1. This is to intimate that my device claim was rejected on 27 jun 2017 and i was told by airtel representative that my mobile set will be delivered in two days. But beyond my imagination, my mobile set is not delivered till now. There is no response on your customer care no 121.in fact after multiple trials of calling on 121, i could not find out which option to select for airtel secure or to talk to your customer care representative.

2. I have called six times to oneassist. Till 7 july 2017 they told me that my device will be delivered in one-two days. Now oneassist is saying that they could not provide any update on this and this is the responsibility of airtel.

3. Firstly my claim is rejected without siting any particular reason. Secondly my mobile is not returned till date, its been around a month. What an atrocious service by airtel. I don't know about oneassist but i am using airtel services for years. I have never seen such poor state of affairs till now.

4. Kindly deliver my mobile on updated address at the earliest.

    I have deposited rs 11, 000/ on 31.03.2017 but till today deposited amount not showing in my mobile number. I have complain several times regarding this amount but problem yet not be solved. Lastly i will be lodge rti against your company. My mobile number is [protected]. I complaint several times in local airtel office, which properitor name is mr. Sharad kumar but not taking any response from their side.

      My phone and sim works on 4g. Few days ago i had put the 399 pack for 70 days. Ive used this offer before also. And it had no problem. But now my data isn't working at all. It works on 2g network when i've paid for 4g network. I've got my phone checked it has no problem. I've tried calling on a 121 and tried complaining and it never works. This is very disappointing.

        I have a connection of airtel digital tv id no [protected] at civil lines jhansi up east circle, on 29th june my tv shows no signal i contacted airtel digital tv office they send a technician he told me that your settop box is not working i say it is on garantee but he refuse and charged rs. 350/- for that after the same day once again my tv shows no signal i contacted many times today he came and took away that settop box so i am in great hardship and feels cheated by the local airtel authorityes and from 29th june to till now i am without tv kindly pursu my matter as no one lisining me as i registerd complaint twice of airtel voice system at last i am helpless and thinking to diversify any other brodecaster so help me please and inquiry the matter for charging rs. 350/- in garantee period also.

          I had done a recharge on 5th july 2017 of rs799 but benrfit of this recgarge is not given by company till date. I told many time company customer care but my problem is not resolved. I told customer care on 6th july ref no - [protected] they told that it takes 72hrs to resolve after 72hours i call back but no response given they said for 24hrs more to resolve, when after 24hrs i call back they told more 48hrs to resolve the problem

            Hi team,

            I have taken the plan of 499, but every month i was charged for the bill of 800-900 rs. Since i have opt for the option of portability, i have recevied call from customer and he told me that since december i was paying 150 extra for 500 mb data usage charges.

            This plan was activated my clicking on some pop up button, which i was not aware of. Neither i had received any confirmation call, message or email from airtel to activate this plan.

            So how come without my permission you can charge me or active any plan??
            After filing this complain again and again airtel is not ready to levied the charges and want me to pay for the whole amount. Can you please help me with this issue

              Dear sir,
              My self subrata santra & working at the wesman engg co pvt ltd. As per airtel's telephone, it was offered that my existing tata modem will be replaced by airtel modem at free of cost.in that way, i got the data card sim & no. Is [protected] on 24.06.2017. After that daily assurance on telephone that your modem will be reached at you immediately.
              But unfortunately not getting the modem still now. I don't know why your team is giving wrong information & wrong assurance & wastage our time.
              It is requested to bring back my sim card & return my documents.

                Despite repeated request you have forcefully shifting my billing from paper to e billing for my mobile no [protected]. Regarding this issue, we have talked several times to customer care but to no avail. This is my last warning to airtel to kindly put me in paper billing system and ensure that it is not changed without my consent. If you will not send the paper bill, i will port my no. To other operator. This is my final warning.

                Kindly also ensure paper billing for my new post paid data card no[protected].

                I am unable to contact airtel customer care. Presently no option is available to talk to customer care executive. No mail is available to send complaint.

                  We have a dth service bearing number [protected]. We have been complaining since last 2 months for the services

                  We have informed you yesterday to disconnect our services with immediate effect since we are not getting satisfactory solution to the problem.

                  Every other day, new person calls us and informs us that he will escalate the matter to top management. We don't know where the hell is this top management sitting that they cant conclude a petty matter like this.

                  Will you please ask your ahmedabad team to stop calling us and harrassing us for this matter now if the set top box cant be changed.

                  We have just now placed a request to ms hiral on your ahmedabad, call center for cancellation of services. She said that she will transfer the line to her higher authority but line is not being transferred. So we could not get the request number. The girl hiral is bluntly not transferring the phone now

                  We are very sorry and ashamed for the tactics your staf[censored]ses to harass the customers. How long would a customer hold a phone to talk to the bosses of the girls.

                  Our services are still valid till 28th january 2018

                  We are just fed up of the services and want to do nothing but discontinue the services. Please initiate the required action immediately.

                  Though We got the connection disconnected since last 8 months and we even got an email from airtel for the refund of the money, we havent received any amount back.

                  This was already informed to us by the local agent/employee that airtel will not send any refund to you though they say.

