I have been using act internet for more than 2 years in Bangalore. And due to pandemic i had suspended my account and moved to my native. Since then I had been getting calls about the reconnection.

Now am back to Bangalore and raised request to reactivate my account and its been more than 48 hrs and still no progress has been made.

Internet is now very much essential with people like us working from home and I had already lost my 2 days leave because of this sluggish response.

Please reactivate my account asap.

    We have requested for the name change and this is requested on 26-July-2021, still it is not done, when we called customer care the response was ignorant kind of, when ever we call them the response is same which is :"it will be done in 24 hrs", it is strange for me that from 26-July-2021 to today (03-Aug-2021) the 24hrs window is not expired.

    Yesterday evening 6PM the internet was disconnected until now we did not have the internet(this was not communicated before). again whenever the answer is same " it will be activated".

      I have upgraded my plan to 150Mbps. In that process I was promised to change my cable to cat 6 to get to actual speed requested.

      I have done like nearly 200 follow up's till now but the cable was never changed.

      My 6 months plan got expired today I was charged for total amount. But I was getting only 90mbps.

      After these many follow up I was help less.

      Never seen such a worse process.

      CUSTOMERs are like ### for you guys.. You don't even know what CUSTOMER needs and how to solve it.

      Serious a big shame on you. I' requested for cancelling my connection.

      I need a refund for what I was charged extra for last 6 months. I was not getting full benefit but I was charged and given enough trouble in bonus.

      This issue should be resolved ASAP.

      This was a gift provided for me to being a 10years old CUSTOMER.. Serious I'm ashamed of part of your journey

          I have disconnected the Act fibernet 2 months before due to shifting issues and raised many requests for refund but there is no use.contacted several customer service agents but same no use, tried to send many emails but till now no refund.kindly process the refund.

            I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 50 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account.               Refund issue

              Hello Sir Madam,

              I have 2 accounts out which one was closed as the service provider could not set up internet connection at my place. So asked us to cancel and we do not need to pay anything. That account was closed, but got emails regarding payment reminder.

              As there were 2 accounts, I accidentally paid the bill to the one which was closed. I have asked the customer care on July 4th 2021 and they said they...

                    I made a purchase of ACT Stream 4k TV by paying INR 4, 499. However, later I decided to cancel the order and dropped an email to 'helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in' requesting the cancellation of the order. However, due to their longer TAT, the product got already delivered. Meanwhile, I spoke to a customer care representative to raise a return request and understand that there's no cancellation or return policy when we own the device but it is available when we rent it.

                    While buying this product, they don't let us view the Terms & Conditions as when we click on the link it just opens another window with continuing the purchase from start. I wasn't aware of the No Cancel or No Return policy. (Screen Recording attached)

                    I’m surprised that even Nodal Customer Service team also doesn’t follow their timelines. It’s been more than 3 days now that they said will get back to me within 48 hours. And they just keep saying about the return policy which is never disclosed to customers. Usually T’s & C’s are hidden if they are doing fraudulent activity.

                    This is my second bad experience with them as earlier they refused to collect and refund the full amount of the modem/router which was given for free along with 6 months prepaid internet connection. Due their failure to continue the service, they cancelled it and adjusted the prepaid amount to the router/modem charges at MRP when it was available 50% lesser on many online retailers.
                    Same with rental, initially they show 1000rs refundable deposit website says and then when we return after six months they say as per terms and conditions it's only 250rs. ACT never had been transperent in there terms and conditions.

                      I have given a request for cable Restructuring which is passing through an open plot to another lane backside.Now in that open plot room was going to construct and owner request for removing the cable so that they can work for roof since cable was an obstacles.
                      Request#SR[protected] which was supposed to be resolved by July/16/2021. But even after date is passed and so many follow up emails are send to appellate/ call to customer service got to me no resolution. Simple they are asking me to wait for "sometime". Its really frustrating and it effected my dignity before my neighbour due to irresponsible behaviour of Act fibernet.
                      Even today I got the same reply asking me to allow "sometime".
                      My issue needs to be resolved and how you are going to recover my dignity which I lost before my neighbour?

                      Atleast expecting a sound reply from here rather than shamelessly asking for "sometime"

I have been continously calling call center and they are closing ticket stating refund is not applicable.                           Writing to all Officers who serve customers are quite now and it looks like ACT Management failed to build a strong customer relation ship team or support their customers. I am looking for an valid response from ACT response team on my request.

                          My compliants are closed without my consent..where I was waiting for a call back from ACT management or the compensation for the stress I went through. But ACT team is not even bothered about their customer.

                          My act connection has been disconnected more than once in the same day stating "Requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

                          This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

                          Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

                          Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

                          Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

                          Awaiting ACT Leadership/Management response in this regard.

                            The sales guy called me again and again for new connection and ensured me that their services are the best and told me that your installation will be done in 48 hours but after completing the payment and submitting all the documents the sales guy is not picking my phone and not replying my messages on WhatsApp and no one from the ACT is contacting me for the installation.

                              I have installed Act fibernet conection 22.0.2021. the connection was good till the next day . On the Saturday there is a issue in internet connection . The router connects with the device but there is no internet connection. It shows connected but no internet . I've been asking the customer care and there is no response . No one even contacted . I payed for a month still there is no internet and Iam paying extra for the usage separately.

                                I disconnected my services on 27th May 2021, even after 60 Days ACT has not issued a refund of 8754 / - .

                                I have raised many SRs but many were closed without any resolution. Escalation to Nodal office and appellate authority is unsuccessful as well.

                                Even till date, there is no response or communication on by when the refund will be issued. In the digital payments age, companies provide refunds in hours and ACT being an ISP is unable to do so in 60 days as well. This is a strong disappointment on services.

                                  My Act fiber broadband account number is[protected]. I paid Rs 999 online through Act fiber application for purchase of wifi router. I received an SMS from Act fiber that it will be installed by 21st of july however it was never installed. When i placed request for refund of my payment, they have cancelled my request.                                     Very worst and poor broad band service I've ever received. I never recommend this type of internet service provider. No proper customer service too. If we are using this broad band service, we have to keep another backup internet connection as their service is very poor. When requested to degrade the plan, no proper response from customer support. The worst experience ever with this ISP.

                                      I installed Act fiber net on 23rd July and within two days the connection is not available the router connects but no internet this problem is form satuday[protected] .I raised a complaint and there is no response for the past three days I've be complaining and there is no response .I installed to take my exams now iam unable to take them .
