I hold airtel account [protected] for the past 10 years. I have the post paid connection for 4 years. I changed to 549 in december 2016 for my infinity plan. Now the same plan has been reduced to rs 499, but my billing was rs 549. Though the cost of the plan has been reduced but still billed as per old rates only.
