I am unable to connect customer care

I recharged with 399 plan for 70 days but after 20 days it tells your offer is expired. I am trying to connect customer care it won't connect and also (198) complients not working with my number. Could you please help me otherwise i will place port my number. This problem is very much irritating me today i waste 2 hours time with this problem but now also it is not resolved...

Dear sir or madam, received airtel with bill. Mar to april bill ok, april to may have doubt why charge 349 other charges than sms, 3 rd bill totally disappointed why because connection was bared first time after i asked un bar then not received payment u again bared my number ok, who asked to you unbar again with out my permission how can u unbar, its ok i[censored] unbar how can i know after secound time bar after that i did not used in my phone signal said emergency call only not only single out going made then under which section airtel asked the money when service not available

my kind request is revised the bill only for using time i am unable to pay money for baring time, mean time i am using this number 979o959359 for state bank net banking so unable to do any online transection bec of that many loss
Airtel must give me compensation amount 1 lakhs for my business loss as well as this held 3rd time, when i asked first time they told its auto set then u revised the bill, so i got mental agony so Airtel must pay one lakhs to me as compensation

thanking you for ur email, i red what Airtel wrote, even when they calling same what they wrote in emails only saying records says u used, so u have to pay, so i said when received the call i am ready to listen ur solution but better to write in emails, when email available if they want to solve they can write no in email, after i asked they wrote same asking money for disconnected time as well as baring time, so this is very inconvenient as well as injustice i[censored] want i can attached the emails what they wrote to me

My kind request plz give my request solution my problem, bec I am unable use netbanking, online payments, trains ticket booking ...ext bec that's my primary phone number

3rd time Airtel closed my case, saying try to contact with me unable to contact, if really want to solve the problems they can write my email, again again telling lie no one contact with me, if they really want money they can beg door to door as a beggar we don't know why asking money even disconnected time, ask Airtel dot ask money disconnected time

    My airtel number [protected] has been deactivated. It wasn't in use since about 2 months. I need my number to be reactivated as soon as possible, it's very urgent. Everyone has this number and when they try connecting it's out of service. Do i have to go to the airtel centre or will it work out online?

    Hi, can u kindly block the post paid sim no. [protected] as my phone was stolen.i will pay the remaining balance.i want to deactivate it ASAP since the phone is ringing when i call.
    I did a recharge of 348 from my airtel app on [protected] number. Txn id is[protected]. But the recharge was not successful. But the amount was debited from my hdfc bank account.
    Pls get the recharge of 348 done on [protected].

    There is no easy option to speak to Speak to Airtel Customer Care for resolving issues and conflicts.

    This needs to be rectified. Clear instructions should be provided in Airtel Website on how to speak to a customer care executive.
    Took a new 4 G sim. Unable to sent or receive any text msg. My ph no. [protected].

      I got robbed by airtel mobile company i was using their mobile app and it's keeps giving me notification to upgrade prepaid to post paid plan. I select the plan on the airtel app which was basic plan with 299 with 0.6gb (600mb) data free per month. I paid 400inr to airtel salesmen including security fees. Today my post paid plan activated but they didn't provide me.6gb data which was showing on the app. I also take the screen shot as proof however they keep telling me sir there is no such a plan and we cannot provide you this free data. I am totally helpless now. Rest i am using jio service which the best as compare to airtel crooks. The only reason i already have jio number activated and i m using my airtel number from 4 years. Now please help me and suggest me how deal with them. The way they lotted me and make me fool.

