sir, my name is srinivas.i had taken a sim from an outlet and my number is [protected]. i had lost my sim in january and am busy with my family.one day i had seen my wallet and found my sim missing.so i went to aircel store in warangal and thought of applying a form for requesting a dublicate sim but the person in the help desk said that it was deactivated. i had given that number to all my wellwishers.........please solve my problem................

I have purchase a number [protected] from Ms. Megana at G. T. office but after two three days my outgoing got bared then I have call to customer care they told me that your outgoing got bard bcoz of CAF not filled correctly then I went to Udaipur office there I met to Mr. Sunil ([protected]). I told about my problem then he told me i[censored] re-submits your document and i[censored] want to re-verification then u have to pay 10,000 Rs as No. cost bat when I purchase this No. it was coming free of cost. I have confirmed this thing from Ms. Megna and Megana had confirmed that from his Sr. officer.

Today one of my friends went G.T. office then I talk with Ms. Megan thru him. Then she told I will active your no. within 4 hr. and u doesn’t have pay anything and any document. He provides me office no. [protected]. But I am calling this no. form afternoon but anybody is not picking up my call. So kindly tell me correct resolution of this problem.

I am the one among the fed up customer of aircel , the problem is for the last 9 months
I am struggling to change my mailing address, and my service numbers are for the same service request ( service request number : 1-[protected] , Your service request number :1-[protected], Your service request number is: 1-[protected],Your service request number :1-[protected]) but the wonder is still my mailing address has not changed also I have not received any monthly bill for the last 9 months, but blindly I am paying the monthly bills with out any idea of my usage.

I strongly believe that the customer service people in aircel doing nothing to their customer, after all 7 times i have contacted the call center even in call center also they are repeating the same story that with in 48 hours it will be resloved, but so far nothing is changed, 2 times they were not ready to answer my questions simply they cut the call with out any information same to be conveyed the florr supervisors Mr.Vidiyal and Ms.Honey Fathima.

I just want to know that is aircel really interested to provide service to their exsiting customers , for your information I am 5 years old customer to aircel.

if the aircel official check with my service request numbers they will understand how much pain they gave to their customer like me.

with lots of frustration of being a customer of aircel

my name is pawan damase. i have took Aircel connection 6 months ago. you know till now total 15 to 20 times they have deducted my balance automatically. i do not know why?

when i call on aircel customer care. they tell me "sir jee u have pressed any button for our service". how can be this possible while i did not pressed any button for their services. they tells a lie.

today also my blance is deducted. i have tried to calll in customer care but i did not found any option to call them. and after that i have tried for online complain then i found thier site "aircel.com" have a some programming error. which type of company it is? i am not understanding.

you know they attached any bhojpuri color tune in my mobile. if anyone will hear this song then it will be great in[censored] for me. its a third class song . i want to remove it but no one receiving my call.

it is not my first time. it is happened again n agiain total 15 to 20 times thats why i am complaining you. n the most important thing my friend also want to do lot of complain.

now i am going to make a page with the title "Aircel is the fraud company" in all the social networking site.

sir finally i would like to say one thing that such type of fraud company should not be exist in country. this company only know about how to loot their customers?

I am using aircel for the past 5 years in prepaid and recently for past six months i had moved to post paid. I received only one bill and after that i could not locate any details of number. I have log in through aircel portal it says invalid aircel number. I have plan to change the aircel through MNP but after sending SMS to 1900, it says please send the message in correct format. I had contact customer care several times but they are not locating my problem. I just want an UPC Code to resolve my problem. Kindly do the needful.My number is [protected].

I have been getting unwanted calls/sms from hundreds of mobile users since more than 1 month now, and they are calling because Deccan Chronicle and aircel matrimonial are sending ad sms to their mobile users, and mentioning my vodafone mobile number ([protected]) against some groom profile.


Earlier tata doco users used to call me. More recently aircel users started calling. All of them mention about the deccan chronical ad they received on their mobile. How can any mobile operator (tata docomo or aircel) or any site like deecan chronicle send in their ad my number if I have never ever registered to them? This is a case of spam'ing my number.

I am fed up of such daily calls/sms now. I had registered complain to deccan chronicle customer care but no help was done. I still get numerous such unwanted calls/sms daily.


Any help here would be highly appreciated.

