Beam Broadband has one of the most unconnected , and uninformed customer care. who are not bothered of the service they provide. Worst attitude of the employees" as if customers do not matter for their business".

Long story short : Beam has a policy of collecting the amount ahead of the month.I had deactivated the account temporarily 6 months ago verbally and the collection employee informed that it would be done. Now when I want to reactivate the connection. The customer care agents informed me, that it would be done. And ridiculously some person calls me for amount and said that I need to clear the due which I never had, when informed of my situation he said the money will not be charged.
(More over Beam follows prepaid billing system).

Now when I call back to check , I am informed that I wanted the ticket to be closed and issue resolved. which never happened.

This is no less than cheating by the employees who are least bothered about the work their work.

If this is the attitude , Beam is sure to lose business no matter what technically sound or infrastructure be.

    I RECENTLY SENT A MAIL TO [protected]@beamtele.com ( address given by the manager of beamtelecom , mehdipatnam branch --Abeth Khan)

    iam expecting reply from them -- the mail details are

    I have paid 1800 rupees to beamtelecom for 2 mbps plan at 08 Mar 2011. At the time of paying your people said "Connection is given in maximum 20 days" And Customer Care people told that my commence date is 26thMar 2011.

    From that day on wards Iam calling Customer Care people and they are simply saying "YOUR CONNECTION WILL BE GIVEN IN 24 TO 48 HOURS, OUR TECHNICAL PEOPLE WILL CONTACT YOU"
    NO TECHNICAL PEOPLE CONTACTED SINCE THEN. IAM JUST GETTING TICKET MESSAGES TO MY MOBILE AND MAIL( i collected them ) AROUND EQUAL TO 20 IN THESE DAYS ( the same story repeats every time but no response or no intimation from any technical people , every time i called customer care people and they just register the complaint and give me a TICKET , NOTHING HAPPPENS )

    TODAY AFTER 31 DAYS 9TH ARIL 2011 , I PERSONALLY WENT TO YOUR MANAGER (ABETH KHAN , MEHIDI PATNAM BRANCH,PH NO [protected]) AND GIVEN A COMPLAINT TO HIM. MANAGER IS SAYING THAT

    " THE MATERIAL FOR YOUR AREA (SHIVARAM PALLY , RAJENDRANAGAR , HYD-052) IS NOT SANCTIONED TILL TODAY AS YOU ARE ALL ONLY MONTHLY PAYERS, BUT TODAY IT IS SANCTIONED ( HE SHOWED ME A MAIL )
    AND WE WILL GIVE YOU CONNECTION BY SATURDAY (14 APRIL 2011) OR 5 TO 8 DAYS.
    IF WE FAIL TO GIVE CONNECTION IN TIME WE WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY. THEN I ASKED A CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM THE MANAGER. HE TOLD ME TO FORWARD A MAIL TO [protected]@beamtele.com. THEY WILL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION MAIL ( OF RETURNING MY MONEY 1800 WHEN FAILED TO GIVE CONNECTION WITH IN THE TIME).

    BEAM TELECOMMUNICATION — PENDING BROADBAND CONNECTION

    I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST BEAM TELECOMMUNICATION (BROADBAND PROVIDER),HYDERABAD REGARDING PENDING CONNECTION.THE PERSONEL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ARE PLAYING ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS OF THE PAYMENT.I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE BEAM PEOPLE ALMOST DAILY FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS, BUT SO FAR THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE .

      i m dheeraj kumar inani . i booked my connection on 29April 2011 in ACT broadband. they promise me, they will provide me the connection on 4th may 2011. Till today they are not able to provide me the connection and they are not receiving my call and they are not giving me the response me and telling daily that they will provide me connection by tomorrow and their tomorrow didn't come till today.

      So please help me in getting broadband connection.

        I have applied for beam connection on march 9th 2011,but till now (May 2nd 2011) i didn't get the connection.

        I took 6month plan and paid 2000RS.When i had given the payment,executive said that you wil get the connection in 3days(his name is sai kumar,bill colletor,[protected],madinaguda). After 3days when i called the call centre they said minimum time is 10day..which made me shock.Why should he lie to me for the payment.

        Now till now i didn't get the connection.I called nearly 31 calls in this 20 days time. my mobile bill increased but now use.As beam has no toll free number.

        When ever i raised the ticket in the morning they use to close in the evening.Again i use to raise the ticket in the morning..This is the way call centre people work.When ever i call to them i need to start form the starting.What my problem is and when i applied to the connection and all.

