Hi,
I have intrested in your beamtele connetion, because my friend said that your service is good.
When I contacted your call centre(that will contact after 3 minutes calling we should wait for) on 24/02/11 @approximate 5.00pm they(call centre of beam) said that connection of internet will be given with in 2 days.I told them( to your call center) that other internet people are on behind me to take their connection they give connection with in 15 minutes,then also i am fan of you.
Your person Mr.Mohammod Ali Cell:[protected] contacted on 24/02/11 @6.50pm at that time I felt happy for speed response and told that will take connection for 1 year subscrubtion pay ment through credit card.He said that credit card payment should paid at banjarahills office.At the same time I travelled to your office and paid amt rs6000 @7.27pm pay ment ref No.[protected] at your office, and met above person he said that connection will given with in one week.Then I shocked because i thought connection will be with in 2days as ur call centre promised and requested to make earliest.
I have complained to your call centre they have given complaint ticket No.1747961 for internet connection with in 2 days as promised by call centre on 25/02/11.
I have received message of my account no.175549 on 25/02/11 @07:00pm.
After continous follow up I got complaint ticket no.1749726 dt 25/02/11,1751827 dt26/02/11,1755767 dt27/02/11,1755796 dt 27/02/11. meaasage on my mobile No[protected].
On every day diff person will lift at call call center when I call and will be given diffterent connection date, at last i got information on 27/02/11 that will i get connection on 4/02/11only.There is no resollution for customer complaint why u give ticket no. I think it is only eye wash.
Only one question to you that wnen I called to your call centre i[censored] have told that connection will be given with in or after 1 week.I would have not taken your connection.
I have suffered lot in tata photon billed charges then intrested to take your connection and you also making suffer customer.
What should I do.
I have frustated a lot from your commitments to connect your connection.
Pl help me out in this regard please give connection tommorrow on 28/02/11, because I am paying lot to the TATA PHOTON, due to I need internet daily to do work.
I am expecting reply and support to connect internet of yours.
Pl guide me to take decision or cancell of your internet.

I am Md.Ismail (Ph : [protected]) Residence of Hyderabad. I have applied for the New Connection of BeamTelecom on 28 January 2013. Then on the Next day Your Beam Executive Came to me and taken my Identification Proof and Check of 2300/- Rupees. And After that i have recieved Account No : 475561 on 29 January 2013. And I Recieved Ticket No : 7398151 on 30 January 2013 from BeamTelecom.
Then, Shortly Beam Executive Came to my Shop and Fixed the Hub Box on my Shop Wall and said me that i will connect by tomorrow. But, Here is One more Internet Supplier Who Came in Action and taken the Hub Box from my Wall without nowing me And i informed to your Executive they came to that Internet Supplier and taken the Hub Box from them and went off. When your Executive said he is not allowing me to give the connection then i asked for My Money. Then, Your Executive Said i will provide you a Complain number Call or Give a Message on this Number you will get your Money Back. Complain Number : [protected]. And, From that Day Mr. Sajjad (Area Sales Manager) Ph : [protected] is Also not Lifting the Call.
So, I Kindly Request You to Give my Money Back. As Soon As Possible .
