problem and then said OS problem. I informed him that i get good speed between 2am - 10 am. Then how can it be a ethernet or OS problem?

                    I kept on complaining but no resolutions.

                    when i disagreed to pay the full subscription they locked the account.

                    When i talked to one of their customer care team leads, he informed that they are having problems in my area. He agreed that it was going on for the past 15 days. But the accounts department is not ready to accept my complaint. When i call baack to cust care dept they insist on paying full subscription and bang the phone.

                    The accounts depaartment kept on insisting that you have 9 GB of data transaction for the month. Where does the limit of data transaction come in for "unlimited connection"?

                    My computer was connected continously for 15 days and it downloaded was approx 3GB!! This can very well justify the speed of the connection.

                    As per the subscription plan im supposed to get 384 Kbps speed!!

                    They want full subscription money. When i wrote an email to their support they did not reply.

                    So, beam cable sucks!!
                    Don't take Beam cable internet connection. I took unlimited broadband connection and it is disconnecting frequently.. and didn't get proper response from the customer care...Every time this problem came it will take at least of 1 week to get resolved.
                    Instead going to Beam cable go for BSNL or Airtel. They are coming at cheaper rates

                    Beam Cable Systems — claim for refund

                    i have opted for a broadband connection from the company in december 2008 . following my request for commection on 28/012/08, the company exceutive visited my place on 31/12/08 and collected the amount of Rs. 4500 for the connection by cheque and issued a invoice saying that the connection will be given in 15 days. after the completion of the stated perion also the connection ws not provided. failing the repeated commitments made the company on the complaint calls, the connection request was cancelled by me on 24/01/09. till date i have not received the amount paid for the connection. despite repeated calls and mails they do not take any action.
                    please help me out!!!
                    i have paid in advance 6 month package of 256kbps but in starting day it working excellent day by day its getting slow slow... i have given many complaint to them about my problem

                    i am suffering with low internet speed plz rectify my problem quickly
                    Was using AIRTEL till last year, shifted to Beam due to AIRTEL's higher costs and poor service. Best decision I've made. Beam is completely fiber-based, and I've experienced no network connection failures in the last one year. Receiving regular messages from tech support. Responsible customer support.Almost all the families residing in my area (himayatnagar, Hyderabad) have subscribed to Beam Cable, and have minimal to no complaints regarding their services. Speeds are being delivered just as promised and the installation of BONT boxes have nearly eliminated outages (we haven't experienced any over the last few months!) I'm quite excited to see what else Beam comes up with for regular customers like me.

                    Beam Broadband — slow speed

                    i am getting slow speed what they promised. i already submitted 2 times regarding slow speed but there is no response.
                    we have taken beam connection on 07/16/2013 and the connection is not given yet.when had a call with the customer care they are taking the details everyday simply and no action has been taken.We have paid the bill for 6 months and we are not trying to call the person who is not responding the call.It is almost 10days but they promised that the connection will be given with in 4 working days.

                    Did not give reimbursement

                    I did not get internet for 20 days. I raised complaint about it. Someone from Beam customer support called me and said, they will give reimburse for one month but did not do it.

                      I have applied for net connection on 1st August, 2008 paying an amount of Rs.4, 500/- by way of cheque (Cheque No.626740 dtd, 1.8.2008 if Axis Bank, Hyderabad towards annual subscription. The amount was debited to my account on 8th August, 2008.

                      Mr.Naveen, Sales executive got the application filled and collected cheque. He has assured that the connection will be activated in 3-4 days time.

                      After several phone calls to their Banjara Hills office, the electrician came on 14th August, 2008 and fixed the connection box. We were informed by him that fibre will be laid by some other person from the main line and he will come after that to activate the connection. Promptly another person attended the job on 15th August, 2008 and finished laying the fibre line.

                      The electrician again visited our house on 17th August evening. During activation of the connection power went off and he left our place informing that he will come back early morning on the next day. Our vows started from this point. Nobody turned up in spite of our repeated reminders. Mr.Naveen, who has booked the connection was not picking up his mobile seeing our number. Finally when I tried from another phone number he picked up the phone and connected to one Mr.Akhil, Tilaknagar office. Mr.Akhil finally helped us in getting the connection activated in th late evening of 18th August, 2008.

                      Our joy was short lived because the connectivity has gone wihin half an hour after start up. Again we informed Mr.Akhil about the same on 19th August morning. Since then and till 3PM on 20th August, 2008(till the time writing this complaint) no body has attended the job and we were not having connectivity. My daughter who came from Bangalore wanted to attend her work from home thrugh net. Because of this problem she could not perform her duty and has unncessarily to applyl leave for three days (till today).