        They have so many teams,for wiring one team.They take 2units current from home, for connecting that box one team.For wiring inside the house on team.For putting power box one team.I got wexed.

        They are not giving the technicians numbers and they are not forwarding to there managers.What should a customer do in this case.How long i should wait for them..

        When i chat in online.They are telling that our server is down we can't connect to your information.Thankyou for conacting the beam.

        They have done the wiring and gave the user name and password to me. But when i connected that beam wire to CPU,Beam page is not displaying in the IE and LIght is not displaying back side of the CPU,near cable.

        They wasted my valueble time by lieing to me that i wil get the connection in 3days. I waited till 10days also..still i didn't get the connection..They failed to give the connection in 10days..No team work.They are playing with customers.Now even after 20days they are telling that we wil check with our concern department.They are taking tomuch time..For one one team i waited 20days.Still the connection is pending.

        Untimate thing is my billing is in process..They are giving me the bill with out giving the connection..
        Are customers are that fools to them?

        Please take action on them..

I have given complaints to your customer care many times and your people are generating token numbers each time I was called but, they are failed to meet their commitments.

            Dear sir

            My name is B Anil residing at[protected]/1/1, Boudhanagar, Jamai osmania, Secunderabad, 500061, i took a broadband internet connection from Beam Telecom co. I took an unlimited plan with a speed of 786 KBPS. Either at the time of taking the connection or afterwords they have not communicated any thing on downloading limit or fair usage policy. Now after i downloaded more than 30 GB my speed got reduced to 256KBPS. When i approached them they are saying that there is a fair usage policy it says if your downloads exeeds 30GB your internet speed is downgraded to 256 KBPS till the end of the month after which it will restored to your normal plan.

            This is very very bad practice that no body has infomed me about the downloading limit or fair usage policy.

            and they are charging the rentals based on the maximum speed they will provide. During the last one and half month period in very rare cases(Mostly after the midnight) it has reached the said speed.

            I am very much dissatisfied with this and i paid six month rent in advance total Rs.3300/-

            Please take a necessary action and refund me the money back

            Beam Telecom has explicitly stated that their unlimited package is subject to their fair usage policy. They have this information on their website too.

                We have been a customer with beam for the past 2 months for now.
                Converting from competetor internet service provider (now regretting the fact on that decision)
                Initially for the setup of connection i have to fight with them for almost 15 days since the money has been collected by the collection agent.
                Finally after gettting the connection , beam network is worst interms of the consistency in the services

                while the connection speed is good but the service is not consistent as well the customer care representatives doesnt even know how to handle customers we have opened almost 15-20 tickets everymonth. and the resolution time so far is worst. as of now also im not able to use there service cause i opened a ticket for the resolution and waiting for the fix for the past 3 days now.
                they technician who comes in keeps saying that they come up with some reason for the uavailability. not sure need to pray them for fixing the issue.
                i have been fed up just for about 2 months of there service still got to go for almost another 4 months to get rid of the contract.
                even the Head office in banajara hills in hyderabad dont know how to handle the customer.
                I pity the company and there management who dont know how to handle the customers being in the service based industry.
                i do strongly suggest not to take this service if you are considering the same.

                  I paid six monthly fees for beam broadband. the salesman told me that i will get the connection pw and ui by evening.. they did the cabling fast and i was impressed..

                  Once the cable was laid they told me that the box is locked and they need to get the keys.. and will come back by evg and get it done.. they also said that they need to add a switch .. but this too will get done by evg.. That was Thursday - April 19th , 2011..

                  Till today .. April 19th, 2011.. i dont have the connection activated.. The call center people keep saying they will get back.. no one gets back.. i am tired of calling .. The sales man told me it is not his responsiblity and has stopped taking my calls. The service pathetic and no one bothers once you have paid the money..