I have purchased a SIM from agent of Aircel during 2009 and I have been used for a long period upto January 2011. On 28.01.2011 I have lost my costly moible with two SIMs. The Dual SIM Samsung mobile costs around Rs.8500/- inclusive of 2 GB Micro SD Card. After a long search, I have approached the Aircel Showroom for duplicate SIM for which the have charged Rs.102/-. The employees behavior has been very good and the approach with customers are also excellent. But I have to wait for 45 minutes to get the Duplicate SIM for the Aircel contact No.[protected].

Now my question is, when IDEA charging Rs.28/- and BSNL charging Rs.22/-, Airtel charging Rs.27/-, why Aircel company charging Rs.102/- for duplicate SIM.

After handover of Dup. SIM they have given bill for Rs.102/- on 03.02.2011. When I was asked about abnormal charge, they were very cool and politely said that this is the charge to retain the same number.

If they have informed me initially, I might have requested to block the number and disclaimed the duplicate SIM.

The balance was only Rs.41/- in the above contact number.

Now, I have exhausted the balance and let it arrive at Rs.0.00 balance and kept the SIM at Almira. Now I using the BSNL SIM.

i have complaint so many times to the coustomer care but they not done any thing.

I recharge my Aircel mobile in the month of December 2010. I recharged my aircel mobile through their website. After completing successful transaction of 75 rupees , They did not add my recharge amount in my aircel number.I contacted customer care through email and phone. But they could not provide reasonable solutions. I gave them my bank transaction history but they did not return my recharge amount till now. Aircel is biggest fraud online. I have attached a screenshot of failed recharge online through aircel site.

Hi ALL,
I am using aircel (chennai) for past 6 years in post paid, although the customer service is not nice in post paid so i migrate post paid to pre paid.. After changing pre paid i offered by them
using pocket internet, dialer tunes, star pack for 7 days ,30 days and 30 days respectively. I like this dialer tunes but i don`t like start pack and pocket internet even they offered free.. so i called the customer on 27 of december and request them to cancel the star pack and not to cancel dialer tune, the customer care officer wrongly deactivated the both.. That`s day the tension starts, after that i made complaint about this thing to customer care, they said to solve this problem within 48hrs but it extend still now and not solved.. I called and asked the complaint status atleast 10 times minimum a week but worst service of aircel customer care officer asking problem from day one what happen.. I also request call back from higher officials but no use So my decision is don`t use AIRCEL service....

I heard the Aircel is first in 2008 (Tamilnadu), third in 2009 (Tamilnadu)
If 2010 survey taken then AIRCEL come at last...

Main city chennai having problem means what are the village side think people think, don`t use aircel service..

I have done two 50 me 50 full talktime recharges which both are deducted from my main balance account .

And i was given ( When I called in Customer Care. ) info that i have used internet . But i didn't used internet in my mobile yet.

I always used in my office on pc or laptop.

As soon as i did recharge that recharge is deducted from it.

Its very poor that this is not the genuine way to earn money.
And I am that much educated that i can understand what internet is and how we can use it.

I want my money back.

i have a aircel prepaid connection last 1 2 years. aircel provides very poor services such as customer care (very irritating sevice), message death line Rs 3, unwanted telemarketing even registered DND services. iam totally hate the aircel services. thank god mobile number potability helps me. iam switch over to Tata Docomo. its very fine service.

SORRY to Disturb You from Your Extrenely Busy Schedule. I would Like to Draw Your Attention to my problem which I'm facing in Kolkata created by Aircel (One of the Cellular Service Provider in Kolkata Circle).

Sir/Madam, My Cell No :+[protected] has been in Operation since Sep 2009 according to Aircel Records. I'm always been a Prepaid user, The Service Provider has Tremendousely Harrassed me Financially as well as Mentally by subscribing Me to their any iriodic value added Services without any input from Our side.
When the MNP Services started I opted to Change My Oparator to Tata Do Co Mo, I filled Up MNP form of Tata Docomo & Submitted All the Necessary Documents along with the MNP Code taken from Aircel.
Aircel has registered My application & Provided Me a Serial No : SR-[protected] on 1st of February 2011 and Given me a date of 8th february as the day of Porting the Operator.
On 4th February 2011, I recieved a SMS from 1901 stating that My application for MNP has been Rejected by the Service Provider due to My Number is not even 90 days OLd
as Per Rule.

Sir/Madam, Please do Sumthing as this is a Totally False Reason to Reject My Application as I'm more than 1.5 years old Client of Aircel and being a Prepaid User, I don't have any Dues in the Company.

I expect that Sum Serious action will be Taken against Aircel and I will be Allowed to Change My Operator soon without Changing My Number.
