i am using beam since 6 months, a month back i have requested to transfer my internet connection from one location to other it is about 20meters distance.
every 3 to 4 days i am following up with them but nobody is responding
please don't ever go for beam internet connection such a bad service.

i given a request for shiffting connection from sr nagar to safilguda (seeta ram nagar ) on August 28th.And from August 28th onwords iam calling to your call center No.[protected] daily and iam asking the internet connection.but call center persons and superviours are saying connection will get with in 48 hours from Aug 28th onwords.but till now i dint get the connection.

i have total 40 ticket numbers but no action :-

this number of times i called your call center but your end no respon and no one have curtasee to give the connection .
And Mr.Khan and Mr.sunilkumar these two guyes was giving angrey answers to me.

    Hi,

    Can you please let me know the procedure to file case against BEAM TELE, Hyderabad[protected]

    I have taken their Internet connection 2 months back on May 28.. Due to Poor service (9 disruptions in July out of 31 days) I got it deactivated...

    At the start, I paid 1800 (600 for Installation charges non refundable, 600 for 1 month rent in advance and 600 for Security Deposit)

    Now they are not willing to refund back my security deposit and harassing me with calls every now and then saying they wont refund the same...

    Pls let me know the procedure to file the case....

    Hi Man,

    you are right Beam telecom is a worst company in this word there is no customer support nothing again and again they only open tickets and that it no action against your complain...

      Since, i've taken the beam connection, im facing continous problems.
      1. Frequent limited or No connectivity issues.
      2. Network cable disconnection in our area.

      I consider the above two issues smaller compared the issues im facing below
      1. I try reaching customer care number#[protected], none of them pickup and had to listen boring IVR message, i will have to try almost half a day to get one succesfull attempt at reaching customer care number.
      2. After registering a complaint, i hear back a response saying my issue will be addressed in upcoming 24 hours!!! what? i have to wait for 24 hours for simple network disconnection issue, and this is a frequent problem! and no compensation is provided for the loss of connectivity
      3. Some how next day some technitian comes, even before he comes here i get a message saying the issue(s) are resolved.
      and how does this happen? ... this happens because, technician calls the the support team to close the issue, but not the customer.
      4. I have been raising continous requests regarding various issues i've been facing with beam and everytime the ticket is being resolved even without the technician visiting the place! .... i can share the exact ticket details with dates and all, if i recieve a resposne here
      5. New issue is, i have paid half yearly rental of Rs. 2,300 through beam tele online portal but still i am getting emails & messages to pay it immediately to avoid disconnection. It's so frustrating.

      Hi,

      This is Y.L.Prasad, a customer of Beam. I paid 1 year bill in advance and when I asked to change my connection with in Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 22Feb2013 and today is 12-Mar-2013. Since last 22 days I contacted them not less than 15 times for the service, But the service is horrible.

      I don't know what to do now, Can anyone suggest me what shall I do now, I just want to teach them a lesson so that, They won't behave like this with any other customer.

      Changing the address taking 20 days is something pathetic, which I cannot understand how these people are running their show.

      I can say Beam is BAD...BAD...Very BAD... WORST.

      I am Sorry to say Like this, But this is what I got from Beam, and I really feel it.

      I wasted in discussing this problem for more than 7 hrs in cell phone, you can Imagine how annoyed I am with them.

        I applied for new connection of ACT broadband on 9th july'11,For that i called ACT salesman.They gave 1 form,i filled,gave Rs 500 for installation.They told,it will be connected within 5 working days. I called that sales person on 5th working day,he told they are sending the person for installation.5th day went ,6th day went,but no one came.I called their customer care many times,each one told,it will be installed today.2 weeks i called customer care,but they told same thing.And after that,those shameless and fraud people stopped receiving my call,they use to see my no,then disconnecting.Now its exactly 1 month over,not a single person came for installing.Now tell me what is this called? ACT has shown its real face.For Rs.500 from maximum of customer,how ACT is earning money.ACT is a FRAUD company,just cheating the customers.

