There is a issue with my lower i bought from adidas nit store and no one is there to solve that issue regarding the lower there is a manufacturing issue so i posted a complain regarding this 20 dayz ago.. These are the service that u provide to ur customer nobody is there to solve the quary this is only the brand of adidas please customers dont buy adidas products becoz nobody is there is solve the issue they dont even have time to rpy back...

I, brigadier rp sharma, bought a air of adidas energy power shoe on 13 jul 2018 for rs. 9, 799/- (Rupees nine thousand seven hundred and ninety nine). The shoe really charmed me being a good sport person. But to my horror the shoe gave away from the sides within 30 days and got damaged. This has given me a setback being an ardent customer of adidas. I already own a barricade shoe of tennis and adizero golf shoes. I play with taylor made rbz set and r-1 driver. I am using full range of adidas eqpt including the puremotion t-shirts and formotion shorts.

3. On approaching the outlet (Adi sports, 70, main najafgarh road, industrial area, moti nagar, cin: u519090l 1999ptc100153, delhi) i was info to post a complaint on the site. You can well imagine my plight as i am deprived of the utility of the shoe even after paying an exorbitant price.

4. I submitted the complaint to customer care but they say nothing can be done which is a shock to me and amounts to cheating and harassment.
5. I bought the shoe and company gave the discount i never asked for it. It was not displayed at the outlet that the products have no warrant or guarantee. The receipt was given with endorsement no return no replacement. The receipt was handed over to me after the payment is made hence i have no other options left. Shoe develops a manufacturing defect and and i am told company has no responsibilities. Please tell me under what clause the grantee and warranty gets diluted. This is not expected out of a reputed company like yours. My address is as follows

Myself anurag garg purchased adidas shoes neo men's cloudfoam saturan by cloudtail india pvt limited through amazon on 21nov 2017 vide order no #[protected].
The toe of the shoes turned yellow and looking very awkward. I not used the shoe much and this happened within six months. These shoes required to be changed immidiately. The details are attached here.

After less than a period of 01 year the toe of the shoes goes yellow and looking very awkward.It is a very bad experience.
Kindly help and replace the item and I am thankful to you.

I have purchased adidas shoes worth rs.6999 from city centre (Rohini)... Ithe show i recieved from showroom rip up within 3 months then i replaced shoe from the showroom the shoe again rip up as shown in the pics within 3 months. I bought the product lower and there is a manufacturing default now who is responsible fr it as the showroom members are also not entertaining us and they said the product was in discount so what ur company is trying to tell that if we r buying somthing in discount so if there is some default u will not be entertaining us this is only ur policy says and the customer is mad that he is buying and spending some money so why we should go with brand why not local we if we getting these stupid issues in the brands aswell.. This is only product of adidas i m not satisfied with the product not with the service and i want my lower should be changed or i should get therefund..

From 25 july 2018 they not refunding my account. And now they telling me that refunded in wrong account. Now they change there behaviour totally calling talk to your bank. Bank saying first adidass mail then they transfer in my account.. Now i am completely blank what shoud i do... Order no 21544823. First mail i share my bank detail pass book front page copy but now they saying you share that account with us its not our fault. When i call they put my call on hang and then disconnect my call. I am facing bad behaviour from leading brand.

I have purchased adidas shoes worth rs. 5400 from central mall 9 months back..i must say that the quality of shoes is very very very bad. I dont know for what you people are charging us by the name of adidas.. my shoes are unwearable the sole of the shoes has already gone which was told to me that it is very good.. i must say you people must look after d quality pf shoes.. and i request you to kindly provide me a solution for d repair or anything for the shoes that i have purchased thuking that adidas is a reliable brand bt which i didnot found.. please resolve my problem at the earliest to stop taking me further step . . You must know that money paid by the customer should be provided worth value in return..

Hello, I'm maitreya. I buyed football shoes predator from Adidas 20 days back from dlf mall of India, noida, india. . It is not at all comfortable while playing and it cuts my inner part of my foot.. I started doing warm up for 15 min and it started paining.. The shoes is in very good condition as I just wore it for about 15 to 20 min... Now I want to exchange the boots and buy another from Adidas which will be more comfortable to play...

I bought a pair of men's adidas neo cloudfoam race low shoes on 26-october-2017 pricing rs. 2799/- from the official website of adidas i. E. Shop. Adidas.co.in. Only after 6 months its started automatic tearing from toe side at many places.

As i bought the adidas shoes first time with great belief in this brand but i am highly disappointed with the performance of this big brand. Actually, shoes build up towards the toe end is very hard, therefore t is getting automatically tear from that end.

