Hi, inspite of registering a complaint for cancellation of Sony LIV subscription, the same has not been closed and I am being charged monthly fee of 300 again in the month of July 2021. Earlier when I raised a ticket for same, I received a message or notification saying that the same has been closed. This kind of things are the biggest scams that's going on.

    I had paid for three months for act Fibernet of Rupees 3163. But after 15 days the internet connection was not working and it was saying no internet in my device.
    So I raised a flag but I everytime some replies they say that it is not their task. So I request a refund

        I am Mandeep Singh, a resident of EA 451, Maya Enclave, Hari Nagar, New Delhi. Contact No: [protected]

        Every other week, ACT Internet stops working and I raise a complaint ticket via their mobile App. They don't fix the issue, and few hours later they send a message saying that issue is resolved and ticket is closed. This has happened multiple times. How can ACT close a complaint ticket without even cross checking with the customer if the issue is fixed or not. They don't never ever call back and the customer has to chase them through different means such as mobile app, WhatsApp, twitter, etc but they still don't care to resolve the issue.

        I raised a ticket on July 20, 2021 ticket no: SR[protected]. ACT team sent me a message that an engineer will contact me and visit to fix the issue. Nobody from ACT called me or came to visit. Few hours later they sent another message that the ticket is closed and issue is resolved.

        I want ACT to be held accountable for such poor customer service. They call so many times in case there is a delay in bill payment from customer side, but they don't care to call or update when a customer has concerns.

          THIS IS A FIFTH SUBMISSION, BUT ACT management is not reverted YET

          My compliants are closed without my consent..where I was waiting for a call back from ACT management or the compensation for the stress I went through. But ACT team is not even bothered about their customer.

          My act connection has been disconnected more than once in the same day stating "Requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

          This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

          Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

          Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

          Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

          Awaiting ACT Leadership/Management response in this regard.

            I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 39 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account.               I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company, During the the past month, Iam facing bad net work issues in the Internet connection The internet speed is mostly much slower all the times, than the speed as per my monthly subscribed plan When iam using the Internet it is very slow less than 10 Mbps in several occasions.
              I had raised the complaint over( Phone, Email, Personal visit to ACT office in Coimbatore, ), with your Customer Executives, Mr Mohammed, Mr Praveen, Mr Balaji, several times.and they are very much negligent in not escalating the complaint.
              For your Ref Complaint Numbers are Ticket number is SR[protected]./SR[protected]/ SR [protected] and all the complaints are being closed without attending to it, this is happening for past ten days
              . Everytime it was committed Technician will visit the premises and sort it out, till now no one has visited my premisesI am very much disappointed to say that as a reputed Internet Service provider your services are very poor and very substandard performance than expected I trust this is not the way that Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customer.You should take action to ensure that customers enjoys flawless Internet service .Please be noted that even though, I have the right to claim for refund from you, for all the time the Internet was bad and very slow than the committed speed of 40-50 Mbps.

              venience, I will wait for few days to see the progress and if it is not to my satisfaction, Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 2days. If you fail to respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further. I will be bound to take my decision .

                  So I have disconnected my services from ACT and till now there is a single action taken and I got mail for refund but as for now its been more than 8 Business days and refund is not reflected Three different agent, three different answer, One said will get in 4 Business days, One said You will be receiving in 7 business days and timeline will be 17 July 2021 before 7PM
                  Now when I contacted on 18 July, they said refund policy is different ticket is open it take time you need to wait and all and asked me to wait for 15 Business days

                  They all just think we customer are fool, they provide there services so fastly
                  And at the time of disconnection they just go away for refund related issues and other such issues, i raised a complain for wiring removal as well hut they say no worries let it be there technician will come and remove this later.

                        There is no information on whom to contact for initiating disconnection or suspension.
                        Options are there for everything else. Even when customer want to stop ACT services, there is no option provided as like customer is forced to pay under any condition. It is really disappointing that ACT is not straight forward and no one to regulate these kind of situation in this regard. They only concentrate on getting money, there is no other choice for customer.