        Airtel Broadband — not providing broadband connection after taking money in advance

        I applied for broadband connectivity 1.5 month back, at the airtel office . (Shoprrix mall, sec 61 Noida).The Person name Sanjeev has entertained my request.I asked him to check for connection slots in my society
        Varun apartments, Sector 62 Noida.he tol dme 38 slots are available.after this I paid him 500 rupees cash as installation charges. till now they havent issued any connection.when ever i asked about connection they always told me, we are not allowed to enter in your society.I have checked this thing with the secretory of society.There is no such problems even we have some existing airtel connections in our society.

        1 & 1 Broadband Internet — unwilling to provide after sale service

        It' s been seven days since i have taken an internet connection from 1 & 1 broadband internet. In the said time i have complaint thrice that the service was not working. Yesterday (03/06/2009) again as the service was not working i called to complaint upon which i was told i would be called back. After 45 minutes i had to call back. I was then informed that an engineer would be coming to my place. This was at 8:45 pm. Again at 9:45 I call back to inquire. I'm told that the engineer is in my complex and would come once he finishes his work. I told the person over the phone that to tell me an exact time as it was getting late. He tells me it could take 15mins or 2hours. After an argument he tells me this is the service he can provided and if i don't like to stop using the service. As the standard of service was not acceptable I told him to give me a refund for the remain days as i have a 3 months per paid package. The gentleman over the phone tells me he will not give me a refund and i should do whatever i want to do.

        My services have to been restored. This is the most pathetic service i have ever received.

        Airtel Broadband — Besides payment Broadband not Installed for 4 months

        Dear Sir,

        I want to bring into your Kind notice the Harassment which I faced from AirTel.

        AirTel call centre called me from Mohali more then 200 times and requested me to buy a Land line and Broadband @ of 850/-. Since they had made my life miserable I decided to buy one and paid money on on 23/04/2009 under Recpt No 610198 SEF NO 535732 Rcpt issued by Plot No -159, Phase -1 Ind Area, Chandigarh . I was promised that the Broad band will be installed with in 2 days. After 3-4 days I was told that due to some problem it will take some time, I gave them one week and in the mean time I bought a Computer worth 40, 000/-. After a week again they requested for some more time, Nothing happened since then, After almost ten days some one came to my Residence who called his boss from my residence and handed over the phone to me, I was shocked to hear when he asked me that Aortal was unable to process my request and that he will think to refund my money.
        I feel this is clear a case of harassment and Iam not going to let this issue die.
        First Iam forced to buy a connection and then they made me buy a PC, I cannot expect this service from Airtel.
        I hold a Vodafone Connection, Believe me Iam very satisfied that don’t Cheat people the way AirTel does.
        My concern is that AirTel should be stopped to collect their wealth like this,
        Four Months and no one is bothered to pay attention to my problem.
        Why this type of Bias towards me by this company???????
        KIndly investigate the matter,
        Also I should be paid compensation of 100, 000 for the harassment which I have been through all these days.

        Broadband — NO network after 1 week of Installation

        like to register a complaint against MTNL Delhi.

        My phone no. is 27556295, i am not satisfied with their service and their Internet broadband connection, which they installed to my place on 5th Sep. '09 (Saturday). My Internet Connection has not even started. Every time i call customer care, they give a different no. to call.I have opted for unlimited plan.I have also made several complaint to MTNL TOll free no's 1500, 1504 and 198, and i also informed that the connection has not been activated yet.They gave me no. for Rohini Sec-9 sanchar Haat to contact Mr. Jain. However, Mr. Jain is never available. Irrespective of the no. of complaints, this has npt been rectified yet.
        I am suffering a lot from this irresponsible behavior of MTNL Broadband department. I am requesting MTNL Department to please do the needful, otherwise i'll move towards the Consumer Court regarding this matter .My Name is Gunjan Chawla Phone No[protected]

        Airtel Broadband — Not installing broadband connection after taking 3 months advance payment

