I am living in vizag city and its been more than 60 hrs my internet is not working.I have applied 3 days leave because of this internet problem and still the issue is not resolved.During connection ACT representative said if you have any problem just complain it will be resolved maximum within 24 hrs and maximum there will be no issues at all and the service is very fast .For that thing only I have payed for the new internet connection for my work from home .There is no point of contact for the line enginner also then how will this issue will be resolved.I mailed, I called Still no HELP from ACT Fibernet

After giving complaint on the consumer complaints they resolved it very fast and I got my Internet Up and Running .I also received the message that the raised ticket has been closed .

Its been same message coming where ever I am complaining regarding this issue.Its been 3 days I received same message continuously everytime from the customer care.While speaking with customer care they are disconnecting the call in between.Is this a way how you treat your customers .I have paid for 6 months plan its not even one month complete and the issues has started

    I raised a complaint to disconnecting my internet connection but they are disconnecting and when I call them they are hanging my call on phase . I lost my money and loosing my time by calling them and my phone bill is going more because of this people. Worst service

      Compliant Againts ACT Fibernet Bangalore :

      1. Internet went down on 11th and the complaint was raised on the same day. Received acknowldgement auto message from ACT as issue will be solved in 72Hrs .
      2. Issue was not solved even after 72Hrs and when called customer care on this issue, the said that, there is box related issue due to which network is down and will be up in a day.
      3. No improvements even after 4 days, when called customer care, they are helpless and we dont have anyone to contact on this further, except customer care and their email ID shared by team (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in). Unfortunately, there is no reponse over email, and customer care had hardly any information on this.
      4. Somehow able to get local engineers number from locality while they were laying cables for other connection and when called them, they said, house owner vacated after cancelling ACT connection wherver main box was kept, and due to which all other networks from this main box got impacted.
      5. when asked for ACT team for backup plan or atleast what is their next plan and restoring the connection, they had no clue.. Finally I asked them to place the main box in my premises and avaoid frequent visits inside residential premises due to COVID pandemic. They were not ready to place the main box inside premises but wanted to put on outside but taking electrcity from my premises which I denied and asked for other options, which they never had.
      6. Requested for Disconnection of the internet and refund of the amount which was made (1280) on 16th August 2021. As per ACT records, it is 17th August 2021.
      7. post calculation from 11th August from when services were down, 792.9Rs was the amount to be refunded - is what conveyed by ACT . and it is expected to be credited within 4 days.
      8. There were multiple SMSs from ACT to update back account details to refund the amount, but when clicked on links it showed links expired. Same was conveyed to customer care and they informed that the amount will be refunded to original payment account.
      9. Called Customer Care on[protected]:40PM - they said their team will call back in 48Hrs and refund process will be shared.
      10. Called Customer Care on[protected]:55PM - they said it will be credited within 7 working days from 6th (the day which amount to be refunded is approved) towards original payment.
      11. Called Customer Care on[protected]:20PM - they said stll on refunded (He told within 2 days it will refunded) and asked for callback - Mr Salim had called and said, by 20th before 12PM money will be refunded and he will call back 12pm to confirm.
      12. Called[protected], customer care said, it is already credited to your account twice on 6th and 7th of september.
      13. Today[protected], so far no proper update nor there is refund . It has been more than a month now.
      If same was done from customer, shouldnt customer pay penalty or late fee on payment ? Similarly what do we have with ACT Fibernet .

            I am Rishikant Tiwari who was applied for new connection in Delhi on 14th September 2021. Which your seller had said, everything will be done in one day and now reading to look into it because today 17 September 2021 just went through it only. If seen, where has you gone that everything will be started for a maximum of 2 days, but you can see for yourself that it is not being worked on, so I am forced to read email and start my work and office. Taking leave also increased but because of your company I am also suffering.

            Therefore, Sir is requested to either get everything started from 8 to 10 in the morning or you should get all that you have engaged from here because I cannot take leave from the office.

              this is too much if I had not paid the bill frm past febraury what would have ACT charged and included penalties for the same.

              the disconection is from febraury and now it is almost october. I have even raised comlaints regarding this it wil say that the same will be conculded in 7 days but that7 days has not yet still come.

              I need a compensation for this. the agony from past six months for following up and getting no conculsions.

              this ACT people are still annoying they tell that they have paid and are telling that they are going to share the screen shot of the payment. But till now they have not shred the same nor the payment is done, I have to get a compensation for this.

              every time I post on this platform I get a call and a message that it will be resolved in 7 working days. But nothing is resolved. I have to a compensation for this. this is really ridiculous.

                To start with, we are facing internet connection issue very frequently. Minimum of two issues a month. There is an issue again since yesterday morning and when I contacted the customer support of ACT fiber they asked me to wait for 24 hours which is today (Sep 17th )morning. No technician came till morning and I again contacted customer care at 11:00 AM and they confirmed that issue will be fixed in half an hour. And that half an hour for them is not complete even now ( Sep 17th 3:00 PM )
                Now, I'm under lot of pressure, working from home, having no internet and being answerable to my company. I again called ACT customer support and asked for update a gentleman named Salman answered my call and simply asked me to wait till evening. I asked to connect me to their manager and that's it the call went blank from then suddenly they got technical issues, I stayed on that blank call for 20mins and it got disconnected.
                To my inconvenience, I again called the customer support and another gentleman is informing me that they cannot confirm the particular time by when the issue will be resolved. I asked for the maximum time and he told it might take another 24 hours which means three straight days without internet when working from home is soo much pain and inconvenience.

