Hi as iam an existing customer to act fiber. Already I have paid the cable charges. Now why do I again need to pay 650 as an relocation charges ?

Even though the connection is available near by my relocation area ! What is the logic behind it to pay the 650 charges ?

    Subject: ACT Fibernet not paid RENTAL Charges for Networking Equipment

    ACT Fibernet Contact Number: [protected]

    We have provided space and power supply to ACT Fibernet Networking Equipment, and as we mutually agreed that ACT Fibernet will pay rental amount of 2400/- on yearly basis and later ACT Fibernet person requested us to send related document to get paid into our bank account, and we shared all requested documents (Photo, Blank cheque for Bank Account) to Act Fibernet concern person for rental payment.

    When we ask for rental fee he is not responding to our call and later he shift his Networking Equipment to other location to my neighbours’ house without prior permission/intimation he jumped into my house gate and uninstall all networking equipment battery without our prior information and notice. (Since our house tenants are not available it is locked since December-2020)

    We received electricity billed amount of 892/- from last three months amount and there was no tenants in the house since 9 months.

    Another bill amount of 867/- Rs. (Also there from February to May-2021)
    ACT Fibernet consumed Electricity from our location and did not pay rental fee and not cleared Electricity bills.

    They cheated us without paying rental fee and Electricity bill and not communicating when we call the person who approaches us.
    Instead we spoke to the ACT Fibernet service technicians to do the needful for payment they rudely behave and said we don't know the person you contact that person for payment we are not responsible.

    Request to kindly look into the issue seriously and do the needful.

      Eleventh Attempt here to Get Response from ACT team

      Act connection has been disconnected saying "requested by customer or amount due" which was ACT Billing team issue.

      This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

      Let's see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.

        Internet is frequently disconnecting, interrupted and slow Buffering in MC NAGAR, 1st Main Road, HASTHINAPURAM, Chennai -64.
        Most of the time area technician giving a same reply cable got cut.
        Nowadays ACT is not ACTIVE, next subscription planning to switch to AIRTEL FIBRE BROADBAND.

        POOR SERVICE.

              I Have paid Rs 9445 for renewal of my plan. 10 days has passed since the payment yet my account is still suspended. I have reached out to customer care 6 times vis phone call and 2 times via mail. They did not fix anything. All the Tickets raised are getting closed without fixing the issue. some of customer care people just cut their calls without giving any suggestion. Having a very horrible time with Act Fibernet. They dont allow you to cancel the connection after receiving the payment but they dont provide internet connection or any solution for the peroblem after receving the payment.. Absolute Scam..

                I'm writing from Jayanagar 5th block, Bangalore. Everytime there's power outage in the neighborhood, ACT connectivity goes down. I have to keep raising tickets everytime and it's getting to be a nuisance. Does the company not track repeated complaints from a specific area and fix issues pro-actively? I will be logging a request for refund of the 6 month advance payment and then switch to a better ISP.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have applied for new connection on 28.09.2021 in Cpimbatore Saravanampatty.

                  Act sales executive named Saravanan([protected])
                  Contacted me and visited my home. I told him tht my home is in New residential area and please check and remind me whether connection is feasible or not . He after 20 mins checked that me home is only within 320 meters from ACT box so connection is feasible and so I have paid bill for 3471 rs .

                  After following up of two days and an engineer from ACT has called me tht connection for my home is more than 550 meters and connection is not feasible.

                  So when I called Saravanan regarding this and told to refund the amount and cancel the connection and also enquired why he has told me lies tht connection is only 320 meters for my home.

                  He verbally spoken indecency with me and told me tht money will refund to my 9 September. Till now my money not yet refunded and when I called on Saturday regarding this he spoke indecency and go to ACT office and cut the call.

                  I just want refund of my money and take care of idiotic Sales guy who are spoiling the ACT Name by giving fake promises and speaking indecency with potential customers in Coimbatore

                  I hope tht you guys will take necessary action and warn tht guy and refund my amount to my account within today.

                    Poor service support

                    ACT is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. If your network gets disconnected because of some issue, you won’t get it back for days together. You follow up with them multiple times where there is an *extremely impolite guys taking your call every time, assuring you that the problem will be fixed the next day first half, or end of day based on the time you are calling.

                    ACT does offer good speeds and reasonable...