        My form number for Airtel broadband connection is CH 947595.I had completed all the formalities regarding the former approximately 15 days back and had paid 3 months advance of Rs 5100. In spite of all this the company has not installed the connection on the time promised by them i.e 2 days and the people related are not picking up any calls made by me.When I asked them to refund the money they are are saying that this will take 20 days more.As I am in urgent need of internet connection i would like you to help me in getting the money back and as well as in seeking compensation from the airtel service provider.For any further detail please contact on [protected],[protected]

        Airtel Broadband — Money not refunded - 3 months(approx)

        Hi,

        We have applied broadband for our room in my friends name (Kather Meeran) on 28th August 2009. Executive named mr. Arun kumar took Rs.1000/- (Cash) from us on the same day. In the mid of September they said there is no peacbility in our area. We requested to raise for a refund. From the mid of September, we did not get a refund till now. We raised many compaints with customer care, they are calling me and asking about the issue and tell us we will revert to conecerned deaprtment but nobody gives a clear idea. I proived cash to the sales executive but customer care exective told me there is a cheque provided with application. We are not sure where is the problem lies. But till now I did not get my money back. Executive never attend any of my calls. When I contacted the office Telephone number in his visting card, it says "Number not found"

        i strongly agree to this issue.We are also facing the same problem from july 2009, we paid the money for router but then they said they can't provide the connection.From then onwards we are waiting for our money.This is the worst customer service we have ever seen.

        Broadband — Bad Customer Service - They are actually fraud. They will always misguide you

        I had applied for a reliance connection and I got the connection after 20 days.( where as in airtel and any other service provider you will get a connection on the same day).
        and secondly the last date for my billing was 1st feb 2010 and on 20th jan they have have disconnect my connection. The reason was payment was not made for the last bill the due date for which was 1st feb 2010.

        I called up customer care , every time they are misguiding me.

        I thought it's ok... so I paid the money of my last bill and it has been 3 days I still have not got the connection back..

        Never go for a Reliance broadband connection. They will make you fool.
        I am also facing similar issue: My application number is CH1035568 given on 5th July, 2010 and till this time i am not given a connection. I was given a promise that it will be given within 2 days time. As the sales person Malathi - [protected] was not responding had raised for cancellation with the Customer care on 8th July. They were not ready to take up a cancellation request saying the TAT is till 16th July. Had taken this up with Appeallate Authority - Aravind[protected] for taking up cancellation vide complaint no.34822932. Instead of taking up cancellation ethey sent somebody to my house at 8.00pm and that guy installed the phone made few lot of calls from the number and left the house with the instrument.Every morning I get a call from airtel around 10.00am saying they will send some one to install within an hours time but no one turns up. On 13th some one showed up at 9.00pm in the night to discuss. Now appellate authority also does not give any reply. They do neither give connection or cancel the application. This is cheating and fraud as they have taken money affront and is manipulating the same without giving connection or refund.

        Airtel Broadband — FRAUDERY, AND CARELESSNESS IN AFTER SALES SERVICE

        REGULARITY IN DISCONNECTION, EVEN AFTER PAYMENT OF BILL IN ADVANCE CONNECTION IS NOT PROVIDED, COSTUMER CARE ASSOCIATES DONT BHAVE WELL.
        No network all the time. In a week net is available for 2 or 3 days. Worst connection.
        Thank god…I didn’t believe in all these posts. had suffered a lot with Airtel broadband…worse service…always wrong bills..was tired of fighting with them..

        got ACT broadband 3 months back..my surprise was the sales guy committed 4 days for installation but I got my connection very next day after payment…using 5 Mbps rs. 999 plan…great speed..happy with ACT broadband..it's cheapest and fastest
        My Name Dinakar, Dec 23rd i got connected ACT Broad band service, before taking the connection i told to sales person as well as to the technical peoples, you have to connect the ACT broad band to my Server 2003 operating system, around 20 times i called in five minutes and 10 minutes when u are available to connect like stuppid questions they are asking, how these peoples are calculating the download in dont know, in 15 days i got a mail from ACT that u have reached FUP(fair usage policy) of 20GB, after that you speed is limited to 256 kb, but my speed showing 0.026kbps.