                  The service is pathetic .. Today morning i told them to refund the money.. I am tired of wating for the connection to get functional.. so buyers beware... (area- Kalyanpuri Colony - Uppal)

                  YOU TELECOM broadband internet connection — Non activation of connection , non refund of fees paid

                  My broad band home user connection under account no .101732 from youtelecom was disconnected by the Co without any valid reason or notice though I paid on line the renewal fees of Rs 838 on 2-09-09. The Co is not respoding even after several times cotacting them on phone. Just they say that your refund is under process
                  It is just non ethical business attitude

                  Youtelecom is a big name in Internet providing sector but I feel they are cheaters . I had very bad experience with these people. I renewed my broad band account 101732 by making online payment of Rs 838 / on 02-09-09. But the service providers disconnected the services instead of renewing the same. Now when I approached them atleast for refund of fees they are neither refunding my fee amount nor respoding. It is very painful experience.I am a senior cittizen . No consideration even after several phone calls. Now the officer Mr Subhash is even not answering my phone.
                  I am facing the same problem. I also went for 6 moths subscription the marketing person Mr. Alikhan [[protected]] told that it will be done in 3 days. On third day I call him up and ask about it he tells me person will come to your home at 5PM no one visits same story is repeated next day. Then I file up complain with customer care [2582408] and the tell me we will get back to you in 24hrs. 24hrs pass by and no one calls back. I again try Mr. Alikhan and he promises me to call back in 30min but no one ever calls back. Many a times their phone rings but no one picks up and at times it is switched off to avoid customers.
                  This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.

                    MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED YET EVEN AFTER FIGHITING FOR ONE MONTH AND NOW I GOT A NEW BILL WHICH I DID NOT EVEN USED AND MENTAL TORTURE FROM BEAM. IS LAW THERE BEHIND THESE FRAUD COMPANIES? IS THERE ANY GOVERNEING OFFICER BEHIND BEAM.

                    SUB: Reply for this mail from supervisor is more appreciated as the reply will be one of the documents from beam in consumer court please.
                    If I will not get the remaining ticket numbers then these email attachments also I will file when applying to consumer court.
                    The worst complaint section from beam. Since last month I am complaining more than 27 times and still I am the and I am fool simply calling and calling and giving complaints and no one from Beam is coming and still they are closing the complaints without my prior knowledge. This is the worst and worst and worst even after so many complaints the SUPERVISOR is the non sense fellow could not ask the duty person that the IDEOT COSTOMER is complain more than 27 times and why the hell you are closing the tickets without his knowledge and also the supervisor did not even called to the customer asking why and when they will solve my issue.............. I am a customer and I am having the rights to the services as I am paying for this.
                    Please give me all my complaint numbers 90% I am having but more I need to know as I made my mind to approach the "consumer court"

                        Beam Cable, the network which makes you regret bigtime. So much of inconvenience, frustration and helplessness happened never before to me until I had to apply for a broadband connection with Beam. Upon repeated requests to the customer care( whose so called cust. care exec. are the biggest who just repeat SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE for everything but dont seem to act at all), the local sales rep comes and takes the payment saying connection would be established within 3 days. Cometh the 4th day, he doesnt call up to inform the status of the connection. Forget about such a prompt response from such a , he wont even lift the call no matter how many times u call and in the end yells at u i[censored] try reaching him from any other number. Being frustrated u call up customer care and waste ya mobile balance for beig on hold half the time and the other half talking to a dumb . Now, cometh the 5th day, u get more restless, feel damn cheated and decide onto escalate calling again to same cust care who makes u wait for more than 10min to reach his floor manager. That guy turns out be even more frustrating!!! Cometh the 6th day, a guy calls up and says that they cant provide the connection as some stupid isnt available and suggests me to apply for refund for which il get my money after 15days!!! Is this a joke,huh??? U make me wait for 6days and then tell me that u cant provide connection and to wait for more than 15days to get back my money. I feel so much harrassed with the cheap service meted out to me even before i got the connection. Shouldnt the guy who took payment have the common sense to check the feasibility of the connection and then give me a commitment time??? Shouldnt the local rep contact me with the status rather than cutting my calls??? Shouldnt these people let me know that this wont work out before i make the payment??? How is it fair to wait for getting back money after 15days from the day u request for refund, in all 22days for the mockery of these cheap fools?????? Can anyone pls suggest me the best thing I can do to vent my anger out of my helplessness????

