I had requested for Broadband connection in Coimbatore on 12th July 2021 and as they were not able to provide me the connection i had cancelled the request and asked them to refund the 6 Months Subscription fee paid. But till date they havent refunded the amount. Every time i call their customer support they give me a different date for refund. I received a SMS on 15th July stating that my SR will be resolved by 22nd July 2021. I am really fed up with the way customer support functions and when they cant provide a proper reply they just disconnect the call or put on hold and dont bother to reply. Each time they inform that they will escalate to the team and refund will be done. but until now no action is being taken.

Pathetic response from Customer support team. They dont have a clue of what is happening to the refund request. When questioned they simply redirect the call to someone else. I had to start explaining the issue to the new person. Yesterday was the height as the customer call executive after he stumbled to give proper reply diverted the call to sales team.

They should be renamed as NON ACT CORP not ACT CORP as they dont act on any of the request.

SR raised on 15th July 2021 [protected] was closed n 25th July 2021 for reasons best know to your team. Maybe since i was calling them regularly checking for refund and they could not use the standard statement of refund within 7 days they must have closed the SR.
Then they raised a new SR No [protected] on 28th July.
Is this your way of working. You close SR and raise a new SR so that you can extend the refund deadline by another 7 days.

          Acc no[protected], guys fooling around their nodal officer n appellate team all are waste ..just to give one single relocation connection...just saying non available port got cals from these numbers but of no use

              My compliants are closed without my consent..where I was waiting for a call back from ACT management or the compensation for the stress I went through. But ACT team is not even bothered about their customer.

              My act connection has been disconnected more than once in the same day stating "Requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

              This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

              Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

              Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

              Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

              Awaiting ACT Leadership/Management response in this regard.

                Dear concern,
                I am using act fiber net since may2020, I had called to the supervisor of my local area N-numbers of time but no response from the act team as well as supervisor. For providing a connection to me they had asked permission to fix a junction box in my home and they said they will pay me Rs.100 as a power discount, till now power discount had not given since may2020. So I had stopped the payment, one day mr.srikanth executive of act called me and say to make payment of Rs.200 and the rest of the amount was wrong showing in your account, so I immediately payed the amount and the rest of the amount was still showing, now they are asking to pay 1180 to activate the service...

                  I had a subscription to CBREACT 6M + 2M PREPAID PLAN with ACT Fibernet. After some time, I requested for location change. ACT informed me that, They are having service in my requested new location and will change my connection to a new location. But ACT did not provide service to me in the new location. After my repeated queries/complaints ACT informed me that they don't have service in the said location. So, I asked for the balance amount for the above-said plan. But ACT did not reply. After few more tries, I stopped following.

                  I already vacated from my old location. But now after the expiry of above mentioned prepaid plan, ACT activated some monthly plan without getting any request or approval from me. They also sending bill reminders for the same. ACT also started harassing me by calling me repeatedly. They called me almost 100 times in a short period. I don't know how TRAI approves this.

                    My id with act[protected] asked for relocation connection on 26th June since then no connection was given.stating port unavailable but yesteday new connections wer given in my complex...since April 19th I dint used internet till date n paid all bills ..very very disturbing for me with these unprofessional behavior...fooling old customers to get commissions on new ones worst

                      My act user id :[protected] and my act account no[protected]. I had made a payment for Act storm 6m+1m plan on 10 Jan 2021 valid till 9 Aug 2021. Suddenly in July without any explanation then asked me to pay Rs. 992.62. I asked for the explanation and for that I raised complain number Ref No SR[protected]. They closed it without calling me or explaining. Today they disconnected the act fibernet on 21July 2021. Without internet facing issue and felt like cheated.

                      I still didn't got the confirmation that till when my Act will be working. According to me 1st bill is from 10Jan to Aug 9 2021. Second which I paid should be from 10 Aug 2021 to 9th March 2022. Also the bill which was sent was in monthly which I can see in the portal...

                        Hi, inspite of registering a complaint for cancellation of Sony LIV subscription, the same has not been closed and I am being charged monthly fee of 300 again in the month of July 2021. Earlier when I raised a ticket for same, I received a message or notification saying that the same has been closed. This kind of things are the biggest scams that's going on.

                              I am Mandeep Singh, a resident of EA 451, Maya Enclave, Hari Nagar, New Delhi. Contact No: [protected]

                              Every other week, ACT Internet stops working and I raise a complaint ticket via their mobile App. They don't fix the issue, and few hours later they send a message saying that issue is resolved and ticket is closed. This has happened multiple times. How can ACT close a complaint ticket without even cross checking with the customer if the issue is fixed or not. They don't never ever call back and the customer has to chase them through different means such as mobile app, WhatsApp, twitter, etc but they still don't care to resolve the issue.

                              I raised a ticket on July 20, 2021 ticket no: SR[protected]. ACT team sent me a message that an engineer will contact me and visit to fix the issue. Nobody from ACT called me or came to visit. Few hours later they sent another message that the ticket is closed and issue is resolved.

                              I want ACT to be held accountable for such poor customer service. They call so many times in case there is a delay in bill payment from customer side, but they don't care to call or update when a customer has concerns.

                                  I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 39 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account.                                     I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company, During the the past month, Iam facing bad net work issues in the Internet connection The internet speed is mostly much slower all the times, than the speed as per my monthly subscribed plan When iam using the Internet it is very slow less than 10 Mbps in several occasions.
                                    I had raised the complaint over( Phone, Email, Personal visit to ACT office in Coimbatore, ), with your Customer Executives, Mr Mohammed, Mr Praveen, Mr Balaji, several times.and they are very much negligent in not escalating the complaint.
                                    For your Ref Complaint Numbers are Ticket number is SR[protected]./SR[protected]/ SR [protected] and all the complaints are being closed without attending to it, this is happening for past ten days
                                    . Everytime it was committed Technician will visit the premises and sort it out, till now no one has visited my premisesI am very much disappointed to say that as a reputed Internet Service provider your services are very poor and very substandard performance than expected I trust this is not the way that Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customer.You should take action to ensure that customers enjoys flawless Internet service .Please be noted that even though, I have the right to claim for refund from you, for all the time the Internet was bad and very slow than the committed speed of 40-50 Mbps.

                                    venience, I will wait for few days to see the progress and if it is not to my satisfaction, Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 2days. If you fail to respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further. I will be bound to take my decision .

                                        So I have disconnected my services from ACT and till now there is a single action taken and I got mail for refund but as for now its been more than 8 Business days and refund is not reflected Three different agent, three different answer, One said will get in 4 Business days, One said You will be receiving in 7 business days and timeline will be 17 July 2021 before 7PM
                                        Now when I contacted on 18 July, they said refund policy is different ticket is open it take time you need to wait and all and asked me to wait for 15 Business days

                                        They all just think we customer are fool, they provide there services so fastly
                                        And at the time of disconnection they just go away for refund related issues and other such issues, i raised a complain for wiring removal as well hut they say no worries let it be there technician will come and remove this later.