        Hi Friends,

        I live in H M Green Oak Appartment, Marappa Garden and I am Totally happy with ACT Broadband service.

        Usually people come here to complain, however i have come here to appreciate someones effort.
        I had been Airtel broadband costomer from past 5 years and recently i noticed that they have been taking the customers for granted. So i dicided to switch over and tried many options like tata docomo which was a nightmare.
        After considering many broadband companies, i heard about ACT. I went to many reference sites from which i got a
        negative response about ACT mentioning the delays in installation.
        So finally i called there executive to check there plans and luckily that gentleman told me that there software has been updated and the services have been improved, but it was still hard to trust.
        He took me outside my Appartment and showed a box fitted and also said he has installed a connection in a near by primeses.
        That was my chance, i visited the neighbour and asked how is the connection and the answer was not the one i was expecting. He said the connection is awesome, but i wanted to check myself and i ran speedcheck on his computer!!! and that was hard to believe
        A complete 10MBPS download speed. I was thinking at least it should get 2 to 3 MBPS but here the speed was lightning fast.
        Here is another thing which makes me happy, I subscibed on 30 jan 2012 for 3 Months package where installation is free. Now the point is Some people came to my place the same day, on the day i issued them a cheque and fixed the box on terrace. later the cheque was realised after two days that same evening one engineer came and connected the wire and i was connected.
        Since that evening i had no problems.

        Few advantages i have noticed
        ACT used optic Fibre Technology
        Modem is not connected to computer, its connected on the roof top along with a battery backup of 4 hours.
        Every time you reconnect the ethernet cable you have to login to http://portal.acttv.in/ and enter your password.
        Bill amount is fixed, no variations

        Airtel is extremely bad on their billing, they will harass you by sending collection agents to your house, don't be scared take down the agents name, they will try to call you and say that a case has been lodged against you in Delhi High Court, section 420p, don't be scared, a case can be lodged only in you home location, 1st it has to go to session court and then high court, they will call your friends and relatives, that is when you need to make a complaint in the Consumer court, you can sue Airtel in the consumer court, for people in Bangalore, you can go to 8th floor of Cauvery Bhawan, Majestic, you will find Consumer Redressal Forum, the officials are very helpful, you need to take a DD for Rs.100/- take all your documents like bills and paid receipts if you have, write down a detailed complaint and submit it in 8th floor Cauvery Bhawan, Majestic. You need to followup for the date of the hearing, you need to go to the court, the case will be closed in 2-3 hearings.

        Yes ACT broadband is good in their billing, but they do have connectivity issues, your Internet can get disconnected often, monthly once or twice for 2 - 3 days. They still have to establish, it would be good to give them some time to establish.
        Agree with Syed Moen, its been long time with ACT and we are enjoying ACT wow speed in very good price. I haven't find any issue till date.

        ACT Broadband — issue not resolved for 5 days

        I have registered a complaint on May 9th (complaint number 0899184) regarding the Internet issue and i had called the customer care multiple times. Everytime i call, i get a response that it will be attended shortly. But no response after that. Worst customer service.
        ACT is v v v good
        This issue is not resolved for more than a month now. (compliant number - [protected]). Really fed up with ACT.
        ACT is very Poor in service
        Never choose as your ISP, to avoid regret in future or too late by falling into their trap of 6 months advance . Take my word as customer voice

        I TRUST any info on web with back up information to defend the incident
        I plan to start a blog/threat in a leading forum, where customers who are unhappy with ACT service can post their grievance with Proof.
        E.g If you are not happy, please provide the following information
        1. What is the deficit service
        2. What is the complaint number
        3. Make sure to collect date, time, person name to whom you are talking to and their feedback ( if possible, please record the call)
        4. If no communication for certain days, then mention that in detail

        Let us give more visibility to problems and elaborate and discuss EVERYTHING here to bring the TRUTH to the reader
        Let readers decide based on the information.

