Poor pre and after sales service

I have applied for net connection on 1st August, 2008 paying an amount of Rs.4, 500/- by way of cheque (Cheque No.626740 dtd, 1.8.2008 if Axis Bank, Hyderabad towards annual subscription. The amount was debited to my account on 8th August, 2008.

Mr.Naveen, Sales executive got the application filled and collected cheque. He has assured that the connection will be activated in 3-4 days time.

Complaints on Beam Cable support:

I registered a log with your support (Call center:[protected] for shifting of my internet connection on 30/May/2008. Today is 13/June/2008 and still my connection was not restored. I daily called 2-3 times to call center. They reply with same answer that my person will call you. But the reply is same on each and every call. I don't know if the answer is same, why call center is required...

internet cable has obstruction

To The Incharge,
My internet cable, was taken from a nearest junction( on an electric pole).This cable was lying above an open area till now.
But the problem now is that a new building is being constructed in that area and now my internet cable is at risk of being damaged and my connection will be lost.
I have already informed about this at himayatnagar...

Money Refund

Hi,

It all started in August 2007, when I wanted to take a broadband connection. i wanted to use this for Voip as well as for internet connection at my place. I was put in touch with Beam Cable representative Naveen, from their Himayatnagar dealer office. I clearly communicated these requirements to him, for which he readily accepted.

He collected the deposit amount on 25th August 2007, vide receipt no. 59664....

Worst Service; False Promises; No repayment

This all started in August 2007. I called up their sales representative, Naveen from Himayatnagar dealer office, for a unlimited broadband connection. i mentioned that i needed that to install a Voip phone, as well as to browse the net. At that time he accepted to all these terms, and immediately collected money on August 25th 2007. receipt no. 59664

But then, as usual, didnt keep his promise. During 1st week of Sep, he returned...