                We are facing this frequently since last year but now it really is testing our patience. We are paying the complete amount even while we are not getting internet everyday.
                These super powerful ACT people will disconnect the internet if their customers don't pay the bill on time and they don't even know how to resolve the issue quickly.
                Their customer service agents are so reckless and arrogant.
                Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

                I want to keep this posted here as people will also know how frequently the issues occurs.
                I have no patience to call ACT customer support and listen to their scripted words. As I know they obviously ask me to wait for 24 hours.

                    Subject: ACT Fibernet not paid RENTAL Charges for Networking Equipment

                    We have provided space and power supply to ACT Fibernet Networking Equipment, and as we mutually agreed that ACT Fibernet will pay rental amount of 2400/- on yearly basis and later ACT Fibernet person requested us to send related document to get paid into our bank account, and we shared all requested documents (Photo, Blank cheque for Bank Account) to Act Fibernet concern person for rental payment.

                    When we ask for rental fee he is not responding to our call and later he shift his Networking Equipment to other location to my neighbours’ house without prior permission/intimation he jumped into my house gate and uninstall all networking equipment battery without our prior information and notice. (Since our house tenants are not available it is locked since December-2020)

                    We received electricity billed amount of 892/- from last three months amount and there was no tenants in the house since 9 months.

                    Another bill amount of 867/- Rs. (Also there from February to May-2021)
                    ACT Fibernet consumed Electricity from our location and did not pay rental fee and not cleared Electricity bills.

                    They cheated us without paying rental fee and Electricity bill and not communicating when we call the person who approaches us.
                    Instead we spoke to the ACT Fibernet service technicians to do the needful for payment they rudely behave and said we don't know the person you contact that person for payment we are not responsible.

                    Request to kindly look into the issue seriously and do the needful.

                      Eleventh Attempt here to Get Response from ACT team

                      Act connection has been disconnected saying "requested by customer or amount due" which was ACT Billing team issue.

                      This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

                      Let's see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.

                        Internet is frequently disconnecting, interrupted and slow Buffering in MC NAGAR, 1st Main Road, HASTHINAPURAM, Chennai -64.
                        Most of the time area technician giving a same reply cable got cut.
                        Nowadays ACT is not ACTIVE, next subscription planning to switch to AIRTEL FIBRE BROADBAND.

                          This is to bring to your notice that despite of raising a request with ACT Fibernet customer care executive in order to cancel my subscription towards Sony LIV app, I've been charged for monthly charges. I request you to kindly cancel my subscription of Sony LIV and refund the charged amount.                               I Have paid Rs 9445 for renewal of my plan. 10 days has passed since the payment yet my account is still suspended. I have reached out to customer care 6 times vis phone call and 2 times via mail. They did not fix anything. All the Tickets raised are getting closed without fixing the issue. some of customer care people just cut their calls without giving any suggestion. Having a very horrible time with Act Fibernet. They dont allow you to cancel the connection after receiving the payment but they dont provide internet connection or any solution for the peroblem after receving the payment.. Absolute Scam..

                                I'm writing from Jayanagar 5th block, Bangalore. Everytime there's power outage in the neighborhood, ACT connectivity goes down. I have to keep raising tickets everytime and it's getting to be a nuisance. Does the company not track repeated complaints from a specific area and fix issues pro-actively? I will be logging a request for refund of the 6 month advance payment and then switch to a better ISP.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have applied for new connection on 28.09.2021 in Cpimbatore Saravanampatty.

                                  Act sales executive named Saravanan([protected])
                                  Contacted me and visited my home. I told him tht my home is in New residential area and please check and remind me whether connection is feasible or not . He after 20 mins checked that me home is only within 320 meters from ACT box so connection is feasible and so I have paid bill for 3471 rs .

                                  After following up of two days and an engineer from ACT has called me tht connection for my home is more than 550 meters and connection is not feasible.

                                  So when I called Saravanan regarding this and told to refund the amount and cancel the connection and also enquired why he has told me lies tht connection is only 320 meters for my home.

                                  He verbally spoken indecency with me and told me tht money will refund to my 9 September. Till now my money not yet refunded and when I called on Saturday regarding this he spoke indecency and go to ACT office and cut the call.

                                  I just want refund of my money and take care of idiotic Sales guy who are spoiling the ACT Name by giving fake promises and speaking indecency with potential customers in Coimbatore

                                  I hope tht you guys will take necessary action and warn tht guy and refund my amount to my account within today.

                                    Poor service support

                                    Address: Kr puram

                                    ACT is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. If your network gets disconnected because of some issue, you won’t get it back for days together. You follow up with them multiple times where there is an *extremely impolite guys taking your call every time, assuring you that the problem will be fixed the next day first half, or end of day based on the time you are calling.

                                    ACT does offer good speeds and reasonable...

                                    No Action on Removal of Junction Box from Premises

                                    Hi,

                                    I have terminated my Act Fibernet internet connection a few weeks back (25th Aug 2021) because of their really interesting pre-paid(post-paid) model. The connection was terminated within 24 hours which was very punctual. After the connection termination, they said they would remove the Junction Box placed at my premises.

                                    It has been almost 3 weeks till now and I have mailed and called them multiple times...

                                    Hi this is regarding ticked no. SR[protected]. I want to disconnect the service. But its been 48 hours now there no update on it yet. I have been facing issues frequently with this service.
