Relocating my connection.

Hi,
I got beam internet connection in February 2011. I got 6 months plan. That is I paid for 6 months at once.

In first week itself internet didn't come for 6 days. With lot of difficulty I got it finally. Afterwards service was very inconsistent.
In May 29th I relocated from Miyapur to Kondapur. I raised SR in beam before relocating itself.

No Response after taking Payment

I bet that no one can experience 'THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE' that I was experienced from Beam Telecom. Beam sales person, took money from me for 6 Months and also for Wireless router (4300/-). Absolutely disgusting service

If you are planning to use Beam for your Business then BEWARE!! Taking up Beam telecom is the biggest mistake ever made by our company. We provide IT services to Overseas clients and the amount of connection dropouts and Internet downtime is absolutely disgusting.

There was no power back-up on their lines so every time there was a power outage in the area our internet was down. Almost 5 days and 20 phone calls later...

We had pathetic and tragedy experience with Beam cable staff in Hyderabad at Venkatagiri, Jubilee Hills area to take new connection.

We applied beamfibre connection for home on 11th june, 2011. The sale person Mr. Susheel assured that connection will be given within 48 hours. We called him so many times after the given time. But he didn`t respond and not even picking call.

Please beware of availing internet/broadband services from Beam telecom In hyderabad.
There are frequent outages and its not at all reliable. At my home jewel beam telecom is internet provider, and it is high time to kick them out.

Most horrible Service

cheating customers

i have paid 1600 INR to beam cable for new internet connection.those cheaters asked me two days time for installation.its been 10 days still i did not get the connection.when i call the operator who took the money was not responding to my calls.i had to call from different different mobiles to reach that stupid..when i asked for refunding the money those stupids are asking 20 days for refunding..they are not here to provide internet services...

Installation fraud

Worst service

I took a broadband connection a couple of weeks back. The connection worked only for two days and it is down for the past 12 days. In-spite of numerous complaints to the ACT customer care, there is no progress in fixing the issue. Every time i call them they give a new complaint number as though it is a new complaint and they never track the old compliant number. I wonder why would they give a connection without giving any service wasting...

Delay in connection

I have give 3300/ INR to the Beamtele on 15th of April and they promised me that the connection will be given in 10days. Today is 18th May and till now i didnt get the connection. I have calls to the BEAM office. they are telling "with in 48 hrs , you will get connection" .I dont know why they are LYING like this.

Pathetic customer care; Billing issues

Beam Broadband has one of the most unconnected , and uninformed customer care. who are not bothered of the service they provide. Worst attitude of the employees" as if customers do not matter for their business".
