My account is in suspended mode, I tried calling customer care around 10 times but no one picks up the call. I have done payment also, its still suspended and I am not getting any support.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally, the issue got resolved after 5-6 calls to their associates.

1.) improve your customer care service (its so poor),
2.) please keep the customer in loop for any issues related to the customer, and inform them regularly on the issue's progress.
