Airtel — Airtel 399 recharge validity only 56 days instead of 70 days | |||||
Hi, On 24-april-2017, there was an offer on my Airtel app for Rs 399 recharge with 70 days validity. After I recharged the same offer I got a message saying recharge successfully validity 50 days. When I called customer care they refused to grant 70 days validity saying they have withdrawn the offer. My complaint is if they are showing in the app they should fulfill the promise. If they want to withdraw they should have removed or updated the recharge packs and validity information in the recharge page. they are cheats Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have used airtel 3g sim since 06 years i have no any trouble when i was in 3g sim. When i got message from offer of 4g sim for 399 recharge 1gb/day 70/56. i did not recharge 70day's due to the offer has been withdrawal after some time. I recharge 399 for 56 days after up gradation from Airtel store. The store executive also promised that its 399 recharge 56 day's 1gb/day.
After recharge i got only 1gb no 1gb/day. i have complain through mail. but no any reply.
When i tried to speak customer care through my airtel number its get sucks my life no option to speak costumer care executive they are simply advertising such a fish market.
Finally I decide I will no be waste money time to Airtel.

Hi.. I have recharged with RC 399 which promises 1GB/day data and unlimited calls for 70 days. But after 1 month i got a message saying that your offer is about to expire. Kindly look into the matter