                        THE WORST SERVICE AWARD, if any can be unanimously given to BEAM
                        I paid on April 7th but still dint get connection...In same floor where I stay. there are 2 connections out of 3 houses, but those talk of feasibility problems and keep postponing it day by day...Posting this here, I thought some stupid from Beam would atleast suggest something positive, but i find some BEAMHELPDESK suggesting to follow up on www.beamhelpdesk.blogspot.com...Kukatpally Area..There are about 3 CB-Boxes or whatever nonsense they call it around my house and also the option of installing another box at my place, but still its pending from days...This Kukatpally Area Beam guy talks as if he is doing some great favour..He yells at you if you repeatedly call him, he doesnt respond nor will he call back...If he doesnt have the authority to call on the technical guys promptly and see to it that the issue is fixed, he should atleast assign to someone who can work...This guy talks of courtesy i[censored] lose your patience for his cuuting the call or not picking up the call..., courtesy...you first update the status of the problem to the customer, inform him when it would probably be fixed and atleast show up you are really concerned about it coz customer is payin u money n bein patient for more than 10 days...U don pick up the call, u don call back, u don update the status but just give nonsense commitments everyday and u talk of courtesy!!! Damn you dog!!! I expected you would atleast pick up my call to let me know the status...I would have really been calm n patient i[censored] would have kept me posted of the proceedings although the connection is not established, if not u calling me, i expect u to lift my call...Kukatpally area sucks...I feel so pathetic when his suggests me apply for refund for which i would get money back after 15 days!!!...I should wait for 12 days with all impatience frustration for connection and then I ought to wait 15 more days for refund!!!                           I bought a new pc and thought to take the internet connection. I called up all the service providers and asked the time they would take to activate the connection and everbody commited a time of two days. As I have made the enquiry, beam sales person (anwar) came to my house and filled the application and took the installation charge of Rs 500 and monthly fee of Rs 600. That happened on 25th of march. I am still waiting for the connection and its two weeks.

                          I would call up the beam customer service and my call would get escalated to one of the team leader and they would hang up the call. I spoke to raghav twice. My registered case numbers with the beam are Ticket No:1923418, 1922425, 1917225, 1943070, 1922425, 1901325, 1898725.....

                          What is use of creating ticket numbers or case numbers when the issue is not resolved. They say different reason for the delay...

                          1, technician is on leave.
                          2. cable is not there
                          3, connection box is not there.
                          4, connection switch is not there.


                          It was really pathetic and i asked to refund the fee which they have taken on march 25th and they say that i would need to wait for 20 days to get the funds as they would send the check to the account address. I hope i should blame myself for taking connection from beam.

                          I am writing this as to warn all the people out there who have decided to take the beam connection..

                          Same problem im facing they keep telling false statements n dont do anything
                          same problem here with me in sainikpuri.i have waited for nearly one month after getting approval from beam call center that their technicians would come and take my id proof and address proof .but they have not even after one month.so, i decided to go to their office in a.s.rao nagar.i explained the situation to the staff there.they told me that the connection box near my area is full.and that their technician would come and check the connection box in my area.
                          after waiting for 2 weeks, i again went to the office and said that no one came to meet me even after giving complaint.
                          the staff told me that the person incharge is on leave and told that another person would call me in 10 minutes .the person (anwar) called me and again told the same thing that the connection box/fibre is full, so they cannot give the connection.

                          i felt that the beam internet providers are irresponsible as they should have told me at the first instance when i asked them to give me a connection.the service is really poor.they don`t bother to tell me whether i would have to wait for sometime for installation of or not.they just hung up saying that the fibre is not available.

                            HI iam shravan from hyderabad..i have taken a one year package and now realised that i have been cheated.They never did what they said..i hardly get the net connected and by chance if its get connected it will be of a snail's pace,no answer from the coustmer care.They said i would be getting a free system service and free antivirus..they never did that and even if i raise a complaint it gets closed without the problem being rectified..beam telecom are a big fraud.

                            I totally agree with you, I never saw such a worst service in my life, trust me BSNL was lot better. beam is such a worst service, they do not even refund the money for internet nonworking days, the escalation department is the biggest of the joke. the moment you forward a unresolved complaint you get a sms saying "we hope your problem is resolved" and close the ticket again. am having the same problem with beam last few weeks trying to shift to poineer to see if their service is any better. or finally back to BSNL at least I get the speed they promised and line always active unlike beam where do not even know what joke service they are providing to others

                              I have taken Beam Fiber broadband just 4 days back and Im on the package Rs 600 ( 784KBPS) and they promised me 90kbps download speed in the morning and over 100kbps during nights but the 2nd itself i found the speed to be between 30kbps to 45kbps and raised a complaint, they have checked the system and the speeds were back to normal and again the next day it was even horrible the speeds were between 25kbps - 45kbps. It looks like there are many people facing the same problem with beam fiber. please i request the authorities to take action against such fake and unprofessional service providers.