        If anyone challenges, then Customer id and Proof, call recording and other communication proof can be shared, to increase the reach of debate more

          I have taken an yearly broadband package from Beam telecom 1 1/2 yrs back and everytime am getting network problem due to LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY.

          Since last 5 days the same issue is coming and when calling to Customer care everytime I get to hear the same ridiculous statements of being sorry and that the issue would be resolved in 24 hrs.

          THis is continuing since 5 days and neither the customer care officials nor the technical team is able to resolve the problem and activate the broadband network

          Even sending mails to nodal officer has been futile. The company has a very callous attitude towards the customer's and their problems

          Request you to guide me for loding a case in consumer court against the company

          The regulatory should keep a check on these companies and should cancel their license due to such negligence and callous attitude from the company's side

            I have chosen Beam Fiber to my office. They responded immediately and came to office for initial proceedings. During that time, they promised that connection will be initiated with in 48-72 hrs however after receiving the cheque not responding.

            Now they are telling that it may take 5-7 days time to provide connection. Above all their staff behave very rash with the customers and highly poor client relationship. I request everyone there, pls do not opt for Beam Fiber, they are the worst service providers in the city i feel.

            BEAMFIBER — NOT RESPONDING

            BEAM FIBER BROOADBAND NUMBER IS[protected]. ONCE CALL THIS U WILL NOTICE IT. I HAVE TRIED 35 TIMES TO THAT NUMBER . ITS ALWAYS CONNECTS AND PLAYS SOME MUSIC AND THEN THE IVR TELLS TO STAY ON LINE AND THEN THE CALL GETS DISCONNECTS AND THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTING FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ANY USE, PLEASE TAKE ACTION.

              I applied for the [censored]ing of my beam cable connection from ameerpet to punjagutta on 13th july, 2011. Till now(3rd Aug, 2011) there is no proper response.

              I think beam cable customer care doing nothing. There only job is to convence the customer not giving service to the customer.

              I have raised a request to shif the connection on Aug 07, 2011 . From that day, the customer support executive says we have logged a request and our area area co-ordiantor will get back to you. This never happened. I kept calling customer care and mailing them. Its been more than 20 days and nobody has approached us to shift the connection. Very frustrating..!!!
              I have paid for 6 months as a package including Aug, without using Internet services for a single day during this month. I would never suggest anyone to go for beam cable.

              beamcable — shifting of connection

              For shifting of internet connection,cutomer care executive informed that it will be fix in 2-5 days
              but the complaint is still it is pending Because of poorest coordination amoung Beam broadband service staff, in solving the cutomer issue , the connection need to be shifted with in the same locality in new address Hno. 18-3-463/1/195 , Rajannabavi ,shivaji Nagar hyderabad 5000053. just 400 mts form existing connection , no efforts were made from BeamTelecom team , in lie of not fixing the problem , i want refund.

                Hello,

                I am trying to get internet connection from beam telecom since 30 June 2011. Till Date I didn’t get the internet connection and no response from beam telecom why I was not provided connection.
                My registered number is [protected].

                After I get hold of one of the officer from beam tele through my friends I requested him for the connection he gave cabling and collected the check from me. It was on around 23rd of July. Till now my internet is not up.

                When I ever I call to the call center they ask for 24 hours but I never don’t get any response back. Call center is really uninformative.

                Can you please look into the case? I have no idea why service is not provided to me.
                Please let me know if service can’t be given to me so that I can opt for other service.

                  They are frauds.
                  They just take money from us and do not provide proper service.
                  i had applied for their service on 1-3-2010 but it had started from[protected].like this their service is..then why should i pay for the remaining days??
                  but still i have cleared all the dues but in the status its showing that there are no records from the last 3 months.
                  what does it mean???does it mean that i have not paid money from the last 3 months?

                  i have'nt used their service in this month when i really need it.but still when a person came from their side to collect bill i have given him the money.He said he just collect the bill and he is not concerned about the service.then for what they are collecting money??to provide service ??or not to provide their sadhi hui service???
                  this is just because of their careless actions/service towards their customers.They just want money money money.but why shoud i pay them if am not getting proper service??
                  i cant bare this .its enough now.

