Yesterday (04.09.2019) one person was contact to me and he say "is this your number?" this number was used by me also. And he said my number was blocked.
My sim number [protected] this number was used by another one person.
This number was my personal use please clear that problem immediately.
And this number want to me defenately. Please recover that problem before my number also blocked.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I Do a Recharge of 399 at the time of recharge they say that i can use both 3g and 4g but now they say use 4g and must be 4g phone. I have recharge messege also where mention that you can use 3g but airtel change detail from info.
Just i want hellotune my choice. I send ( wav and mp3) letter head and all the documents. I request for hellotune, 11 aug 2017 niw today is 30 aug. Airtel service is so poor and very bad. Now i port to idea. I request you to sir please action your team

      I am facing problem since 15days in internet. The 4g internet is not just working at all. Its irritating now and i have been complaining several times and they suggest different ways which is just a waste. Nothing is resolved. I have activated 499 pack which is just a waste! See to this problem asap. I have recharged of 499 which seems to be waste. I could not use more than 50mb a day. This is rediculous. I have to study through internet. Nor watsapp nor youtube none of the apps are wroking. The whole data is just wasted. 90% of the time the net doesnot work

        Dear airtel team,

        This is bring into your kind notice that i am using airtel connection past 10 years and i was very happy with your services. But unfortunately, from last 2 months when i have changed my network plan from 3g to 4g. Thereafter i am facing very poor networking issue, i thing i am not getting even 2g speed.

        If i have to watch any video at youtube or going to download any photo or video from whatsapp then i have to wait for couple of hours. If i see my internet speed which is usually show in phones then it comes only 0.2k/s or 0k/s.

        Before this incident i was a big supporter of airtel and my relatives or friends who is using reliance jio they always appreciate this jio but i ignored it. But now i feel that really they are experiencing much better compare to airtel.

        I have already registered my complaint in airtel on 23th aug'17 and i am just getting phone calls only instead of resolution.

            I m in international roaming. Your airtel service already deduct 99 rupees for international roaming. Apart from they deduct unnecessary 30 rupees on 30th july. And now on 31th august they activate dindoclub service without my permission and they deduct 35 rupees again. Please kindly request give my money in my number again and stop doing this and stop this services which you activate on my no.

              I had ported my airtel sim from gujarat network to karnataka. After the successful porting i am not able to receive calls from people and neither the messages. It says that the number is invalid. Only i can make calls.

              I have sent emails to [protected]@airtel.in. No proper replies yet.

              I beg you, people, to get my issue resolved. Please help me resolve this issue.

                As your customer care stuff are not hearing any complaint so the complaint to you is given below.
                I have taken a new sim from your airtel agent for rs.449 for ul calls for 70 days on 30th june 2017 sim card no. [protected]. But from last 2 days all local calls are barred and i am unable to use the phone with your sim.

                Dear sir,
                This is to inform you that i have recharged rs.399 for ul calls for 70 days on 30th june 2017 sim card no. [protected]. But at present all local calls are barred. I do not know the reason why it has happened. I am unable to make outgoing or incoming calls. So i request you to investigate the matter and continue and remove barred of outgoing calls. As my phone is ordinary so only call facility to be continued up to another 35 days

                By mistake date of purchased was 31st July 2017 and not 30th June 2017. Please rectify it.
                My Airtel Landline is[protected] and Broadband is 044/94047175_tn.

                As I have left for India, please cancel the connection immediately. I have already all old dues and there is nothing outstanding as of date. I did not use the telephone and the Broadband internet in the whole of August 2017.

                  I recharged for rupees 499 after clicking browse plans with my number [protected] in the myairtel app link in online. But the money got deducted say this "this plan is not applicable for you money will be returned within 2 or 3 business days." since this plan is not applicable i have recharged again on 12 the august same day with 349 it got benefitted to my account.
                  Now that 499 rupees is still not re-funded
                  I have informed to the customer many times
                  Very worst service they are providing.
                  This is a very bad behaviour.
                  Refund the as soon as possible

                    I had recharged my number [protected] with rs 399 on 25th june 2017. Benefits were promised as unlimited call and 1 gb data daily free for 84days. Order i'd of recharge is[protected]. But recharge benefits have been stopped within 70days from recharge. This is happening continuesoly. Same problem was observed last time also and had to raise complaint.
                    Kindly look in to this and restart my plan immediately else i will complaint in consumer court as well as with trai.

