We got a broad band connection, with number [protected] (M sai praveen), on april 2017 with 3999 inr for 3 months plan, in sri emarald park, more stores behind, maratahalli, bangalore, 560037. The sales person said at-least you will get 16mbps. On first day itself, we made a complaint as we are having disconnection every 20 mins while doing office work, but without our knowledge they closed the ticket. So got a new act connection
On may also we made series of complaints, as we not getting no internet, later they sent a representative who came and checked and said there is more attenuation, no 16mpbs support and i should downgrade the plan, then why i paid 4000inr. I made again lot of calls they said the discount team will call us, no call
At the end of may, we sent mail for this and we got a sms, their person will call us on this, he said will come by afternoon, so i came from my office, no call from them, i retried calling and they said will be there in 10 mins. Evening i called him ([protected]), he will lift and cut the call, which will charge my balance
On total may be we used 20 days internet that too with disconnection, so i demand whether it will be resolved, you can understand, person having wages 20, 000inr and paying 4000inr assuming some discount as of 3mnths plan now i got a wonderful experience, if it is not resolved, i will make a legal attempt.

I have been following up since Jun3rd, on Airtel presence, waiting for your representatives but either they are not turning up or turning up very late. i have also provided my mobile number for you guys to contact me (on request from the airtel presence team - yesterday with a time slot as to when they can reach me). But till now there is absolutely ZERO response to it!
If this is the kind of service you guys offer and quote it as "Connect with us 24X7" then, i would say this is the best JOKE i ever came across!!!
