I given a complient on february against call drops, low voice/ last monthbill1006/chaged, asked discount given 250/-bal 750/-ready to pay, new bill not sent, line, disconnected is the way serve regular customers,, ple reconnect and take bill, otherwise we shifted to other services. Give me immediately

    Even after so many complaints the issue is not solved. I would be highly obliged if you solve our problem as soon as possible cuz we are going impatient and your services make us real hyperwe are fed up of your late services. Resolve the problem or we would shift to another services. Even last time our problem was resolved after a week. I'm sorry to say but your services are not at all satisfactory.

      My Airtel number [protected], I loaded the 5000/- to make the electricity payment. When I am trying to pay this it says that your debit transaction are blocked. Several time written the compliant to Customer care and next level. First time they asked me some id proof and address proof same was send to the airtel money team. Till now issue was not resolved and I asked for 3 question no ans from there side.

      1. Reason for blocking
      2. Incase any issue reversal to source of load
      3. No clear information at the time of airtel money account creation

      To get it resolved this issue I visited 50 airtel own retails and outlet. One airtel guy was taken the 500/- commotion to resolved this issue but no resolution. This guy was sitting in Airtel main customer support center at Hyderabad begumpet area.

      I understand one thing airtel money was doing big cheating the customers

        I am currently travelling overseas and my number [protected] deactivated without any notification. I have tried contacting customer care many times but didn't provide any support. I got a email response for my complaint pr[protected] saying that i need to visit airtel outlet to activate my number again. But since i am outside india i cannot visit any outlet and requesting airtel to help me to activate my number. A company like airtel must show some responsibility to their customer by providing proper notification before deactivating the number. Your support highly appreciated in this.

            After repeated follow ups and waiting...At last... the issue is resolved. (though i couldn't get the complete recharge amount back had airtel customer support acted upon the compliant earlier, i may have got the complete recharge). Anyways, at least the issue got resolved. Thanks to airtel. Hope they get more active on this!

            I have been following up since Jun3rd, on Airtel presence, waiting for your representatives but either they are not turning up or turning up very late. i have also provided my mobile number for you guys to contact me (on request from the airtel presence team - yesterday with a time slot as to when they can reach me). But till now there is absolutely ZERO response to it!

            If this is the kind of service you guys offer and quote it as "Connect with us 24X7" then, i would say this is the best JOKE i ever came across!!!

            Finally, received a call and an assurance from Airtel, that the issue will be resolved by 12th Jun 2017. Hope they stick to it. Thanks anyways for the current progress!

              I recharged my main account balance today and tried to activate 349rs unlimited data pack from ussd. I have the balance still it wasn't activating. I tried to call customer care all they could do is ask sorry. There is option to activate it in the ussd, but its not working. Customer care told that service is not available. Now i have 400rs balance in my account and i have no use of it. Wasted my money. Airtel playing with common mans earnings.

                Price variance for the same offers for different customers. The same offers are given for different customers at different prices. There is an offer given by Airtel that is for 399 we get unlimited calls and 1 gb data for 70 days. But the price of this offer varies from person to person. The same offer is given for 648 for few. Its the same with most of the offers given by Airtel. They r giving these offers only to selected customers.

                  Hi,
                  I am working in shrimp improvement systems india pvt ltd, we are using internet leased line from our customer no. 19746426, account no. 70691693 & our circuit id is 6973454.

                  We are not getting internet from[protected].

                  I sent several reminders to [protected]@airtel.com and airtel relationship manager mr. Sri vatsha (Email: a_srivatsha. [protected]@airtel.com, mobile no. [protected])

                  Customer care people sent a mail to us saying there is a out standing amount from our side and asking us to contact airtel relationship manager.

                  In fact we paid all the invoices through icici bank cheques and all cheques are cleared.

                  Last week i got confirmation from airtel relationship manager that there is no outstanding but still our issue is not resolved.

                  Now airtel relationship manager, now he is not even attending my calls and not responding to my email and our problems still not resolved.

                  Now my questions to airtel:
                  1. Why your people are not coordinating each other (Customer care & relationship manager)
                  2. We paid all the dues and invoices still problem is not resolved when can resolve my issue.
                  3. We are paying 40k per quarter in advance but there is no customer service department from local airtel store.
                  4. Generally if problem comes how much time do your people need to resolve the issue.
                  5. I paid all the amount in advance from last 1 month there is no internet, so do you refund our amount

                    I got a message saying that recharge for 275 you will get 4gb 3g/4g data I have recharge also but when I call to customer care they are saying only for 4g handset it will support not for 3g handset then why did u send me the message and it is showing in my airtel app also and no where it is mentioned only for 4g handset so I want my data what ever you have promised or else pls take action on this making fool for customers. For reference pls check the screen shot what I got

                      My prepaid mobile number is [protected]. Today morning i received a message "alert: your pack benefit of free local+std calls is expiring in 2days. Pls recharge to continue benefit". So i planned to recharge using airtel app. Airtel suggested me "rs399=unltd local+std calls+70gb (1gb/day) 70 days. Data on 4g h/s+4g sim" as best plan. When i recharged with rs.399 they sent me a message "congrats! You have got free data (Limit 1gb) for 56 days. This data is applicable for 4g handset with usim users only."

