We bought an adidas i think it is the tenth one in my life. Up to now i have never bought or heard such kind of a flimsy shoe such like this from adidas. We are living in a buy and throw away age but i would not expect this from adidas. As we complaint to the shop we bought they got the complaint and the shoe. After keeping the shoe 28 days they returned it and said this was due to misuse of my 11 year old.in significant part of the summer holiday he used the sport shoe which was a turkish small firm made one with one forth of the price (45 $ for adidas and 13 $ for the turksih one. The first adidas was the one that my father bought 36 years ago that he had brought it from germany. Now this one was the last one….

I've bought the adidas d rose lakeshore ultra.. The shoe even though comfortable lost its sole in a week and was unworthy of being played in as it caused injuries due to loss of grip with ground.. It's was heartbreaking as a 9k shoes didn't even stood up for a week play.. The shoe has weak grip now and i would like a replacement for it as making a product which can't even get up to costumers satisfaction should disappoint the company too

This is to inform you that, adidas shop at skywalk chennai branch have not given discount for any single shoes on 12th july 2017; in the adidas on line mentioned as flat 40% offer and in that shop also they kept the offer board like up to 60% discount. While buying there were telling no offer, this board is not yet updated, that online offer is not real from their end.

Now a day’s all the shops are doing this kind of attraction and marketing to drag the people inside the shop by discount / offer advertisement. Finally they are ignoring to give in the offer price.

I felt very disappointed by their cheating.

I brought costly Adidas running Shoe on November 2016 Didnt use deliberately or often for running due to my laziness. Now the shoe is torn next to the lace area.sent mail to adidas care along with all details.they told warranty over cant do anything from there side. really feel sad and irritated using the brand which gave big let down.costly one but torn in 6 months what is the use.

I purchased adidas super star for my daughter on the mont of march she wore them about 3 times after that the shoe from the sides it looks like it's melting right away a took them back to the store and they said they couldn't do anything that i had to call to customer service it's been months now i try to call and they tell me have to call another number that they provide for me i tried to call they never answer i don't think it's fair that i paid 90 dollar for this shoes and i couldn't exchanged them i think it a stupid policy that i can't exchange in store i have to go through all this steps and nobody has been able to help now i have a pair of almost new in closet because my daughter won't wear them like that can somebody please help thank you

I bought these shoes from adidas show room rtnagar i've paid 1800 for these shoes after offer it's 5999 actual price, these shoes slip on floor, comfortable to walk but i have slipped 3 time in 1 week, it's not adidas brand is good at, i request u to exchange the shoes or change the sole, complain is that if i have to pay 2000 rs on a shoes that does not serve the purpose then it's waste ofy hard earned money, i request u to consider my request and either exchange or change the sole so that it will not slip

Want to return order reference no. [protected] of pack of branded lower & shorts, xl. Because i have select the different colour product and the dealzkart do not send me the actual product which i have selected. This is not a good job because it was not actual product that show in images. So, i want to return this products and give my money back as soon as possible...

Its two months since i bought these shoes.in starting moth shoes were very comfortable but now it very difficulty in walking with the shoes and the all the joints of the shoes are dis-allocating. Picture for the faulty space is attached and highlighted with black circle.

This is not good for the quality and the brand name "adidas". Please check and do the needful as soon as possible.

I ordered adidas shoe adisports from adidas website order no 11890790 i received my order of shoe 2-3 days ago and the size of shoe is small and so i had complete the process of returning of the shoe but there is no message or call regarding returning of shoe and customer excecutive said it will take 20 days process and we can't exchange the product only return first time i ordered from adidas website and i m compeletly unsatisfied by your service and and please return the payment as fast as you can or exchange my product by the shoe size 10

The sport shoe was purchsed in aug 2016, the sole is damaged and cracked. When the matter was taken to their so called adidas care. They have handled it carelessly without holding any enquiry or connecting with the customer. Putting up a clause of three months committment. Why then they make so costly shoes which are faulty and are chinese product which gets damage in six months.

It was around six months back I purchased a costly shoe worth INR 17000/- particularly for a walk and jogging since the showroom people highly recommended this shoe.

In six months time i am facing the quality issue. The sole is damaged and got the cut.

I have tried to show the shoe to different outlets at Gurgaon since the shop from where inpurchsed ( Ambience mall) is closed for renovation. I did not get any positive respone or service other than handing over this email id to me.

I am surprised with the quality aspect and also the customer service part with such a big brand.

I still hope that this email as an escalation works and inwill get the replacement of shoe, i do not wish to knock consumer for this small issue.

Pls let me hear out from your side in the direction.

This side arjun singh from ghaziabad your regular customer i had purchase addidas lower from your authorised outlet in ghaziabad there is a product defect as there are so many lints on my lower even i have not get it washed yet that is so embarrassing to wear it that type of quality is not given by addidas i think so even i had visited your outlet months ago they said you have to register complain online so now after some months i am doing
Kindly do the needfull

I purchase a running shoes from AMAZON India. it was delivered on 10th April 2017. When i start wearing shoes, in left leg toe i feel some pain, it continue to more day by day. yesturday i checked both shoes for comparing any defect. I feel left shoes is not straight or equal balance as right shoes. I checked both shoes tounge and found some difference as given bellow.