                    Through your forum, I would like to draw the attention of all towards the poor service being rendered by Beam Cable towards its existing customer’s. I have an internet connection from them which is being frequently getting disconnected.
                    To lodge the complaint with them has become a herculean task as they don’t pick up the call for at least half an hour and go on repeating that ” to wait or disconnect and try after some time” where as in case of new connections immediately they respond. In case you are able to get connected to the executive he notes the number and says it will be attended within 24 hours. You go waiting and the problem does not get rectified and once again you have to repeat the same procedure to know the status of your complaint. The executive attending gives some excuses and incorrect information and never gets you connected to his Superior on the floor with the plea that he is busy attending some other call and he will ensure that he calls back with in one hour which never happens.
                    I hope the Beam Cable people will understand the agony of its subscribers and immediately act failing which they are forcing customers to go to Consumer Court for failure of service.

                    I enquired for Beam telecom on June 19th and the execute in superfast speed and took all the details and money and promised me to activate the connection in 10 working days. I tried to reach the executive over phone and not picking the call. I called call centre atleast 10 times. Every time their answer is very beautifl "We are taking your complaint as high priority and our techincal people will get back you in 24 hours". If I give them call again 2 days, I will receive the same beautiful response. I don't know if they are not able to provide the connection then why them are giving proms and advertisement in those areas.... I think we need to wait atleast 2 to 3months for an internet connection which is weird...

                    I have a beam internet connection with a/c no 178691.From the past 10-12 days there has been a disconnection for which I have raised complaints from day 1 till date . The Customer Support is pathetic, they haven't even responded to any of my complaints .The only thing I could do is call the customer support and enquire about my issue for which they reply very nicely saying that the issue will be taken up on priority basis, this is happening from the first day of disconnection and the technician is yet to show up .

                    From last one week the speed of my connection is very slow and after evening 8, i am hardly able to connect to the net. I have been calling customer care dept but either they put me on hold for indefinite time and for the tickets registered I just get a message that the issue has been solved while nobody gets back to me for the same. This calls for high inefficiency from your end. I have been billed extra last month and am not being given the call details. Now again am i supposed to pay while i am not getting the services?This is first time that i am getting this response in last 3 years.

                          My name is Srinivas from Hyderabad(East Anandbagh). On Friday morning(5.00 AM), I found some spark near my laptop and when I went near and saw that LAN cable burnt. I tried powering-on laptop, but its not powering-on and found even power adaptor was working.

                              i sumesh kumar is using beam internet.my mobile no.is [protected].company staff has done a blundered mistake by giving a wrong power supply connection to the signal power booster box due to which current was flowing throughout our earthing wire of our house.because of this my younger brothers son got a severe current shock for which he is still suffering .when we gave a complain to customer care we got a very cool reply saying that we have registered your complain &in 24 hrs.our persons will come &resolve it.i am very sorry to say that company doesn't have sense to realize the severity of the problem and solve it.I request THE CONSUMER FORUM to take necessary action into this matter and do needful help to me.

                                I requested for disconnection many times and asked for the money back offer they offered (15 days money back) on the 6th day o[censored]sage of internet.i was informed that they would be sending the guy responsible.as they didnt send me one i again put up the complaint after a week.was again informed that i would be getting the check in 15 days and will disconnect the internet service.but still now i havent got any response nor the internet is disconnected. i am using another connection,and hence this ACT broadband is not required at all.now whenever i call the customer care,its busy all the time.lol first time im finding customer care lines are busy this much.must be they are receiving so many complaints.
                                whatever,i want the internet to be disconnected and refund back the installation fee as i am not at all happy with the services.
                                plz dont call me back again saying me to upgrade the plan cos i dont think it worths.

