I have purchased a pair of adidas shoes with following details:

Description of complaint : the shoes front net and ankle back cloth got torn with in 2 months of purchase. After that i locked a complaint to flipkart internet private limited, then they replied that they cant do any thing, the product have only 10 day replacement from purchase….. After that they told that they cant do anything their illogical answer was that their not original seller then i asked the contact of original seller but they refused me.
I purchased the product on the brand name of adidas and product that having a list price of rs. 5299/- then how can flipkart refused me with a 10 days replacement policy from date of purchase. The purchasing amount is big for a common man.
In this context your are requested to do the needful as early as possible,
