Ever since my purchase i have been having the following problem with the product.

1. Shoe laces have been extremely slippery and they randomly open while walking, it has been a pain to deal with. I had primarily purchased them for running and i cannot use them without tucking the laces inside the shoes completely which is super inconvenient and no proper way o[censored]sing the laces.

2. Product quality has been very bad as the sole has flattened completely and cricking/ opening up from the sides.

3. The shoe from inside back part is completely ripped, there’s like a large hole in the middle, other parts has small cotton/ whatever material the shoe is made of has accumulated into tiny balls and slowly tearing away.

4. The problems i have mentioned above has been consistent and only gotten worse over time to a point where the shoe is almost unusable.

Ps: all the wear and tear i mention above has happened in 6 months of purchase

I am highly disappointed with my purchase. This is absolutely not the quality i expected or was promised while purchasing the pair. And might i add it’s a very expensive pair.

I have bought branded football (Adidas) from the company out let in (24december2017) the grievance and the condition, which is mentation in the football it self - 2 yrs shape and stitching guarantee.
And your selling manager or selling person given the assurance for 2 yrs. Based on that ground bought the football...

Recived mail from adidas customer car teame —
We regret to inform you that your claim for the ref no. Adi18050492 has not been approved as we have three months warranty and your product is out of warranty therefore we would not be able to process your request further.

Also said defect is not a manufacturing defect.

So i am going to take legal action if not replacing my football

I wanted to purchase a shoe but I needed some more money because my money wasn't enough. So I had told the showroom guy that I would get back in 15minutes after I give a call to my father for the remaining money to be transferred in my card.Thr showroom guy had accepted my proposal and also packed the shoe.He told me instead to wait for sonetime .After waiting for almost 2hrs he told me that the shoe has been bought by another customer.

I request suitable action against the showroom guy .His name is Joy Kathrllakpam.No action against him would encourage him to continue his wrong action . I will be delighted if I can buy the shoe that was unavailable to me that time.The name of the shoe is ADIDAS ORIGINALS EQT SUOPORT ADV (BLACK) SIZE- UK 7.

The pair of shoes which was purchased on 15th april, 2018 from flipkart is not as per your quality standards. The black color adidas logo affixed on the shoes is getting fade day by day, the color is no more black and it's not even 2 weeks of me buying the shoes. I request you to consider my problem and rectify it as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.

I bought adidas slippers of Article no. BA8827 for Rs 3, 000 approximately 5 months ago, but I have only been wearing it since the past 2 months and it is already torn off and not in the condition to be worn again. I am highly disappointed in Adidas, esoecially with the reputation of your brand. Even the showroom where I purchased it from refused to lodge a complaint just because I didn't have the bill. Is that the best customer service you can provide? The slippers are totally not worth my money.

I bought the shoes adidas andorian 2 shoes for rs 4000 at our adidas retail in september 2017. After 3 months the shoes started to smell horrible when i wear it. This should not happen in a brand like adidas. Before this product i used nike air and it lasted for 5 years without any kind of smell or wear or tear. Now that i go to the retail they tell me the warranty period is over. Then what shall be the solution? Go for new shoes again? This is how adidas brand lasts? I really want to trust this brand without going for nike again. The problem is not my feet or the socks that i wear. Because i am wearing a shoe that is half the price of this shoe in any kind of weather and it never smells. Hence it is a problem with the shoe. I need some kind of replacement or solution to this problem to restore the trust.

I have purchased shoes from your authorized showroom named at cute point, deal in adidas only, e-15, e-16, palika bazar, jind on dated 8.7.2017 but after some time in b/w 2 or 3 month their colour changed from white to yellow, i have told the showroom owner about this and request him to change my shoes but he denied. Now i am requesting you to replace my shoes otherwise i will have to go to consumer court. Thanking u

Football shoes purchased at anna nagar branch chennai. The studs broke within 2 months. When asked for replacement they wanted the invoice copy which we lost. When approached the showroom for invoice they saying not able to retrieve. A branded product like adidas where systems are in place cannot say they can't retrieve the bill. And because of that they denying replacement. Did not want to leave this issue and hence brought to this forum. For a shoe costing 8000 the wear and tear 2 months is too short.