                                There is no connection from october 2012 to till now and no response from call center or any of the person from ACT same problem two times the person resolved again same connection problem, bill payment online problem explained to persons and sent mail so thinking of going to consumer court now asking form october 12 bill paid to ACT. Can anybody join for the same please let me know
                                It has been a nightmare to get service for activation. Every time I call I get told the engineers will arrive by a certain time but they don't. I get told I will receive a call from the field to confirm the time but no one calls. There seems to no connection between the agents with whom I speak and the people on the field who do the activation. I wonder how they stay in business when their service is so abysmal. Thoroughly disappointed in ACT.
                                Worst Internet, the connection only works well when the guy comes to check it and he calls someone and ups the speed after the guys leave its back to square one and very poor 1 mbps connection. Worst internet service by ACT, i had placed a request for disconnection and it took them more than a week to even raise a ticket for that speaks volumes of the inefficiency in their team. At this rate am sure they will have to shut shop pretty soon. Never use ACT.

                                Internet is not working from past 2 days and no action even after numerous complaints on app and SMS. Whenever I try to call customer care it's busy. I don't know if they are really receiving so many complaints or they don't have any employee in customer. I don't feel like continuing with them. I've always paid full bill properly on time but this type of irresponsible service will not work for long time. Airtel was not previously available in my area now it is available so I think of switching to Airtel. ACT is the worst service ISP.
                                Undoubtedly the worst service provider. Every other week the connection gets disconnected and when you call the customer care you get to hear the se line "we regret for your inconvenience and the issue will be resolved within 18 hours." When you ask for the details they say the wire or cable was cut in your area and many customers are facing the same issue. I wonder the quality of their cable that it gets get by a mice also. Anyways my issue was never resolved within stipulated time. And I am going to raise a termination request now and will try to share my experience with as many people as possible so that they don't suffer after taking this connection. Bad service. Pathetic speed. Worst customer care executives who are always busy taking complaints that the line is never free.

                                I have being using Act for more than 4 years and for the past 6 months i am not getting the speed i used to get not to mention so many times it get disconnected. Then i have to configure router setting and restart so many times, some time by luck its gets connected and some times i have to wait for Half' a day to 2 days to get connected. When i raise a complaint you guys call me back after 2 weeks to address the issue. I am changing my connection so i want you to disconnect my connection as of April and refund my money.

                                I forget to mention the most important an so annoying thing about act!!!

                                Now a days if i use or download files worth 40 GB its showing 60-70 GB has been used and you guys are saying we upgraded your FUP at free of cost while cutting down FUP without the users knowledge.                                 It has been more than 9 days since i have raise a request your ideal ticket SLA is 7 days to resolve any ticket but still i haven't got any update.                                 I never received any response or communication regarding disconnection and repayment of initial deposit, inspite already providing the user id, city name as requested 4 days ago, what sort of customer service is this. This is terrible.
                                I have requested for reconnection after relocation. The technician took 3 days to come and visit the home. He said there is no box near by and a new box has to set up at my home. After that since 4 days no response from them. I had called them. The technician said it will take 7 days to setup the box. Overall since 12 days the problem not resolved and they closed the ticket without resolving the issue. I just want to disconnect from this worst network and worst service. I had tried to call customer care and as usual I have disconnected the call after waiting for a long time.

                                I dont want your service in future. because you stop and disconnect the connection only after the due date of payment till now i have no connection with you. but you have send us the another bill today.
                                I already told your office to disconnect the our connection now I change to local cable tv connection to see the tv channels. we only need the channels of tv serials and all

