On October 10th and 11th, I made an order on the Adidas India Website (https://www.adidas.co.in/) at 12:54 PM IST.

I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted twice from my account. But it says payment failed on the website and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

Thus, I shall need a refund for this.

    On October 7th, I made an order on the Adidas Android App at 21:42 PM IST.

    I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed/ error on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

    Thus, I shall need a refund for this. Please take a look into this matter asap and help with placing the order.

      But i start wearing 7 days before
      Th slippers are very much slippery
      My Dad slip3…4 times and i also slip3 times
      I want to exchange my product

        I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 30/09/2022.         I bought an Adidas shoes of Rs.6119 and returned then due to size issue .the shoes were picked and it shows returned but money is not refunded even after 10 days.

          Hello,

          I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 30/09/2022. I used debit card for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was refused. Please try again using an alternative card or payment method."

          I tried to order two times and money (Rs.2549.57) also has been deducted from my account two times but order not placed. I didn't received first payment message but I received second payment message from bank that your account debited for Rs.2549.57. And after checking my bank statement I found that Adidas India has deducted my money two times. I have uploaded both statement screenshot of money deducted from my bank account. Total amount of money deducted from my account is Rs.5, 099.14. My registered email id for https://www.adidas.co.in/ is [protected]@gmail.com.

          So, I have request please credit my hard work money which have deducted from my account.

            I ordered a pair of adidas shoe on 25 Aug 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text on 8 September 2022 saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days. Also got email mentioning that the return has been completed and the money will be credited within 14 days. Since i paid by means of COD i should have already received an email asking for my bank details but no email as such till today which is the 28th of September 2022. I tried emailing and calling them on the customer care number but says busy.
            My order ID is AIN01329105

            Please help me solve this issue.

            Finally my refund has been completed. I doubt if i haven't complaint about the issue here in this platform, I wouldn't have gotten it. After i had initiated the complain, i got an email asking for my bank details after few days. Than finally got the refund today i.e. 3/10/22

              I brought an adidas tensaur 11k shoe on 14th August 2022. Since it was my first time I didn't know (k) was meant for kids so I gave for a refund they took the shoe and didn't send any refund. The original adidas website is a scam website. Don't buy anything from the website don't get scammed
              Bought adidas predator boots for my 16 yo son and after just four games both feet are ripped at the big toes.

                Hi, I have a complain about customer service of adidas oman they dont solve my late refund, i have a returned order which has the no. AOM00274858, it reached adidas store in united arab emirates since 3/Aug./2022 I have not recieved my refund till now although it is mentioned that refund takes onle 5-10 days, please I need help for my issue.

                  I'm writing this in regard a refund amount of Rs7999 for a returned product. The order Id is AIN01078941 It has been almost two months since I've returned the product and has been received at your end from a very long time. I've been contacting adidas customer service every second day complaining and asking about the status of my refund and I'm sorry to say that the customer service is pathetic and has been more a torture for me to call on daily basis and listen to their helplessness. I hope this mail won't go in vain like my previous attempts. I hope you won't suggest me to wait for few days and make me reach you out again which at last will result in a dissatisfied customer hating Adidas. I've been a loyal customer to adidas and it's very unfortunate that your customer service is making me go through this ****

                    I ordered a running belt worth Rs. 2499 through cash on delivery from Adidas but i wasn't satisfied with it so i returned it but it's been several days and Adidas has not responded. I order the running belt on 4th of September and today is 20 September and they haven't even contacted me once. I have mailed their customer support too but they haven't responded either !!

No one is updating me .. they are just pending it or fooling me.. nd not giving me my money back.. no brand no website takes 2 months to refund.. this is my worsttt experience everr. The product is with them.. they have the records of returns than y m i here begging for my own money from two months ???

                          I purchased ultraboost shoes from flipkart about 2 months back but i see a burning sensation while wearing them. I see a burning sensation in my feet while wearing them. I wear white asics shoe as well as sketchers shoe but dont see the burning sensation.
                          Can you update me on the anomaly raised as this depicts a quality issue

                            I am having an Adidas shoes. A tear has developed in the left leg shoe. It hurts while landing on them during any sporting activity. This tear is not due to normal wear and tear.

                                My order no. is AIN01213014, placed on 31st july 2022 . i returned order after 1 day and return was taken after 4-5 days and later on i got an email to submit my refund bank details. after few days i again email to customer care and they said it will be processed in 3-4 business days. after 10 days i again sent email for not getting the refund and they replied that the refund is already processed but i did not get any refund. now i am emailing them that give me the details if you really did the return, but i am not getting any reply . i even emailed to ceo adidas india but still no reply. what a careless attitude is this from this much big company.

                                    Dear Sir/ madam

                                    This is with respect to my order ID : Order Number: AIN00597532 in the name of RITESH SEHGAL with registered mobile number as [protected] for which already i had submitted the mail for the return of the items as the items received by me are in FAULTY CONDITION and the same is accepted by your team and they have also initiated the refund of approx Rs 2500/- for which i received the mail on 29.06.2022 which states that the refund shall be processed within 15days

                                    Unfortunately it is very sad that I still don't receive any refund amount till date despite repeated reminders to you telephonically on your customer care and also despite giving my BANK DETAILS for so many times as asked by your executive .

                                    This is really frustrating for me that such a Big company renewed Worldwide is not been able to process my refund of Rs 2500/- for which i have already submitted bank details and contacted them for more than 10 times on their customer care number and everytime it has been assured by the customer care executive that you will get the refund within 14 working days or you will get a call from our seniors, but once again very sad to say that i didn't get any call from your senior executives nor i got my refund amount back, During my last call which was around 15 days back i will also assured that we will be crediting a voucher of Rs 1000/- in your mail as compensation and you will get the return in 14 working days . but i didn't get any of the above

                                    You are once again requested that this ADIDAS is making me frustrated and you are requested to please return my refund amount in my bank account or provide me the a handsome amount of voucher which includes HARASSMENT compensation which is caused to me by ADIDAS