                              if the guys who comes to collect the payment (in advance)is late by 3-4 days for whatever reason, my internet is just disconnect by Beam cable and as soon as the payment is collected the connection is resumed. This is the 3rd time in 6 months that something like this happened.
                              I get 90-120kbps for the same plan and it takes 3hrs to download 1GB.they also upgraded it to 1mbps for the same cost great and no complaints

                                I am from Hyderabad. I have opted for Beam Telcom Broadband connection and called thier customer care. On 02/MAR/2011 their executive came to my house and collected cheque for Rs. 2300 and promised me that the connection will be given in 5 working days(Bill No. 54353 and Cheque Number: 806406). The account number assigned to me is 177426.Since then I am calling their customer service centre but there is no proper response and always they say that the connection will be provided in next 24 hours.When I ask them to provide their Nodal officer contact details they boldly say that they donot have such details. Somehow I got their Nodal officer mail ID (ruchi.[protected]@beamtele.com) and when I write to this mail ID, I got an Autoresponse mail that my issue will be resolved on Priority basis.Since then whenever I mail Nodal officer I get the same Autoreply that my issue will be attended on priority basis. Fedup with many calls to CUstomer Care and many mails to Nodal officer I visited Beam Tele Office situated near my House (Vivekananda Nagar Colonoy) and contacted their Manager (Mr. Arjun) on 21-MAR-2011. He promised me that it shall be done on or before 24th Marc 2011. But till now there is no progress in the connection process and no response from the so called Beam Telecom.

                                I have all the mail communication with me and the ticket details raised to the Customer Care.
                                I need you kind help in how should I proceed on such cheats(Beam Telecom PVT. Ltd.). Whether there is any option of filing compliant in Consumer Forum or raise a complaint in TRAI.

                                Hi,
                                I am another victim who is tortured alot by the BEAM BROADBAND. I was tempted by the speed packages they had. They credited the Cheque I have on 24th Feb, and I had to make literally around 70-80 phone calls over all to various people like Sales Team, Technicians, Customer Care & Branch manager. Everyone will say, they will resolve it by end of day. The below are the highlights of their worst behavior,
                                - After 10 days of my calls, they stopped lifting my calls. So I had to call from some other's mobile numbers.
                                - They just keep quite if I tell them that I do not want to continue.
                                - Finally they gave connection on 26th March, and it worked fine for 1 day and stopped working. Since then I call the customer care daily, and at end of the day they close the ticket with out resolving it. While closing ticket neither I get a phone call, nor an SMS, not even an email.
                                - Now its 10 day the internet is not working. They changed my mobile number linked to my account number 5 days back, and inspite of requests they are not updating the phone number.

                                I am not sure if they will refund back the 3 months advance I paid to them. But the experience is pathetic.

                                WORST .. WORST .. WORST decision I have ever taken in my life. I lost money and more importantly peace.

                                i had 2 write u dis letter because of misbehavior done by a person coming 2 my house 2 collect d internet bill.. he gave me his number 2 ask if their is a internet problem.. when i called him and said that i cannot access my internet connection he is speaking 2 me in a very rude way he is "kya re problem kya hai tere " and all !!! is this d way u r teaching ur employes 2 speak 2 ur customers. his mobile number is [protected]. i hope i[censored] have some manners u wil teach ur employes how 2.i dont want dat person 2 cum and collect d money again 2 my house..
                                I have exactly the same situation of not getting the connection even after a month. It is really pathetic. We should take some action against Beamtele for troubling the customers like this. Please post a response if somebody knows a way to do so.

                                Dear all friends do not go for beam connection, I am also facing the same problem like above mentioned my friends.my name is mahender im living in quthubullapur i have got connection in one week, but always it had disconnecting.when i call to call center that they saying that with in 24 hrs your problem is rectifying but no body is responding from two weeks.I am getting irritation with call center people repeating the same thing that your problem will rectify in 24 hours.i am not understanding what to do.

                                Very much idiotic service by BEAM. They set up the business to screw their customers. My name is Jaganmohan and have been facing so many issues with BEAM. Even the nodal officers also became dumb and dead in responding back and resoving my queries. They have put my connection on hold even though i have enough time to pay the bill. The area technician is not resolving my issues as i dinied to give bribe when he installed connection at my home. my user id: [protected]@yahoo.com. They are very well trainied to say SORRY for their fault even though the issues are not resolved in their promised 24 hours time as per their policies.

