I am not satisfied with postpaid plans because company is giving 1 gb data and unlimited free calls... But in prepaid company is giving 28 gb data and unlimited calls in same 349rs... So thats why i am going to port out my number in idea because thier plans are even good than airtel... If company gives me good offer than i will not port out my number... I will wait for the confirmation message till 5th july...

Cheated by airtel for hello tunes. Received a call from call centre saying that the hello tune service is free and to confirm 5 after the record ed msg. 1) in airtel website you mentioned that we will get 70 days data and calling but i got sms as 56 days only. While i'm checking validity it showing 28 days from the date i recharged.

I have 4g sim with 4g handset with full tower and with an 4g symbol and am not able to search any thing in google. It will show no internet connection. When i switch on data sometimes tower will go off and reconnects after 10 to 15 secs. If am doing any transaction then it will hang in the middle itself. Don't use airtel india payment bank wallet. No guarantee for your money here. Airtel never respond for customer.

I have practical experience with airtel presence. So many times i was complaint on customer service and technical issues but no use. Finally i decided to close airtel dealings.

I strongly suggest to all my friends. Don't encourage non-customer support mobile networks.
