Hi,

We lost connection yesterday, raised a complaint and told them the wires got disconnected out side, requested them to expedite and fix it as we I work from home and kids attend online classes, they said ETA is 24 hours, I waited until now no one showed up. Contacted customer support his answer (Oh no one showed up ? I'll send you oneO but no on showed up. They are unable to expedite the case at-leaset they can fix with in ETA .

The technician who installed initially has done pretty bad job, the wires hanging and wire joint put it on a empty bottle and left in pot whole. None of our community houses has this type of dirty connection. If the initial setup was good and clean we wouldn't be in this situation.

Worst support and this company doesn't have the ability or skill to solve customer issues. First of they don't understand the problem of the customers especially these COIVD everyone s working from home.

    THIS IS A Fourth SUBMISSION, BUT ACT management is not reverted YET

    My compliants are closed without my consent..where I was waiting for a call back from ACT management. But ACT team is least bothered about their customer.

    My act connection has been disconnected more than once in the same day stating "Requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

    This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

    Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

    Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

    Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

    Let's see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.

      See you take our money but don't give us proper network …. in my house no good network is available . take this complaint seriously and resolve quickly.

          I had a new internet connection in act fiber net last month and also opted out for Zee5 subscription but then got to know that it is for ZeePlex but charged for zee5 premium. please change it to zee5 premium or just cancel this subscription. I tried to contact customer care regarding this for around 1 hour but of no use. Hence am requesting here to cancel the zee5 subscription. [protected] is the registered mobile number.

            I have applied for prepaid connection, ACT Sales guy visited my place and clearly said that my router is compatible and asked me to take 75mbps scheme costing 826/- Collected the amount and committed to give connection in 24 hours but it was not done when I calledup customer care, they said that the Work Order is released for 48 hours delivery time and then I have received sms for 72 hours delivery. The sales guy mobile no is [protected] and technician mobile no is [protected]. Suprisingly after giving connection the speed is showing to be 2.75 mbps instead 75mbps. I have written mails to nodal officer and requested my money back, every time he says they will resolve the problem but no word about my money back

              I have cancelled my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 28th June 2021. Since I have already paid a subscription for 6 months of rupees 4050. I raised a refund request on 30th June 2021. It's been more than two weeks since I haven't received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible

                Hi, complaining about ACT FIbernet’s lack of support for my shifting request. I raised request on 7th July with rental agreement document as proof of address as requested by them and they provided slot on 10th July. That was ok even though it was late. But today on 10th July, when I am following up with them, they mentioned the service request is closed due to not having right documents. No one had called me in the last few days to check or ask for any other document. Their site had clearly said proof of address document and rental agreements being one of them. Now I am not even able to raise the SR and I have been calling them multiple times. They just say that someone will call back and no one calls back.they are just making me chase them without any help. My son’s education classes and my work is all impacted and in these covid times, we rely on internet service. I don’t know now what to do.

                    I paid for a package of 8 months which costed my 8800₹. But ACT Fibernet was not providing my proper internet at all. So after few days I disconnected my Internet. And I raised a request for refund. I raised the same request many times and every time I raise a complaint the same person calls me and tells amount will be refunded in 5 days. But it has been 2.5 months and I still did not receive the refund. Why is Act Fibernet playing such games?

                      Hi Team, I am using Act broandband services from past 3 years and i pay for 6 months at a time and as per the offer we get a cashback of Rs 300 for Netflix so instead of Rs 649 i pay Rs 349 per month for Netflix.

                      The issue here is for last month the cashback is reduced to Rs 150 and without providing any information to customer.

                      I raised the issue with customer support team and they have closed the ticket on 8th Jul without addressing the issue. I have raise to their nodal officer on 8th Jul and they have reopened the ticket but the issue is still not resolved.

                      If you have to change plans in ACT, they say we have to wait till the billing cycle (i. 6 months in my case), then how could they change the plan in between my billing cycle.

                      Hoping for a possible resolution

                        I’ve been searching for a way to disconnect my connection forever! I just want to move to a more competent service provider and stop paying thousands of rupees to a company that doesn’t even have a proper customer service process established. I’ve emailed and called everyone from ACT. The only thing left is to file a legal case. I don’t want the hassle. I just want my connection disconnected!

                          There is serious uptime reliability issues with ACT, have to register atleast 1-2 complaints every month.They are cheating in the name of speed. Have 350 Mbps plan but only get 16-20 Mbps speed. What's the use o[censored]pgrading when you offer the same speed.
                          Worst customer service very rude disconnect the calls and never call back, They close the ticket without talking to the customer.
                          This company should be sued for fake marketing speeds.

                                    For new connection engineers are ready for repair and relocation no Engineers good for the customers.

                                    Still my problem not resolved no update from ACT Fibronet. I've posted this on 7th July today is 12th July 2021.

                                    But, Relocation request of my Broadband connection is still open no resolution.

                                    I, have also written an email to the Nodal officer on the same last week no reply nor acknowledgement on my email, the same email address mentioned in the ACT Fibronet portal.

                                    GOD must save ACT

                                      I have raised a shifting request on Friday, 2nd July for shifting from Varthur bangalore to Whitefield Bangalore.

                                      I tried to approach local representative, Team Leader and also raised Escalation Mail. However, no one responded. I tried to reach through their personal phone number. But, they advise to take new connection. I explained the importance of official activity which myself and my wife is doing. Also, I mentioned that the online classes of my kids are getting stopped. However, the team members are not user friendly and resolved the issue. I requested them to take it as a highest priority. As, I m having 15 years of Automotive Experience, I need to have continuous meeting with European, chinese and north-american consumers. Its completely an annoying and almost many business meetings got cancelled because of this situation.

                                      During this pandemic situation, remote connection or WFH is the only option. The service provider must have a good strategy to handle the issues of consumers. If they are delaying any request, then the consumers only will get affected. The team focus is only to add new consumer and not to hold and provide good quality service to the existing consumers. This needs to be solved by any service agents for the sustained business. Please take necessary action and give penalty to the losses which I have faced.

                                      Thanks. Finally the issue is resolved after 5 days of stress full follow-up. This delay created many ups and downs in my official activity and business follow-ups.

                                        I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It's been 27 days and iam still didn't receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn't transferred into my bank account.