                  Is there any law and customer orientation working effectively in India or these white collar criminals just run away with customer's money

                    Hi. I lost my old airtel sim and I bought my new airtel 4G sim. Outgoing calls are fine. But Incoming calls are not coming. I called customer care and they said that it is active, no issues with service and you can try with switch off your phone and retry calling. Still the issue is not solved.

                        Hello sir i want to tell you that my airtel sim was not catching 3g networks that's why i stopped 3g services in my sim now i want to activate 3g services again in my sim i tried too many time by sending msg '3g' to 121 3 days ago but every time it says ' 3g services is not activated. To select a 3g plan confirm with 1.' after that a msg comes that shows that, you have already a provisioning process under request and airtel 3g bill plan will be activated within 30 mins and you will receive a confirmation msg' but the wonder is msg has not come yet. I have faced too many problems from airtel and its services. I request plzzz solve this problem as soon as possible by activating 3g services in my airtel mobile no. [protected].
                        I hope you will understand and find solution of this problem.

Was deducted from mobile no.[protected] also after the recharge of 197 for data pack 28 gb 1gb/day the company provided with only 200 mb and after usage caused the deduction according to me. I think i should port my sim to other company as airtel is obviously looting us since we joined the service from the very 1st day. My mother being a nontech person gets fooled everytime and think it as her mistake as the no. Belongs to my mother.

                              2 recharges have been done consectively to the airtel number [protected] but money was not credited to the number as it was showing it is done.

                              Amount was 250 and 100 rs which is done on same day. 100rs recharge was done because 250 rs recharge was not done successfully. I am very disappointed about the services of airtel and they are day by day using such kind of frauds to customer to gain the profit and make fool of customer

                                  Hi, my complaint is against airtel for my landline number[protected]. I have requested in month of aug for the unlimited calling of rs 99 and that they promised me that its activated, again later in the month of aug, i have given instruction to disconnect my number because of higher amount paid but later they promised to give me better plan with some benefits as :
                                  1- 699 monthly plan
                                  2- one month rent waiver 1
                                  3- rs 100 off in the final bill for 2 consecutive months
                                  4- 50 rs off from 99 unlimited calling.

                                  This all was been promised to me and i asked them to send me in written but they have not sent any mail for the same.
                                  Later when i have received my bill, nothing as mentioned above worked and i have received full bill with landline calling amount as well for more than 1000 rs while it should be null for that month,
                                  I have called again and asked them all the situation, then some said, we have no plan updated, other said that its something else mentioned and 3rd say it blackened issue. They keep on generating this bill with addition of subsequent month bills in-spite of my various reminder and call and complaints. I have started paying rs 860 (699 +49+tax) to airtel every month and said the the waiver part can be adjust as i am not supposed to pay that along with the calls charges that should not exist as i have a unlimited call plan. But airtel customer ppl keep on sending same bills again and again with late charges fees. I have complaints various time but no difference, in the month of march (After 6 month) they finally waived one month rent and said that its been waived not and pay rest amount, i have said that you have waived rent but not waived the late fee for the amount and also not the wrong calling charges but again they have not waived it, till now again i am getting cumulative amount of bill and today when i again request customer care to disconnect my number then they offered me a new plan that you pay this all amount and next month i will offer a new plan for you, i said don't bribe me again first solve this issue and then we will talk about future then he said okay i can give you discount for 500 and i said sir im not looking for discount, i need reversal of wrong amount then he said that i[censored] will not agree to this then u have to pay full amount of 2600 and then it will be disconnect and i said why will i pay wrong amount but they said no u have to pay fully whatever been charged, i mean this is the way they are harassing customer mentaly, its been 10 month for one issue and they have harassed me completely. They offer new plans to customer and then make them fool by saying its not mentioned in record or sorry its been a mistake from backed. They don't provide anything in written so that customer can also make a note,. Now i want money from airtel of rs 50, 000 for mentally harassing me this way. I am complexly pissed of with the way they are making us fool and mentally sick

                                      I have recharged my number with 345₹ for data services. It should give me 1gb per day. But on next day i continued with the previous day data pack. The data pack didn't renew for the day as it waswas planned. I have some urgent works to do but i am unable to use internet service. Yesterday i have used my internet and at the end of the day only 8mb was remaining. Why i still looking the same amount today. Please fix asap.

                                      For the past ten days outgoing and incoming is problem on airtel sim. Even not able to cal customer care. I received duplicate sim. Even now i face the same problem. My set model is gionee A1. KINDLY CHECK AND SEND ME SMS WHETHER I HAVE PROBLEM IN MY MOB SETTINGS
                                      Hi Airtel team,

                                      I have bought the prepaid sim from airtel center located at Dombivalli west (station).

                                      They took 205 rupees for the new sim and recharge, that recharge is still not done.

                                      Its been 1 month by now. can someone help me here.

                                        Airtel is not providing customer care number and connected to customer care.they made loop while we fail 198 or 121 there is some options repeated they are cheating .I did rc with 199. They told unlimited std local but not connecting to other customer care numbers like hero fin cop and kvb and lenovo