                    No Action on Removal of Junction Box from Premises

                    Hi,

                    I have terminated my Act Fibernet internet connection a few weeks back (25th Aug 2021) because of their really interesting pre-paid(post-paid) model. The connection was terminated within 24 hours which was very punctual. After the connection termination, they said they would remove the Junction Box placed at my premises.

                    It has been almost 3 weeks till now and I have mailed and called them multiple times...

                      I have been following up with customer care for days, written emails for the same but no response
                      The server box is in my building and even after reminding the company of compensation of electric charges for the bill, it is not waived off since the start of my connection (approx 1.5 years) except for a couple of months waive off.
                      Even when there is downtime from their end no reduction in the monthly rental as well. I have told them about this but still no action on their end.
                      This company is only looting us and not giving any proper service or help.

                      I raised the complaint about electric charges to waive off, downtime time waive off but still, the same monthly rental charges bill has been raised.

                      No action has been taken, no proper reply to emails. No solution.
                      As a customer I am frustrated by this and really want an action against this

                        On 1st Sep 2021, I reached for ACT fibernet connection and made payment of rupees 3887/- (6 months prepayment) on the above mentioned date. There is no fesability to provide the connection in ur area, updated by one of the technician person. So we requested to cancel the of ACT connection on Sep 3rd.

                        They updated that the refund amout will be credited to my account Today[protected]. But I didn't recieved the amount yet.

                        When I reached and asking about the status of my request, they are updating like the refund will be credit to your account within 7 to 10 days.

                        Getting disappointment on ACT connection. They keep on telling the same answer which makes me irritating. And not a proper update they are providing.

                            I have already submitted my disconnection request, still, ACT Fibrenet have charged me for the period from 01.08.2021 and to 20.08.08.2021. However, I paid the amount though I have not utilized the same after intimation to the company on 09.09.2021 and with a disconnection request for immediate effect.

                            The ACT fibrenet is UNAUTHORISEDLY debiting my account even after disconnection /confirmation vide SMs dt. 09.09.2021that there are no dues in my account. They have raised one more bill after disconnection and confirmed by them and also threatening in the name of CIBIL, The SMS is forwarded for your reference.

                            I Kindly REQUEST YOU to iniate action against the ACT Fibrenet and resolve my issue at the earliest and also to safeguard the genuine customers in future.

                              Without giving information about power discount details Rs.57 has been charged in my bill and I have made several complaints regarding this but no action is taken or no one has called till today. Each of your customer care executives are proving wrong information which is misleading the customers and the way how the customer is treated is very bad and response I get from the customer care team is very rude and harsh. Need waiver for the bill and if any delay in making the payment of act bill I am not responsible for it due to negligence of the act it is happening and you can look in to my credit history.

                                Hi I have an act connection with account number[protected] installed on 25th august. It was working fine till 29th after that I started getting speed issues which they resolved. Till now I have faced same issue on 2nd, 6th September again which is a backend issue as the technical team said to me you will not face issue again. But Again today 8th September I am facing issue regarding speed. In all the above case my speed gets limited to around 93 Mbps as tested on okhla speedtest. I am fed with with reporting it to customer care again and again they say that if connection is marked with 150Mbps that doesn't mean you gonna use the whole speed according to them its not a major issue. If you can't deliver the speed why make false promises. Please I need refund I have already complained so many times despite solving issue it happens again. It was so bad experience :(

                                  June we have apply for a new connection, by that time we made a payment after made a payment they said in my area connection not providing, so i am asking for my payment return, then they have not reply my messages and calls even customer care also keep telling me wait wait..., still i have not received my payment, please anybody help out of this..,

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am Suresh H S I just got the new connection on August 31st 2021 but the internet was not working since Saturday Afternoon I have raised a ticket they said it will cleared in 24 hours but till now none of them called me regarding This problem a field agent came on sunday(5th August 2021) he told that it will resolved in 30 minutes but it didn't I were calling him since yesterday till now I done 12 to 13 calls for him but there is no response from him if your services are like this how should we need to work from home, without internet how come we need to work, just by mobile data is it possible? Whatever you will do I don't know but before tomorrow morning if the Connection doesn't fixed properly then please refund my amount I will make some other broadband connection.i think this is the worst services I ever had.