        My name is ram, i am having a airtel dth connection with id:[protected].
        From last 10 days i am raising a issues and still it is not resolved.
        My tv is cam tv (Inbuilt setup box), it was showing error:2.
        On day one, one engineer came and he is not fixed anything. After that nobody not visited and no solution given.
        Here below are my problems with your team.
        1. Without fixing any thing, cases are closing.
        2. They told that engineers are not available in my area.
        3. If engineer is there, he told that i don't know how to fix this issue.
        4. If i call to customer and asked to connect to higher authority max times they wont agree, in some times they put me hold on more than 30min and not connected. Some times they tell that i will arrange a call back after some time and not yet.
        The only answer for any question is with in 24 hours we will do it.
        Here below things i asked. Nothing happen till now.
        1. Please send me a good technician. (8 days back requested)
        2. Provide me a setup box for temporally or fixed. (4 days back requested). They told that need to take a new connection. I don't know why i need to take new connection again. (And why i will take the same airtel connection again???)
        3. Discount my connection and give me what ever amount is there in my account. (4 days back requested).
        Here below are the list of times i called to customer care and they create a different sr for same issue.
        02jun17: request id[protected]Closed without doing any thing)

        03jun17: one engineer came and check (He don't know how to fix this issue). Not done any thing.

        05jun17: request id[protected]Closed and not done anything)

        06jun17:request id 62819684 &[protected]Closed not done)

        07jun17: 62819784 agony count has increased to 1. (Closed)

        09jun17: 62819784 agony count has increased to 2. (Closed)

        10jun17: called 3 times and no response.

          Dear sir,
          This is to raise a complaint against the accidental insurance for mobile phone provided by airtel (Product name - airtel secure) with the third party one secure and insurance provider national insurance.
          I had enrolled for the airtel secure plan with my mobile services provider airtel for a monthly payment of rs. 49 toward the accidental damage coverage of my cell phone (Please see details attached for the claim.

          The airtel secure customer service called me in order to set up an appointment shortly and collected my phone 10 daus back. 2 days later i received a call from airtel secure that the mobile had been given to the service center and an amount of rs.19136 was the servicing amount for the broken screen.

          After another 2-3 days airtel secure sent me an email stating that the claim had been refused by the insurer (National insurance) due to "improper handling"

          The breakage of the mobile had happened due to accidently dropping my phone from hand while trying to answer a call. This was explained in my claim form as well as in my subsequent conversation with the claim appraiser or the mis department of the insurance/one assist.

          I understand that you are the correct authority to write to for such malafide practice by airtel secure in collusion with one assist and national insurance.

          Please let me know of the next steps for a formal complaint procedure.

          i seriously cant understand how can the insurance company say that i have not taken proper care of my device? am i fool to drop my 65000 rs phone intentionally? i think if i had fallen with my phone than i guess you could have believed it to be accidental damage...understand accidents just happen they are never planned and never intentional...

          answer me one simple question : if someone has stone, cancer or any other medical disease would you say that it is due to person who has not taken care of his health? common be grown up and stop cheating your loyal customers in name of airtel secure with one assist...one assist is a big fraud company...and you are also spoiling your name...please let me know what to do next to find the resolution?

              Hi, this is sherin george from delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today evening, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                I called customer care and had activated international roaming in april 2017. I used wifi most of the time. I used to get messages that "free incoming calls, 500 mb data activated for no additional cost."

                I have checked with airtel again when i went to us. I was told that my international roaming was activated and i should not be worried about anything.

                In may i paid ~ rs. 9500.in june my bill has jumped to 13 lakes rupees. This is serious matter. I do not even have savings of this sort!

                I do not accept that this is authentic. I would like a detailed investigation in this matter.

                  Hi,
                  This is piyasi. I just recharged my phone around afternoon today, my transaction id[protected] with rs. 345 pack which said unlimited all calls and data for 28days. Its a west bengal kolkata sim i'm currently using in bhubaneshwar. Outgoing calls just deducted the entire main balance i had? Now what's the point of the recharge then? And if roaming charges are applicable why the hell do you not mention that in the scheme properly!

                    I have done mnp from vodafone to airtel. Aritel retailers charge me rs1098. But my last mnp is not completed 90 day's. So vodafone rejected mnp. Now airtel retailers is not refunding my money. I have chat with airtel customer care. He told me airtel is not charing any money for mnp. And he confirmed plan is 499 but retailers sold. Me 899 and 199 login change.

