I am ofw purchase 3 pairs of springblade shoes in almajar hera street jeddah saudi arabia last june 2016 before i go home to philippines, 1 for my son and 2 for mine. But only 5 month one of my springblade shoes sole break and im very upset, it happen when im in hongkong on vacation wearing my favorite shoe, i just wear that shoes 3 times only and thats what happen, i use addidas for many years only this time it happen, please help me how my shoes be replaced. I purchase the shoes in the amount of 900 sr each, im in the phillipines as of now. Waiting for your feedback please reply to my personal email [protected]@yahoo.com. If needed the actual picture of my shoe i will send later.

I had purchased adidas superstar men shoe sized UK 9 from JM road, Pune. after 2months o[censored]sage the stitches in th front were torn so i asked to replace placing the mail it was approved and i was asked to go to store and give them a copy of confirmation mail and take the replaced shoe.. i went to the store(JM road) they said size is not available and sent me to another store which was in Aundh, Pune ..i went there even they said size problem..amd they sent me to another store in Westend Mall, Pune i went there they checked the mail and agreed to replace i took the shoe went home tried it...the size was diffrent it was UK 9 1/2 ..i called the store and told them about the wrong size i got...they said we have the size come anytime ...next day i went there they said size is not available got to another store which was around 25kms from there i asked them to bring the shoe from that store..i sat there for 2hours i m still there in the store writing the complaint..i cant go home and come back again and again the store is 20kms from my house...fed up and still waitng...after service is not at all good

Yesterday i visited karnal adidas outlet sammati enterprise & purchased 2 items shoes + polo t-shirt according to ur salesman i will get a flat discount of 1000 rs. On my next item than i pick one more polo & he confirm that i can exchange item incase on any issue

After discount i paid 7897 through credit card
Today i visited store regarding exchange of item polo t-shirt ax6485 size l, 1999/-
& pick az8841 size m 2399/-
According to calculation i have to pay difference amount of 400/- rs. But the person charged 625/- rs. Even he don't ready to provide any return receipt or invoice of the same
Invoice copy attached would request you please help as they are cheat their customers

I purchased adidas on 11.09.2016 but its torn out with in 1 months. i informed to local shop named Comfort, Sunderpur from where i purchased, but not responsed. very first they refused not to attend any defect. After repeating request shop accept the shoe and told that visit after five days After five days I visit to shop and ask about shoe then shop owner said that there is no responsibility of defect and we will not change/repair shoes. now i say what i have ti do. now you say is this justified ? please reply and clarify that which part of shoes come under the guarantee/warrantee ?

I purchased adidas on 29.05.2016, but its torn out with in 4 months. i informed to local shop named shoe hub, lalgate, surat from where i purchased, but not responsed. very first they refused not to attend without original bill. i want to know whether they don't keep record at their end ? and tried to conveince to solve at my own risk & expenses. then i went with original bill. they give me back shoe duly repaired after 5 days, but its again torn out with in 5 hours on same day. now i say what i have ti do. i didn't purchased from online @ rs. 1700 with impression of mis product. but i felt same by purchasing @ rs.3000 from local shop. now you say is this justified ? please reply.

Hi, I have purchased adidas Men's Ax2 Trekking and Hiking Shoes from Adidas store, Mall of India, Noida. At the time of buying this pair of shoes, salesman told that these shoes are highly recommendable for multi purpose usages like hiking, sports, jogging etc. But after buying this shoes, in few days, I found these shoes are highly slippery on smooth tiles and dangerous while walking in wet areas. I am confused, why adidas named it trekking and hiking shoes? Even I cannot use it for a walk on wet areas, how come I can use it on mountains for trekking and hiking. I think, there is some problem with my shoe pair only. Please suggest me what to do. I don't live in Noida, so I cannot go to the same store for such issue and moreover, I am pretty much sure that the store cannot take care of it and provide any solution on it. Such dangerous shoes cannot be recommended for any one in India. Please do the needful on this.

I had purchased a track pant of adidas from myntra about three months ago.The tag of adidas is coming off.It is impossible that there is an error like this in a product that is original.I am furious that i have been handed a false or a fake product.This kind of a behivahour is not accepted from a website so reputable and known.I want serious actions to be taken over this topic.

I bought Adidas sleeper on 14th july 2016.
This sleeper has demage in 1st month.
I am so disappointed by the quality of your company.
I am great Adidas lover but this time I am facing degrading quality which is hard to imagine.
Kindly replace my sleeper ones at the earliest . I could not expect it such thing could happened. Please do the needfneedful action

My adidas white n black slip ons are just fading out its color in its white wash . It looks colourless the logo has just vanished . I am so disappointed by the quality and standard by your company . I am a great adidas lover but this is the first time I am facing this degrading quality which is hard to imagine . Kindly replace my slip ons at the earliest .

