Adidas — Adidas shoes quality : cloudfoam city

I purchased a through Snap deal before 7 months. Its a red and gray coloured shoe with white sole. It is nice and comfortable with highly comfortable footbed. When I purchased it i was very happy to wear it .but there is now a problem. From front of the laft shoe, it is getting torn from red and gray front net type fabric. I purchased it by spending INR 2060/-, it is unbelievable for addidas to provide this type of quality.
I just want to provide me the repair of these shoes
Please asap short out my problem and give me a revert from your side ...