I am a big fan for Adidas brand with multiple shoe collect ONLY for Adidas, but my recent purchase is very disappointing. I bought an Adidas Terrex (Continental) black shoe from Ambience Mall (Vashant Kunj) store and after few months I got to know that the product is a defect piece. Attached is the picture. It was my anniversary gift and I am really unhappy about it. I wore the shoe 3-4 times only and I stop wearing it due to this issue. Please review the attached product.

I bought adidas shoes in the month of dec-2017, with 90 days warranty, shoe got torn within 80 days and i made formal complained by sharing and e-mail on 81st day,
I bought pair of adidas shoes form a store on the ground floor of great india place mall, and now adidas shop/ showroom is shut without any further information,

Now i have been running from pillar to post to get my shoes replaced but no avail.
I have shared all detail whatever adidas company asked from me except the original invoice,
I can get duplicate invoice form the adidas showroom or from adidas crm - customer relation management,
I have bee running from pillar to post since 2 months but no solution.

Third class quality or products, and worse after sales services.
Thier customer care department says - they are sorry but wouldn't be able to help me out in this.
I purchased a pair of shoes and within 4 days all the stitching and pasting is out and even the sole has cracked.

And even after commitments they are not replacing or refunding the order.

Team, i am one of most loyal customer of adidas but seems my decision of buying this shoes was wrong.. Within three months (Hardly used) shoes is not unbalanced (Sole) from back side and starting looking very ugly. It cost me 9k inr and thought of giving that shoes to my car cleaner now.. Worst service.. Seriously.. Would not recommend anyone to buy adidas shoes from now.

I purchased one shoes on 30/09/2017 and hardly use 2months . The shoes fabric break from soul and top front, it's shows how's quality of the shoes. I feelled so embraced in office front of my colleges die to this damage..

Shoes purchased in rs 3999.00, pls advise in so much cost and branded shoes what I aspect...

We need the quality complaint and pls take action on manufacturer and will wait for your positive assurance...

Tearing of material from my product.
it started from the next week I bought it. I have only used it for almost one month now.
Adidas logo on the product is tearing off, having stitching problems on it too
loose stitches, I haven't used it roughly but still having problems at its initial use itself

23 dec, 17 i bought shoes from adidas showroom but that shoes was cut within 2 months.. Showroom owner denied to change it. I think it was completely fake or duplicate product from showroom. You say it brand adidas then what it about brand when did your shoes were not work for two months. Change the shoes, otherwise i will make a case against you and your company. I don't want visit overthere even i also told my relatives to dont visit there anymore. Kindly change my shoes asap.

Bought adidas cloud foam shoes and the soles are coming unglued from the upper shoes in less than 2 months after purchase. My daughter has only wore them to school and to church. Never been wet or worn in harsh conditions. This is her second pair and she like them because they feel great but other brands have lasted so much longer!! Really disappointed with the quality!!

Hi i have bought a adidas shoe on 26th december 2017 the model is mention above, from amazon. Within a week o[censored]sing the shoe it got defected i. E it got torn out in the front of right leg. Which i took it to adidas showroom for warranty at 135 rash behari ave, dover terrace, gariahat, kolkata, west bengal - 700029. The shop head denied us the warranty saying its a online purchase product & so there will be no warranty. But while purchasing a brand like adidas may it be from online i was aware that i will get a warranty of around 90 - 180 days. Please look into this & do the needful

The issue that i have experienced was: i've bought a pair of adidas shoes for my father on 25/12/2016 from adidas store at ess gee trendz bhojpur, sundernagar, himachal pradesh, india. It has been torn from the front and fabrics one month later. When tried return it back to the store, they denied for any...

I have purchased adidas shoe from snap deal on 05/02/2018. After using for 3-4 days i found out it as a duplicate item.

Below are reason to arrive at conclusion that it is a duplicate item.

1. Logo got erased in just using for 3-4 time. (Img_20180225_202545. Jpg)
2. The part beside the shoe laces has came off & you can find it in seperate image. (Img_20180225_202418. Jpg).

Hi, i bought adidas trackpant on 1st week of jan 2018 from authorised adidas store agra. I am sending you the copy of the invoice. After 10-15 days only it faded and the logo of adidas has gone from the track pant. I am sending you the pics of the trackpant. Please replace it. I went to that store they told me that i will have to give 1500 rs more then only they will change it so plz help me
