Dear sir/madam
Myself pardeep kumar with consumer mobile no [protected] of airtel company. I recharged my acc no with rs. 349 and got 28 days 3g speed data limited 1gb/day.

1-but the speed they mentioned was not provided ever.
2- the quality was never good
3- connection breakdown is the biggest issue
4 - costumer care support is not satisfying anything, just speech lie continuous.

Biggest fraud of robbery

I had paid money for 28 days
But the airtel company didn't provided internet services on these date:-

    deactivated my currently using number n given to another person

    This is raju... I have been using airtel number from last few years... Few days back it has been deactivated and same number has been given to someone in somewhere else. I have used same number in bank account/ transaction... Without our permission how could they deactivate the number which has been using...
    At any cost i need the same airtel number......

    My data is not activated since from 15 august, i'm using wifi network for using internet, but airtel company is charging by saying 0.0 kb used charge 0.4 paisa. Since from last two weeks daily.

    Pls find attached screenshot.

    Expectecting refund from airtel and stop indvently charging. Also extend this complaints investigation to other customers.

      I was in china for from 2 july to 28 july. I have taken the china plan from airtel 3999 rs on 1 july this plan gives 5 gb of data free incoming call unlimited and 500 minutes of china calling and india calling free.

      I had exceeded my data usage and so as advised airtel personal told me you need to take the another plan if i want use the data so i have taken there 10 days china plan on 22 july this gives 3 gb of data free, unlimited incoming and 300 minutes og china and india calling free.

      When the bill was generated till 22 nd of june i was surprise to see it was 21500 +.
      I called airtel they said the bill is visible in my airtel app but it is not generated yer so we can not do anything once bill will generate after 2 days we can see.

      I called after 2 days they said bill is generated but after bill it generated it takes 48 hours to open the bill.

      I called them after 4 days they said the data calculation come from china so we still not have we will send you itemised bill after that on email and call you

      After that for 1 month i calling them 5 time each time i was not given itemised bill nor any action and justification of wrong bill all the 5 times i told them i want to call to your supervisor each time they said supervisor is not on the floor he will call you after 30 minutes and supervisor never called.

      Then i have suddenly got the bill revised to 18200 + that was wrong but atleast as per there actual data calculation.

      But there data calculation itself is wrong. They said i have used 8 gb of data between 2 july and 21 july. My mobile show me 13 gb from 1 july to 31 july. On 29 when i was in india i used the data much as i have 50 gb of free data in india i had thats why

      Billing they calculated for for 22 july bill

      9000 rs extra data usage
      3999 rs 30 days china plan
      2999 rs 20 days china plan
      1100 + extra call
      600 base fare
      3300 tax

      After wavier they given me 18200 rs bill
      9000 rs extra data usage
      3999 rs 30 days china plan
      2999 rs 20 days china plan
      1100 + extra call
      600 base fare

      They wavedoff tax. I said howcould it be 3300 rs tax. Whether they can tax me for amount paid to there china counterpart
      Also how could they remove tax. T

      That means they have charge tax wrongly

      And now they are saying we have done the enough because you were our customer for very long.

      Something you charge wrongly and remove is it a favour or crime i am not sure

      Also still data they have still not done any rectification

      Also till date i have not yet got the itemized bill

      All this calculation i have done is what they have told me today after 1.5 month followup

      Also now unbilled amount it is showing 5000 rs in my airtel app.
      Again today[protected] when finally supervisor called me i informed her after that it suddenly became na (Not available)

      I request you to please help me and do the needfull

      Now unbilled amount is showing 5600 rs in My Airtel APP. This means what Airtel reduce in 22July bill they are taking in next bill.

        Worst service from one of your channel partner. It has been a month i paid for an activation fee and still, my number has not been ported.

        I have requested them a lot and have shared all the required information. Now, the situation is when i call them they straight away disconnect my call.

        Please look into the matter and resolve this issue. Please call me immediately.

          I recharge the airtel no with pack of 399 on 24th august 2017 at 1 pm. After 5 mints i call some one for verification that i am getting the benefit of this pack or not. But the money has deduct from my main balance, in the night i call to cc that why i am not getting the benefit as per cc you will get the benefit aftye 12 hrs.in same mobile i use the jio sim my mobile is working perfectly but when i change the network in airtel its working like pathetic. But still i am not getting the 399 pack benefit. Only 1 g network working in airtel in my mobile. I need the refund money or need the service any how.