I have attached some pics of this shoes and invoice/order details for your kind reference.

I request you to kindly do the needful and replace/exchange it asap.

I bought Adidas make slippers from Adi Sports Gaur Central A-1 to A-4 RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad on 9-3-18 vide bill no. S884-T1-SC3172 for Rs 2999/-
At the time of buying your salesman told me that these slippers are very durable and comes with 1 year free replacement. On this assurance I bought such costly slippers. After using them for 4 months these slippers started tearing. Today I went for replacement but your team denied to do so.

I had gone to chintamani chennai Adidas showroom to buy a women's t shirt to get as a gift for my sister. There was a row with t shirts on sale in the women's section. I tried multiple L size t shirts which was given to me by the staff of the showroom from the rack. After purchasing a t shirt for 1199 I returned to find that it was boys t shirt. When I went to exchange the t shirt the staff simply said you only tried the t shirt and got. The staff incharge refused to take any accessory from the store in exchange but only allowed to pick new arrival t shirts. Very annoyed with the behaviour of staffs in chintamani chennai Adidas showroom. Ended up buying a men's t shirt for my husband for 1499 having no other choice. They also did not give us a bill due to network issue.

I had placed an order of addidas shoes on ur site shop. Addidas. Co. In for shoes size 12, shoes were delivered on 26th June, order no is 13541920, on wearing the shoe it was tight after walking for 5 mts my heel started to pain because of the fit... I have purchased before too size 12 from ur company, having faith in ur brand i ordered the shoe... On returning it, customer care Mr pankaj told me the shoe is used and hence refund not possible...

I request you to please look into this matter... I have not accepted the return of the shoes from ur end as its of no use to me...

I been to one of your Adidas store, forum mall Koramangala, I really had a pathetic experience. All the staff were rude they don't have the basic ethics to attend a customer. They don't have the enough product knowledge to satisfy a user. When I ask the store manager they were forwarding me to a senior FC and not ready to provide complaint help line number and email id. It is very surprise for me that the FC address their customer as Bro. I will never ever purchase a product from Adidas hereafter. Though I purchased the product worth 5999. It will be the last product for me from Adidas. Take the issue seriously if you value your user. I am attaching the bill of my purchase.

I had made an order on 8th June 2018 through www.adidasultraboost.in. I receive my products on 3rd July, 2018 which were not ordered by me and were incorrect sizes.I don't know if this is fake or your original website as I found it on Google and nothing from logo to website design looks fake, and even the name of website looks original. But not the delivered product. You can find my order related details in the attachment.Kindly look into the matter.

I saw a shop address: sai fashion, ix/1220, navrati devi market, subhash road, gandhi nagar, delhi-110031 selling duplicate adidas shots and pants in wholesale. When i approached the shopkeeper named parveen sharma, he said that he is running a huge factory of manufacturing of adidas duplicate shorts and pants in east delhi itself also he has stored high volume in his one of stockroom/warehouse. Description of complaint : the shoes front net and ankle back cloth got torn with in 2 months of purchase. After that i locked a complaint to flipkart internet private limited, then they replied that they cant do any thing, the product have only 10 day replacement from purchase….. After that they told that they cant do anything their illogical answer was that their not original seller then i asked the contact of original seller but they refused me.
I purchased the product on the brand name of adidas and product that having a list price of rs. 5299/- then how can flipkart refused me with a 10 days replacement policy from date of purchase. The purchasing amount is big for a common man.
In this context your are requested to do the needful as early as possible,

3 months warranty for shoes whereas all other countries like USA and Canada have a 2-year warranty system for the same exact product clearly shows how they disregard services to us Indian customers. The sole of the shoe just separated completely due to bad quality gum used to stick the sole and the shoe in a 4 month time period when asked for warranty the company refuses to do it saying the warranty is only for 3 months but when you ask any people at their stores they say the warranty is for 1 year at the time of purchase .Late when u go for warranty service they will point to a tiny lettering on the back side of your bill which shows the 3 months which is hardly legible.

Pant which i had purchased from rt nagar bangalore from adidas for men in medium size after one wash there is a fuzz ball which looks very odd i don't know why do you cheat customer like this for just business purposes i want it to be replaced as soon as possible. Poor thing is that you tell the fact to customers about the material and look only of your own means😤😡😤

I bought the pw palm tree shoes some two months ago. I haven't used the shoes for more than a month and the sole is already torn, ripped in sections. I barely walk by foot, i go to college by bus. I barely for for like 1km each day. Even with such minimal usage, the shoes got torn. Please recommend me a shop where i can get the sole fixed or take the shoes back. I bought it from shop.
