I bought a pair of non marking tennis shoes worth Rs. 3799. I wore it at home thrice for a few hours and I found that it was not comfortable at all. After a week I went back to the store requesting exchange but they refused saying that the shoes have been used and cannot be exchanged. Unless I wear them for a few hours how am I supposed to understand whether it is comfortable or not. The sales guys were very rude and arrogant and told me that this is how the tennis shoes are for such a cheap price and that I should not expect anything more than this. I bought the shoes on 12th of Jan 2017. Since I found this forum recently hence posting it now. Please advise.

    I bought a track pant of your company in the first week of January. After some days, I came across a defect in the product. I brought this to the notice of the company store on 25th January, wherein I was told to wait for a week for further intimation. I visited the store again after receiving a call, only to be told that I'd not be provided with a replacement. Instead, I was asked to buy some other product in the same price range when I expected them to provide me with a another piece free of defects of the same product.

    I feel cheated by this incident, it has changed my opinion about the company.
    I am considering further action if not provided with a suitable replacement.

      Last December I bought a soccer spikes at your store in Plaza Las Americas in Puerto Rico. I wasn't able to get to the store until today to make an exchange because of the size. First the manager told me that I was not able to do it because I have not the receipt, finally I was able to get the date of the purchase, so they can do it. After all I told him that they should talk with the company beacause in a lot stores by the client phone number they can have access to the information. Anyway, the answer was "I am doing you a favor because it's been more than 30 days". Really??? Guess what I am the one who is doing your company a favor by buying at your store. And even though I got an item. Very disappointed of his answer. Will no visit that store anymore.

        Hi,

        This email is regarding the Adidas Galactus 2.0 shoes which I purchased from an Adidas showroom at NEW BEL Road, Bangalore on 5th September 2016.

        I had earlier purchased an Adidas shoe in August 2012 and it lasted for more than 4 years despite regular usage like running 5 km everyday. I was so impressed by the Adidas brand that I had no second thoughts shopping with Adidas again.

        Unfortunately, I am forced to write that I am really disappointed and displeased with my latest purchase of Adidas Galactus 2.0. In less than 5 months and with minimal usage (I continued to use my first shoe for running), the mesh part is torn away from the stitch resulting in a hole on the top portion of the shoe. Please see the attached pictures.

        The cost of this shoe is about Rs 5300 and I am extremely saddened by the poor quality of the shoe which is unexpected from a reputed brand like Adidas.

        I was a long standing customer of Adidas and I took pride in sharing with my friends that one of my Adidas shoe has lasted for 4 years. Unfortunately, the latest experience has left such a bad taste that I have reservations being a populariser for your brand.

        I would appreciate if you could find a suitable replacement and restore the trust I earlier had in your brand.

        This is regarding the purchase of Adidas Lite Racer ( Running Shoes for men ) through Flipkart on 25th October 2018. I am a regular user of Adidas for more than 10 years .
        But I am very disappointed with the quality of the shoe that I recently bought which has not lasted even 6 months. The mesh part on the front side has torn off from the sole, in fact it started coming out from the 3rd month after purchase and the problem is on both the left and the right shoe. The sole is intact.
        The cost of the shoe is Rs.5999/- which I got at a special offer rate.
        I am really surprised and disappointed at the poor quality which I have never experienced in any Adidas product that I have bought so far which is unexpected from a reputed brand like Adidas.
        Its my request as a loyal Adidas user to provide with me with a replacement and instill the faith in your products and services.
        ( Please note : for your information I had bought – Adidas Adi Rio Attack 2M Flip Flop and prior to that on Jan 25th 2018 I bought Adidas Cosmic M Running shoes for Rs.4176 )
        Expecting that you would do the needful in providing me a replacement .

          Sir I purchased new adidas sports shoes on[protected]. After 3 days I found that sole is defective which caused infection in my toe. I lodged the complain on[protected] on their site [protected]@adidas.com . but they are not responding properly and take 7 days to reply the mail and this happens for every mail I do to them. Their toll free no. Department has no power to address customer problem. Now its already 1 month but I didn't get the shoes replaced. Every time I call them on toll free number they ask me to wait.they don't provide any contact details who can address my problem directly.

Your mailing department is providing extremely bad service as they take 10 days to reply on mail which is not satisfactory. I request to change my shoes as soon as possible.

            I purchased Adidas football stud shoes from oberoi Mall Mumbai on 22nd January 2017. I am disappointed to say that the staff behaviour was rude and not helpful, no sole size was measured and the left shoe stud is not aligned properly on the same level as others and on the next day when I went to the play ground I fell off and twisted my ankle. I had to leave the ground immediately for medical procedure. Whole day was ruined. This was one of the worst experience I had with Adidas. this accident has surely raised question on Adidas quality issues. Also coming across many consumer complaints regarding this model.
            Please look into it asap.

              I have purchased shoes from lifestyle, DLF mall of india which was defective and when i went to get it exchange all the pieces were having same problem. Later on they just got it fixed aand as i liked those shoe i bought them back. But today when i wore them i got my leg swelled upand paining a lot. This is the first time experience that i had to suffer with shoe bit and leg pain in my life. that to after using an adidas shoe. Really disappointed and want to get this problem solved as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir

                Please find attached a copy of bill and and slip attached with the shoes showing the article no and other details.
                The subject shoes were purchase on 25.01.2017 and after using some times say for 2-3 hours, it has been realized that it is causing some discomfort as it is ok in one feet but very loose in other. It gives feel of that one feet is coming out while walking or running.
                After approaching the vendor today and asked him to replace the same with a smaller size but he refused to do the same.
                Please intervene in the matter as every time this shoes will be wore will give me a feel of dissatisfaction and discomfort.

