Iam SRUJAN KUMAR . i had taken beam cabel connection on 29/12/09 .from thst day i not geeting proper signling low speed & some of the websites are not opening. i had given complaint so many times recently also the complaint number is 517596 . i had called so many times but not responding . i asked the mto resolve the problem but no response . i had payed advance amunt 2300/-but not responding . plz help me return te amount .

Frequent Disconnection

Inspite of daily couple of times complaints, my problem of frequent net disconnection problem was not resolved, rather not been resolved, better to say they are ineffient to do it. Seemingly Beam telecom is managed by unprofessional people. as per your guideline I had sent a message ACT 45 from my prepaid mobile 0n 17/11/2009 at about 0930hrs for activation of 49 paise per min plan. The confirmatory message from your end said that the same would be activated in 24 hours. BEAM SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!!

Hello,
Beam cable has been providing me connection since 8-9 months. Since then only 1 or 2 months was good. After this from 7-8 months its giving me problems of Frequent Disconnection. Their Customer support is really worst. And Hardly 2-3 times the problem is solved temporarily. And when asked to solved the problem when gone to nearby office they tell every time that,they will solve this time. I think its the worst service....

connection not given

I have paid an amount of Rs 1150/- to the company's executive on 09-09-09, but did not recieve the connection till now. On calling the customer care, the executive gives a new reason every day. Laptop damaged by internet connection

Hi,

I have internet connection from Beam tele recently when i connect their cable to my laptop it got burned.
And my laptop got damaged, i informed them but they are not replying as per that situation and also saying its not their problem. Please look into my problem.

Pathetic customer care/mgmt.

Beam cable is one internet provider u'll take to cry ur days for. They have the most illiterate of reps. on customer care. The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir, we’ll forward the complaint and get back to you ASAP”, and the day never comes. I am a Railway officer working in Hyderabad. I have taken broad band internet connection from the firm beamcablsystem.in, who is a service provider at my residence. Disconnection and Refund of the amount

annual subscription connection not provided

I have paid annual subscription effective july 2008 through july 2009. From august 2008 internet connection absent due to unannounced reasons. I have a cable broadband connection from Atria Convergence Technologies who actually take the payment before the usage (like prepaid mobile service).