                      Between 19th and 20th August, 2008 we have left no option calling everybody at Beam cable system's office at Banjara Hills, Himayat Nagar, Tilak Nagar and Mr.Naveen. Banjara Hills office always picks up phone giving stereotype answer that the concerned will attend the job. To our surprise Mr.Naveen and Mr.Akhil were not picking up their mobile at all and avoiding talking to us.

                      After paying annual subscription in advance it is not good on the part of Beam Cable System, Hyderabad providing such poor service. More importantly they should be ashamed of having personnel who are not dare enough to receive call from customer and to answer it. If we want to approach any senior person either to complain or to have assistance nobody is providing information regarding same. It looks as if the entire Beam Cable System office is operating through their customer care center only and do not have any manager, owner or boss. This is really ridiculous.

                      Eventhough some body cautioned me on the poor service Beam Cable System provides I went ahead to book a connection through them. What will be the fate and mental condition of a customer facing problems from the day one. I will be grateful to the management of Beam Cable System Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad (if any exists) to cancel my booking and refund my money.

                      paid the amount 1600/- and the sales person said that the connection would be fixed within two days.

                      i took my connection 3 weeks ago, the boy told me that he would install the fibre optic box soonly then the speed will going to booom, yet now it is not rectified the speed, it is as usual plz find solution for this slow speed

                        Complaints on Beam Cable support:

                        I registered a log with your support (Call center:[protected] for shifting of my internet connection on 30/May/2008. Today is 13/June/2008 and still my connection was not restored. I daily called 2-3 times to call center. They reply with same answer that my person will call you. But the reply is same on each and every call. I don't know if the answer is same, why call center is required there. You can keep an auto message saying the same. None of your persons called me till now regarding this issue and till date 13/June/2008 2:00 PM the issue is not yet resolved.

                        Some how I got your sales person contact and I am following with him. Still the status remains same.

                        Till now I am thinking Beam Cable is given the best services and I myself recommended my friends who have taken 5 connections recently. But now I regret on this for making my friends in taking the connection with Beam Cable.

                        One more issue is when I take this connection; your sales person told me that they will shift the connection free of cost. But now they changed the tone and saying that they mistakenly said that, but now require the shifting charges. Even though the mistake is from your side, I paid the shifting charges. Still my connection is not restored.

                        Hello – Any senior management Can you please look into this ASAP and reply to my issues below.
                        1) Why it has taken this much of time to restore my connection.
                        2) When I call your call center, they were not providing any info except 'our person will call you'. The same answer they told in each and every call I made. But none has called me. Why?
                        3) False promises made while taking a new connection. Why?
                        4) Despite of flase promise, I paid the shifting charges. Still connection is not restored. Why?

                        I have registered for new connection five days ago. You people are telling going to give connection with in 24 hours. That is what I did not try for some other network. I waited for 4 days. Today one person came and taking details and he is telling that again it takes two days of time. Unfortunately I want internet access tomorrow(01/11/12). I said immediately please we do not want internet connection from Beam Cable. Because of your great service. We have another connection at R.T.C 'X' roads. I am going to stop that service also. I am suggesting to every body that please do not go to Beam Cable and do not waste you valuable time.

                        I live in Hyderabad (KPHB Colony). Mine is very bad experience from the Beam cable.
                        I registered on Beam website for a new connection on 6th September 2012. Sales person visited my house on 9th September 2012. He had collected a cheque of 5600 Rs for 6 months duration and other required documents. He promised that I will get the internet connection with in 48 hours. My cheque has encashed by them on 11th September 2012. Till now (20th September 2012, 3:30 PM) I did not get the internet connection though the cabling has done on 15th September 2012. Everyday I am calling customer care. They are saying the same answer like "they need another 48 hours" everyday. The sales person (Venkatesh) is not lifting his phone ([protected]) at all though he promised that he is the point of contact for any beam issues. I come to know that he had done all false promises.

                        I am using beam connection for last 3 months and i am staying KPHB subodhya colny requested for shifiting for connection opp house. I made a request[protected]on 22nd Nov and daily i am calling 2 to 3 times so far nothing as happend.

                        I spoke manager Ranjith he promised me that today it will be happen but nothing has done.When i call to call center they say that with in 24hrs it will be done .

                        May i know the reason, becuase i paid for 6 months hence your doing like this.

                        2. Worst part is that Calcenter exectives mind set is googd when i wanted to talk to manager without connecting call he disconnected so badly.

