Hi, my complaint is against airtel for my landline number[protected]. I have requested in month of aug for the unlimited calling of rs 99 and that they promised me that its activated, again later in the month of aug, i have given instruction to disconnect my number because of higher amount paid but later they promised to give me better plan with some benefits as :
1- 699 monthly plan
2- one month rent waiver 1
3- rs 100 off in the final bill for 2 consecutive months
4- 50 rs off from 99 unlimited calling.
This all was been promised to me and i asked them to send me in written but they have not sent any mail for the same.
Later when i have received my bill, nothing as mentioned above worked and i have received full bill with landline calling amount as well for more than 1000 rs while it should be null for that month,
I have called again and asked them all the situation, then some said, we have no plan updated, other said that its something else mentioned and 3rd say it blackened issue. They keep on generating this bill with addition of subsequent month bills in-spite of my various reminder and call and complaints. I have started paying rs 860 (699 +49+tax) to airtel every month and said the the waiver part can be adjust as i am not supposed to pay that along with the calls charges that should not exist as i have a unlimited call plan. But airtel customer ppl keep on sending same bills again and again with late charges fees. I have complaints various time but no difference, in the month of march (After 6 month) they finally waived one month rent and said that its been waived not and pay rest amount, i have said that you have waived rent but not waived the late fee for the amount and also not the wrong calling charges but again they have not waived it, till now again i am getting cumulative amount of bill and today when i again request customer care to disconnect my number then they offered me a new plan that you pay this all amount and next month i will offer a new plan for you, i said don't bribe me again first solve this issue and then we will talk about future then he said okay i can give you discount for 500 and i said sir im not looking for discount, i need reversal of wrong amount then he said that i[censored] will not agree to this then u have to pay full amount of 2600 and then it will be disconnect and i said why will i pay wrong amount but they said no u have to pay fully whatever been charged, i mean this is the way they are harassing customer mentaly, its been 10 month for one issue and they have harassed me completely. They offer new plans to customer and then make them fool by saying its not mentioned in record or sorry its been a mistake from backed. They don't provide anything in written so that customer can also make a note,. Now i want money from airtel of rs 50, 000 for mentally harassing me this way. I am complexly pissed of with the way they are making us fool and mentally sick

Updated by agrawalanu have got the response from airtel to waive off the amount. they have given time for 24 hours, will update if its resolved .
