I would like to inform you regarding the manufacturing defect in my jacket which i bought from one of your stores in muzaffarnagar. Coming back home, i found some manufacturing defect in its logo. I've also contacted in your store in the great india place mall, noida. And they've asked me to submit a complaint here. I want replacement of my product from your outlet in gip mall, noida as soon as possible. Kindly help for the same.

    I brought a pair of shoes and 2 sportswear from adidas agra store on 09/11/2018. I found defect on when i reached my home and again i come back to store at 9.05 pm but the store was half close. Today i wnt to the store to return the article but i was told that we will send to the company and it will take 4 to 5 days. I understand the policy but did not understand the staff behaviour regarding this. I was questioned about the defect in the manner that i have intentionally done this. Very bad experience and i will never but adidas products in future. I am a big fan of adidas but this experience made me fell like i am nothing for your company. I have returned the article to the store and waiting for the response.

        I have complaint many times about the jacket from last year but there is no response from your side. I have purchased a jacket from your store last year and there was some defect in the jacket so i returned the jacket in the rajapouri outlet dwarka after a month when i went to inquire about the status. The store was closed. After some month i found that the outlet had been reopened on ramphal chowk. So i asked about the jacket they told me that the stock was taken by the adidas.
        I am stuck here. Where to inquire about the jacket.
        I always prefer adidas. But after this incidence i will only prefer other brands other than your brand.
        The store manager also recognize me
        And said that all the stock from the rajapouri outlet was taken back by the adidas. And he cannot help me in this matter.

          I’m from Brazil but I used to live in Arlington, VA and I got a sneaker as a gift to my boyfriend at the Ranger Outlet, MD a few months ago. When I got home in Arlington I left the sneaker’s box in the closet until the day I came back to Brazil. When I got here I had to wait until my boyfriend get back home so I could give him the gift I bought but we realized that the store seller gave me two left feet. I couldn’t believe when I saw it, I got so upset. I wanted to give him something special but unfortunately the seller didn’t pay atention and ruined this moment for us. I went to a few stores here in Brazil but they said they couldn’t do anything to help since I bought it in a different country and I don’t have the receipt. I really need your help with that because it wasn’t my fault at all. I can send you pictures but I don’t have the receipt anymore but it’s clearly brand new and never used. I sent an email to adidas and they said they can’t help me since I’m in Brazil again which doesn’t make any sense since it wasn’t my mistake. I’m really frustrated with Adidas they literally didn’t care about me.

            I had purchased an adidas neo prime shoes online from flipkart on 27th june 2017 and after all discounts i paid 3123inr and my invoice number is faaagj[protected].
            Now the problem is, colour of the shoes is faded and also the shoes is not in proper shape.
            So, i want a replacement of my shoes and i hope adidas never want to loose there old customers.

              I had ordered a adidas shoes on your website, the shoes was on 50% discount. I had ordered the shoes on august 12th, but had never tried wearing it on my legs, till october 30th. However on october 30th i had tried the shoes and had gone for a walk. I think the base of my right shoes is not cementrical and i’ve severe internal pain on my ankle bone. Request you to kindly refund my money or replace the shoes. I am unable to walk because of severe ankle pain.                 I bought a pair of dragon ball z shoe from Adidas originals - dlf promenade store on 26th oct’18 on the day of release.
                I had a word with the sales guy on previous day regarding the prices and details of shoe and discounts. I was clearly informed that there is no discount or offer at this store. He claimed that they are the only original store in delhi of Adidas originals.

                The next day on 27th oct I went to dlf saket and Adidas originals had same shoes and offer of rs 2000/- off on purchase of 10000/- and above. And the sales guy clearly stated that these dragon ball z shoes are included in the offer. He said no exchange or return which I agreed.

                I called up the promenade store and asked what is this. He said we also hav offer but not on these shoes because we are the only store.

                I refused to believe him and called up the customer care where the customer care guy said there is nothing like exclusive store at promenade but there can be different policy.

                All 3 places I got different answer but nobody explained why was I not informed of offer in spite of talking in detail on phone and in person at the store.

                This is purely cheating the customer that just because you bought from this location you will get discount and the other place you don’t . Even though the store in the same DLf malls and south delhi.
                And Adidas people refuse to give clear answer.

                Inspire of consumer forum mailing them, I didn’t get any response from them. I had to follow up on my own. I had to call and mail till I got any response from them which did not answer my query of how franchise stores cheat on basis on Brand Adidas.
                Neither did they respond whether I can use the offer or not.

                    After wearing first time adidas insignia started releasing colour. And then wearing second it started showing many problem.
                    I have filed complaint on consumer forum. Please solve my problem otherwise i will file case in court. Please replace my shoe or refund my money....

                    Sir, i have bought an adidas originals eqt shoe from flipkart. Its only 4months and my shoe's sole is leaving its paste. Should i go to the nearby adidas shop or you are going to solve my issue?
                    I have bought this expensive shoes cause i believed in your brand. Lots of my friends have bought your products so i also. But i am highly disappointed with your shoes. Now i think that i have wasted my money. If i have ever knew that this is going to happen i should have bought the fake product which look same and might be in usable condition more that this shoes.