                      I m not getting the complete package as the company provided.Totally company is frauding to customers.And it is clearly written in the format that the 4g handset will get these benefit after recharge it and now when I check it on airte app balance enquiry, it is just opposite and all.The company is misguided me and the other customers.

                          I replaced my normal sim card with micro sim card as my new handset requires that. Later my old sim was deactivated but didn't activate new micro sim card. I went to retail store again where i took the card. They told server is down. But even after 12 hours still it is not activated and i am unable to call and receive calls.

                            In march you promise me that on recharge of 345 benefit was unlimited calling and 1 gb 3g/4g data for one year. Two days earlier i used the benefit but today i rechage 345 and get only 4g data while i have 3g handset. Please think about my complain otherwise i have many airtel numbers i port these numbers. I called customer care but they do not give proper answer only want to disconnect the phone.

                              Never seen such a poor customer service in my whole life such a bad experience so far

                              They have blocked 19000 inr which i have added 3 months back to the payments bank.. And still they are keeping with them.. When i call them for reason of blocking my money.. They asked for my aadhar card copy to defreeze my money.. Which i have sent them

                              When i requested to unblock my account they comes with another reason that i have sent my bank statment to show that transction.. I emailed them that also..

                              When i have requested again.. They comes with new reason that i have to visit nearest airtel retailer with original docement and need to give 100 inr

                              I did that also now i am emailing them to unblock my money of 19100.. They are coming with another reason that i have to sent bank statment and proof of identity..

                              I am just running out of patience.. When i am emailing them that these things i have already sent and i have visited your own airtel store with original docements.. They are just blank and sending the same email again and again.. When i am calling customer care they are disconnecting my call and no call back

                              Kindly get my complain resolved so that i can discontinue my services with this brainless company and use better company like paytm or jio

                                There is network problem in my locality.
                                Two to three times i've already complained before they just reply there is no tower and it will be setup soon.
                                Very often there no signals, else it catches roaming signals (Most of the time).
                                Looking forward to port my sim to other as many of our neighbor have already done.

                                  On 4th september, 2017 at 2.27 p. M. I received a message from airtel that hot chillies service has been activated @ rs. 99 for 30 days. I didn't activate any of this service in my mobile. How can a telecommunication company do this without taking any kind of consent from consumers? I tried to contact their customer care through phone. But there is no option for lodging a complaint. I have deactivated the vas in evening when i get to see the message. I want them to refund the amount they have been deducted from my account.

                                    I had subscribed for airtel secure on 6/07/2017 and the agents were so sweet to help me when i wanted to subscribe and when i did i realised that the details of the handset in the airtel app and my device don't match at all, so i had to again call airtel to inform them the same and it was later changed. It just looked perfect the subscription date 6/07/2017 handset details now matched and when i raised a claim on the 28th of july that the mobile got damaged i was informed that the subscription date is the 15/07/2017 and not the 6th. Therefore the claim is being rejected as it's in the cooling period.
                                    This shows the heights that a company like airtel can go to just rip customers off and not give them the service as promised and just keep charging them.
                                    I'm sure this is just a forum where we can raise our voice but not going to affect the company in any ways if they lose a single customer.
                                    As a consumer we do have the rights like if
                                    1. A trader or a service provider resort to unfair or restrictive practices of trade.
                                    2. A trader or a service provider if charges a price more than the price displayed on the goods or the price that was agreed upon between the parties or the price that was stipulated under any law that exist take it forward and make sure others don't go through the same.
                                    And a few more rights as well.

                                      I went to the airtel store in ashok nagar, chennai to upgrade the existing 3g sim to a 4 g sim. Once i received the 4g sim i did the necssary to activate it. However my phone shows "no service" inspite of having activated the 4g sim. I am currently using my 3g sim only which is bad since network isnt available most oif the time.