                                I have taken internet service from Beam with 6 months advance package, B-Max 999. I paid in full Rs. 6174 on Nov 26th for the speed of 15 Mbps. The internet worked for approx.10 days and then suddenly stopped working. Since then I have been calling multiple times to customer service, technicians, sales guy and requesting to please fix the problem. But so far, nobody able to resolve the issue. I am without internet and not able to do lots of my work causing loss of lacs of rupees. The customer service answers in a very robotic manner and ask for 24 hrs every time I call. But no resolutions. I requested to refund my money and CS threatened me that we will not refund me the money. I am helpless with no service for the money I paid. They are harassing me and giving me mental trauma. I am afraid I might get severe medical conditions. I request Beam thru you to refund my amount immediately. I have never come across with such a poor service. I had such a bad experience with them that even they resolve the problem, I would not gain confidence on their service again. SO pls. refund my amount and relieve me from mental trauma.

                                  I have applied for new connection with Beam Telecom on 27-Feb-2011 receipt no. BT/NCR/27353. Executive visited my house and collected cash of Rs.3000 and promised me that new connection will be provided in 5 days. Now it is 15 days and even after repeated calls to customer care[protected] the connection is not provided yet. I try to contact the executive ([protected]-Bhaskar) and he doesn't even answer his phone seeing my number. The supervisor of customer care department says it may take 24 more hours and this continues every day. When I ask to cancel the connection, he says it takes 15 to 20 days to refund the amount.

                                  Now, tell me why should we suffer (wait for 15 - 20 days) to even get back the money which we have paid. Please help in filing a strong complaint case againt Beam Telecom, so that they don't repeat this again to other customers.

                                  I am facing the same problem. I also went for 6 moths subscription the marketing person Mr. Alikhan [[protected]] told that it will be done in 3 days. On third day I call him up and ask about it he tells me person will come to your home at 5PM no one visits same story is repeated next day. Then I file up complain with customer care [2582408] and the tell me we will get back to you in 24hrs. 24hrs pass by and no one calls back. I again try Mr. Alikhan and he promises me to call back in 30min but no one ever calls back. Many a times their phone rings but no one picks up and at times it is switched off to avoid customers.
                                  This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.

                                    1. Beam Cable is really worst service. I am also beam customer My account no 164378. Am Paid 1200/- for 3 months, After 45 days they are disconnected service without intimation . The Customer care executive said resolve your problem with in 24 hours, but the problem is not rectified from one week.

                                    Every day I am call to the beam customer care, they are telling repeated story "our executive contact with in 24 hours" But really they are not coming.

                                    I am complaint in on-line they playing beautiful shows by mail.

                                      I have applied for new connection at sanathnagar area on 28th feb 2011 and they had given me commitment that the connection will b given in 48 hours. and till now (8th march 2011) no person has come to put the connection. After calling customer care people they now says that there is some problem and will be rectified by 13th march 2011. Its already 10 days I have paid the amount to them. and sitting hopeless....

                                        Hi.

                                        We have taken a beam cable broadband connection in Miyapur region with the Name of Gaurish on Friday 25th of Feb 2011. I have paid for the connection charges(500Rs) and the package charges(600Rs).The operator representative said the connection will be established withing 24 hours but its been 4 days and there is no response from them.We tried to call/mail them many times but their customer care does not lift the phone even. After trying many times they lifted and said that it will take some time as they need some permission to put some box. But all these things should be done while taking the money from us and and even if this was the case they should have informed us while giving the connection. But nothing of this sort had been done. This delay in service is not acceptable. Please take appropriate action so that in future it wont happen with anyone.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am Md.Ismail (Ph : [protected]) Residence of Hyderabad. I have applied for the New Connection of BeamTelecom on 28 January 2013. Then on the Next day Your Beam Executive Came to me and taken my Identification Proof and Check of 2300/- Rupees. And After that i have recieved Account No : 475561 on 29 January 2013. And I Recieved Ticket No : 7398151 on 30 January 2013 from BeamTelecom.


                                        Then, Shortly Beam Executive Came to my Shop and Fixed the Hub Box on my Shop Wall and said me that i will connect by tomorrow. But, Here is One more Internet Supplier Who Came in Action and taken the Hub Box from my Wall without nowing me And i informed to your Executive they came to that Internet Supplier and taken the Hub Box from them and went off. When your Executive said he is not allowing me to give the connection then i asked for My Money. Then, Your Executive Said i will provide you a Complain number Call or Give a Message on this Number you will get your Money Back. Complain Number : [protected]. And, From that Day Mr. Sajjad (Area Sales Manager) Ph : [protected] is Also not Lifting the Call.

                                        So, I Kindly Request You to Give my Money Back. As Soon As Possible .