                      I bought some item online from adidas with a guarantee of return in 30 days. I return two items and received refund only for one item, and mailing them continuously after, but no action has been taken since now on my continuous mails.
                      I have not received the refund of a returned item with product code br0807 with order no:[protected] has not been received.

                        Just i would like to inform you regarding the bad quality of the shoe which i bought from one of your stores. (Saharaganj mall lko)

                        I bought a pair of shoes from a well-known brand adidas on 10th april... Now it has been almost around five months old shoes and is torn badly and i really got very surprised as it is a well known branded shoe and how can it become in this condition which i have spent 7000 rs on it.. But i had a very strong feeling that i will go back to the same store it will be exchanged.. So a few days back i went back to the same store in lucknow and showed the shoe but sale man completely refused even he was not interested to discuss on it for exchange, at last, he told me that i will try with company. I humbly request to exchange so he said you have to send the email directly and get the approval from the company then i could exchange..
                        So please kindly i am requesting you to exchange my shoes, please i need your approval for exchanging. I will be highly obliged.. Please open the attached file of pictures of shoes and receipt.

                        I REALLY GOT VERY SURPRISED BY YOUR NEGATIVE RESPONSE AS YOU ARE A VERY PRESTIGIOUS BRANDED COMPANY ALL OVER WORLD. I USED AROUND FOUR MONTH WHICH IS TORN WITH AROUND 04 MONTH BECAUSE OF BAD QUALITY AND MATERIAL, ANYWAY IF THEY WILL REFUSE FOR EXCHANGE THAN I WILL REQUEST ON MEDIA AND FACEBOOK NOT TO USE ADIDAS EVEN I WILL POST THE SHOE PICTURE, I AM VERY DISAPPOINT WITH ADIDAS, EVEN SAME STORE AT SAHARGANJ THEY REFUSE FOR REPAIR..                           I did purchase 2 pair shoes before 1 year... And i am using both of shoes but my problem is that one pair shoes is auality was very poor. That pair was 4500rs. Now that is a out of 3 monthes of warranty but if we are purchased like that costly shoes and they are going like this quality.. Thsn we are never purchase your brand (Addidas) shoes ever.                             i had bought this gloves on adidas official. website, however in just 10 to 15 indoor football training session the gloves has completely shredded away. Im deeply shocked at the quality of the stuff given to me. I was in the delusion that adidas sells Quality stuff. As a matter of fact people. who are using local brands have no issues with their gloves. I want a refund or a good quality replacement if this was one of the rare defect of yours

                              I had buyed the article (Bb3563) as mentioned on the bill, model - cloudfoam ortholite (Running) on 14th jan 2018 (Bill attached for reference).

                              Earlier also i purchased shoes from adidas and i was really satisfied with the quality and comfort of the shoes. But this time i was really disappointed as only after a time span of few months (8 months) net of the both sides of the pair started tearing off. I was using the pair for office use only.

                              Before purchase i questioned the salesman regarding the quality of net being used, but positive reply was given to me at that time which proved to be wrong now.
                              I am attaching the pics of the shoes and copy of bill. I have also shown the shoes in the showroom.
                              My treads came off of the black and blue cloud foams I got last week. It really makes me mad there nice shoes but now I can't wear them. I need them for work. I spent a lot on them. Please replace my shoes for work. I really need them, I rarely spend a lot of money on myself but with my job I needed to.

                                    I have purchased a running shoes in Feb 2018 at the price 9500. At the time of purchase shopkeeper give us warranty for shoe mesh also. Within 3_4months the mesh begins to get cut on thumbs of both sides. Now the shopkeeper says company not gives warranty of mesh. How poor quality is of shoes of this brand. Just waste of money.

                                      There is a issue with my lower i bought from adidas nit store and no one is there to solve that issue regarding the lower there is a manufacturing issue so i posted a complain regarding this 20 dayz ago.. These are the service that u provide to ur customer nobody is there to solve the quary this is only the brand of adidas please customers dont buy adidas products becoz nobody is there is solve the issue they dont even have time to rpy back...

                                      I am colonel in Army and bought adidas traxion sports shoes uk 8 size in jul 18from csd canteen. I wear uk 8 only but to my surprise this shoe not exact 8 size and it very tight from toe portion.
                                      I have two pairs.

                                      My online order no.[protected]ladies sneaker) delivered on the 7th of Aug. 2021, at 5.50 pm. to Sushant lok 1, Sector 43. since the size was a bit big, I requested for an exchange but was told by customer [protected]@adidas.com that there was no exchange offer but could be refunded. Pick up was made on the 12th of Aug, 2021 and an acknowledgement of product being received was mailed to me on the same day. It mentions that the product after going through QC, will I be eligible for a refund. A few days back I had sent a mail to customer care and attempts to call even earlier has been met with stoic silence. I am now out of the country and have provided CC an alternate number to reach out. The no. for your info. is [protected]. This is now the 14th day and still no refund or call nor messages. I had in total bought 5 pairs of Adidas ) in this last one month (check your database if you have to, I don't lie) and had no issues.
                                      But this one incident due to the callousness of your customer care is turning out to be a nightmare. Big Brand; so everything should be oh so, professional or so I thought. Anyways, Non the Richer Non the poorer. I hope you understand.