                        When I will get my connection shifting and if this will not happen please pay my money back. why are you troubling customers like this? is it part of your service? do you think that it help to your business?

                        Beam cable customer support is pathetic. They are and they cannot address the customers promptly and they raise invoices and bills promptly.

                        I have the same issue where we requested for shifting which is on 26-Nov-2012 and since today 7-Dec-2012 they kept on telling the problem will be resolved in next 48 hours and we have completed many 48 hours...Not sure what the hell Beamcable serve the customers

                        I registered a log with your support (Call center:[protected] for shifting of my internet connection on 01/Apr/2013 (Ticket No: 8014850). Today is 08/Apr/2013 and still my connection was not restored. I daily called 2-3 times to call center. They reply with same answer that my person will call you. But the reply is same on each and every call. I don't know if the answer is same, why call center is required there. You can keep an auto message saying the same. None of your persons called me till now regarding this issue and till date the issue is not yet resolved.

                        Some how I got your sales person contact and I am following with him. Still the status remains same.

                        Till now I am thinking Beam Cable is given the best services and I myself recommended my friends who have taken 5 connections recently. But now I regret on this for making my friends in taking the connection with Beam Cable.


                        Hello – Any senior management Can you please look into this ASAP and reply to my issues below.

                        1) Why it has taken this much of time to restore my connection.
                        2) When I call your call center, they were not providing any info except 'our person will call you'. The same answer they told in each and every call I made. But none has called me. Why?

                        I am Subrata (Account No : 186929), using your service not less than 3.5yrs. After waiting long days, I am drafting this mail to you. Let me know “IF I DON’T USE YOUR SERVICE DO I NEED TO PAY ??”. If not (not require for payment) then why your concern department not responding to my queries.
                        On Dec 2013, there was no usage for 09 days. I inform on 21st Dec 2013, received msg on my ph. Same ticket is been close on 22nd Dec 2013 at 3:15pm & received other msg stating “YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD DUE TO REQUEST-VACATION OR OUT OF TOWN” at 3:16pm. Felt happy with the service.
                        On 1st Jan 2014 call back for retrieve the services, got feedback that need to pay as my account is ZERO. To find out explanation I registered. Next day same time re-raised the same ticket. Every time I was losing not less than 20/- but No result. I used to receive sincere call from your executives (Named : Parimala, Srabanthi, Yusuf) with inefficient information.
                        Finally on 9th Jan 2014 collection executive came to collect payment. I was ready to pay even his service to visit my address. My all work got struck & feeling like handicraft. The executive called to with his office, ask me to pay for JAN month bill. Surprisingly I got 8days OFF, as didn’t use it.
                        I got a feedback call from Sujatha, I ask her as well. Gave me genuine hope that she will call back next day after discussing with respective depts. Never came back.

                        1.5yr back I was struggling with your poor services got almost feed up & published on TIMES of INDIA as well as Deccan Chronicle. It got resolve very next day before evening. Before escalate to that level I thought to inform you.
                        My humble request, please look on this matter. Being a sincere customer, I am feeling like BEAM is looting as we are making payment in advance. I am waiting for your quick response.

                          To The Incharge,
                          My internet cable, was taken from a nearest junction( on an electric pole).This cable was lying above an open area till now.
                          But the problem now is that a new building is being constructed in that area and now my internet cable is at risk of being damaged and my connection will be lost.
                          I have already informed about this at himayatnagar office yesterday(2/6/2008) but there is no response.
                          It is very urgent as the cable is objecting the lift which carries material for construction. Look into it and do the needful.

                            Hi,

                            It all started in August 2007, when I wanted to take a broadband connection. i wanted to use this for Voip as well as for internet connection at my place. I was put in touch with Beam Cable representative Naveen, from their Himayatnagar dealer office. I clearly communicated these requirements to him, for which he readily accepted.

                            He collected the deposit amount on 25th August 2007, vide receipt no. 59664. But then returned back in the first week of september saying, I need to upgrade to a higher tarrif plan to use these two (Voip and internet), and I refused the same and demanded for a cash refund of my 1620 Rupees.

                            But my repeated calls to their call centre, or to Naveen has fallen on deaf ears. couple of surprising facts is they never give their dealers landline number or the address. My repeated calls, at times is not answered, or is treated very badly.

                            Is this the way to cheat a customer? break away from promises? Dont we have any way to get justice??

