[Resolved] Airtel — Action required: fraud offer made by airtel retention team. | |||||
Worst and saddest customer service by airtel team. On 16th sept, i opted the porting my number, but very next moment retention team executive call me and giving me a fare package and ask me to stop porting process. On that moment i was carrying myplan 499 but your executive give me legacy 399 plan with 50 rs discount on rental as wel as extra 500 minutes of local/std and 1gb 4g/3g data. I agree with that. On 23rd of sept i have submitted all required document to nearest relationship center for activating new plan. On 27th retention team activated my plan. For this i have called[protected], [protected] nos. From the morning of 29th sept i am not able access any 4g/3g/2g data on my number. Come back home in evening i checked from my airtel app, that the plan is reverted back to 149. This is a act of fraud. Retention team cheated me with such petty offer. My plan was Rs:999, but the bill came Rs:1500 . i gave 1000 Rs for the installation i called the service care. i did not get the solution yet, after 40 gb the message should come to my mobile that my data is low and i should take the decision wheather i will use or not please confirm before increase our bill

I have done online recharge through Indian bank on my prepaid mobile number [protected]at 18.48 hrs on 24/09/2016. Payment has been done, but I did not get balance. Kindly do needful at the earliest.