                      Previously i lodged complaints on airtel customer care. But there is no response from them they were talking arrogant and lack of manners. They argue that the customer is time passing and for that purpose only calling to customer care.
                      They were not interested to say anything about airtel offers on prepaid connection.
                      They only says ask with retailer. It's not all correct. The management have to change their attitude. Every airtel customer is a customer. All airtel customers are equal but don't differentiate customers.
                      Your management have to guide the customers. But customers guiding the management.
                      My only request is to airtel management and ceo of company is to improve the network coverage all over india in each and every geographical areas and provide beneficial offers on prepaid services of airtel and provide best offers on airtel prepaid connection and make free home delivery of airtel prepaid sim to all airtel customers so that you can improve the airtel services.

                        Please be aware that the network reception for airtel in exceptionally poor in kothur mandal region of hyderabad, telangana we're students of symbiosis institute of business management and there are a minimum of 700 subscribers of airtel. There is a huge disparity between the money charged from us and the services provided. It is disappointing that we don't get the value for the money we pay for the services.

                          I got a bill for ₹1250 for this month. When asked about the break up of the bill they said ₹500 has been charged because of excess use of internet where as i was given total 10gb data free of cost to use (Have screenshots as well). Now they are saying that due to technical problem it happened and it may take another 48 hours to get this thing resolved. I request airtel team to give some compensation for the same rest have to take some action as i might have paid the bill before confirming from the airtel team.

                                Airtel postpaid connection failed and got a message of documents failed

                                I have applied for the airtel postpaid connection from prepaid on july 7, 2017

                                I got this message from airtel though i have submitted all the same documents that i have provided while porting my number

                                Dear team,

                                I have been using an airtel prepaid number registered in karnataka circle, since march 2012. Recently i moved out of india. Since then i was not actively using my airtel number. But i was recharging and using it whenever i went back home. The last time i went back to india was in february 2016 and i had recharged the above mentioned number and used it then. From feb 2016 to june, the above mentioned number was not used for any outgoing calls or messages, but incoming messages used to come in the above mentioned prepaid number.

                                On june 26th, 2016 airtel deactivated my mobile number. This came to my notice only when i tried to send an otp to mobile number. The reason mentioned was non-usage of the mobile number for 90 days. Please note that incoming messages were coming in my mobile number till 25th of june. Still airtel considered my number as inactive.

                                Having known this, i was trying to coordinate with airtel officials to sort this out and regain my number. I raised a complaint with airtel customer care on july 3rd. My complaint number is [|bal|ref50024277|]. I told them my issue. Customer care guys, rather than trying to sort out the issue, were always replying me with emails in the same format mentioning the reason for deactivation. Even they knew it was not going to help me in any way. I was not ready to give up. When i further insisted them to sort this issue out, on july 4th, they escalated the issue to nodal office, bangalore. Since then i had been talking to officials from nodal office, bangalore. Guys from nodal offices contacted me and enquired the issue. I had to repeat the same story over and over again. This is one issue i faced. Every time, when someone calls me from airtel, i had to repeat the same story. And those guys don’t follow up from what the previous guy talked to me.

                                A lot of discussions happened and finally on july 7th, i got a call in the morning from airtel. The lady who called me said that, i can purchase a fresh sim in the same number. She asked me to go to send someone to nearest airtel relationship office (Arc) with proper documents and collect the sim. I was rejoiced to hear this. I double confirmed, if this is really true. She said yes. Even an email was sent to me mentioning the above details (Sender: trapti choudhary). As per the email, my father visited arc near my home (Arc shornur road, thrissur, kerala) with a copy of the email. But those guys were not at all aware of this. They said, they were not able to find my number and asked my dad to ask nodal office guys to escalate the issue to them. So i shot an email to nodal office asking them to coordinate with arc guys. But i still haven’t got any proper reply for this. I feel bad for sending my father 3 times believing the false assurance from airtel authorities.