I bought Adidas shoes on july 31st 2016. The shoes are highly uncomfortable as the shape of shoes has changed. I am not able to walk more than 30 minuted wearing the shoes. There is a lot of pain in the heels after wearing the shoes for more than 30 minutes. The shoes worked nicely for the first 15 days but later on the pain started. Please replace the shoes urgently as I am not able to walk wearing the shoes... I am afraid if no timely action is taken then I have to approach consumer court.

I have bought adidas shoes in month of march this year of 6000 Rs. as per below mentioned details.

21 Mar '1620 Mar '16POS/ADIDAS/MEERUT/200316/17:41-Rs5, 999.00DR.

Just in 4-5 months, its sole start getting detached. I went to showroom in Meerut-250001 (from where i bought the shoes) last month (august), but they did not entertain it and even did not register a complaint. They denied to send for change or even repair.
This is not good on a part of a reputed company where customer satisfaction must be the first priority.
For the customer, who is spending his hard earned money in the name of the brand, this kind of behavior and feedback is quite annoying.

Please look in to this matter asap and do the needful.

I have ordered an adidas shoe from Amazon.. I have only worn it twice and now the front toe section of the shoe from the inside has become stiff and that is due to inappropriate stitching. Initially I thought that it could be as it is a new shoe but now I found that is a defect. I want to thank manufacturing warranty as 90 days are not over yet. Please let me know the procedure and the stores details in delhi where I can request for the manufacturing...

I bought these B33550-Duramo Adidas shoes for Rs 6800 in the month of Nov 2016 and had hardly used these shoes for traveling and while driving .

But the mesh of the shoes started getting torn and damaged symmetrically on the both the pair . They are saying the product warranty is hardly three months, my question is that when the shoes is getting damaged symmetrically on both the sides then it means it is a manufacturing defect and you cannot wash your hands by only saying that the warranty is of only Three months .

The shoes cost is Rs 6800/ and your product is not having good quality that it lasted for hardly 4 months .

when firstly i visited the store of adidas in dehradun the Store incharge told "“Mochi se joota sahi karwa lijiye hum bhi wahi sahi karwangay ".


I had bought Adidas shoes to hear such word, if I had to buy it from Mochi (shoe repairer) then I would had brought the same shoes in Rs 500 and no in RS 6800.

No one in customer care is interested in listening to its customer .

I bought a adidas superstar (women) size 3 from adidas originals store cannought place delhi. after 2hours i got a call saying that the shoe is defected and superstar doesn't come in size 3. being a loyal customer of this brand i do know that it does come in this size. i had a huge arguement with the staff over this issue. i am really disappointed with the way they insisted me to return the shoe. also, while purchasing the shoe, i remember the salesmen discussing that the shoe has been booked by someone else. but over the phone they are not willing to accept the fact. if this is the level of service adidas gives than you have lost one very loyal customer.

In reference to above subject I received
a mail from adidas regarding approval of replacement of my defective shoes reference no.Adi16061790. But till date I not received my product. Kindly check and replace my shoes as early as possible. Thanks.

I would like to inform you that i have purchased the shoes ART NO V20255 CC hill Blue from Adidas store Sri ganganagar Rajasthan ..Today i washed my shoes and I was surprised to see that all the parts of shoes are separated such as sole, base, and upper part. Its really distress n disgusting to me. I could not expect it such thing could happen. Being a international reputed brand, it has such type of manufacturing defect. I deposited my shoes at Sri ganganagar store for repairing. Please do the needful action. If possible replace the shoes otherwise the same thing will happen again . I would to be yours customer further.

I rajesh agarwal from lucknow bought 3 products from adi sports india pvt ltd using there online service shop. Adidas.Co.In order no. 16344820 one product was ok. Two products has an size issue i requested for both products but their courier service provider told us that onlyer one product has been initiated for return same on 26-7-16 i requested again for the second product an now my? Is where is my returned product and when your courier service will pick the product i have at least called six seven times for my problem but no response of good kind the service is very very slow i regret i could have bought it from myntra or jabong they are so quick.

I want to tell that i am your regular buyer. Your stuff really fulfills my requirements but the last 'adidas adispree ' which i bought was really a bad deal for me. I am a permanent resident of himanchal pradesh (India), i often visit chandigargh, where i bought your adidas adispree and within a week of my purchase, i encountered a problem with my shoe. The sole of my right shoe went off. I am really angry as the stores rejected to deal with it and now i am stuck with my shoe. Do something fast and don't force me to take a strict action against you.