                      I went to airtel store in kadugodi (Bangalore) and they told to call customer care. I tried 121, 198 and other numbers and none of them provides a way to talk to a customer care executive.

                      Please solve the issue.

                        I did online recharge of RS.349 on[protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account but recharge was failure.
                        I got SMS from Airtel.
                        Then I called to customer care they told the amount will credit with in three days.
                        But it wasn't​ happened, again I called to customer care, they told write a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with reference code.

                        I mailed same. After three days an excicutive called and said, as per your submitted reference code was recharge successful. But I asked again how it happened ? Then he told wait for ten days.
                        After ten days please submit your bank statement upto ten days we will refund.

                        I submitted[protected] with bank statement.

                        Today[protected] Airtel customer care called sorry for inconvenience. We will extend your 349 benefits another 28 days without​ internet data pack.
                        I didn't not agree ...he simply sent a mail the coustomer problem resolved.

                        Please help me.

                        I want refund or I want same package benefits.

                            I'm from salem, as per the data plan specification, i get 100 gb for rs. 999 @ 40mbps, but the speed of the internet is 0.67 mbps. I'm barely able to use my internet since its slow af. Its wifi and i get 0.67 mbps upon using only one device which is bs. I'm not even getting 1/10 of what i'm supposed to get. This is poor service from your side. Please fix this issue asap. Thanking you.

                              We got a broad band connection, with number [protected] (M sai praveen), on april 2017 with 3999 inr for 3 months plan, in sri emarald park, more stores behind, maratahalli, bangalore, 560037. The sales person said at-least you will get 16mbps. On first day itself, we made a complaint as we are having disconnection every 20 mins while doing office work, but without our knowledge they closed the ticket. So got a new act connection

                              On may also we made series of complaints, as we not getting no internet, later they sent a representative who came and checked and said there is more attenuation, no 16mpbs support and i should downgrade the plan, then why i paid 4000inr. I made again lot of calls they said the discount team will call us, no call

                              At the end of may, we sent mail for this and we got a sms, their person will call us on this, he said will come by afternoon, so i came from my office, no call from them, i retried calling and they said will be there in 10 mins. Evening i called him ([protected]), he will lift and cut the call, which will charge my balance

                              On total may be we used 20 days internet that too with disconnection, so i demand whether it will be resolved, you can understand, person having wages 20, 000inr and paying 4000inr assuming some discount as of 3mnths plan now i got a wonderful experience, if it is not resolved, i will make a legal attempt.

                                Here is very bad network and no 4g lte. I port my idea sim to airtel so that i could get better network and 4g lte but airtel have more poor conditions than idea. I[censored] guys gona fix it than i will use airtel otherwise i have to search others network. U want me to write down more in complane. Very bad experience. I[censored] guys r not gona fix it within some dayd then im gona use reliance jio. Thats tge best network connection and best 4g lte, awesome experience with jio

                                  Hi,

                                  Am facing worst/no network/signal connectivity with airtel in btm 1st stage, bangalore. Despite of numerous calls to customer care and raising number of complaints towards the problem resolution there is no action on the complaints raised.
                                  Everytime we call to customer care regarding the issue they say they will escalate the request and get it resolved quickly. Till now no resolution and the when tracking the complaint numbers they are already closed saying the issue is resolved.
                                  This is really frustrating to pay so much for monthly postpaid plan without absolutely getting any signal at all.
                                  We use 3 airtel connections at home with the worst signal problems and worst customer service every faced and will have to wait for couple more days and will switch over another network provider if this case is going to continue.

                                      Dsl account no. [protected]. Is not able to provide bandwidth more than 2 mbps since the time of installation. Whereas your committed sped is 16 mbps. Complaint no sr82768932 has been closed without our confirmation. Your engineers and team leaders have no clue of the issue.

                                      It was after your appellate and nodal officers were involved in problem solving. Now even they have stopped answering to emails. Esupport / enterprise / 121 / nodal all are unable to support.

                                      This was after my previous connection was asked to be disconnected by your team as you cannot migrate it to dsl from voice sr80243472

                                      Hope someone listens or else i would be forced to disconnect my isdn pri, 53 mobiles and 4 dsl from airtel.

                                      Please share the details here in public. There is no communication from your side after a formal mail on 2nd June .

                                      There is no resolution from Airtel. No one from Airtel has the courtesy to connect with the customers. I am sending 4 - 5 mails daily to Appellate / Nodal/ 121 / Airtel Presence / Enterprise / E-supporrt but these has been no reply to my mails. My problem still exists.

                                      This is the worst a customer can expect from a service provider. It would be better if you show your inability to provide basic services so that we disconnect all our connections and move to some other service provider.
                                      I have recharged my mobile. On DT.26 may 17 of RS 399/- for 70 days including 70 gb data of 4G .but sorry to say balance show zero .when I make call or Internet opening pls solve my problem .thanks I am ur customer for last 5 years.

                                        Porting is not successful by airtel

                                        With deep dissatisfaction, i would like to raise this online today!
                                        I have done a port in to airtel from vodafone but looks like it was a big mistake. The port out was successful on 22nd may but since then my airtel network is working in an off and on mode. And my incoming calls are completely blocked since day 1. I have locked multiple complaints for the same, but have received no updates. And airtel says now i cant even port out...
