I joined Ignite World (branch of Bharti Airtel) on 10/09/2014. My PF got deducted for two months
But the joining date registered by the company in PF office is 01/11/2014, and the PF entries in passbook is also from November 2014.

So, they deducted PF for September and October 2014 also, but its not on any record.

I have been using an Airtel postpaid connection uninterrupted for around 14 years. Since there was network issue in my area, and also there was a good offer from Reliance Jio, I decided to port my number to Jio. In the month of January 2017 I requested for porting code. Every month my Airtel postpaid bill was settled by my Credit Card on the due date. But since the porting request was made a few days ahead of due date, they refused permission...

I have recharged my airtel number for 449 then it said unlimited calls and 1 gb per day intrnet for 70 days on may 31st, today i got a msg that my internet expires today, june 29th, i again recharged for 499 same offer for 70 days 1.5 gb per day .after recharging i got a msg which read as offer is for 56 days and in my aitel app it is that my offer expires on july 26th i called customer care many times there is no option to complain...

Recently i visited airtel service Centre in haldwani, Uttarakhand. I had to change the ownership id of the number. Executives told me to submit a fee of 250 rupees and assured me that the process will be initiated within a day or two and ownership will be changed within 7 days. I am not getting the airtel offer of rs 348 (unlimited local std calls +1 gb data per day for 28 days) since last 6 months, however all of my friends having airtel number are getting same.
I have talked to airtel customer care number and they ensured that the offer would be provided on my number next time but till now I didn't get that offer.
Please solve it at the earliest...

I have applied for new broadband connection on 13th May 2017 with CEF No - RTBLR 7299707 and paid 3 month rent Rs 3, 964 as an advance through airtel online payment with transaction id[protected]. Later got a confirmation that there is no feasibility in that area hence have applied for refund in online by providing the details along with the scan copy of cheque leaf and got the ticket number AOR271321.

I was trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid since last month. I am running to nearest airtel stores none of them is providing services. They are saying silly reasons to escape. Why airtel stores when you are not providing service. I am not at all satisfied with your services. If this is not possible i will be shifting to some other network....

My average bill amount from last many years had been 400-600 Rs only.But, this month, my bill was around R 4000/-.I have not subscribed to any additional services, except for caller tune & missed call altert.I just get daily 4-5 messages that the service has been activated on my mobile.Like this, they have activated many services on my mobile without my knowledge.Can you pls check on this & get this addressed.

I was recharged with Rs399 plan but it won't work. as Airtel sent massage got in my inbox to recharge with Rs399. But for some days it was worked..but afterwords it was stopped so I was complaining to customer care they told me it won't work on your sim so..if it won't want work on mobile why I should pay you for what? If plan didn't get worked on my sim..and also if it doesn't won't to work on my mobile of RS 399 plan they have to refuse...

I will complaint on this matter is second time but no one take action against airtel retailer or offices.I will replace my sim card [protected] on my hometown sangaria's airtel office and they are charged 100 rupees without any receipt and will not satisfy of airtel telecom company .all airtel officers and offices are cruppt. Plz take action against corrupt airtel officers.thnks...

I'm an Airtel mobile user and i converted my mobile number from Prepaid to post paid 3 months back and they said, i will get monthly bill of around 300 Rs. For the month of april 2017 i got bill of 630Rs, then i asked airtel about the bill details, they didn't provide any details. They disconnected my outgoing calls immidietly. My Airtel number is under CUG Plan [protected] and [protected] one number of them [protected] has has swapped someone without my documents and my confirmation. This is mistake or robbery done by Airtel Store. And same number is Migrated to prepaid on another name. As per Telecom policy all operators taking request for SIM swap documents required Letter head company, Company Address proof, ID proof, 1 photo and customer should be self attached...

I am advocate amit. I request to you that my complaint no. Is 77119378 dated 21june 2017. When persons call to me they found my no. Invalid. So that my clinet have problm to call me. I already talk with senior agents on 121 many times but have no solution of my problem. Hey, i am tanya. I got my phone recharged on 26 june'17 with 350rs scheme, which included free unlimited calling (Both local and std) for 28 days and 1gb internet everyday. It worked well for a day but today i'm getting charged on each call. I chose this plan so that i can freely enjoy talking to my family members who currently reside outside delhi but i feel really disappointed to see that it has stopped working properly in a single day....

Airtel such a fake company really m very frastrated becoz aaj 8 din ho gae mere no ko band hue had h itne bakvas company maine nhi dekhe kisi ka no ki incoming 8 din tak band kar sakti h mere galti thi vodafone ko chod kar isme aaya. 10 baar store par gya 10 baar telephonic compaliant ke baad bhi executive kehte h apka no 24 hr me start hoga mera bhut nuksan ho gya h airtel fake airtel fake company...

I am a new airtel customer (27/06/2017) from karnataka. Can i have access to the unlimited offer of rs.449/- now? Because the retailer is saying that i have to wait for 3 months. He have already recharged with rs.81/-. For me its really an inconvenience. And you didn't mentioned about this in your advertisements earlier. Kindly solve my problem soon....