                                Finally after losing all hope, i escalated the issue to appellate team, bangalore. But even they were not approaching the issue in a proper way to help me. They were more trying to shut my mouth by sending the same emails over and over again. Finally one guy called me today and told me that my number has been allocated to someone else. But i don’t trust this because of many reasons.

                                * initially i was told that there is a grace of 15 days from the time of deactivation. Within this time, the sim won’t be available for public. I am still under this grace period. So how come this rule changed now?
                                * when i called initially, one of the airtel guy had told me that the sim was allocated to someone else. But this statement had been changed mutilple number of times. Some times they say the number is gone but sometimes ask me to go and collect the sim. So i don’t trust their word. Maybe airtel guys are thinking, i’ll step back once i hear that my number is fully gone.
                                * if the number is allocated to someone else, it should be reachable now. I tried to reach the number many times. But it says switch off.

                                My complaint:

                                1. Why is the number deactivated if it is not recharged for 90 days? 90 days is too short time. Similar companies like vodaphone give 365 days and another 6 month quarantine time, before the number is deactivated.
                                2. How can airtel take back a number that has been in use for at least 5 years without a proper notice? They say they had informed me through sms. But if the mobile is not in use, how do they expect that owner of this number would see the message. I really doubt the sincerity with which airtel is sending deactivation sms. Why can’t they try to contact me through any other means like email?
                                3. Whys is airtel so irresponsible? Why don’t they understand that mobile number is very important in todays. All the services from social networking sites like facebook to economic institutions like banks, pf etc are linked to a mobile number. Secure otp’s are send to the registered number. Having known this, how can they revoke the number so irresponsibly after seeing a non usage of just 90 days?
                                4. I am going to lose my apple id because my account was linked to my above number. I can only login after entering the otp sent to the above number. I am going to lose all the apps purchased. Is airtel going to take responsibility of this?

                                I want my number back and also answer to my questions above.

                                  I have been frequently visiting the airtel service center showroom located in chennai, puzhal branch related to mobile portability from aircel to airtel, also related to my other airtel numbers.

                                  The employees located in that branch are really worst and they are not doing their work properly. (I always see a guy and two girls) totally irresponsible.

                                  I have been keenly watching their activities them several times and writing this feedback. They never take our customer complaints, they dont even response and always they try to avoid customers instead of dealing with their problems.

                                  They usually use two sentences, system is not working or server down and you can come later. The same case has been happened to me several times and i have visited several times leaving my work.

                                  Usually, i have seen other airtel showrooms welcome their customers and deal their problems in proper way. That too when there is a mobile portability, they welcome customers to thier network.

                                  But these people never bother about anything and apply makup each and each second enter to their rooms.

                                  Really worst and bad behavior.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have airtel post paid connection from more than 7 years.in last bill i noticed a hike of rs100 in total postpaid bill. When i see the details billing i got shocked as i see rs 50 charged twice for sms-others.
                                    When i see the details of the same it is just mentioned as below.
                                    Gameloft_gameiap_asphalt
                                    Gameloft_gameiap_the ama

                                    Both charges were deducted on 26th night at 1011pm and 1019pm.

                                    As per i know i haven't used this connection fro any special game or even accessing internet. The phone in which this sim is there is a very old basic nokia phone. It was surprise to me as it called game and i was thinking what game i had played with that basic handset.

                                    Later today i called airtel customer care. They said it is a sms based vas and it is by default activated for my number.
                                    Once i started questioning them how you can charge this huge amount even not having any confirmation, they said it is end user who had clicked on link. I have to argue with them asking how from a basic phone the clicking of link will work.
                                    Finally they agreed that by default they had activated this vas, from next time onward this issue doesn't happen.
                                    They agreed that they will reverse the charges in next bill.
                                    Now my concern is how can these operators charge us with out taking our consent?
                                    Since i saw the bill and analyzed i found it, what if some one ignores?
                                    My request is please every one be aware of these misleading charges put in your detailed bills, question airtel and get it reversed.
                                    Also if possible go and complain to trai.