                  I purchased adidas sports shoes from planet sports Mumbai Inorbit on 2nd December 2016. It has just been a month and the cloth of the shoes is tearing off...When I went back to the store with complaint store manager said these are bought in sale so adidas does not give warranty on it..N the discount was hardly 500-600 ₹ ..So does that mean i[censored] buy a not on sale shoes they of better quality and in discounted rate you provide a poor and worst then a local quality shoes..The manger said to buy a non discounted product and then tell us...This was one of the worst experience I had with such a big brand who cannot provide I good quality of shoes and zero product satisfaction..I hope adidas would do something about it..

                    I have ordered 3 set of adidas socks, but i found it to b duplicate.
                    1) when i scanned its barcode the number written on socks was different from what scanned.

                      I bought a adidas football and the strich was open in a month.so, I am very disappointed for the quality of the football striching . I want to exchange the football. I purchased it on 2 Dec.2016.from snap deal . It's full name is Adidas Replica Brazuca Trainpro Football.Can you give me a address of adidas showroom in noida where I can go and exchange the football because it had a guaranteed of 2 years that the strich won't open but it got open in a month.

                        I bought Adidas Spring blade shoes 2 times in Rs. 16000.00
                        First time from Adidas authorised Store from Delhi (Cannought place) and Second time from Adidas website. shop.adidas.co.in

                        Both the time my shoes springs got damaged/removed
                        even your shop person didn't give any repairing service which is not expected from the Brand like ADIDAS.
                        so i need Replacement off this shoes.

                        Hope u consider my genuine problem and get replacement done...

                          Last year, I bought an adidas shoes (clima cool) from Qatar. It was supposed to be specified for running. I started training wearing it but whenever I wore it, I felt uncomfortable. I didn't know why. Then from a month ago, when I started doing my work out with a private trainer, it hurted me a lot & the trainer told me that this shoes is not designed for running or even doing work out as the bottom of the shoes is high not low & that makes it hurts the bottom of my feet whenever I wear it. This is called a misleading product !!! I expected adidas to be more respectful to its customers more than that, specially that the prices are not cheap. And I need clear explanation for that !!!

                              The right side shoe is torn on the, top-front side of the foot. I have tried and contacted the customer service desk only to learn that there is no response to the calls on more than one occasion, despite waiting for 10 to 15 mins on the phone line.                                 I have buy adidas ax2 outdoor shoe, shoe size no. 9, from Adidas shop address:-Plot No 58, Ground Floor, Ambedkar Nagar Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh 201001.
                                In just 20 days it start getting ripped from the top and its look weird and hardly i wear just 7 to 8 times. Its worth rs 4500. This is not quality i expecting from Adidas shoe.

                                I need replacement. what should i do pleas tell me.

                                    naren had purchased shoes from manthri mall Bangalore
                                    Karnataka india on feb 2016 product is ultra boost shoes
                                    before buying i asked concerned person about
                                    the buttons on the soles does it wear out soon and
                                    the surface will become uneven so he said no sir this is a
                                    good product no complaint against it so i purchased giving
                                    rs 16000 but i hardly used the shoes for walking with in 6
                                    months the buttons on the soles
                                    r wear out now the sole surface has become un even so i
                                    could not walk so what is the use of buying branded shoes
                                    paying so much please revert back as soon as possible thank
                                    u even i went and complained the same to the shop were i
                                    took the shoes but they did
                                    not respond properly and they were not interested in
                                    responding.

                                    since i don't have the bill i could not give u the bill detail's even i went and ask for duplicate copy of my bill they refused to give it but i showed the defect to them even they took the photo of my shoes and even they said they will send the complaint to company but they did not respond properly and not interested about these they were only interested in selling the products so please see the attachments of the shoes and please as replay as soon as possible since i bought the shoes blindly relaying on the brand name addidas as its costly one for common man but I relayed on brand .
                                    please please do not buy this model(ultra boost will become hoost) its waste of money this is my humble request instead of buy in local market imitation one

                                      I am ofw purchase 3 pairs of springblade shoes in almajar hera street jeddah saudi arabia last june 2016 before i go home to philippines, 1 for my son and 2 for mine. But only 5 month one of my springblade shoes sole break and im very upset, it happen when im in hongkong on vacation wearing my favorite shoe, i just wear that shoes 3 times only and thats what happen, i use addidas for many years only this time it happen, please help me how my shoes be replaced.                                         I had purchased adidas superstar men shoe sized UK 9 from JM road, Pune. after 2months o[censored]sage the stitches in th front were torn so i asked to replace placing the mail it was approved and i was asked to go to store and give them a copy of confirmation mail and take the replaced shoe.. i went to the store(JM road) they said size is not available and sent me to another store which was in Aundh, Pune ..i went there even they said size problem..amd they sent me to another store in Westend Mall, Pune i went there they checked the mail and agreed to replace i took the shoe went home tried it...the size was diffrent it was UK 9 1/2 ..i called the store and told them about the wrong size i got...they said we have the size come anytime ...next day i went there they said size is not available got to another store which was around 25kms from there i asked them to bring the shoe from that store..i sat there for 2hours i m still there in the store writing the complaint..i cant go home and come back again and again the store is 20kms from my house...fed up and still waitng...after service is not at all good