              Unexpected balance deduction from my account. And i did recharge from my airtel app and it has been done by mistake and no help through their executives and balance deduction from my account unneccesarily and refuse to refund back and same in this recharge. I'm getted frustrated from this company and no more want to use this network. I want to port my number and i had take my port code from network at that time they were just like ya sir we will do what u say but after that as usual they are

                I use lenovo 4g handset and i use airtel 4g sim on this handset in sim 1 slot but any time when i connect my mobile data on it will show only 2g but some time when im on the way of road its shows 4g. I request u pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  One of representative collected my phone for accidental repair damage under insurance plan on 29th august 2017 and a day before i received a mail stating that claim has been rejected on account of late intimation of incident. I have still submitted my phone in thought of might be after my conversation on call they have agreed for ignoring the late intimation. On 29th when i called them they told claim has been rejected and we will give your phone back with in 48 hours but till today it has not been returned back. Today on 1st september, i again called customer care, and today also they told me that it will take 48 hours to return back your phone.

                    Due to old age (More than 70) the finger print is not coming in the machine.
                    So my aadhaar could not be inked to my mobile. I am getting a warning
                    Every day that my mobile services will be disrupted due to non linking
                    Of aadhaar. Please advise me what i should do further.

                      I have recharged my airtel no [protected] 399 plan unlimited calls, 1gb per day validity 84 days, on aug 19. And i already have some balance, when started to use online i got message like 300 mb has been used on you 1gb. I thought i used 300 mb out of 1gb for the day, on next day i got message like just 200 mb remaining balance only available, from 3rd day i am not able use internet and can't make any calls. It says you have no balance in your account. Even i am not able to reach airtel customer care person due to no balance.

                        I am facing a problem regarding call drop at my address 'bajarang nagar nagpur'.
                        I used calling over 4g network. Network convert into 3g while calling. It doesn't matter. But it doesn't connect call properly or i can't hear voice and suddenly disconnected automatically.
                        I have complaint to customer care 2 times. But they didn't take action at all.
                        If my problm would not be solved i will complaint in consumer forum. I just talk to consumer forum they are going to take an action if my complaint would not be solved.

                          I had been using my mobile number[protected] since before 2010 with kolkata vodafone. When i moved to hyderabad, i got it ported to airtel in august 2015.

                          My number got deactivated on 14th december 2016 as i relocated outside india in july 2016 and was not able to use it as i could not get network on that sim at all times.

                          As per policy, it can be activated with another 30 days post deactivation after payment of a fee. This amount was attempted to be auto-deducted but as the balance was insufficient, it got deactivated permanently and i was told (Over mail from 121) to visit the gachibowli store from where i opted for mnp.

                          This was not physically possible for me to come to india just to get this re-activated. As a result, i lost my access to bank account, aadhar related access which were linked to this mobile number.

                          I was further told that after the grace period of 30days (14 jan 2017), if i do not get it reactivated, it is returned back to the mother operator after another 90 days, i. E. Kolkata vodafone in my case.

                          But both vodafone and airtel from kolkata circle confirmed that the number is still with airtel hyderabad, even after.

                          I dropped a mail to the nodal officer in hyderabad and i was informed over mail that i had to go to hyderabad (Specifically the store where i got the number from - which is itself impractical) to get information regarding the number. I went there and was given the same info i already knew over mail.in fact, the gachibowli store didn't help me at all, even regarding the nodal office details.

                          I went to the begumpet store in splendid towers on 11th august 2017 and i was informed that they have asked for an update from the mnp team over mail and i should get a reply next day on my current mobile number which i provided them. But, as usual, no updates from their side. I went there again on 14th aug and was told the same thing that i should get an update by 17/18 aug. And guess what, i'm still waiting for an update and wasn't even given a callback number for enquiry. I was served by farooq, the nodal officer and this is what i can expect from airtel. Absolute disregard of customers by airtel.

                          I made a huge mistake switching to airtel and would ask my friends and family not to consider airtel in the future.

