Dear sir,
SUB: BEAM TELE services is very poor not even responding to the call, and service regarding.
I am syed shakeel hussain resident of 14-1-88/6/9 dullapally residency laxmi nagar, opp. gayatri- nagar, borabaonda, hyderabad.500018. i am not geting properly internet service properly, in a months i have complants many times but the beam tele sevices is not responding even i have payed one time 6 months payment at a time . i have taken home connection. i have my old connection sifiy internet connection , but one of the beamtele markiting maneger mr. arshad came to my house and told about beamtele services, is very good , and internet service is very fast. but least its a very bad , poor services. i am suffering with beamtelecom pvt ltd. i have called many times to custumer care, no responding and busy every time . what can do? i will wait till 30th sept of this month , i shall go to consumer court. regarding of this.

Dear sirIt gives me immense pain in informing you the truth of your service despite of your boastful customer services and acheivements. I know this mail is worth nothing for you but I m just giving it a try to open up your eyes in the matter concern. Gentleman let me explain you my experience in detail ie
1. Your Customer care executives are so busy more than you
2. Despite of their busy schedule they are so intelligent and aware about the services that a layman’s information is worth
3. Firstly I booked for a connection of IPTV on 26/10/08; now you must be thinking I am enjoying your services since then but still I m waiting to get connected.
4. There was no reminder from your side despite of my booking.
5. Leaving this experience behind I gave your company another chance by making a fresh booking on 26/03/09, I did it and your executive assured me that the booking is been made, well I waited and on 30/03/09 an executive I would say an illetrate rude and manner less individual called me and informed me that he would be visiting me for collecting cheque and other details, I cancelled all my plans on Sunday and till date I am waiting.
6. Despite of this wonderful experience I called up Custmr Cr. No. again today ie 2/04/09 to reconfirm and to my surprise I got to know that there was no such booking made on 26/03/09, well if that was the case then who called me up for collecting chq. And other details.
7. The story is endless your satisfying customer support reached its height thereafter, suddenly some miracle happened and the cheque and other details got collected on 07/04/09.
8. On every conversation with your company I requested them for a seperate line for IPTV, I reminded them again and again regarding the same.
9. This is nothing I can now feel the efficiency of your collegues and here I would like to mention one name of so called some supervisor lady named Ms. Gunjan, she was very good in assuring the customer but everything was worthless.
10. Today its been more than 2 months but there’s no reply Ms. Gunjan told me the connection is not possible, but why are your executives still calling me in this reference I received another call this same afternoon.
For you all this could be a minor incident but for me it is shocking. Below I am describing all my details and if possible it would be a great help of yours if you can look in this matter and take necessary action.