Dear team,

I purchased adidasgalactus from lifestyle and after some time now it's fitting become loose (I. E. Length and width is same but space between insole and upper has increased) so my foot floats inside and it become so uncomfortable. Now a days i am using this footwear with local one extra insole (Brought it from bata as not available at adidas and lifetyle) but i can't do running due to increase it's weight with this extra insole.

Even i have not used it too much as i am not a regular runner. Just run about 5 km in a month, for confirmation you can check outsole of the shoes.

Now what's the purpose to buy branded sports shoes, if i can't use?

Today i also visited the lifesyle (Tgip, noida from where i purchased it) and explain to the sales boys for the issue then they called their supervisor (Anuj pratab singh) and i again explained the same issue to him but he suggested to drop you an email for the concern. I also requested him to write the complain on my behalf but he said, you have to drop an email to lifesytle then they will take care.

Now request you both lifestyle and adidas, i don't understand how a company like adidas can do such kind of mistake and a lifestyle can sell such kind of defective piece?

I recently made my first trip ever to Tanger Outlet in Washington PA where I went into the Adidas store before going anywhere else because I love your products there was a sale going on that was buy one get one free as long as it had a red sticker on it. I found a pair immediately that I loved and they were the red shoes in the Dragon OG line. I continued looking for another pair but was not seeing anything else that I really liked when a sales clerk asked if he could help me..I showed him the pair of Dragon's that I had in my hands and asked him if there were any more of them in different colors; He went into the back room and came out with a pair of blue ones and a pair of white ones. I chose the white ones and went to the cashier. That's when disappointment began to set in--I was told that the white pair were not a part of the promotion even though they were Dragon OG and had the same price of $49.97 on them. Long story short I could not find any other Dragon OG's on sale and had to settle for a pair of grey Samoa which to me looks like a pair of geriatric shoes trying to being young. i am not young but I also am not ready to for the geriatric ward. The diisappointment also comes because this was my first trip to Tanger and I don't know if there will be a next time so I cannot take the attitude that the next time I'll catch the buy one get one free sale and will find two pairs of shoes that I like. I do not blame the sales clerk who showed me the white shoes because he really wasn't aware that they were not on sale --he was just trying to make a customer happy--and I don't blame the cashier who had to tell me that the shoes were not on sale and even tried to help me find something else--but I do blame you Adidas for making random decisions on the price of shoes based on color although they carry the same name as the shoes on sale. I hope that if by chance I do get to visit your store again that all colors of the same brand carry not only the same price but also the same sale conditions or that you make it clear before someone gets to the check out that only certain colors are part of the promotion. I bought an Adidas Shoe in April 2016 (Receipt Attached) in Ghaziabad, Adidas Store in Mahagun Metro Mall for Rs 6299 and the shoe is in great shape as its less used however the inner line is torn (Pictures attached) a few months back. Since I moved from Ghaziabad to Bangalore, I couldn't report the issue immediately as I didn't had the shoe with me firstly and then the bill. Finally I brought the of the shoe and the bill both and reported to Adidas support. They simply refused to help me out as the report was done after 3 months and that's the time they will support for replacement.

For a shoe that cost Rs. 6299 is not expected to be having a life less than a year as the ROI is not there moreover the shoe is also not too much used that concludes that the lining is of poor quality. The other pair of the shoe is fine.

Being an old Adidas customer I expect a full replacement or at-least a complete repair as per Adidas standards.

Sir i have purchased shoes from khanna nagar ranipur haridwar now they are damaged so i want to replace this or repair it. The shopkeaper says that u wear the shoes with layses that's y your shoes are damaged this is not fair.

I have two twice of adidas shoes whose purchase 2 year ago but they are in good condition & this currently i have purchased are damaged.

Your service is very poor. I want my shoe. So plz help me. My shoes prize is 3198/-.

I purchased a cloudfoam city shoes from moscow(Russia) before 4 months. Its a navy blue coloured shoe with white sole. It is nice and comfortable with highly comfortable footbed. When I purchased it i was very happy to wear it .but there is now a problem. From front of the right shoe, it is getting torn from navy blue front net type fabric. I purchased it by spending INR 5000/-, it is unbelievable for addidas to provide this type of quality.
I just want to provide me the repair of these shoes

I'M a frequent customer for adidas long time ago usually I purchased goods out side my home country Jordan in USA and Europe through my traveling, here in Jordan I face every time bad policy regard the return, change and credit voucher, todayi write this email after visit one branch in Amman and the same issue, I feel like this not a adidas shop, the image here is to bad I hope to look after for your customers as your Brand is something unique.

The NMD R1 PK model is priced $170 in US, Europe and most of the Asian countries while in India they're priced at ₹17999 ($270.10) this is a rape pricing for the consumers most of these sneakers resell around $200-$250 and upwards $500-1000 depending upon the model but the pricing is absurd a good $100 difference between the product and lesser availability in Indian market all these hassle and yet we have to pay a rape for the sneakers
Other manufacturers like Nike price their product product like in other market terrible
One of the most hyped sneakers of all time Adidas Yeezy boost 350 which is priced around $220 is priced at an absurd 23000 ($345.15) this is ridiculous