                          I want to sue airtel for causing this inconvenience and not following mnp policies upon deactivation. As a result, i cannot get the number reactivated with any operator!

                            I purchased a new mobile (Micromax canvas 2) under the airtel handset offer scheme.
                            After purchasing the phone, i put my postpaid connection no. [protected] in first sim and prepaid in second sim slot. I spoke to customer care regarding the offer and suggest me to go to an airtel centre/shop to activate. When i visited airtel centre on 31/08/2017, they informed me that the offer has been given already on 26/08/2017 to my postpaid number as this postpaid sim was in my 1st sim compartment... Since this offer was only for prepaid customers how and where the offer has gone. I purchased the handset and airtel new prepaid sim for this offer only. I have not get any benefit in my postpaid connection as well.

                              Hi there,
                              I'm payal makhija holder of some connections of airtel service provider from a long time.
                              I was cheated by one of your retention team member and a store (Address - b-1, ground floor, paschim vihar, 10063) by rs.1916
                              A few months back i was porting my airtel mobile no to vodafone (9599555*), i generated the porting number and suddenly i got a call from him saying he will be giving me the discount on my current plan and my plan will be now 349 infinity with same benifits. So i visitied the store to reconfirm.
                              Unfortunately i came in their words and didn't ported for which i'm bothering now with my different airtel no 7503308* because now outgoing calls for this number has been restricted.
                              I'm ready to pay the bill to start my other no services but i will not be paying 1916 cheated amount.
                              Also, nobody is ready to help me out with this not even you customer care department neither any store.
                              I want a strict action on this else i will be registering the complaint against you people.

                                I have to submit that i am using your company mobile no.[protected] from the last more than two or three years. But now it is very panic to me that from last 4-5 bills are very highest. Now i was checking its bill thoroughly and found that you are recovered rs.100/- late payment charges which are also panic. I think you were also charge as such charges from my last few bills. Further i have to submit that the data charges amount rs.199/- is mentioned in my bill, which i can’t want to deposit because your company has stopped the same facility in the mid of month without my concern which is i want to stopped at the last date of bill i. E. 19.08.2017. So it is therefore requested to go through my previous complaints and kindly be stop all such services at my mobile no. Immediately till matter settlement either i want to switch this number with jio or any other mobile company.

                                  Hi all, i have been using 4g airtel internet service - hot spot from many days. I always faced network issues. Once i registered arround 6 complaints from the month of january till july. All of my initial complaints are closed saying issue has been resolved, but issue was never resolved. Atlast in july one technician visited my home and he said that, if i want to use airtel services inside my home the best i can get is 2g. When i called appelate office they told me that network issue has been found in my locatoin during january itself and they can not do anything apart from placing a new tower. And that will not happen until unless there is a huge requirement. Those guys even dint informed about the network issue till my 6th complaint though they identified it much earlier. What should be done to these kind of service providers? Even after i changed my location i am still facing the network issue. They should be taught a lesson.

                                  I request everyone not to go behind these kind o[censored]nprofessional and unethical service providers like airtel.

                                      Dear sirs, as on 30.08.2017 i took an airtel prepaid sim from airtel customer service centre at dharmanagar north tripura pin 799250 address: near kalibari and opposite of bata shop. I paid rs. 150.00 to the dealer, (A short boy took the money) name not known to me. He said that i will get the facilities of rs. 148.00 within half an hour after activation. After installation of the sim it has been activated within a few minutes (I left the stores) after few hours i started journey to agartala tripura by train, but post activation neither any call is being forwarded from the sim nor any data pack is working.. As i have left that place and now i am so far from the stores. I am submitting this complaint to have the matter inquired properly and to obtain the facilities provide to me if possible, as we know the airtel is a renowned company. My new no. Is [protected]. Please do the needful at your earliest.

                                      I had a balance of rs. 56 in my Airtel no. And today I got a message that Airtel deducted 35rs. From my balance for Game Club subscription which I haven't even asked for. This is really disgusting.
                                      My mobile stolen by someone and I want to block my sim.
                                      I have a recharged for a 70 days unlimited local and std calls pack with 70 days internet but i m not able to make any outgoing calls ... it's saying that my acc balance is low ... but what about the unlimited pack ????? While my internet is still working...

                                      How to resolve this problem????