                          I have disconnected my internet on 27th May 2021 and I was told that I would receive the refund in 5 working days. I have raised multiple tickets for the same issue. Everytime I raise a ticket same person calls and tells your refund will be credited in 5-7 working days but it has been 7 weeks and yet there is no refund. I am supposed to receive 7937₹ as a refund. Why is Act fibernet delaying so much?

                            It's been one and a half months over. Shifting request ticket got closed twice. Technician says new box must be set up and there is no guarantee on when this will be done. So they closed tickets without any resolution.

                            Customer care number sucks. It is suddenly going on mute after a long wait in the queue. I am highly disappointed and need my refund. I raised disconnection ticket but no information or guarantee on the refund from them. Please help me to get my refund. It's a 8 months prepaid package. I regret for taking this new connection from them.

                              I availed ACT service of Act Strom 3M from Dec 2020, till date.

                              I am repeatedly facing the problem of speed. while installation they have given me the router of Tenda AC 1200 MU-MMIMO DUAL, MODEL NUMBER AC10
                              SERIAL NUMBER : E[protected]

                              I have raised the complaint to nodal officer and appallete manager 3 times and every month from JAN 2021 6 to 7 times i raise concern in customer care ACT.

                              The technician who used to attend the complaint by name Pavan used to say the router supports 1200MBPS.

                              Till now I was under the impression that the router is supported and has the capacity of more than 300MPBS.

                              Today one of the customer care executives said that the router which they have provided supports only 200 MBPS speed and insisted that I should upgrade the router by going to 6 months plan.

                              Below are the concerns:

                              1. Router was provided by ACT at the time of installation for the Stom 3M plan which is for 300 MBPS.
                              2. I am complaining repeatedly that I am getting less speed.
                              3. Installation person said me that the router will support till 1200MBPS at the time of installation
                              4. Without addressing the issue they are closing the tickets
                              5. Now ACT people are asking me to pay for the router by changing my plan to a 6 months plan.

                              This is totally misleading of the customer and misusing his money by giving wrong information and assets to the customer.

                              Can you please let me know what actions to be taken and how you can help me.

                                  I am writing with grief that even after repeated emails on an issue, nobody in the company is even cared to respond through email or call.
                                  I was promised that there will be reduction in the monthly bill of broadband if the power is taken from my house. But the reduction was not applied for this month.
                                  No one attends the call if called to customer care.
                                  I raised issue through 24/7 support through app but I am getting automated emails from ACT that my waiver got rejected.
                                  No one is calling for the dispute to ask what is the problem and no one answers in the customer care.
                                  And I am not able to raise the same issue again through 24/7 as it says "The issue is resolved". How can they resolve issue without even getting a consent from who raised the issue?
                                  I raised it to nodal office and appellate authority also but I get a default email from them that someone would contact me.
                                  But no one had ever contacted me for the issue.
                                  I have also mentioned multiple times that my bill due date is nearing but they were least bothered and I know that automatically charges will be additionally levied if bill date is passed.

                                    I am a Act customer for 2 years now, and I have to shift to other house and hence I made a shifting request. Nearly 3 engineers visited and said other team will give a connection and there is no response from them at all. They are coming and telling that we have to keep a new box or like take a loop connection from nearby box And now its more than one week and they didn't come till now. Also they ahve closed my ticked which I have raised.

                                    Also I have raised again a new ticket.

                                    Now why I have to pay the bill since my request is not fulfilled and I'm not using internet for almost 2 weeks. This is such an unfair work and unprofessional from act team in this WFH situation since I could not work properly because of this. Please take immediate action on this.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I am a software engineer from who took the act connection recently. Unfortunately I have to shift to other house and hence I made a shifting request. Nearly 5 to engineers visited in the past one week and there is no response from them at all. They are coming and telling that we have to keep a new box and It will take 5 days. And now its more than one week and they didn't come till now. I paid for 6 months. Kindly make my problem solved as soon as possible.

                                        I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 37 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account. I request the company people to refund my amount as soon as possible. My Act id is[protected].
