Dear sir
I had purchased the Adidas sports shoes from factory outlet of Adidas company located at civil line allahabad -211019 on 13 Nov 2015 at a high cost of 7500. But after using the same about 6 months the cloth around the pasting is going to cut off /turned.
I had believed in the quality of brand like Adidas and thus purchased the said shoe having higher price.
But all my belief have come to the earth at a short span of time.
Sir I request you to kindly ask the company to replace my said turned shoes with the new one of the same model of the earliest.

This is kapil deshmukh from aurangabad, maharshtra, india. I was heavily influenced by the adidas spring blade mode, i pruchased it form adisport, mumbai airport terminal t2, level 3. When i had pruchased the shoes i was very much happy & excited to wear it... But my flight was on time so avoided to wear at that time & asked the concern person to pack the shoes and i hasted towards the gate 43 for the aurangabad flight on monday 11/07/16. Was unaware of the hidden circumsatances, stress, harrassment, insult and the pain will cause due to the shoes. When i reached at home i showed the shoes to my family & was surprisingly shocked to see that the shoes i got from shop has given me the pair of same leg.. I. E. Left leg.
I got worried and immedately started to call on the given numbers on the bill, i tried a tons of time but all was in vain... The numbers were not responding and some of there numbers were switch off and one of them is out of service. I got panic, the major concern was now how to contact the people on the airport. Suddenly i saw the customer care no on the receipt, gave me a bit of relief for that movement. But it was pathetic to even call the service center number, coz they were of no help, rather than helping the customer these people were so harrassing, that i badly hung up the phone.

I was panic, disturbed, worried and stressed out and started surfing on the net, but unfortunalely there were no sign/address of any such sports shop on that floor at airport. Then while spending countless hours luckly i came to the web site http://www.csia.in/shopanddine/shop. Aspx then from this web site i got the number for the shop from where i had purchased the shoes. Then i spoke to the person and guess what was there reply, with worlds famous usual words “sorry”

But the sorry dont work all the time. I humbly asked the concerned person to provide some compensation to me due to the trouble, pain and stress i suffered by purchasing the shoes. Then they provide me thier seniors number to have a talk. I swear on god, the lady called ms vandana so so pathetic, rude, humilating, depressing and arrogant to talk and deal. She was even not able to provide the numbers of higher authoriteies to whom i can call, discuss. I dont know how adidas can keep such kind of people to such noble place?

After some time we i with respect to mankind got setteled to one condition that if she delivers the shoes via air mail to me by tommorrow evening, she agreed to it with heavy heart. Though i was so frustated and disturbed i kept patience and waited till next day evening... But there was no call, no feedback, nothing!

I called her and ask about the shoes, she said we had couried your shoes and it will reach on monday. I ask her we had a deal yesterday that you will sent it by today evening by air mail? She arrogantly said to me that “we are doing you favour and you shoud thank to us”

This shattred me more and put me under a lot of stress, i ask her how come youre doing favour to me, she again-and-again kept repeating the same thing that “we are doing you favour and you shoud thank to us & it was your mistake you should have cheked the shoes before buying”

When i started arguing on this she said “we wont send you the shoe, do whaterver you can do” that was something like hitting against some explosive. It put me under huge stress, some how i got the numbers of adidas rm and asm then i reported the same, they said the shoes will reach to you on saturday. But now its sunday still waiting for the shoes.
These adidas people are so much harrassing and stressfull from shopkepper to the customer care. I will reques to the adidas to remove the arrogant and non supportive female from adidas due to whom i have to suffer a loads.

I had went under a lot of stress and need some compensation. I will request to the all people who wants to buy shoes, not to go with addidas brand, go for some other brand.

This month we bought a football from official store of adidas real madrid spain. They gave deflated football for transport purpose. After coming back to pune we found the football was leaking its unused football now where to send it? Enquired in adidas pune store about it they told us to get authorization letter from the company as it is bought from spain. How can i get such authorization letter
Please guide us regarding this

I bought adidas shoe on[protected] from your store at dt city centre,
Gurgaon. It is to my surprise that after wearing the shoe for just 9 months
The mesh and the lining below the mesh has started wearing/tearing off, from
The same point in both the shoes. I had noticed the same within 2-3
Months back, but ignored thinking that it might be some kind of damage or
Other issue. But when it started to wear off in other shoe also, it has
Forced me to believe that there is some manufacturing issue (Continuous
Bending of shoe from one point while walking/running). I am sure a company
Like adidas does all endurances, stress and durability tests before
Launching any model. I wore nike shoe for almost 3-4 years but never faced
This kind of issue.
I am attaching product photos and my credit card statement for reference. It
Is absolutely not desirable to through this pair of shoe after wearing it
Only for 8-9 months, because of no fault of mine. This would leave a very
Bad impression of your product in my mind always and would obviously trickle
Down to many other consumers also.

Sure you would understand it rationally and take up this matter seriously
And seek an appropriate solution to retain me as a satisfied customer of
Adidas products.

I bought Adidas shoes on may 1st 2016. The shoes are highly uncomfortable as the shape of shoes has changed. I am not able to walk more than 30 minuted wearing the shoes. There is a lot of pain in the heels after wearing the shoes for more than 30 minutes. The shoes worked nicely for the first 15 days but later on the pain started. Please replace the shoes urgently as I am not able to walk wearing the shoes.

I had purchased the adidas make sports shoes (Model-bounce) from the factory outlet of adidas company located at najafgarh, new delhi-110043 on 8.3.2016 at a high cost of 4, 274/. But after using the same about 2 months, the cloth (Jali) around the pasting is going to cut off/torned.