                                It is a worst service. I have paid 3700 for new connection.Initially Mr. Bhuvaneswar came and callectd after that no one came to initiate the connection. I requested for refund. It's more than 20 Days still I didn't get back my money. If I call CUSTOMER CARE they will tell same ### stories. So don't pay money before the connection. Don't trust these Bludy ###.
                                Act broadband (Hyderabad) is frequently disconnected due to some reason. I suggest not to use ACT broadband because it is not reliable and inconsistent.
                                I am using ACT for past 8 Month but every month my internet goes down randomly because of that i lost so many meetings and this month again it got down so i asked them to disconnect my service but its almost 3 days still they didn't disconnected but they asked me to play the bill still now as its not disconnected.
                                I called the customer care for terminating my ACT fiber net connection as I am moving out of Bangalore and they disconnected my call. Now I think they have blocked my number and I am not able to reach them from my number. I tried from another number and they again suddenly disconnected the call when I started to mention about disconnection. This is clear case of fraud that is being done by ACT. I have already complained to the nodal and appellate authorities for Bangalore. If ACT is serious about customer care please look into this.
                                Trying to disconnect the service of broadband due to poor connectivity. There is no option on portal or chatbot on disconnection. The customer service is always busy. Dropped a mail but no reply. My bill due date is approaching which is an annual subscription and do not want to end up impacting my cibil score. Can somebody please respond.

                                  iam the resident of shapurnagar area it comes under jeedimetla sector . i had orded an new internet connection on before of 30 june . i had registered my booking for first time the office executive said that our office member will make u a call and he will meet me as he will faclitate the internet connection in our locality.there was no response i had made a call for second time on 30 june and i had came to know that my booking was not registered properly. again the office member said that he will send an executive and he will make me a call. at next day he made a call to my phone .he said that he will meet me within an hour but he did not come that day. on another day i was continously making him phone call but he did not pick up it. another day on 2nd june i made him a call he attended the call and said that there is no connection in your locality so it will take 10 days to put up the connection.i had waited for 12 days there was no response .again i made a call in internet office on13th june it was my 3rd request for booking they said same storyas they told in begning again i made a call on 17 and last call on 20 june i had said to executive that i[censored] dont take any action i will complaintin consumer forum the executive gave me the permission to complaint it if the member does not meet and call me at last he did not call me

                                    I am a private employee working in Hyderabad. I have taken broad band internet connection from the firm beamcablsystem.in, who is a service provider at my residence. The connection was taken in june2011 with a special offer of free symantic Antivisus CD (Valid for one year),

                                    Now the firm says they will give only trial version. There is no proper response from them. I even get a rough reply from the call centre some times. Secondly the connection is very slow. The band width is less than what is promised. No technician comes for clarification or test or rectification. The company service is very poor. I have paid 1000/- in advance. I request you to kindly see that the firm corrects the connection, gives me symantic anti virus CD as promised. I have receipt of bill paid to them.

                                      I have given so many complaints regarding internet problem. They haven't solved my problem and more over the services are very worst.The response of the people is also worst.
                                      Totally the services are the worst services i have seen ever. Please take action Beam Telecom.
                                      They are looting money from customers without doing any services

                                        Hi ,

                                        I have booked a new internet connection on the 26th of June 2011.
                                        Mr. Irfan came to book my connection & collect the payment. who committed to me that the connection would be installed at my place by the 5th of July 2011 . which is also reflecting in thier records.
                                        After this I have not received even one call from beams giving me the status of my connection.
                                        Every time that i call up the call center i get a reply that some one will get back to you in 24 hours.
                                        But no one response.
                                        Have got more than 10 ticket no's which indicate that i have called the call center those many times.
                                        On 5th when i call up & speak to irfan finally from my office landline , he commits that it will be done on the 7th.
                                        On the 7th when i see that there is no sign of the connection getting installed I write a mail to the Nodal office- Ms Ruchi.
                                        I get a auto responder. On replying to it i get a mail saying it will be done by 11th july 2011 .

                                        But till today nothing is done .......

                                        pls help me.

                                        BEAM TELECOM PVT.LTD — Not providing connection

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I had opted for a new broadband connection with beam telecom pvt.ltd on date 08/07/2010. But till today 28/07/2010 i haven't got my account activated. I had been visiting the concern "Branch office and Head office" at my locality frequently from past 8 days. Whenever i go they say that sir ur account has been activated and you will receive your id and password in just 30 minutes. But it hasn't come still. On the hope of this connection last month i had removed my old connection. When i try to call the customer care for support they will say that ur case has been registered and will be solved soon but they haven't done till now. Please try to resolve my case.
