Hi These is Raju Gunnal, Stays at Hyderabad,City College,Mosa Bowli,Andhra Pradesh. i have applied for Beamtele Internet Connection on July 10th 2010, and paid the amount of Rs/- 2300 for 6 Months Plan(256 kbps), before appliying to these i called to the Beam tele Executive(Riyaz and Gouri) for Net Connection he visited my House
and checked and said we have the feasibility for providing the Connection here and than i have registered for Net Connection with account no. 42855 Bill no. : 54622, and said that i will be getting internet connection with in 7 days, ok i have waited than after some days 15-20 days the beamtele agents used to call me about my address i then provided for internet connection, but no one came and given me internet connection not even a single cable is connected at my house, and after some days i was receiving mails that my ticket with beamtele has been resolved and i got the connection, and some mails from beamtele says my account statement for using the internet connection, i say when no one came and provided me any beamtele internet connection what should i do with these account statement,
I Say Beamtele PROVIDE MY INTERNET CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY OR REFUND MY AMOUNT BACK WITH INTEREST AMOUNT (as you have kept and used my amount) and i think i have made a big mistake in my life by applying the internet connection with Beamtele as no connection is given they are giving these much of trouble and think if they provide the connection what may happen.
My Request to the IComplaints officials to have my work done by Beamtele.

Beam broadband service — Pathetic service
I have taken a Beam broadband internet service subscription on 5th March, 2011.since 20th march 2011, I haven't been able to connect to the internet. I have been calling up the customer support people every night. They simply open a service ticket. The same gets closed without any confirmation with me on the resolution of the issue. I have been complaining about the same issue 4 days in a row. They said they have raised a priority ticket and the will be resolved ASAP. But, no resolution has been provided yet. Vexed with the attitudes and pathetic service, I asked them to terminate the service and refund my money (as I have paid the rental for 6months in advance). They are saying that they cannot refund the same. This is sheer looting of public money in the name of business. Companies like these should be banned and booked for fraud.