I had believed in the quality of brand like adidas and thus purchased the said shoes having higher price. But, all my beliefs have come to the earth at a short span of time.

I had purchased these shorts as per your brand "image" but was my mistake that bought these shorts of this brand. I bought my last pair of adidas shoes - adidas springblade shoes (Article no c75665) - on 2015/07/11, bill no. Sc3192 from samyak retail services pvt. Ltd., an adidas store located at south city mall, kolkata. At the time of purchase i was assured by the sales staff at samyak retail services pvt. Ltd that in case of any quality issues the shoes will be replaced within one year of purchase.
I had hardly used the shoes for a few times when one fine morning i noticed that the shoes suffered from a glue joint failure on the sole. Please see picture. I request adidas to replace this pair of shoes. I visited the store, mailed and called the toll free number - [protected]. Till now i have got no response.
This is not the first time i am facing a problem with adidas shoes. Previously two pair of shoes faced similar problems.

I booked a pair of one adidas shoe online in book my offer in 9-5-2016 order no.[protected] and company's give me a booking replying in email me for this product. Then actually delivered item is fake and that company not replied me.or not talking in customer care no.or email.i book this in total 1149 INR.
Company not giving a hard copy only mail send me.
My humble requests to you to check that type of fake items in your name's.

Well adidas, i have trusted ur brand for so long, n i have brought many different shoes from u, but this time i don't know, i must say m totally disappointed, firstly the shoes giving problems, as the side strips on the shoe, r coming out, like improper glue or something, n secondly i have placed my issue, since a month, n not yet any sign of help or support from u guys, i request please don't ruin ur name like this, n please resolve my issue as soon possible, thank u, ..!! With due respect I am a regular customer of your elite brand due to the standard of product and its quality.Due to which my brother(Mr.Gajendra Singh)giifted a pair of adi sports marvel adition shoes to my mom on 5th december 2015 that cost me around 7000INR from your showroom located in south extension part 2, new delhi 110003. But within 4 moths o[censored]se its is getting tored from one side.i went on to the showroom from where i have purchased it, but they said they cant do anything as its 4 month old.

On April 9 2016 we purchased five garments from your quest mall showroom kolkata but on returning home we found only four
We went with the complaint but they said they can't do anything
We asked them for cctv footage but they are denining and now they are saying are system is down we cannot check

I recently bought adidas hypervenom football shoes from their company showroom in model town jalandhar in punjab, and i actually, live in distt. Una of himachal pradesh, which is approximately 90 kms away.
The shoes cost around 4k-5k.
I was a decent football player in college and school days, and was regular football player till my college days. Since, now i am a working professional, i play occasionally whenever i get time.
When i first tried the shoes at the show room, they were a good fit and i was comfortable in wearing them. I however told the executive that i am not from jalandhar and confirmed if i face any issues i will contact them. He assured me at the time, that if i face any sort of problem with the shoe,
I can come for replacement within 3 months.And they will be replaced without any hassles.
However, when i first played with them, i got a blood clot below my right thumb. The shoe was not tight and it only happened with my right foot and i presumed that it will get better with time.
The next time i played was after a week and the blood clot in the meantime had healed a little, however, this time it got worse and more blood accumulated.
Perhaps after a fortnight i went again to play football with couple of bandages wrapped around my thumb to protect it. This time i had a very little injury and i continued to play so for another few times until one day i thought of playing without any bandages, and it again caused a rupture and as a result a clot formed below my foot.
I decided to go back to that showroom and ask them about a replacement.
I was not able to find the bill receipt. I thought that they would not entertain me and after a few days i continued playing with bandages, however it used to hurt every-time i played.
I, frustrated with my poor choice and bad judgement of loosing bill receipt decided to go to their showroom . I showed them the wound and told them the whole story and they blatantly refused. They said they cannot confirm a sale without the bill receipt, i asked them to check from my mobile number that they entered while purchase, and the executive told me that all the data is transferred to the company and they cannot confirm anything, i donot know how they were managing without a ledger file but i do believe that before a financial year closing any showroom or firm or business would keep ledger accounts with them.
I asked them for an alternate solution if they cannot help. They then recommended me to their company cobbler who was also perplexed and said that he wont be of any help, but still on some persuasion, stuffed some material for 2-3 hours, basically trying to expand the shoe.
I went back and after a couple of days went back to playing, the problem was still there and i caused a blood clot again.
This time i went to their showroom especially for this purpose, and the executive told me that "there is something wrong with my foot and that company puts the shoe through lab testing and they have not faced any similar problem with this model."he even asked me to consult a doctor as there shoe was perfect.

I finally gave up and told them to keep the shoe with them as it was of no use to me. I donot know if the executive was being oversmart or just plainly honest but he told me to replace the shoe with someone whose foot is ok.

Before these shoes, i had nike football shoes during my time from college and they were with me for more than 3 years without any complaint or any hassle of the sorts.


I am so disgusted by adidas now, that i regret the day i bought them.
I was going to buy nike which is just adjacent to adidas showroom in jalandhar, in my enthusiasm to try a new product, my experience with adidas has made me repulsive to the very thought of trying anything new.
I have attached a photo of the wound which has not healed in over a month.

Hello adidas, i had brought the springblade shoes, about a month ago, from one of your factory outlets in south delhi, the problem i'm facing with shoes, is that on one side of the shoe, the stripe from your adidas logo is getting off somehow, i don't know why, maybe because of the glue or something, i want my pair to be replaced, as i paid such a big amount on these shoes, and such things shouldn't be expected from a well known, and such a big brand like yours, so there's nothing more to be say, considering my problem with the shoes, please resolve it as soon possible, thank you, ..!!