                            I was paid Rs.1524/- on 16th July 12:33 hrs to ACT for new connection But due to some service issue ACT sales team Mr.Nivas ( Mob# [protected]) he told me unable to fix new connection now, so I request him to cancel my new connection request & inform Mr.Nivas to Refund my amount Rs.1524/-. I called so many times to Mr. Nivas about my refund but still now I not yet received proper response, and I called several times to ACT CS the same response from them also.

                              This all started in August 2007. I called up their sales representative, Naveen from Himayatnagar dealer office, for a unlimited broadband connection. i mentioned that i needed that to install a Voip phone, as well as to browse the net. At that time he accepted to all these terms, and immediately collected money on August 25th 2007. receipt no. 59664

                              But then, as usual, didnt keep his promise. During 1st week of Sep, he returned back, saying we cannot install a Voip phone, and need to change to a costlier tarrif plan. for which, we completely refused, and asked for our money back.

                              Have made numerous calls to their call centre no. on 66259273, and they only reply back saying they will ask their representatives to call me back. while, when i call Naveen, the only reply he gives is that the cheque is dispatched or he will call me back. He doesnt answer calls post 5pm, and importantly, never gives me any other landline/office number or address.

                              Is this the way to mislead customers? If this customer service? Will I be able to get justice in this regard?

                              HI..

                              I have been using Beam Cable Broadband service for lat one year. Now a days its service has became worst. Frequent disconnection, low bandwidth etc etc are the problem i am facing. most of time your internet connection went dead in between your important works.

                              It has been a common problem now. After several complains none is hearing and still its as usuals.
                              Bad service, worst set of people, That is all you can say about Beam cable in Hyderabad. I have paid amount for 1 year for my internet connection. It is going over a month now and still my coonection is pending.
                              call centre are provind the wrong feedback and there technician never keep their words, They will say that they will come at 10.00 am and will never turn up. I request any of you if you can suggest me how i can get my money from them.
                              If you call them at their call centre they will say the same thing what they had said one day back without changing commas and full stops.
                              People of hyderabad are worst for not keeping their promises. They still feel they living in the era of Nawabs. At this time of recesssion they should be more prompt in their service, but they have become worst.
                              Even i do not know how to curse them

                              I have Beam cable net connection from six months and i want to continue this connection.But from one week connection of net was not running properly.Beam cable have many problems to solve in that, I life is really disturbing this Beam connection bcz it spoile many things like when i am chatting with my relative who are abroad this connection was disconnecting and my office work also spoiling to much ...how can i do work like this ..I am too much disguisting for ur net connection ...very irresponsible and very shamless management bcz i remind many times regarding this problems but no one want to listen my complane ...Really i say that it is waste connection and ofcourse waste of money...In my family's have 10 connection and also in my apartment have 4 connection ...                               My internet experience from past few days is literally forcing me to write this, I use an internet connection provided by Beam Cable Systems which they promise to have a speed of 2 MBps. This speed is something which you can never imagine to get if you are with beam.

                              The speed of my internet connection is pissing me off from last 3-4 days. I think beam cable is the worst ISP in Hyderabad and I’ve reasons to justify my claim. When I applied for the internet connection with them, they promised that we’ll give you the connection in a week’s time (I had to wait coz there were no other suitable ISPs who were offering services in that area). A week passed so as two, three and four…. I made several complaints using every medium which they use to hear complaints. Several visits to their office were also insufficient to make any difference as I had to deal with the [censored]s there. And when I’ve finally got the connection then started the flip flops of the service, they are not bothered at all if the customer has made any complaint.

                              I am writing this post hoping that some of the company happens to read this post and realize how pissed off are the customers with his company otherwise suicide is the best thing that can happen to him.
                              Beam Cable is INDEED the WORST ISP one can come across. I had the misfortune o[censored]sing their (non)service once. I went through all the hassles and more of all the ones listed. Eventually I went to their Mehdipatnam office and got abusive in the worst Hyderabadi way possible. This was and still is the ONLY way to get your money back. Now they have relocated to banjara Hills but its the same incompetent staff. I suggest you form a anti-Beam Cable union or mob and show up there. It will teach them and everyone abusing consumers a lesson.
                              Want to add -- you have to be persistent, aggressive and firm when you show up. Do not take ANY excuses. Get the law involved if possible. You have already made a deal with the devil so I pray God save you all!

                              I got a Beam cable connection the Month of May 29th 2009.It was all most a Month ago, really I fully satisfied with your service nd don't have any issues with accesable nd speed.
                              Whenever you make us inconvient for upgrading your service nd after resolved prblms you are letting us through sms that way I liked . I thankful to you, Plz keep on mainten this service for ever...
                              For the past two days, the network was not there. We have sent many SMS's to customer care, but there is no response.
