Beam telecom internet services are the worst services. They donot care if the internet is not working but they will call once a hour if we donot pay the amount. If you call to their customer care phone number, no body will lift the phone....

beam tele has provided internet services to me with unlimited package subscription. but they have never quoted or stated any limitation under this subscription either on their website www.portal.beamtele.com or during subscription and connection. but suddenly they are saying that you have download limit of 25 GB and they have reduced the speed to 1/3rd of original subscription.
